Sustainability analysis of an industrial estate in multidimensional aspects is one of the important steps as an evaluation and review of the operation. Evaluation and review are very useful to evaluate whether the purpose of the existence of an industrial estate follows in PP 4 2009 on environmental procedures. Avoiding this procedures will affect the sustainability of the industrial estate. The Research was carried out in the industrial park EJIP 25-year-old base on ecological dimension economic, social, technological and management criteria for good governance principle. This analysis used Multi Dimensional Scaling (MDS) with techniques of Rapid Appraisal for Industrial Park (Rap Industrial Park). The result of the research showed that status of the sustainability of the industrial estate based on the ecological dimension was quite sustainable. The product of waste water from the process of millers may cause externality. In order to prevent the externality, millers has to internalize it by developing an installation of waste water treatment. The current is not sufficient for treating whole waste from the CPO process, therefore, can generate externality and external costs to community. This study aims to estimate the external cost and propose three alternatives of alternative of internalizations. The result of the research shows that the external cost is 146,194,433 IDR/year. The alternative of internalization offered are; compensation cost payment, sludge pond recovery, and well development.

Land conversion is one of the consequences of population growth. Bogor as a buffer zone of the capital city and Bekasi, Depok, Tangerang has significant increase number of developed land. The urban sprawl drove land use change from farmland, paddy fields, and forest area. This study tries to identify livelihood assets and livelihood structures and to analyse the socioeconomic vulnerability index of farm households as a result of land conversion in Cibungbulang Sub-district, Bogor Regency. The research focused on two villages, Cemplang and Situ Udik. We surveyed 35 households from each village to collect data on various vulnerability domains and 27 socioeconomic indicators. We built and weighted these indicators base on local stakeholders, farmers, prior researches and literature studies. The research results showed that both villages are moderate in vulnerability and are still able to deal with the existing shocks. SeVI of Cemplang is 0.51 and Situ Udik’s 0.37. There are five livelihood assets used by respondents to survive; human capital, economic, social, physical and financial.

Sustainability of food self-sufficiency in the West Java Province experiences strong pressure along with increasing economic development, the process of urbanization, population growth and the effects of climate change. The objective of this study is to identify technological and socio-cultural factors that can threatening the sustainability of food self-sufficiency in West Java Province. This study uses multidimensional scaling analysis to assess the sustainability index and status and supported by a descriptive analysis of key factors that can provide inhibiting factors for the sustainability of food self-sufficiency. The results of the analysis describe that the ecological, economic and institutional aspects have sufficient influence on sustainability in food self-sufficiency, while the socio-cultural aspects and aspects of technology provide less sustainable effects in supporting the sustainability of food self-sufficiency. Factors in the use of certified seeds, area of paddy fields and irrigated rice fields, use of tools and machines for rice production and rice cropping indexes are key factors in technological aspects that can be a threat to the sustainability of food self-sufficiency. While the threat to the sustainability of food self-sufficiency in the socio-cultural aspects come from the factor of the number of workers in the food crops sub-sector, the pattern of consumption of carbohydrate food in the community and the distribution of rice. Governance of these key factors is key in developing sustainability of food self-sufficiency in West Java Province.

This study aims to determine the vulnerability of salt farmer households due to climate change in Donggobolo Village. Weather anomalies resulting from climate change causes floods and droughts which negatively affect household livelihoods. The method for assessing the vulnerability of salt farmer households in this study is the LVI (Livelihood Vulnerability Index) analysis, LVI-IPCC, and descriptive analysis. LVI analysis uses seven components of vulnerability which include climate variability, food, water, health, socio-demographic profile, livelihood strategies, and social networks. The calculation of the overall value of the LVI components shows that the salt farmer household in Donggobolo Village is closer to the scale value for the most vulnerable conditions, with an index value of 0.333. The value of the climate variability component is the dominant value in the LVI, which is equal to 0.759. Based on the grouping of the seven LVI indicators into the IPCC vulnerability components (exposure, adaptive capacity, and sensitivity), the final score is 0.172. The large value of exposure compared to adaptive capacity causes household conditions to be closer to vulnerable conditions.

Variabilitas iklim seperti curah hujan serta kondisi perairan dengan tinggi gelombang dan angin yang kuat mempengaruhi aktivitas nelayan di laut dalam melakukan operasional penangkapan. Kondisi ini mengakibatkan perubahan pendapatan dari para nelayan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Muara Kecamatan Blanakan Kabupaten Subang bertujuan untuk mengetahui perubahan pendapatan serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Jumlah responden penelitian 100 orang terdiri dari 70 orang nelayan lokal, 15 nelayan pendatang dari Brebes dan 15 nelayan pendatang dari Tuban. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis pendapatan dan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rerata perubahan pendapatan nelayan lokal jaring insang Rp.1.753.681 (10,41%), nelayan lokal jaring payang sebesar Rp.14.321.631 (22,05%), nelayan andon Brebes Rp.11. 430.833 (23,56%) dan nelayan andon Tuban Rp.25.342.333 (22,24%). Sedangkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perubahan pendapatan nelayan adalah jarak menangkap, jumlah jam kerja di laut, dummy hujan dan dummy tinggi gelombang. Title: Analysis of The Factors Affecting The Change in Fisher’s Income Due To Climate Variability (Case: The Village of Muara, subdistrict of Blanakan, Subang District) Fish capture is heavily influenced by climate variability such as rainfall, water level and winds. Such conditions affect the fishers’ income. This research was conducted at Muara Village, Blanakan Sub-District, Subang Regency, and its purpose was to identify the change of income and factors contributing income changes. This research collected data from 100 respondents consist of 70 of local fishers, 15 of andon fishers from Brebes and 15 of andon fishers from Tuban. Method of the study was income analysis and a multiple linear regression. The research found that average number of local fishers’income with gills nets was IDR 1,753,681 (10.41%), local fishers with payang nets is IDR 14,321,631 (22.05%), andon fishers from Brebes was IDR 11,430,833 (23,56%), and andon fishers from Tuban was IDR 25,342,333 (22,24%). Factors that contribute to the income changes were distance of fishing area, sailing hours, rain dummy and wave height dummy.

Abstrak.Bahasa merupakan kemampuan yang dimiliki manusia untuk berkomunikasi dengan manusia lainnya menggunakan tanda, misalnya kata dan gerakan dengan tujuan untuk mengembangkan potensi yang dimilikinya. Berdasarkan teori linguistik, pemerolehan bahasa adalah proses yang berlangsung di alam otak anak ketika memperoleh bahasa dari ibunya. Ia akan berbahasa seperti apa yang didengar dan dilihat dari ibu dan orang-orang disekitarnya secara struktur dalam semua kompunen bahasa baik fonologi, sintaksis, pragmatik maupun semantiknya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji teori linguistik dan proses pemerolehan bahasa pada anak usia 0-5 tahun. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan mewawancarai orang tua anak secara langsung, dengan tahapan pengumpulan data, analisis data, dan penyajian hasil analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, pemerolehan bahasa pada anak-anak usia 0-5 tahun sangat dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor diatantaranya: usia anak, bahasa ibu dan lingkungan.Kata Kunci: Teori Linguistik, Pemerolehan Bahasa, AnakAbstract. Language is the ability of humans to communicate with other humans using signs, such as words and movements with the aim of developing their potential. Based on linguistic theory, language acquisition is a process that takes place in the child's brain when he acquires language from his mother. He will speak as what he hears and sees from his mother and the people around him structurally in all language components, both phonology, syntax, pragmatics and semantics. The purpose of this study was to examine linguistic theory and the process of language acquisition in children aged 0-5 years. The research method uses a descriptive method by interviewing the children's parents directly, with the stages of data collection, data analysis, and presentation of the results of the analysis. The results showed that language acquisition in children aged 0-5 years was strongly influenced by many factors including: child's age, mother tongue and environment.Keywords: Linguistic Theory, Language Acquisition, Children

Praktik penyalahgunaan dan peredaran narkotika di Aceh Timur sangat mengkhawatirkan. Kasus sabu tahun 2018 berjumlah 119 kasus, 75 kasus tahun 2019 dan 45 kasus tahun 2020. Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis peran Kepolisian, (BNNP) dan masyarakat dalam menanggulangi dan koordinasi dalam penanggulangan kejahatan narkotika di Aceh Timur. Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis empiris. Bahan hukum yang digunakan adalah bahan hukum primer, bahan hukum sekunder dan bahan hukum tertier. Analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepolisian, BNNP dan masyarakat memiliki peran strategis dalam menanggulangi praktik narkotika dan koordinasi kurang berjalan efektif karena kedudukan BNNP belum ada di Aceh Timur.

The authority of the Syar'iyah Court in the field of marriage has a lot of contact with the interests of women. The decisions made from these cases are expected to be able to fulfill women's rights in return for the perceived suffering. Has the Syar'iyah Court already played a role and function in its decisions and consideration has been gender responsiveness to protect women's rights. Specifically the rights of women arising from divorce, in the verdict and the rights of civil servants' wives due to divorce divorce. This study aims to determine the role of the Syar'iyah Court in protecting the rights of women in divorce through its decision. The method used is juridical normative with the conceptual approach and the statute approach. Data analysis uses a qualitative approach. After conducting research, the existence of legal innovations in the Syar'iyah Court and guided by Perma Number 3 of 2017 in protecting women's rights can be protected. The Syar'iyah Court has not yet fully given a concrete decision regarding women's rights as a result of divorced divorce by male civil servants. Judges' considerations are gender biased and have a patriarchal mindset, difficulty of execution due to the absence of structural relationship between the court and related institutions to be the reason for the judges to ignore Government Regulation Number 10 of 1983 as amended by Government Regulation Number 45 of 1990 concerning marriage licenses and divorce of civil servants civil. If the regulation has been ratified even though there is no structural relationship and order, the Judge is obliged to carry it out and that the Syar'iyah Court Judge in giving consideration must synergize between the divorce permit in filing the divorce request to court with the decision for civil servants

Penelitian didasari fakta empiris adanya orang asing yang menyalahgunakan izin tinggal di Kota Lhokseumawe. Tahun 2018 berjumlah 5 kasus, 1 kasus tahun 2019 dan 3 kasus tahun 2020. Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis mekanisme pengawasan, hambatan dan upaya TPI Lhokseumawe mengawasi orang asing. Penelitian menggunakan metode yuridis empiris. Bahan hukum yang digunakan adalah bahan hukum primer, bahan hukum sekunder dan bahan hukum tertier. Analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pengawasan TPI belum berjalan efektif dikarenakan berbagai hambatan, yaitu SDM terbatas, luasnya wilayah, kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat tentang pentingnya pengawasan orang asing.
