Abstract

In the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Society 5.0, educational data governance demands speed, accuracy, and real-time accessibility. Manual student data management often leads to redundancy, inefficiency, and delays in strategic decision-making. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness and impact of transforming student data governance through the implementation of Web-based Management Information Systems (MIS). The research method employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) using the PRISMA protocol on 32 reputable scientific articles (Scopus and SINTA 1-2) published between 2015 and 2025. The synthesis analysis shows that the transformation to web-based MIS has a significant impact on four main dimensions: (1) Operational efficiency of school administration through automation; (2) Improvement of data validity and integration (interoperability); (3) Support for data-driven decision making for school principals; and (4) Improvement of public services to parents. However, challenges related to cybersecurity and human resource (HR) readiness remain major obstacles. These findings confirm that the digitalization of data governance is not just a change of tools, but an organizational cultural transformation towards an accountable and futuristic school.

Abstract

Teachers’ psychological well being plays an essential role in supporting effective instruction and fostering positive teacher student relationships in elementary schools. However, increasing administrative workloads, emotional demands, and performance expectations pose serious challenges to teachers’ mental health. This study aims to systematically identify the main determinants of elementary school teachers’ psychological well being, examine intervention strategies discussed in recent literature, and map current research trends. A Systematic Literature Review was conducted in accordance with the PRISMA 2020 guidelines. Articles were collected using Publish or Perish from the Scopus and Crossref databases, limited to peer reviewed journal publications from 2015 to 2024. Following the screening and eligibility process, 40 articles were selected and analyzed using qualitative thematic synthesis and bibliometric mapping with VOSviewer. The findings show that internal factors such as self efficacy, emotion regulation, resilience, and psychological capital are the most consistent predictors of teachers’ psychological well being. External factors including workload, organizational support, school climate, and leadership practices also play a significant role. Overall, teachers’ psychological well being is shaped by the interaction of individual and organizational factors.

Abstract

This literature-based study describes shifts in character education narratives in Catholic schools from 2010 to 2025 using Lickona’s moral framework of knowing–feeling–action. Within conditions of technological disruption and growing social complexity, Catholic schools are portrayed as institutions facing challenges in sustaining moral and spiritual formation while responding to contemporary demands. The review applies a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) design following PRISMA 2020 guidelines, encompassing identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion stages. A total of 43 articles indexed in Scopus and Web of Science are examined through descriptive and qualitative thematic analysis, with study quality evaluated using the Critical Appraisal Skills Programme (CASP). The synthesis indicates a discernible paradigm shift from a mainly cognitive orientation toward moral knowing (2010–2014) to increased attention to moral feeling and moral action (2015–2025). Values such as service, empathy, integrity, solidarity, and love appear as dominant themes. This shift reflects the reorientation of Catholic education from a dogmatic stance toward a reflective and transformative social practice, with important implications for curriculum development and character formation in pluralistic and secular contexts.

Abstract

This study examines the dual curriculum as an integrative model for improving educational quality in response to the growing need for adaptive and holistic learning frameworks. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) guided by PRISMA 2020 procedures, this study synthesizes findings from 43 selected articles retrieved from Scopus, Google Scholar, and the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), covering diverse educational contexts including Islamic boarding schools, higher education, and vocational education. The analysis conceptualizes the dual curriculum as a multidimensional framework that integrates curriculum design, pedagogical practices, institutional leadership, and policy alignment. The findings indicate that dual curriculum implementation is associated with improvements in academic competence, critical thinking, social literacy, and learners’ readiness to meet evolving societal and workforce demands. These outcomes are influenced by key enabling factors such as leadership commitment, teacher capacity, and institutional support. However, several challenges persist, including increased curricular load, tensions between differing knowledge paradigms, socio-cultural resistance, and limitations in assessment practices. This study contributes to the field of educational management by offering a synthesized conceptual model that positions the dual curriculum as a cross-contextual and adaptive integrative framework. It also highlights the importance of systemic alignment across educational dimensions and underscores the need for more rigorous comparative and empirical research to strengthen the evidence base of dual curriculum implementation.

Abstract

Enhancing the professionalism of Indonesian National Police (POLRI) personnel has become increasingly important in responding to the growing demands for humanistic public service and social adaptability. One of the strategic approaches implemented in police education is the Live In program within the training of Female Police Non-Commissioned Officers (Bintara Polwan), which emphasizes experiential learning through direct community engagement. This study aims to systematically analyze the effectiveness of the Live In program in strengthening professionalism, particularly in developing empathy, social awareness, and adaptive competencies. This research employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach based on PRISMA 2020 to synthesize relevant empirical and theoretical evidence. A total of 250 records were identified from major academic databases, resulting in 45 selected studies after a rigorous screening and eligibility process. The findings reveal that the Live In program significantly contributes to the development of humanistic character, interpersonal competence, and gender-sensitive soft skills, and is more effective than conventional training approaches in fostering professional attitudes and social responsibility. The study concludes that structured implementation, institutional support, and standardized evaluation mechanisms are essential to maximize program outcomes and support holistic police education.

Abstract

The post-COVID-19 pandemic era and the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) have driven significant transformations in education; however, gaps remain in understanding the conceptual framework, trends, and scholarly collaboration of digital leadership, thus requiring a comprehensive analysis to identify current developments and future research directions. This study aims to analyze publication gaps, trends, and influential authors related to digital leadership in educational institutions using bibliometric analysis on the Scopus database for the period January 2020–January 2025. The data sources were Scopus journal articles selected through inclusion criteria  and exclusion criteria, resulting in eight articles after the PRISMA flowchart process and manual selection. The analytical methods involved a descriptive review of study characteristics, identification of bias risks, and VOSviewer visualization for co-word and co-authorship mapping. The main findings reveal gaps in the integration of digital competence, Industry 4.0, and bibliometrics with digital leadership, highlight recent trends in digital learning environments, and identify influential authors such as Yuan Ying from global collaborations; the studies were dominated by mixed-methods in developing countries with sampling and local context biases. These conclusions underscore the need for a mature, inclusive, and human-centered digital leadership framework.

Abstract

The rapid rise of TikTok Affiliate has transformed how businesses in emerging markets organize operations, yet little is known about its impact on supply chain practices in technically complex sectors. This study aims to explore how TikTok Affiliate marketing reshapes operational dynamics within Indonesia’s motorcycle spare parts ecosystem. Using a qualitative phenomenological design, data were collected through in-depth interviews with affiliators, SME owners, and consumers, complemented by document analysis and field observations. The findings reveal that algorithmic mediation drives unpredictable demand shifts, affiliators act as cultural mediators influencing customer engagement, and SMEs adopt agile, platform-responsive supply chain strategies. Trust and informal governance mechanisms emerged as crucial in sustaining operations, while infrastructural gaps highlight the challenges of digital integration in Indonesia. The study contributes to operations management literature by framing affiliate marketing as an operational phenomenon and provides practical insights for SMEs, policymakers, and digital ecosystem stakeholders.

Abstract

The development of local entrepreneurship ecosystems requires collaborative engagement among multiple stakeholders to address the challenges faced by micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), particularly in digital marketing, business networking, and community-based economic empowerment. However, socio-cultural public events in regional contexts are often implemented only as ceremonial activities and have not been optimally utilized as platforms for entrepreneurship activation and collaborative ecosystem development. This community service program aimed to strengthen the local entrepreneurship ecosystem through a Pentahelix-based public engagement model during the National Santri Day 2025 celebration in Tulungagung, Indonesia. The program employed a participatory community development approach involving academia, business actors, community organizations, government institutions, and media partners. Activities included entrepreneurship campaigns, MSME exhibitions, digital marketing socialization, branding assistance, and stakeholder networking during a public walking event attended by 2,000 participants. The results indicate that the program successfully increased MSME product exposure, improved participants’ understanding of collaborative entrepreneurship and digital marketing, strengthened stakeholder networking, and enhanced public engagement in local economic activities. The findings suggest that socio-cultural community events can function as sustainable entrepreneurial activation platforms when integrated with collaborative governance and ecosystem-based empowerment strategies.
