Abstract

Changes in the minimum age for marriage regulated in Law Number 16 of 2019 have significantly impacted the number of applications for marriage dispensation in North Sulawesi. This service aims to carry out educational activities so that the public understands Law Number 16 of 2019 concerning Marriage Limits. Metode pengabdian ini menggunakan Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) atau pendekatan partisipatif, meliputi pelatihan, pendampingan, dan kolaborasi dengan pemangku kepentingan terkait. Implementasinya dimulai dari koordinasi, sosialisasi kegiatan, tahap pelaksanaan kegiatan, keberlanjutan program, penyusunan laporan, hingga monitoring dan evaluasi. The result of this service is that the socialization runs smoothly with a team that expands the target of this socialization to include teenagers, namely students and parents of teenage children. The efforts made by the service team are to provide an understanding of the impacts of underage marriage. This is very important to do considering the condition of society, where child marriages are increasing day by day.

Abstract

The research aims to explain and describe financial management in education to meet the needs of Private Elementary School 2 Muhammadiyah Kotabaru. The study employs a qualitative method through a case study approach. Data collection techniques include interviews with the school principal, teachers, and administrative staff. Data processing involves reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity is ensured through credibility and confirmability. The research findings include: (1) financial planning by creating a school budget work plan at the beginning of the academic year, (2) financial organization by categorizing fund usage to meet process standards, management, and educational needs, (3) fund utilization for office supplies, learning media, school cleanliness, teacher and educational staff honorariums, and others, (4) financial control by comparing financial plans with expenditures. In conclusion, financial management has been implemented effectively, as evidenced by the appropriate utilization of school funds in accordance with the school budget plan, up to periodic and continuous financial control.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of mutual Al-Qur'an therapy on pain intensity in post-orthopedic surgery patients. This research method is Quasi experiment pre-post non-equivalent with a control group. The sample of this study were long bone ORIF postoperative patients totaling 37 in the control group and 37 in the experimental group. Data collection was carried out twice pre and post murottal intervention with the Brief Pain Inventory (BPI) instrument. Data analysis used Mann-Whitney statistical test analysis. The results showed that the p-value was 0.000 (α <0.05) which indicated that Ha was accepted or murottal Al-Qur'an therapy was effective in reducing pain intensity in post-orthopedic surgery patients at dr. Fauziah Bireuen. In conclusion, Al-Qur'an murotal therapy can be applied as an intervention in providing nursing care to post-ORIF patients to reduce pain levels. Abstract

This study aims to describe the mechanisms of student admission, the development of active students, and the services provided to students at Dayah MATAQU Ustman Bin Affan. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, focusing on students (ṭalabah) as the primary subjects. The main data sources include the head of the madrasa, teachers, and the head of student care. Data collection techniques encompass in-depth interviews, observation, and document studies. Data analysis is conducted through three stages: data reduction, data display, and data verification. The results of the study reveal that Dayah MATAQU employs various strategies for student admissions, including promotion to nearby schools, the use of social media, online registration, and the establishment of registration points in key student areas. The admission process involves academic tests, interviews, and evaluations of report card grades and School Final Exams. Accepted students must meet criteria that include academic performance, behavior, and health. Student development includes routine worship activities, extracurricular activities, and disciplinary actions according to violations. Services provided to students cover administration, learning processes, rule enforcement, communication with families, and guidance by ustadz and ustadzah. These comprehensive services have led to student achievements at national and local levels and increased self-confidence through the Tasmī’ Akbar activities. The study recommends that Dayah MATAQU continue to enhance training programs for ustaz and ustazah to improve the quality of services and student development. It is also essential to expand extracurricular programs that support the development of students' character and achievements.

Abstract

The objectives of the article were to find out: (1) To find out whether or not phonetic symbols increase pronunciation ability at the second semester students of University of Muhammadiyah Sidenreng Rappang. (2) To find out whether or not the students interested in the use of phonetic symbols in learning pronunciation at the second semester students of University of Muhammadiy ah SidenrengRappang. The researcher applied quasi experimental method using two groups namely an experimental and a control group. Both of groups were given pretest and posttest. The article was conducted at English Department of University of Muhammadiyah Rappang academic year 2019/2020. The researcher applied cluster sampling technique and the second semester is taken as the sample of the research with total numbers 22 students. This article was divided the number of sampling into to group namely Group A and B, where the group A and B consisted 11 students. The students’ result obtained and stated in the research, the researcher used t-test in inferential statistic through SPSS 21.0 program for Windows evaluation version to test the hypothesis. In pre-test, the researcher found that the t-test value was lower than the t-table (0.487 < 2.021). While in relation to the finding of post-test, the t-test value was higher than the t-table (3.948> 2.086). The result of the findings also showed that the students had high interest on the application of Phonetics Symbol materials in English pronunciation. It was proved by the mean score of the questionnaire was 85.91 which was classified into strongly interested category.

Abstract

Limitations of media in learning Arabic phonology, causing non-native Arabic students to experience suprasegmental phoneme errors, especially in learning speaking skills, this study aims to need analysis of students and lecturers in development ilmu ashwat to improve speaking skills with thunkable applications. This need analysis study used the descriptive analysis method. Data are collected by observation, interview, questionnaire, and documentation, and the data analysis technique consists of data collection, reduction, data display, and conclusion. The results of this study showed that 59% of students had difficulty learning the pronunciation of sounds, 89% had difficulty in sound stress, and 85% had trouble intonating words and sentences. At the same time, from the interviews with speaking lecturers, it can be seen that students need help adjusting the correct Arabic sound, which sometimes needs to be clarified about the intended meaning due to their habit of using the Jawa dialect. The design of the "Arabic Phonology" application for speaking skills is the best solution to be used as guidance for learning speaking skills at universities.

Abstract

Community Service Lecture is a program that usually must be followed by students, especially those who are in their final year of college. There are many types of community service programs implemented by the UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu campus, one of which is Mosque-Based Community Service. The purpose of this study is to present the results of the Community Service activities of group 126 in Padang Pelasan Village. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study present the main findings from the implementation of the community service program group 126 UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu. The programs that we have implemented are community service programs by teaching reading the Qur'an, cleaning mosques, making mosque nameplates, visiting schools and teaching in Elementary Schools and cleaning sports fields.

Abstract

This study delves into post-divorce wives' rights, particularly examining the impact of Jurimetrics. Divorce rulings often inadequately support these rights. The Talu Religious Court, part of the Padang High Religious Court, employs Jurimetrics due to disputes over divorce-related issues. Through normative legal research and content analysis, it's evident that Jurimetrics-influenced decisions notably enhance wives' rights compared to non-Jurimetrics rulings. These decisions prioritize fairness by considering factors like minimum wage, husband's income, and marriage duration. Notably, the application of Jurimetrics in divorce proceedings consistently leads to more equitable and just outcomes for wives, presenting a systematic and fair approach rooted in principles of fairness and justice. Overall, employing Jurimetrics significantly bolsters the protection of post-divorce wives' rights, providing a methodological framework founded on fairness and equity within divorce adjudications.

Abstract

The focus of this research, which utilizes panel data, is to understand the dynamics of income inequality in the DI Yogyakarta region from 2014 to 2023. This study aims to identify the variables that influence income inequality. The results of the study indicate that the average length of schooling has an impact on income inequality. On the other hand, factors such as the Human Development Index, Provincial Minimum Wage, and Open Unemployment Rate are proven to have no significant effect on the issue of income inequality in the research area. Income inequality is a critical issue that hinders development in many countries, including Indonesia.

Abstract

Kurikulum merdeka memberikan otonomi lebih luas kepada sekolah dan guru dalam merancang pembelajaran yang berpusat pada murid. Untuk itu, diperlukan peran strategis sekolah dan guru penggerak dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka secara efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran Sekolah dan Guru Penggerak SDN Sungai Andai 3 dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sekolah Penggerak SDN Sungai Andai 3 memainkan peran penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif dan mendukung implementasi kurikulum merdeka. Peran tersebut diwujudkan melalui pengembangan visi, misi, dan tujuan sekolah yang berorientasi pada murid, penyediaan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai untuk mendukung pembelajaran, pemberian pelatihan dan pengembangan kompetensi guru, pemberian pendampingan dan supervisi kepada guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran. Guru penggerak di SDN Sungai Andai 3 juga menunjukkan peran aktif dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka. Peran tersebut diwujudkan melalui rancangan pembelajaran yang berpusat pada murid, melaksanakan pembelajaran yang kreatif dan inovatif, menilai pembelajaran secara autentik serta berkolaborasi dengan rekan guru dan orang tua murid.
