Abstract

Discipline is one of the ways to correct deviant or incorrect behavior. Additionally, discipline also provides motivation,guidance, and support to students to achieve satisfaction through obedience. One strategy that teachers can implement to improve students discipline is through the use of rewards and punisment. Rewards are a form of positive reinforcement that shows appreciation to students. On the other hand, punishments are a type of negative reinforcement, however, when applied correctly and reasonably, they can serve as a tool to discipline students. This study aims to assess the effectiveness of providing rewards and punishment in improving students discipline levels. The approach used in this research is the literature review method. The findings from the research indicate that the implementation of rewards and punishments is highly effective in fostering students disciplinary attitudes in the learning process. The provision of rewards an punishments can help students become more active in the learning process and adhere to the school regulations

Abstract

Manajemen kelas menjadi suatu hal yang memiliki peranan penting dalam proses pembelajaran. Efektivitas manajemen kelas dapat membuat siswa merasa nyaman dan antusias dalam menerima materi pembelajaran. Dengan kondisi tersebut, diharapkan prestasi belajar siswa akan meningkat. Oleh karena itu, memiliki kemampuan yang baik dalam memanajemen kelas menjadi hal yang sangat penting bagi seorang guru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis pengaruh manajemen kelas terhadap peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa. Jenis penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah studi meta-analisis. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data berupa studi kepustakaan atau literatur review dengan menganalisis 10 jurnal terdahulu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen kelas memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa guru yang mampu efektif dalam mengelola kelasnya dapat menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung dan mendorong siswa untuk aktif dikelas serta berdampak positif pada peningkatan hasil belajar. Oleh karena itu, manajemen kelas yang efektif merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang dapat membantu meningkatkan pencapaian prestasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

Mengetahui bagaimana supervisi pendidikan berperan terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan adalah tujuan dari penelitian ini. Metode studi literatur digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kapasitas kepala sekolah dalam memberikan arahan, bimbingan, dan dukungan yang dibutuhkan guru agar berhasil pada tingkat yang diperlukan berhubungan dengan pengawasan. Pengawasan yang efektif haruslah bersifat kolaboratif dan suportif. Supervisor harus bekerja sama dengan guru untuk membantu mereka meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan mengembangkan kompetensi profesionalnya.

Abstract

Student learning motivation is influenced by the state of the classroom climate. This journal will discuss the meta-analysis of the effect of classroom climate on student learning motivation by comparing the correlation coefficient (r) values in existing research. This study aims to analyze the relationship between classroom climate and student learning motivation based on the grouping of correlation coefficient values consisting of very low, low, medium, strong, and very strong categories based on existing studies. The research carried out starts from the formulation of the topic of the problem, after which it compares the results of relevant research to be analyzed. Meanwhile, the method used is meta-analysis, which is a method that involves the use of secondary data from previous research results by searching journals through Research Gate and Google Scholar. Then proceed with analyzing the product-moment correlation category of the research results found based on the percentage presented in the form of a statistical diagram. From the search results, 12 journals were obtained, consisting of 3 international journals and 9 national journals. Based on the results of the meta-analysis, 34% of the journals showed a strong mutual influence relationship between classroom climate and student learning motivation. Building a conducive learning atmosphere is the responsibility of the teacher. With careful lesson planning, a comfortable physical classroom setting, and the creation of a positive socio-emotional climate, teachers can help students learn effectively and increase their motivation to learn so they can reach their full potential.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the relationship between disciplinary habituation and religious character, the relationship between religious habituation and religious character, and disciplinary habituation and religious habituation with religious character among high school students. This research uses a quantitative method with a correlation approach, the data source was taken using a questionnaire with a four-point Likert scale of three hundred and one respondents from a total of one thousand two hundred and twenty populations were selected using simple random sampling techniques. All data is analyzed using techniques of validation and reliability, normality, and linearity, as well as bivariate and multivariate correlation using SPPS Version 20 software. Overall the research results show that; first There is a significant positive correlation at a strong level between discipline habits and students' religious character. Second, there is a significant positive correlation at a strong level between religious habituation and students' religious character. Third, there is a significant positive correlation at a strong level between disciplinary habits and religious habits with religious character. The results of this research have proven that discipline and religious habituation are very helpful in improving students' religious character in pursuing education. These two aspects need to be the focus and attention of all groups, especially the academic community, school community, and parents.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop the use of interactive multimedia learning in vocational schools in Indonesia. This learning media was used on material about diagnosing computer and peripheral operation problems and was developed by using the Instructional Development Institute (IDI) development method. This method included the following stages of the procedure: define, develop, and evaluate. Furthermore, the subject of this study was the first-grade students in SMK N 1 Hiliran Gumanti. The result showed that 1) The development of learning media based on interactive multimedia was considered valid based on the content by 5 experts of 91.80%; 2) Based on the responses of 28 students, interactive multimedia learning was proved to be more practical by 85.25%; 3) The use of effective multimedia learning improved student learning outcomes showed by an incline on students’ scores from 42.1% to 84.21%. Briefly, the development of interactive multimedia learning has proved to be valid, practical, and effective. This media learning can be used to enhance student learning outcomes related to the material about diagnosing computer and peripheral operation problems in the vocational school.

Abstract

Teachers have an important role in education, not only as teachers, but also as administrators in schools. This dual role requires teachers to have various competencies, both in pedagogy and management. As administrators, teachers have the responsibility to manage various important aspects of the school, such as: Developing lesson plans, assessing student learning progress, and making learning outcome reports. Managing classroom budgets, creating financial reports and applying for funds. Managing teacher and staff data, assisting with the recruitment process and resolving staffing issues. Maintain and care for school facilities and infrastructure, make damage reports, and apply for procurement of goods. Establish communication with parents, school committees and the surrounding community. In the context of education, the role of teachers as administrators in schools plays a very important role in managing various aspects of school activities. Teachers are not only tasked with teaching, but also as leaders in organizing school administration, including curriculum planning, supervising student activities and managing resources. With good administrative skills, teachers can create an effective and efficient learning environment, ensure all processes run smoothly, and make a positive contribution to the school's progress and overall student achievement.

Abstract

Keterampilan sosial merupakan kemampuan mengatasi permasalahan yang timbul akibat interaksi dengan lingkungan dan mampu beradaptasi dengan aturan dan norma yang ada. Keterampilan sosial siswa perlu diketahui dan dipraktikkan dalam kegiatan mengajar agar hasil belajar dapat optimal. Untuk mengasah keterampilan sosial mahasiswa maka diadakan kuliah kerja lapangan sebagai solusi yang tepat dalam melatih kompetensi setiap diri mahasiswa seperti interpretasi, menilai hubungan kausal, pelajaran lapangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh belajar peraktik lapangan terhadap keterampilan sosial siswa MIM 02 Pekanbaru. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif, teknik pengumpulan data angket dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan Structual Equalition Modeling (SEM) yang berbasis varians SmartPLS 3.0. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh belajar peraktik lapangan terhadap keterampilan sosial siswa MIM Pekanbaru

Abstract

Motivasi adalah salah satu hal yang berpengaruh pada kesuksesan aktifitas pembelajaran siswa. Tanpa motivasi, proses pembelajaran akan sulit mencapai kesuksesan yang optimal. Artikel ini ditujukan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar Fiqih siswa. Penelitian korelasi deskriptif ini dilakukan sebagai studi kasus terhadap siswa Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah (MDTA) dan tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan pengaruh motivasi siswa terhadap prestasi belajar Fiqih. Terdapat total 28 siswa MDTA darul Islam Kampung Lubuk Jering, Sungai Mandau yang dijadikan sample dalam penelitian ini. Data-data dikumpulkan melalui questionare instrument dari variable motivasi belajar dan juga hasil test siswa sebagai variable rata-rata pencapaian siswa. Hasil dari data-data diproses melalui perhitungan statistic dan korelasi rata-rata, didapat melalui penggunaan SPSS 22. Data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar Fiqih siswa MDTA Darul Islam Sungai Mandau

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi konsep bahwa ketercapaian prestasi belajar siswa dapat dipengaruhi oleh dua faktor utama yaitu faktor intern dan faktor ekstern. Faktor intern adalah faktor yang berasal dari dalam diri siswa seperti tingkat inteligensi, bakat, minat, motivasi serta kemandirian dalam belajar. Sikap kemadirian siswa sangat mendukung terhadap keberhasilan dalam belajar, sehingga baik lingkungan keluarga maupun sekolah harus mampu melatih dan mengembangkan rasa kemandirian siswa. Di samping faktor intern tersebut salah satu faktor yang perlu dierhatikan yakni perhatian orang tua. Seorang peserta didik secara psikologis sangat membutuhkan rasa perhatian baik dari orang tua, guru maupun lingkungannya, sehingga sudah sewajarnya orang tua harus lebih intens untuk memberikan waktu kepada anaknya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menhetahui seberapa besar hubungan antara tingkat perhatian orang tua dan kemandirian belajar dengan prestasi belajar siswa. Penelitian dilaksanakan menggunakan jenis kuantitatif korelasional. Variabel bebas pada penelitian ini adalah tingkat perhatian orang tua (X1) dan kemandirian belajar (X2), sedangkan variabel terikat penelitian ini adalah prestasi belajar siswa. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 105. Sampel penelitian adalah diambil 50% dari populasi yaitu 53 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik angket dan dokumentasi. Uji instrumen yang dilakukan adalah uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Uji prasyarat analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas. Adapun analisis data dilakukan menggunakan rumus product moment dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang sangat kuat antara tingkat perhatian orang tua dan kemandirian belajar dengan prestasi belajar siswa dengan indeks korelasi sebesar 0,95 yang berada diantara 0,81 – 1,00. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa nilai F0 = 834,798, F0 > F0,05(2)(50) yaitu 834,798>3,180 sehingga hipotesis nihil (H0) ditolak sedangkan (Ha) diterima. Dengan demikian maka sebaiknya orang tua senantiasa meningkatkan sikap perhatian kepada anak-anaknya dan seorang pendidik harus berupaya untuk mendesain pembelajaran sehingga peserta didik lebih mandiri dalam proses belajarnya
