Abstract

Dalam bidang pendidikan dan pengajaran, diperlukan supervisor yang dapat berdialog serta membantu pertumbuhan pribadi dan profesi agar setiap orang mengalami peningkatan pribadi dan profesi. Kepala sekolah memiliki kewajiban untuk mengatur jalannya sekolah dan juga dapat bekerja sama dan berhubungan erat dengan masyarakat, membangkitkan semangat staf guru-guru dan pegawai sekolah untuk bekerja lebih baik, membangun dan memlihara kekluargaan, kekompakan dan persatuan antara guru-guru, pegawai dan murid-muridnya, mengembangkan kurikulum sekolah, mengetahui rencana sekolah dan tahu bagaimana menjalankannya, memperhatikan dan mengusahakan kesejahteraan guru-guru dan pegawainya. Supervisi dapat dilaksanakan oleh kepala sekolah yang berperan sebagai supervisor, meski dalam sistem organisasi pendidikan modern diperlukan supervisor khusus yang lebih independent, dan dapat meningkatkan objektivitas dalam pembinaan dan pelaksanaan tugasnya. Fungsi pengawasan atau supervisi dalam pendidikan tidak hanya sekedar kontrol melihat apakah segala kegiatan telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan rencana dan program yang telah di gariskan, tetapi lebh dari itu. Supervisi dalam pendidikan mengandung pengertian yang lebih luas. Kegiatan supervisi mencakuppenentuan kondisi-kondisi atau syarat-syarat personel maupun material yang diperlukan untuk terciptanya situasi belajar-mengajar yang efektif, dan usaha memenuhi syarat-syarat itu.Kata kunci: Pendidikan; Sekolah; Supervisi

Abstract

This study aims to find out how students perceive the integration of AI technology in learning academic writing. This qualitative case study examined the perceptions of 27 English students at Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar regarding the use of AI tools in their academic writing development. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, providing rich insights into students' attitudes, perceived benefits, and potential drawbacks of AI-driven instruction. The findings of this study show that there are two types of perceptions towards the application of AI in writing learning: Perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Perceived usefulness can be observed through several indicators, including improved academic writing quality, increased efficiency in writing activities, enhanced learning, better grades, and meeting writing requirements. Furthermore, perceived ease of use also has six indicators, namely ease of understanding, ease of use, clarity and understandability, flexibility and adaptability, minimal effort required, and user-friendliness.

Abstract

This study aims to find out: 1. Planning, 2. Implementation, and 3. Evaluation of the Independent Learning Curriculum in Islamic Education Subjects at Junior High School. The research method is field research (field research) which is descriptive in nature, namely describing the facts as they are from the results the research obtained was in accordance with the problems under study, and the primary data source was the Islamic Education teacher, and the secondary data source was the Madrasah head and 3 class VII students using the Purposive Teacher Islamic Education Technique. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Managing data through data reduction steps, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/data verification. Related research results 1. Planning, 2. Implementation, and 3. Learning evaluation of the independent curriculum learning The objectives of the independent curriculum have been achieved in Islamic Education learning at Junior High School that have been achieved but not so perfectly that it can be said that 75% of the final results are because this curriculum has just been implemented and only implemented learn and there are no guidelines that can be followed, the results are not optimal, so that the maximum goal of the National Education is always to provide training to teachers so they can get maximum results.

Abstract

Spirituality is a human spiritual aspect that determines the quality of attitudes and behavior. A lot of cases of immorality are caused by weak spiritual intelligence. Therefore, such intelligence needs to be seriously improved. One of the methods that can be used is reciting zikr (remembrance). This research proves that practicing zikr can have a positive effect on mental condition. This research was conducted at a student boarding school in Palangka Raya who practiced the zikr of the Qadiriyah Naqsyabandiyah Order (TQN). This research is descriptive qualitative as well as quantitative. The result proves that TQN Zikr has a positive impact on the spiritual intelligence of its practitioners. The

Abstract

Kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT) merupakan fenomena sosial yang serius dan kompleks, mencakup berbagai bentuk kekerasan fisik, emosional, seksual, dan ekonomi yang terjadi dalam lingkup rumah tangga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penyebab, dampak, dan upaya penanggulangan KDRT dalam konteks hukum dan sosial di Indonesia. KDRT disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor seperti ketidaksetaraan gender, tekanan ekonomi, dan budaya patriarki. Dampak KDRT meliputi kerusakan fisik dan psikologis yang signifikan bagi korban, serta disfungsi keluarga. Penelitian ini juga mengeksplorasi berbagai upaya yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah dan organisasi non-pemerintah dalam menangani dan mencegah KDRT, termasuk peran undang-undang Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak serta penyediaan layanan dukungan bagi korban. Kesimpulannya, meskipun telah ada berbagai upaya penanggulangan, diperlukan kerja sama yang lebih sinergis antara berbagai pihak untuk secara efektif mengatasi KDRT dan melindungi hak-hak korban.

Abstract

Profil pelajar Pancasila bertujuan secara khusus untuk melatih dan membentuk siswa agar mencapai kompetensi yang sesuai dengan harapan sistem pendidikan Indonesia. Fokus utama dari profil ini adalah memastikan bahwa setiap siswa tidak hanya memahami secara mendalam nilai-nilai Pancasila, tetapi juga mampu menginternalisasi dan mengaplikasikannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Dengan demikian, profil pelajar Pancasila tidak hanya mengejar pencapaian akademis, tetapi juga bertujuan membentuk karakter siswa yang sejalan dengan nilai-nilai moral, sosial, dan etika yang diharapkan oleh sistem pendidikan nasional. Melalui pendekatan ini, diharapkan bahwa siswa akan mampu menjadi anggota masyarakat yang berkontribusi positif dan memiliki kesadaran akan tanggung jawab moralnya dalam menjalani kehidupan bermasyarakat. Profil pelajar Pancasila bertujuan mencetak siswa sesuai kompetensi sistem pendidikan Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus deskriptif kualitatif untuk menggambarkan penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila melalui pembelajaran ISMUBA di MTS Muhammadiyah Datarang Kabupaten Gowa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan implementasi ISMUBA berhasil mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islam, berkebinekaan global, bergotong-royong, kemandirian, bernalar kritis, dan kreativitas. Metode ini tidak hanya menciptakan lingkungan belajar positif tetapi juga membentuk karakter dan keterampilan esensial siswa untuk menghadapi dunia modern

Abstract

Modul Nusantara menjadi salah satu mata kuliah wajib mahasiswa yang mengikuti program Petukaran Mahasiswa Merdeka. Modul Nusantara adalah rangkaian kegiatan yang memfokuskan untuk menciptakan pemahaman mahasiswa dalam memperkenalkan kekayaan kebudayaan Nusantara dari berbagai hal. Salah satunya melakukan kegiatan kontribusi sosial di wilayah penempatan Pertukaran Mahasiswa Merdeka. Kontribusi sosial adalah bentuk partisipasi kelompok kepada masyarakat untuk menciptakan kehidupan yang harmonis sehingga terwujudnya hubungan sosial yang memiliki rasa empati. Mahasiswa sebagai sosial kontrol dalam masyarakat harus mampu meningkatkan dan melatih jiwa kepedulian sosial yang dilaksanakan dalam bentuk kegiatan nyata. Kontribusi sosial merupakan kegiatan yang wajib dilaksanakan di akhir Program Pertukaran Mahasiswa Merdeka (PMM). Kontribusi sosial yang dilakukan oleh kelompok Pertukaran Mahasiswa Merdeka 4 Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Banyuwangi dilaksanakan di 3 tempat yaitu di Desa Patoman, Rumah Veteran dan Pondok Pesantren ABK. K.H. Ahmad Dahlan. Kegiatan kontribusi sosial dilakukan dengan memberikan sembako dan alat-alat kebutuhan sekolah kepada 70 orang. Kegiatan ini di sambut oleh pengurus yang ada di 3 tempat tersebut dan masyarakat yang sangat antusias menyebabkan tujuan pelaksanakan kontribusi sosial ini dapat terlaksana dengan baik dan lancar. Selain itu tidak hanya memberikan kontribusi sosial saja, melainkan mahasiswa juga belajar langsung nilai-nilai Pancasila yang telah lama dipraktekkan oleh Masyarakat Desa Patoman dan sharing session di Rumah Veteran serta bermain bersama dengan adik-adik yang ada di Pondok Pesantren ABK. Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused a decrease in the number of visitors to tourist attractions in Central Sulawesi. The government and managers have made various innovations to increase the bargaining power of tourist destinations. In the competitive landscape of the tourism industry, these innovations are crucial for attracting visitors and maintaining a positive reputation. One of the improvements made to the facilities and maintenance equipment is to ensure that tourists feel satisfied when visiting. The manager carries out emotional experiences, destination images, and viral marketing strategies to provide a sense of satisfaction to visitors. These strategies are essential for enhancing customer engagement and loyalty, which are vital in a recovering market. This study analyses experiential marketing, destination image, and viral marketing on customer satisfaction. This research involved 100 tourist visitors in Central Sulawesi. The findings of this study indicate that simultaneously the three variables have a significant positive effect, but partially they do not. The EM and VM variables each positively affect visitor satisfaction, while the DI variable does not. This highlights the need for tourism managers to prioritize experiential and viral marketing techniques in their strategies. This research suggests to tourism managers that they continue to make efforts to improve the destination's image to increase visitor satisfaction and simultaneously increase the number of visitors and return visits of tourists. Ultimately, adopting a holistic approach that combines these elements can help strengthen the overall competitive position of Central Sulawesi's tourism industry.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the extent to which the influence of leadership style (LS), organizational culture (OC), and work environment (WE) on the turnover intention (TI) of employees of PT. Mandala Multifinance. The assumption is that these three variables are one of the factors causing many employees to leave the company. The company cannot ignore these causal factors because they can affect the comfort of employees, which ultimately affects their desire to leave the company. This research involved 115 employees of PT. Mandala Multifinance and tested quantitatively using SPSS version 22. This study's calculated results indicate a partial positive influence on LS and OC variables, while the WE variable does not. Simultaneous calculation results show a positive influence of the three variables on turnover intention. In the competitive landscape of the financial services industry, where employee retention is critical to maintaining service quality and client trust, understanding these factors is essential. High turnover can disrupt client relationships and increase recruitment and training costs, making it imperative for organizations to address leadership, culture, and environmental factors effectively. This study suggests that all companies, particularly in the financial sector, pay attention to these factors for the convenience of employees to reduce turnover intention.

Abstract

This study aims to compare the effectiveness of the Qiro’ah and Ummi methods in enhancing Qur'an reading skills in Jayapura. This research uses a qualitative design with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The study subjects were Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Unggulan Darul Qur’an Wadda’wah Argapura and SDIT Permata Hati As-Salaam students. Data analysis was conducted descriptively and qualitatively by systematically organizing, reducing, presenting, and concluding the data. The results show that the Qiro’ah and Ummi methods effectively improve Qur'an reading skills. The Qiro’ah method focuses on mastering makharijul huruf and tajweed through pictorial media, while the Ummi method emphasizes a motherly approach with direct learning and repetition. Both methods successfully improved students' Qur'an reading fluency. The implications of this research indicate that both methods can be applied in various Islamic educational institutions in Jayapura to improve students' Qur'an reading skills. Further research is needed to explore other factors that influence the effectiveness of Qur'an learning.
