Abstract

This study aims to develop a project-based teaching module on the production of eco-enzyme within the topic of organic waste processing for students of the Biology Education Study Program, FKIP Universitas Cordova, in the Environmental Science Fundamentals course. This research is a development study using the 4D model, consisting of the stages of define, design, develop, and disseminate. However, in this study, the process was limited only to the development stage. The results showed that the module was declared valid and feasible to use based on validation results from two expert validators (a material expert and a media expert), with a validity percentage of 77,5%, as well as a module readability test by students of 85%, indicating that the module is easy to understand. The validation results indicate that the project-based eco-enzyme production teaching module is appropriate and can be implemented in the learning process.

Abstract

Education is a fundamental human right guaranteed by the constitution and international instruments, serving as the foundation for building an advanced nation. However, equitable fulfillment of the right to education remains a significant challenge in Indonesia, particularly in Indragiri Hilir Regency. This region faces various obstacles such as difficult geographical conditions, damaged school infrastructure, limited road access, and suboptimal teacher welfare. This study employs a literature review method with a qualitative approach to examine the condition of equitable access to education and strategies for implementing inclusive education in Indragiri Hilir. The findings indicate a high disparity in access and quality of education between urban and rural areas, exacerbated by inadequate facilities and resources. Inclusive education is viewed as a strategic solution to ensure equal access to education, emphasizing the principles of non-discrimination, acceptance of diversity, and fairness. Recommended strategies include improving educational infrastructure, enhancing road and transportation access, and increasing teacher welfare and protection. Collaboration among government, society, and the private sector is essential to ensure every child in Indragiri Hilir can access quality education without barriers, thus achieving the fulfillment of the right to education in a fair and sustainable manne.

Abstract

"Saksi Mata" is presented as a representation of the political system in Indonesia, packaged philosophically. The story opens and closes with a distinctive tone and is rich in symbolism. Various satirical and dark jokes create an intriguing flavor. In the short story, speaking out for justice by giving testimony is merely served as a buffet for power. It's like livestock that are only allowed to speak when asked, in unison, and with one voice. Forced to bawl, even though in reality, the farm houses not only goats but also chickens, ducks, cows, and horses. When they don't obey orders, the farmer comes in to train them with a series of beatings, ultimately leading to death. Shielded by the equality of truth, created to achieve absoluteness, "Saksi Mata" is inserted into "Saksi Mata" a mirror fragment that has been carried since birth. Each shard is ensured to be evenly distributed. Down to the grain, it is guaranteed to be the poison of resistance. If the eyes and tongue have been confiscated, what remains are the hands and head, filled with memories of oppression.

This study uses a quantitative methodology with a survey method.” Generation Z employees in the service sector in Purworejo Regency were surveyed using a questionnaire, and the data were evaluated using statistical methods. In contrast to work stress, which has a positive effect on turnover intention but a negative effect on job satisfaction, work-life balance has a positive effect on both turnover intention and job satisfaction, according to the study's results. The association between work-life balance and job stress on turnover intention is mediated by job satisfaction, which has been found to have a negative effect on turnover intention. The study's conclusions indicate that improving work-life balance and managing stress are crucial for increasing job satisfaction and reducing Generation Z employees' desire to change jobs.

Abstract

The growth of e-commerce in Indonesia, particularly through Shopee, has driven changes in consumer behavior, especially among Generation Z, who are quick to adapt to technology and highly active on social media. These conditions make Gen Z more susceptible to emotional triggers and impulsive purchasing tendencies in digital environments. The population in this study consists of all residents of Purworejo. The sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique, resulting in 120 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS for Windows. The questionnaire used in this research was pilot-tested and met the required standards of validity and reliability. Hypothesis testing was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis. The findings indicate that (1) fear of missing out (FoMO) has a positive and significant effect on online impulse buying; (2) shopping enjoyment has a positive and significant effect on online impulse buying; and (3) hedonic shopping motivation has a positive and significant effect on online impulse buying.
