Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris kemampuan beban kerja dan komitmen organisasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja perawat, baik secara langsung maupun melalui intervening teamwork. Pendekatan kuantitatif Partial Least Square (PLS) digunakan untuk enganalisis data 78 perawat di ruangan high care unit IRNA I RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang, yang diambil secara sensus. Temuan empiris yang diperoleh bahwa hasil path coefficiency menunjukkan komitmen organisasi terhadap teamwork berpengaruh signifikan dengan arah positif, tetapi beban kerja tidak signifikan dengan arah negatif. Kemudian, hasil path coefficiency komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, tetapi beban kerja terhadap kinerja berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan, artinya beban kerja yang sangat tinggi pada perawat tidak mampu menurunkan kinerja, bahkan sebaliknya semakin meningkatkan kinerja, lebih efektif dan efisien. Temuan lainnya adalah hasil specific indireck effects komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja perawat yang dimediasi oleh teamwork adalah signifikan, tetapi specific indireck effects beban kerja terhadap kinerja perawat yang dimediasi oleh teamwork tidak signifikan. Penelitian ini hanya didasarkan hasil isian angket sehingga dimungkinkan adanya unsur kurang obyektif dalam proses pengisian seperti adanya saling bersamaan dalam pengisian angket. Kemudian, dalam pengisian angket diperoleh adanya sifat responden sendiri seperti kejujuran dan ketakutan dalam menjawab responden tersebut dengan sebenarnya. Mereka juga dalam memberikan jawaban tidak berfikir jernih (hanya asal selesai dan cepat) karena faktor waktu dan pekerjaan. Selain itu, faktor yang digunakan untuk mengungkap tanggapan perawat terhadap kinerja perawat sangat terbatas pada faktor beban kerja, komitmen organisasi dan teamwork, sehingga perlu dilakukan penelitian lain yang lebih luas untuk mengungkap tanggapan perawat terhadap kinerjanya secara menyeluruh Kata Kunci: Beban Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Teamwork, Kinerja, Perawat, high care unit IRNA I RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang. Abstract: The aim of this research was to obtain empirical evidence of workload ability and organizational commitment in improving nurse performance, either directly or through intervening teamwork. The quantitative approach of Partial Least Square (PLS) was used to analyze the data of 78 nurses in the high care room of the IRNA I hospital Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang, taken by census. The empirical findings obtained are that the path coefficiency results indicate organizational commitment to teamwork has a significant effect in a positive direction, but the workload is not significant in a negative direction. Then, the results of the path coefficiency of organizational commitment to performance have a positive and significant effect, but the workload on performance has an insignificant positive effect, meaning that the very high workload of nurses is not able to reduce performance, on the contrary, it increases performance, is more effective and efficient. Another finding is that the specific indirect effects of organizational commitment on nurse performance mediated by teamwork are significant, but the specific indirect effect of workload on nurse performance mediated by teamwork is not significant. This research is only based on the results of filling in the questionnaire so that it is possible that there are less objective elements in the filling process, such as the simultaneous existence of the questionnaire filling. Then, in filling out the questionnaire, it was found that the respondent's own characteristics such as honesty and fear in answering these respondents actually. They also do not think clearly in giving answers (only as long as it is finished and fast) due to time and work factors. In addition, the factors used to reveal nurses' responses to nurses' performance are very limited to workload, organizational commitment and teamwork factors, so it is necessary to conduct other, broader studies to reveal nurses' responses to their overall performance. This study aims to determine whether the dimensions of service quality that is tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy that has been given to the satisfaction masyarakay Cibuntu Village Tourism Village visitors Cibuntu. The population in this study were the guests who visited the village Cibuntu to do sightseeing. Samples were taken of 200 respondents using Non-Probability Sampling technique using tables in Sugiono Isaac and Michael (2014), in which the sample was taken 10% of the total population of 2012, which visitors coming period of 2012 s / d in 2014. Based on the results of research known of the five dimensions of service after inserted into the Cartesian diagram of the dimensions of responsiveness (responsiveness) included in quadrant A (Priority), which means that this dimension is still considered less well and have not been able to satisfy pengunjung. For realibility dimensions, assurance, tangible, empathy included in quadrant B (Maintain Achievement), which means that the fourth dimension is considered good and had satisfactory pengunjung.Berdasarkan these results, it is necessary in the training held on the responsiveness of the community in providing pekayanan to visitors at the Tourism Village Cibuntu, so the service given to the visitor can give satisfaction.Keywords: service quality, tangible, reliability, responsivenes, assurance, emphaty , customer satisfaction, tourism village

Puskesmas Pituruh merupakan salah satu Puskesmas yang memberikan pelayanan rawat inap. Puskesmas sendiri memiliki 16 kamar, antara lain 3 kamar nivas, 3 kamar anak, 9 kamar dewasa dan 1 ruang isolasi. Terdapat kendala dalam proses bisnis selama ini yaitu tidak adanya informasi digital tentang kamar, proses manual masih digunakan untuk menyelesaikan administrasi pendaftaran, dan perhitungan biaya pembayaran masih dilakukan secara manual serta pelaporan pada pihak kepala puskesmas masih menggunakan laporan tertulis yang ada di bagian administrasi. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, Puskesmas Pituruh membutuhkan sistem informasi rawat inap untuk mengurangi waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk mencari ketersediaan kamar kosong, mempercepat perhitungan pembayaran yang dilakukan admisi, dan memberikan laporan rinci kepada kepala puskesmas. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi rawat inap berbasis web yang dapat menampilkan kamar kosong, mempercepat pendaftaran, mempercepat perhitungan biaya rawat inap, mengurangi kemungkinan kesalahan dalam proses perhitungan, dan menghasilkan laporan rinci kepada Kepala Puskesmas.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi di era saat ini berkembang pesat, yang ditunjukkan dengan munculnya banyak program inovatif dalam layanan informasi pribadi. Salah satu pesaing informasi tersebut adalah SIMPEG, sebuah aplikasi dari Universitas Sebelas Maret. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan keamanan informasi untuk mengatasi aspek kerahasiaan, integritas, dan ketersediaan informasi. Aplikasi ini memastikan keamanan informasi pribadi pengguna dan data pegawai. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Pegawai diwajibkan untuk mendaftarkan akun menggunakan email yang telah terdaftar pada SSO Pengguna aplikasi ini adalah dosen dan tenaga kependidikan termasuk pengguna umum dan operator SIMPEG. Aplikasi SIMPEG ini juga menjamin kerahasiaan data pribadi setiap pegawai dan hanya dapat dilihat oleh pegawai internal Universitas Sebelas Maret. Tujuan pendaftaran akun melalui NIP/NIK dan email staff pegawai dengan tujuan mencegah tindakan-tindakan yang dapat merugikan lembaga. Salah satu aturan penggunaan aplikasi ini adalah dilarang memperbarui, menyalin, dan menghapus data kecuali, operator SIMPEG bertanggung jawab untuk memperbarui data.

The rapid development of Information Technology (IT) has made IT the most important aspect to meet organizational needs. The existence of IT is believed to be able to provide solutions related to the organization's business processes, so that many organizations offer their resources to increase efficiency by relying on information technology support. Information system security is an internal organizational subsystem tasked with managing the risks associated with computerized information systems. Information system security is the application of international control principles, which are specifically used to trigger problems in information systems. Important information leads to protected information structures, more information is now available from the internet, so information management now includes computer and network technology. The goal of information security is to strengthen business operations and protect against falling business prices by minimizing the risks associated with internal security. The purpose of this study is to understand information security in the implementation of the Personnel Management Information System (SIMPEG) at Sebelas Maret University. The research method used is the application of Defense In Depth to analyze information security, including many layers of security to ensure information security. The results of the descriptive analysis explain that the design and development of SIMPEG pays attention to the principles and aspects of data and information security. However, information security vulnerabilities can occur at the server protection layer, network protection layer, and physical protection layer.

This study aims to (1) to analize the motivation of tourists at the tourist destination of Puncak Puncak Bogor Lake (2) to analize the decision of tourists to visit the tourist destination of Puncak Bogor Lake (3) to analize the influence of motivation on the decision to visit tourists at the Puncak Bogor tourist destination. The approach to this study uses a quantitative approach with survey research methods. The population used in this study is visitors to the tourist destination of Telaga Saat Puncak, Bogor. The data collection method was carried out using observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The sample tested was 100 people with the Slovin formula taking the technique. This study uses the analytical method Validity Test, Descriptive Statistics, Correlation Coefficient Analysis, Determination Coefficient, Simple Linear Regression, T-Test using the SPSS 24 analysis tool. From the test results of the coefficient of determination it is known that motivation has an effect of 63.2% on decision making to visit a tourist destination. Time Lake. Penelitian ini membahas tentang pembelajaran menulis teks berita menggunakan media vlog terhadap keterampilan menulis teks berita siswa kelas XII Mipa tahun pelajaran 2023/2024. Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui keefektifan media vlog terhadap keterampilan menulis teks berita pada siswa kelas XII MIPA di SMA Negeri 1 Sukahaji tahun pelajaran 2023/2024. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain quasi eksperimen nonequivalent control group design. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII MIPA 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan MIPA 3, sebagai kelas kontrol dengan masing-masing kelas terdiri dari 25 siswa. Berdasarkan Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan bahwa keterampilan menulis teks berita siswa mengalami peningkatan setelah diberikan perlakuan dengan media vlog, yaitu pada saat pretest memperoleh nilai rata-rata 66,16 pada hasil posttest menjadi 84,8. Kemudian berdasarkan Hasil uji-t menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media vlog efektif dalam keterampilan menulis teks berita kelas XII MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Sukahaji Tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024. This study discusses the learning of writing news texts using vlog media on the skills of writing news texts for students of class XII MIPA in the 2023/2024 academic year. The purpose of the study was to determine the effectiveness of vlog media on news text writing skills in class XII MIPA students at SMA Negeri 1 Sukahaji in the 2023/2024 academic year. This research is quantitative research with a quasi xperimental design of nonequivalent control group design. The subjects of this study were students of class XII MIPA 2 as the experimental class and MIPA 3, as the control class with each class consisting of 25 students. Based on the results of the research and discussion that the students' news text writing skills have increased after being given treatment with vlog media, namely at the time of the pretest obtained an average value of 66.16 in the posttest results to 84.8. Then based on the results of the test shows a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, indicating that the use of vlog media is effective in writing news text skills in class XII MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Sukahaji in the 2023-2024 academic year.

In the surrounding environment, there are various types of trees with different characteristics. One characteristic of a tree that is difficult to distinguish is its trunk. After researchers made observations, the trunks of Pine and Tabebuya trees had the same characteristics, namely cracking. The problem of incorrectly identifying the characteristics of a tree's trunk can be overcome by classification. Deep Learning with the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) algorithm is a method commonly used in image classification. The stages in this research include image data retrieval, data preprocessing, CNN architecture formation, model training, and model validation. Image retrieval was carried out directly by researchers, then the 1000 best images were selected. The image dataset is then divided into 75% training data and 25% validation data. Testing was carried out by comparing the Stochastic Gradient Descent (SGD) optimizer and the Adaptive Learning Rate Optimization Method (RMSprop) using epochs 10, 15, 20, 30, 50, and 80. The results showed that the SGD optimizer produced the highest accuracy compared to the RMSProp optimizer. The most optimal result when applying the SGD optimizer is 0.9360 with epochs 80, while for the RMSProp optimizer it is 0.9160 with epochs 20.

Pelanggaran dalam pertandingan karate kumite akan sangat mempengaruhi dalam hasil pertandingan, banyaknya faktor penyebab pelanggaran dalam pertandingan kumite harus diantisipasi se-dini mungkin agar kelak dalam pertandingan berikutnya tidak mengulangi kesalahan yang sama. Itu membuat kompleksitas hubungan faktor ketidakpastian karena bersifat probabilistik. Bayesian Network merupakan Direct Acyclic Graph Â (DAG) dengan tabel probabilitas untuk setiap node. Node yang terdapat dalam Bayesian Network adalah representasi proporsional variabel dalam domain, dan garis yang menunjukkan ketergantungan hubungan. Berdasarkan deskripsi tersebut, solusi dari kompleksitas ketergantungan faktor ketidakpastian di dalam pertandingan karate kumite dapat dimodelkan menggunakan Bayesian Network untuk mengetahui penyebab pelanggaran yang menjadi variabel acak di dalam sistem pertandingan. Penelitian ini menerapkan teknik pemodelan Bayesian Network berdasarkan data prestasi atlit Bandung Karate Club (BKC) Kota Tasikmalaya tahun 2020. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pemodelan yang telah dibangun untuk menentukan probabilitasÂ penyebab pelanggaran dalam pertandingan karate Kumite mendapatkan nilai Mutual Information sebesarÂ 0,01829Â Â (2,01%) untuk terhentinya suatu pertandingan karena terjadi pelanggaran.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat return secara persial pembiayaan infrastruktur transportasi di Indonesia dengan ṣukūk ijārah tahun 2013-2017, dan juga menganalisis tingkat return secara gabungan pembiayaan infrastruktur transportasi di Indonesia dengan ṣukūk ijārah tahun 2013-2017. Berdasarkan tujuan penelitian diatas, maka jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan positivistic. Data-data yang dibutuhkan dengan menggunakan metode dokumentasi, dan metode studi pustaka. Data-data yang telah dikumpulkan melalui metode-metode tersebut dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data, yaitu descriptive analysis, dan abnormal return. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat return secara persial ṣukūk ijārah PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk dari tahun 2013 sampai 2017, yaitu: (1) Tingkat Actual Return, Pada Tahun 2013 rata-rata Actual Return sebesar 0%, Tahun 2014 sebesar 3%, Tahun 2015 sebesar -1%, Tahun 2016 sebesar -2%, dan pada Tahun 2017 sebesar 2%. (2) Tingkat Expected Return, Pada Tahun 2013 rata-rata Expected Return sebesar -1%, Tahun 2014 sebesar 1%, Tahun 2015 sebesar -1%, Tahun 2016 sebesar 1%, dan pada Tahun 2017 sebesar 2%. (3) Tingkat Average Abnormal Return, Pada Tahun 2013 Average Abnormal Return sebesar 0%, Tahun 2014 sebesar 2%, Tahun 2015 sebesar 0%, Tahun 2016 sebesar -3%, dan pada Tahun 2017 sebesar 0%. Berdasarkan hasil tingkat Actual Return, Expected Return, Average Abnormal Return dari tahun 2013 sampai 2017 mengalami fluktuasi setiap tahunnya, karena keutungan atau kerugian yang di hasilkan disebabkan adanya pembayaran fee ṣukūk ijārah pada investor yang harus terpenuhi sesuai dengan akad yang telah disepakati bersama. Sedangkan tingkat return secara gabungan dengan menggunakan metode Cummulative Abnormal Return (CAR) ṣukūk ijārah PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk dari tahun 2013 sampai 2017, yaitu Pada Tahun 2013, 2014 dan 2017 Average Cummulative Abnormal Return masing-masing sebesar 6%, Tahun 2014 sebesar 9%, Tahun 2015 sebesar -9%, Tahun 2016 sebesar -16%, dan pada Tahun 2017 sebesar 8%. Berdasarkan hasil tingkat return secara gabungan dengan menggunakan metode Cummulative Abnormal Return (CAR) dari tahun 2013 sampai 2017 mengalami fluktuasi setiap tahunnya, karena keutungan atau kerugian yang di hasilkan disebabkan adanya pembayaran fee ṣukūk ijārah pada investor yang harus terpenuhi sesuai dengan akad yang telah disepakati bersama. Kata Kunci: Actual Return, Expected Return, Abnormal Return, Cummulative Abnormal Return, Ṣukūk Ijārah ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze therate of return partialon transportation infrastructure financing in Indonesia with sukūk ijārah in 2013-2017, and also to analyze therate of return combined. financing of transportation infrastructure in Indonesia with sukūk ijārah 2013-2017. Based on the research objectives above, the type of research used is quantitative using a positivistic approach. The data required by using the method of documentation, and the method of literature study. The data that has been collected through these methods were analyzed using data analysis techniques, namely descriptive analysisand abnormal returns. The results showed that the rate of return partially Sukuk Ijarah PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk from 2013 to 2017, namely: (1) Level of ActualReturn,In the year 2013 the average Actual Return of 0%, 2014 by 3% , 2015 was -1%, 2016 was -2%, and 2017 was 2%. (2)Rate Expected Return, in 2013 the average Expected Return was -1%, in 2014 it was 1%, in 2015 it was -1%, in 2016 it was 1%, and in 2017 it was 2%. (3)Level Average Abnormal Return, In 2013 Average Abnormal Return was 0%, 2014 is 2%, 2015 is 0%, 2016 is -3%, and 2017 is 0%. Based on the results of the Actual Return, Expected Return, Average . Abnormal returns from 2013 to 2017 fluctuate every year, because the profits or losses generated were due to the payment of afee ukūk ijarah to investors which had to be fulfilled in accordance with the mutually agreed upon contract. While therate of return combinedusing the Cummulative Abnormal Return (CAR) sukūk ijārah method of PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk from 2013 to 2017, namely In 2013, 2014 and 2017 the Average Cummulative Abnormal Return was 6% respectively, in 2014 it was 9%, in 2015 it was -9%, in 2016 it was -16%, and in 2017 it was 8%.
