Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style on employee performance at the Class IIB Maros Correctional Institution. This research uses a quantitative method of an associative nature, with a population of 57 people who are also the sample for the study. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and for inferential statistical analysis using simple linear regression with SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that the leadership style falls into the effective category based on indicators of decision-making ability, motivational ability, communication ability, ability to control subordinates, and ability to control emotions. The performance of employees at the Class IIB Maros Correctional Institution falls into the high category based on indicators of service orientation, integrity, commitment, discipline, cooperation, and leadership. Based on the results of simple regression analysis, there is no significant influence of Leadership Style on the Performance of Employees at the Class IIB Maros Correctional Institution.

Abstract

The study aims to determine how the financial performance of PT. Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is when assessed using cash flow statements and cash flow ratios. Data collection was carried out using Library research techniques and documentation. The population in this study is the 2019-2023 financial statements of PT. Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The entire population in this study is also a sample. The research method uses descriptive analysis using cash flow from operating activities, investment, and financing as well as ratio analysis, namely the Operating Cash Flow ratio (AKO), Fund Flow Coverage Ratio (CAD), Cash Flow Coverage Ratio to Interest (CKB), Cash Coverage Ratio to Current Liabilities (CKHL), Capital Expenditure Ratio (PM), and Cash Flow Adequacy Ratio (KAK). The results of this study show that the amount of the company's cash flow during the 2019-2023 period shows that the company is in a liquid condition when assessed in terms of its operational activities. With the ratio analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that there is an increase in cash flow, especially in operating activities each year and the company's ability to overcome its current liabilities can still be overcome. This shows that PT. Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is in a fairly good position during the 2019-2023 period.

Abstract

Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) phenomena are one of the problems of the nation today. These problems become debatable among politicians, legal experts, and academicians. On the other hand, Pancasila Education is a personality development course that transforms the noble values of the nation has not been able to prevent the development of LGBT. Relating to the threats of LGBT, this study aims to develop an anti-LGBT values learning model that is integrated into the Pancasila Education. The initial stage of the study discusses the students’ knowledge and attitudes towards LGBT. A Likert scale questionnaire was employed to collect data; the sample of the study was chosen randomly from students taking the Pancasila Education course. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 20. The research findings indicated that students had sufficient knowledge about LGBT, and they had a firm attitude against LGBT. This finding suggests that most students still have a good practice of religious and traditional values to stay away from LGBT.

Abstract

SIPENDUDUK is applied to make it easier for the community to obtain administrative public services and is used to apply for the preparation of population documents and civil registration. The purpose of this study is to identify the Implementation of the Pekanbaru City Population Integrated Service System Program. The research method uses a qualitative approach, data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study use George C. Edward III's policy implementation theory which consists of 1) Communication: program implementation can run effectively if the size and goals of the policy are understood by the individuals responsible for achieving the policy objectives, by socializing the program, coordinating between agencies and feedback. 2) Resources, measuring how effective the use of resources is to support the implementation of the SIPOPULATION program which includes human resources, budget and technology. 3) Disposition, refers to the attitude and commitment of policy implementers consisting of work motivation and training quality. 4) The bureaucratic structure consists of service procedures, duties and authorities as well as supervision and evaluation.

Abstract

Public administration serves as a central pillar in the governance system, responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating public policies. In the modern context, public administration has undergone significant transformation in response to the ever-evolving dynamics of social, political, economic, and technological developments. Globalization and digitalization, as well as the complexity of public problems, demand a more adaptive, innovative, and evidence-based public administration system. Research methodology plays an important role in determining the validity and reliability of scientific findings in public administration studies. Choosing the right method not only ensures the accuracy of the data collected but also increases the relevance of the analysis in answering research questions. In this context, a qualitative approach with descriptive and exploratory analysis was chosen to understand the concepts, patterns, and dynamics of the evolution of public administration theory in facing contemporary challenges. Critical Analysis of Contemporary Approaches in Public Administration. The evolution of public administration theory has been marked by a series of paradigms, each contributing unique insights into governance and service delivery. The Classical Public Administration (CPA) model, rooted in Max Weber's bureaucratic principles, emphasizes hierarchical organization, rule-based efficiency, and accountability. Impact of Theoretical Approaches on Policy Effectiveness and Governance. The impact of theoretical approaches on policy effectiveness and governance is profound, as these frameworks shape administrative structures, decision-making processes, and citizen engagement. Conclusion this study confirms that theoretical approaches in public administration continue to experience dynamic developments along with social, political, economic, and technological changes.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan salah satu pilar dari pembangunan bangsa. Maju atau mundurnya peradaban akan selalu tercermin dalam pendidikan yang ada. Pemerataan dalam menyediakan sarana pendidikan perlu menjadi perhatian bagi pemerintah, agar setiap masyarakat mampu mengenyam pendidikan yang layak. Salah satu aspek yang menjadi perhatian dalam berjalannya proses pendidikan yang baik adalah tersedianya sarana dan prasarana yang memadai. Pemerataan pendidikan dan ketersediaan sarana-prasarana di daerah terpencil menjadi isu krusial dalam upaya meningkatkan akses dan mutu pendidikan di seluruh negeri. Pada kegiatan pengabdian ini, masalah utama yang menjadi perhatian tim adalah masih kurangnya sarana dan prasarana berupa toilet di Sekolah Dasar Integrasi Interkoneksi Tamaddunia Mulia Langkat, Siak Kecil Kabupaten Bengkalis. Pemilihan lokasi ini merupakan salah satu sekolah yang memerlukan waktu dari pusat pemerintahan dan merupakan sekolah yang baru berdiri, mulai diminati oleh orang tua didik akan tetapi masih kurang dari aspek sarana dan prasarana yang memadai. Setelah dilaksanakan pengabdian pada Sekolah Dasar Integrasi Interkoneksi Tamaddunia Mulia Langkat mulai berjalan dan terlengkapi secara perlahan dan hal tersebut tentunya bermanfaat bagi pengelola dan peserta didik yang ada.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan PT. PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) TBk (Persero) Tbk sebelum dan setelah Covid-19 dengan melihat tingkat likuditas yang diukur dari presentase LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio), tingkat solvabilitas yang diukur dari presentase CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio), tingkat profitabilitas yang diukur dari dengan BOPO (Rasio Biaya Operasional), ROA (Return On Asset), dan ROE (Return On Equity) serta kualitas kredit yang dukur dari NPL (Non Performing Loan). Ini ditujukan untuk melihat dampak yang ditimbulkan oleh pandemi covid-19 terhadap kinerja keuangan pada PT. PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) TBk (Persero) TBk. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diambil dari laporan profil industri perbankan yang telah dipublikasi di situs Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) dari triwulan 1 tahun 2019 sampai triwulan 4 tahun 2020. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan PT. PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) TBk (Persero) TBk sebelum dan setelah Covid-19 dilihat dari LDR yang meningkat sedangkan CAR, ROA,ROE, BOPO, dan NPL menurun secara tidak signifiakan dan masih dalam kondisi yang cukup baik. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran dan keterampilan masyarakat Desa Tondok Bakaru Mamasa dalam konservasi keanekaragaman hayati melalui pendekatan berbasis kearifan lokal. Kegiatan ini merupakan upaya kolaboratif antara Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi FKIP Universitas Sulawesi Barat dan masyarakat desa untuk melestarikan lingkungan lokal sebagai bagian dari tanggung jawab sosial dan akademik. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2024 s.d. Februari 2025 dan melibatkan 29 peserta masyarakat secara langsung, dengan fokus pada pelatihan berbasis partisipasi. Judul program ini adalah “Pelatihan dan Pendampingan Konservasi Keanekaragaman Hayati Berbasis Kearifan Lokal di Desa Tondok Bakaru”. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa materi yang disampaikan relevan dan mampu meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang pentingnya pelestarian ekosistem lokal. Peserta juga mengapresiasi metode pelatihan yang interaktif dan pendampingan yang intensif sebagai langkah penting menuju pelestarian lingkungan yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Human resource development is needed to improv employee performance, especially at PT. Kencana Hijau Binalestari. This study aims to examine the influence of leadership, compensation, and work environment to work environment of PT. Kencana Hijau Binalestari. This research is a quantitative research is all employees of PT. Kencana Hijau Binalestari a number of 40 employees. Determination of the sample using saturated sampling technique, where the the entire population is sampled. Data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive statistic, instrument test, classical assumption test, and hypotesis testing with mutiple linear regressionusing the help of IMB SPSS Statistic version 20 program. The result of this study partially showed that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work environment  has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. The result of the research simltaneously shows leaderhip, compensation, dan work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Kencana Hijau Binalestari.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the financial performance of PT. Sarimelati Kencana Tbk when measured using Economic Value Added. The population in this study is all financial report data of PT. Sarimelati Kencana Tbk, while the samples in this research are financial position reports and profit/loss reports. The data collection technique used is documentation techniques. The data collected is analyzed using Economic Value Added calculations. The results in this research show that the financial performance of PT. Sarimelati Kencana Tbk, if measured using Economic Value Added (EVA), produces a positive value, meaning that PT. Sarimelati Kencana Tbk is able to create added economic value. and said PT. Sarimelati Kencana Tbk has good performance.
