Abstract

This study aims to analyze effect of total quality management on visitor satisfaction and its effect on service quality. The population in this study are library employees at Universitas Pattimura, Ambon. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with a number of respondents as many as 33 respondents. Data are collected using a questionnaire as the main instrument and a questionnaire using the likert scale to measure respondents' answers. Hypothesis testing using partial least square test. The results show that total quality management has a positive effect on visitor satisfaction at the Library at Universitas Pattimura, Ambon. Visitor satisfaction has a positive effect on service quality at the Library at Universitas Pattimura, Ambon.

Abstract

This article aims to discuss about effect of social media on Local Coffee Shops. This type of research is associative research. The population in this study is Local Coffee Shops at Medan City. The sampling technique in this research is using purposive sampling technique. Based on these considerations, the number of research samples is 100 Local Coffee Shops at Medan City. Data analysis in this study using simple regression analysis. The results show that social media has significant effect on Local Coffee Shops at Medan City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze business strategy formulation based on strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) analysis, case study of PT Hatten Wine Bali. This type of research is a qualitative research with descriptive method. The type of data used is secondary data and data collection using observation. The analysis technique used is SWOT analysis. The results of this study indicate that PT Hatten Wine Bali already has more value than other competitors, which is supported from the production process to the quality of the final product which is so selective that the quality of the product becomes the main reference.

Abstract

AbstrakPerumda Pasar Juara is a company that offers traditional market services. According to survey, there are several problem phenomena that occur in the company where employees are currently considered not to be able to perform well at work so that they cannot complete all of the tasks assigned to them. This is due to poor employee discipline, which precludes employees from executing multiple tasks assigned to them on time. Moreover, compensation is thought to influence employee performance so when pay is calculated to be standard, making employees lazy to work and eager to find jobs with higher pay. As a research  collect data. A Likert scale is employed in the data collection technique. Kata kunci: Work Discipline, Compensation, Work Performance

Abstract

Impos Beach is one of the tourist destinations in Karang Anyar Hamlet, Medana Village, Tanjung District, North Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province. This study aims to determine the availability of facilities and infrastructure and to describe the management of facilities and infrastructure for the Impos Beach Tourism Area, Medana Village, Tanjung District, North Lombok Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The method of determining respondents was purposive sampling. The data used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis used is descriptive qualitative analysis, namely to reveal events or facts, circumstances, phenomena, variables and circumstances that occurred during the research by revealing what actually happened. The results of this study are the availability of facilities and infrastructure for the Impos Beach Tourism area is quite good but there are some that need to be added because they are not in accordance with the number of visits. Impos Beach is managed by Pokdarwis Sejahtera Pantai Impos which has been running since 2017 until now. The management of the facilities and infrastructure of the Impos Beach Tourism Area is still not optimal due to the lack of public awareness in protecting the environment on the Impos Beach and the lack of cohesiveness from Pokdarwis members because they are more concerned with private stalls.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh pelatihan teknis, disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di SekretariatUtama Pusat Pelaporan dan Analisis Transaksi Keuangan (PPATK). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan melakukan survey danpengujian kepada 52 pegawai tetap di Sekretariat Utama. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah non probability sampling. Pengumpulan datadilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert untuk mengukur setiap pernyataan, uji yang dilakukan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, dan uji regresi berganda dengan bantuan program IBM SPSS Statistics 20. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa variabel pelatihan teknis berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruhsecara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan variabel pelatihan teknis dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadao kinerjapegawai. Abstract

Online Travel Agent merupakan salah satu media pemasaran dan penjualan yang dilakukan oleh sebagian besar pemangku akomodasi pariwisata. Salah satu nya adalah Fame Hotel Sunset Road Bali. Untuk meningkatkan tingkat hunian kamar dan mendapatkan revenue yang maksimal melalui Online Travel, ecommerce dapat mengatur harga berdasarkan ketersediaan atau booking window. istilah untuk wisatawan yang memesan berdasarkan booking window dikenal dengan Last minute atau Early bird. Fame Hotel sendiripun menunjukan bahwa tahun 2019 wisatawan yang memesan secara last minute sebanyak 3.698 room nights sedangkan yang memesan secara early bird sebanyak 3.388 room nights. Bauran pemasaran merupakan hal yang diperhatikan dalam meningkatkan hunian kamar di Fame Hotel Sunset Road dalam memaksimalkan penjualan kamarnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Bauran pemasaran terhadap keputusan wisatawan memesan kamar last minute melalui online travel agent dan variabel bauran pemasaran yang mendominasi . Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi berganda dan korelasi menggunakan SPSS 24. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 170 wisatawan dengan penyebaran kuesioner secara purposive sampling. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah variabel product, price, promotion, place, people, process dan physical evidence berpengaruh positif signifikan secara simultan terhadap keputusan wisatawan memesan kamar last minute melalui online travel agent di fame hotel sunset road, bali dengan korelasi kekuatan hubungan antara variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat sebesar 0,585 atau intepretasi kekuatan hubungan cukup / sedang. Variabel bebas yang mendominasi adalah variabel product (X1) dengan koefisien Beta sebesar 0,266 berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini hendaknya pihak Fame Hotel meningkatkan strategi promosi yang menarik dan tepat sasaran bagi wisatawan yang memesan kamar last minute dan juga meningkatkan kualitas produk dan pelayanannya untuk mencapai target penjualan

Abstract

Sustainable tourism is tourism that takes full account of current and future economic, social and environmental impacts. This study aims to determine the perceptions of tourists on the application of green hotels at the Mercure Bali Nusa Dua hotel to determine the effect of green hotels on tourists' decision to stay at the Mercure Bali Nusa Dua hotel. The technique of collecting data was carried out by observation, interviews, documentation, literature study, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis consisting of a Likert scale, validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, correlation analysis, and determination analysis and hypothesis testing is (t-test) with an error rate of 5 percent. The result of this research is that tourists perceive the implementation of green hotels at the Mercure Bali Nusa Dua hotel in the very good category with an average of 4.30 percent according to the tourists' views. Simple linear regression analysis, analysis between green hotels and tourists' decisions to stay overnight obtained the equation Y = 6.491 + 0.425X. From the results of the correlation analysis shows that the relationship between the two variables is very high with a correlation coefficient of 0.864. The coefficient of determination of value is 74 percent and the remaining 26 percent is influenced by other variables. By using the t-test statistical analysis proves that a significant level of 5 percent is accepted because the t value (16,999) is greater than the t-table value (1,984), in other words green hotels positively and significantly influence tourists' decisions to stay at hotels. Abstract

Kepuasan kerja merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat penting untuk mendapatkan hasil kerja yang optimal. Kepuasan kerja sendiri dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa hal, salah satunya yakni beban kerja. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan Human Resort Department didapat beberapa keluhan mengenai kepuasan kerja karyawan yaitu gaji, tunjangan dan fasilitas oleh karena itu kepuasan karyawan perlu di perhatiakan sehingga dibutuhkan penelitian tentang kepuasan kerja di Visesa Ubud Resort. Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di Visesa Ubud Resort Ubud Bali. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, kuisioner, dan dokumentasi. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data kualitatif dan kuantitatif, sedangkan untuk sumber data dilakukan dengan data primer dan sekunder. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Quota Sampling dengan 28 pertanyaan dan jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden. Penyebaran dilakukan melalui teknik Random Sampling. Pada penelitian ini digunakan analisis data yaitu analisis data kualitatif dan analisis data kuantitatif. Statistik deskriptif yaitu dengan skala Likert dan statistik inferensial yaitu uji validitasi, uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi sederhana, uji korelasi, uji t-test, analisis koefisien determinasi dengan menggunakan SPSS version 25.0 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa beban kerja (X) berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan karyawan. Nilai determinasi yang didapatkan adalah sebesar 42,6 %, dimana artinya kepusan kerja dipengaruhi oleh beban kerja 42,6 %. Sedangkan sisanya 57,4 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Adapun saran yang dapat diberikan kepada pihak hotel agar lebih memperhatikan waktu istirahat, jumlah karyawan, gaji, tunjangan dan promosi agar beban kerja karyawan dapat berkurang dan meningkatkan kepuasan karyawan. Kata kunci: Beban Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Karyawan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to discuss about analysis of factors affecting employee performance. In this study, researchers used a type of causal associative research with a quantitative approach. In this study, the population will be employees, totaling 85 people. If the total population is less than 100 people, then the total number of samples taken is 85 people as the sample of this study. The analytical method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance
