Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memutuskan dampak Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dinas Pendidikan. Teknik pemeriksaan yang digunakan adalah efek samping dari tes instrumen, yang terdiri dari tes legitimasi dan ketergantungan, penyelidikan faktual ilustratif, tes amsumance tradisional yang terdiri dari tes ordinariness, tes heteroskedastisitas dan tes linearitas, memanfaatkan program SPSS, investigasi cara, dan pemeriksaan bootstrap. Aparat pemeriksaan informasi dalam penelitian ini adalah penyelidikan ekspresif dan dilakukan secara kuantitatif. Konsekuensi dari studi investigasi grafis menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Persentase Persepsi Responden terhadap Variabel Kinerja Kerja adalah 74,07% dengan klasifikasi yang baik. (2) Persentase Persepsi Responden terhadap Variabel Lingkungan Kerja adalah 70,06% dengan klasifikasi yang bagus. (3) Persentase Persepsi Responden terhadap Variabel Kepuasan Keraja adalah 72,33% dengan klasifikasi yang layak. Berdasarkan hasil analisa jalur, pengaruh langsung variable Lingkungan kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai sebesar 0.1802. Pengaruh langsung ini lebih kecil jika dibandingkan dengan pengaruh tidak langsung variabel Lingkungan kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai melalui Kepuasan Kerja yaitu sebesar 0,2394.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of cooking class business services and tourist satisfaction with the quality of cooking class business services in Ubud District, Gianyar Regency. This research is based on a decrease in tourist visits in the cooking class business where the conditions are inversely proportional to an increase in tourists to Ubud.Data collection techniques through observation, structured interviews, literature study, documentation and questionnaires. In this study, to determine the sample, a cluster random sampling technique is used to get a sampling from people in country and regency. The informants in this study were cooking class teachers. The type of data used is qualitative and quantitative data. As for the data sources, namely primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques using Likert scale analysis and importance performance analysis (IPA).Based on the results of this study, the quality of cooking class business services in Ubud from 100 tourists to 16 indicators that affect the level of tourist satisfaction obtained an average total performance rating of 4.15, which means tourists assess the quality of cooking class business services in Ubud Good based on indicators from each - each variable. Meanwhile, tourist satisfaction with cooking class business services obtained from the level of suitability divided by 16 indicators that affect the level of satisfaction obtained an average suitability level score of 89.14% which means tourists feel satisfied. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Discipline on the Performance of Government Apparatuses in Cicendo District, Bandung City. This study involved 63 Cicendo District government officials, Bandung City, and all of them became respondents using a multiple linear regression analysis model. The results of this study indicate that Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on the performance of Cicendo District Government Apparatuses, Bandung City. While partially it was found that the leadership style factor had the most dominant significant influence on the performance of the Cicendo District Government Apparatus, Bandung City.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of promotions on Instagram, prices and menu variety on purchasing decisions for Hanan Catering in Bandung City. This research approach uses the approachscientificto test the justification of the proposed hypothesis. The population in this study were all consumers of homemade birthday cakes in Bandung. The sampling technique for determining the sample to be used in this study uses the techniquenon probability sampling, that ispurposive sampling. Then the total sample in this study was 91 respondents. The results of the study found that promotions on Instagram, prices and menu variety both simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze effect of price and promotion on car purchase decisions. The type of research used is a type of quantitative research. In this study, the population used was all consumers who purchased Toyota cars in Medan, but the exact sample size was unknown. So the minimum number of samples taken in this study is 18 times 5 to 90 respondents. In this study using data collection methods with field research and library research. Data analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that price has a positive and significant effect on car purchase decisions. Promotion has a positive and significant effect on car purchase decisions.

Abstract

In every line of business, strategy is important because it is a series of decisions and actions directed at achieving company goals. More than that, entrepreneurs need a marketing strategy for their business. This is very important because it is a fundamental tool planned to achieve company goals by developing a sustainable competitive advantage through the markets entered and marketing programs used to serve target markets. This research conducted in UD. Barokah which is located in Jatinangor, Sumedang Regency. The phenomenon that occurs is that the monthly target set by the company is not achieved even though several strategies have been implemented. The purpose of this research is to find out the right marketing strategy in increasing the number of sales and being able to survive in the face of competition in basic cooking oil at UD. Barokah, Sumedang District. This research is a field research with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data is obtained from shop owners, employees, and regular customers. Methods of data collection by observation, interviews, and documentation. The approach used in this study is the SWOT analysis approach, which is the systematic identification of various factors to formulate corporate strategy. Based on the results of the analysis of the SWOT diagram and SWOT matrix, it can be seen that Barokah Trading Business is in quadrant I (Aggressive Strategy) and on the SO strategy, where the company's strengths and opportunities are greater than its weaknesses and threats. The SO strategy is the most appropriate strategy for UD. Barokah , while other strategies can be used as alternative strategies for reference and consideration that can develop and increase sales of Barokah Business Trade products . In addition, the Barokah Trading Business can also combine the ST strategy, WO strategy and WT strategy as needed to maximize the marketing strategy implemented. where the strengths and opportunities of the company are greater than the weaknesses and threats. Abstract

This research is to find out about brand strength for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in West Java in the form of Brand Image and Identity and Brand Identity on Brand Love. This study used the AMOS SEM analysis method with a total of 147 respondents from Alunicorn consumers throughout Indonesia. The result of his research is that the influence of Brand Image and Identity is in the same direction as Brand Love.

Abstract

The study aims to investigate the impact of generation Z consumer behavior on site qualities, privacy security, online shopping services, and shopping enjoyment, as well as mediating shopping pleasure on online impulse purchases. The rapid expansion of e-commerce, along with the buying habits of Generation Z, leads to unexpected or impulse purchases. This study is quantitative, with primary data collected through a purposive sampling method. The number of respondents who met the criterion of generation Z in West Java, aged 18-35 years, and had shopped on the West Java Shoppe website was 159. The data analysis method employs the Structural Equation Model (SEM) in conjunction with the SmartPLS 3.0 programs. The findings reveal that site features have a direct impact on online impulse purchase behavior, but not privacy security. Online shopping services have little direct impact on online impulse purchases. Site qualities, privacy security, and online buying services all have an impact on purchasing experience. Shopping pleasure increases online impulse buying behavior.

Abstract

Traditional media marketing is becoming increasingly impacted by technology. Businesses can communicate, share information, and advertise their goods and services online. One of the online buying sites is Tokopedia. In Q1 2013, the top three online shopping platforms with the greatest growth in demand were Tokopedia, Amazon, and eBay. While Lazada and Shoppe, the two most popular online markets that are often downloaded on smartphones, have been the kings of online marketplaces, Tokopedia is the most commonly used application among Indonesians. This proves that Indonesians visit Tokopedia frequently and shop there right now. The purpose of this study is to ascertain (1) how digital marketing influences consumers' purchase choices on the Tokopedia marketplace. Abstract

The pandemic has had a big effect on the world, not just negatively but also in a lot of different industries. One of these sectors is the sports industry, where one of the results has been the increase in basketball tournaments, which inexorably has an effect on basketball-related products such specialized clothing. This product fills a niche in the market that the general public barely knows about because of its function, variety, and high level of product quality. During pandemics when social activities are restricted, this information search activity transfers to the network and involves visiting social media and social networking sites to learn more about products. Data for this qualitative study came from 141 respondents in Garut who play basketball regularly. The data was analyzed using SPSS, and it was found that social networks and social media have a big impact on people's decisions to buy basketball-related clothes.
