Abstract

Economic well-being is a latent problem for teachers in education, so the government is trying to program teacher certification. This study aims to analyze teacher certification as an effort to increase teacher involvement in educating students at the basic Islamic education level. As for this type of research, it includes a qualitative approach with library research methods. Sources of data and study analysis materials use scientific literature, including books, articles, seminar proceedings, and final assignments (thesis, thesis, dissertation). The data is obtained from credible sources such as Google Scholar and Sinta. The results of this study conclude that the implementation of teacher certification is expected to increase the ability of teachers which in turn has an impact on improving the quality of education in this country much better. The hope is that after certification, teachers should be able to fulfill the four elements as stated in the teacher and lecturer law article 10 and government regulations regarding national education standards article 28 namely pedagogic, character, professional and social competence.

Abstract

Demoralization and dehumanization are critical factors that must be considered by the teacher while speaking to the student since they are frequently linked to the teacher's sincerity in delivering the code of ethics for the discipline. The most effective internalization of educational values from teachers to students is through the exemplary method. The role model displayed by the teacher refers to the code of ethics of the teaching profession, including for elementary age children (6-12 years). This study aims to analyze the internalization of exemplary values in elementary age children through the code of ethics of the teaching profession. This type of research includes a qualitative approach with library research methods. Sources of data and materials for analysis of the study use scientific literature relevant to the topic of discussion, including books, articles, seminar proceedings, and final assignments (thesis, dissertation). The data is obtained from credible sources such as Google Scholar and Sinta. The results of this study conclude that the code of ethics is a form of regulation regarding teacher attitudes and morals in educating, teaching, and being a role model for their students, all of which have been agreed upon which have been established for all teachers in Indonesia, so that what is done by the teacher can be accounted for. and accepted by society. Furthermore, the teacher's code of ethics needs to fulfill several conditions that make the teacher said to be professional, namely a teacher must have talent and expertise, especially in understanding the character of students, and their behavior so that a teacher is said to have a healthy physical and mental health.

Abstract

The teaching profession is considered important as a basic milestone for the progress of a nation, because developed nations have quality education. The quality of education is very dependent on the competence possessed by educators, especially teachers at the elementary age level of SD/MI as the initial level of formal education for the nation's children. This study aims to describe the basic concepts of the teaching profession in primary education institutions SD/MI. This type of research includes a qualitative approach with library research methods. Sources of data and materials for analysis of the study use scientific literature relevant to the topic of discussion, including books, articles, seminar proceedings, and final assignments (thesis, dissertation). The data is obtained from credible sources such as Google Scholar and Sinta. The results of this study concluded that the teaching profession has a code of ethics that students should emulate, which includes teaching skills, mastery of areas of expertise, behavior/personality and teacher communication skills. Because, in it there is an organizational platform, the role of rights and obligations of teachers to guide directing students and evaluating good and specifically directed teaching and learning processes.

Abstract

The quality of a nation is largely determined by the quality of education. The process towards quality education requires professional educators in accordance with the code of ethics and the teaching profession. This study aims to analyze efforts to develop the competence of the teaching profession at the SD/MI level. This research uses a qualitative approach with the method of literature study. Sources of data and materials for analysis of the study use scientific literature relevant to the topic of discussion, including books, articles, seminar proceedings, and final assignments (thesis, dissertation). The data is obtained from credible sources such as Google Scholar and Sinta. The results of this study conclude that teacher competence is related to the authority to carry out their duties, in this case in using the field of study as learning material that acts as an educational tool, and pedagogical competence related to the teacher's function in paying attention to the behavior of students learning. Teacher competence is the result of a combination of abilities of many types, which can be in the form of a set of knowledge, skills and behaviors that must be possessed, internalized and mastered by teachers in carrying out their professional duties.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an is primary literacy for Muslims, including elementary age children. Likewise, for mentally retarded children the ability to read the Koran still leaves its own problems. This study aims to describe efforts to improve the ability to read the letters of the Qur'an for children with mild mental retardation through the bil hikmah method. The setting of this research was in Class VII C of the Batubara State SLB, where in this class there were three mild mentally retarded children with the initials MRF, ZM and K with different characteristics. The research will be conducted using classroom action research methods. This research was conducted in collaboration with teachers. This research was conducted in 2 cycles. Each cycle starts from the stages of planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The results of the research are described in narrative and graphical form from the process to the improvement results in cycle II. In the first cycle the children obtained MRF and ZM results of 65% and K 60% and the results in the second cycle of MRF, ZM and K were 85%. This shows that the bil Hikmah method is effectively used to improve the ability to read Al-Quran letters for children with mild mental retardation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen kepala madrasah dalam mencapai madrasah mandiri berprestasi di MTsN 2 Paluta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala madrasah MTsN 2 Paluta menerapkan manajemen yang efektif melalui visi dan misi yang jelas, perencanaan yang matang, pelaksanaan yang terorganisir, serta monitoring dan evaluasi yang berkelanjutan. Kepemimpinan kepala madrasah yang visioner, inspiratif, dan demokratis menjadi faktor kunci dalam memotivasi guru dan staf untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan mencapai prestasi. Madrasah ini juga menjalin kerjasama yang baik dengan berbagai pihak, seperti orang tua siswa, komite madrasah, dan instansi terkait. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen kepala madrasah yang efektif merupakan faktor penting dalam mencapai madrasah mandiri berprestasi. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan madrasah di Indonesia, khususnya dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan madrasah.

Abstract

Kepala sekolah sebagai agen mediasi berperan menjadi untuk memediasi antara tuntutan kebijakan reformasi terhadap sikap dan kebutuhan guru. Reformasi pendidikan dapat dicirikan oleh dua ciri yang berbeda: terencana dan sistemik. Dalam hal ini Kas Sepala sekolah menggunakan strategi antara mendapatkan dukungan guru terhadap reformasi atau menyesuaikan reformasi terhadap sikap dan kebutuhannya Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Berdasarkan temuan analisis sumber data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi mediasi dapat diterapkan baik secara internal maupun eksternal di lembaga pendidikan. Proses mediasi terdiri dari dua tahap yang berbeda: mediasi sektoral dan mediasi lintas sektoral. Temuan dari analisis data mengungkapkan bahwa (1) kebijakan kepala sekolah mengenai reformasi Pendidikan, (2) peran kepala sekolah sebagai agen mediasi kurikulum reformasi pendidikan, (3) tantangan kepala sekolah dalam memediasi kurikulum dengan menyesuaikan sikap dan kebutuhan guru.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter merupakan hal yang sangat penting dan pendidikan karakter ini harus diajarkan dan diterapkan terhadap seluruh siswa khususnya dalam lembaga pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi bagaimana pendidikan karakter peserta didik yang ada di MTSN Binjai dan memberikan masukkan terhadap pihak sekolah untuk bisa membenahi pendidikan karakter. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti melakukan penelitian di MTSN Binjai dengan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif di mana peneliti mengumpulkan data dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara langsung di MTSN Binjai. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan peneliti mendapatkan hasil yang baik bahwa MTSN Binjai telah melakukan upaya-upaya dalam meningkatkan pendidikan karakter siswa dalam menciptakan generasi penerus bangsa yang berakhlak mulia pada masa yang akan datang.

Abstract

Kegiatan ekstrakurikuler adalah kegiatan yang dilakukan di luar jam pelajaran dan bertujuan untuk memperluas pengetahuan dan kemampuan peserta didik. Kegiatan ekstrakurikuler memungkinkan siswa yang memiliki minat dan bakat untuk menunjukkan potensi mereka dan meningkatkan prestasi mereka. Siswa tidak hanya mendapat manfaat dari prestasi akademik mereka; mereka juga dapat memperoleh manfaat dari kemampuan mereka untuk berinteraksi dan bersosialisasi dengan orang lain. Prestasi di bidang non akademik dapat dicapai dengan manajemen eksrakurikuler yang baik. SMA Negeri satu Aek Natas memiliki banyak siswa yang berprestasi non akademik. Studi ini menggunakan metodologi deskriptif kualitatif. Wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, untuk meningkatkan prestasi non akademik siswa di SMA Negeri satu Aek Natas, manajemen kegiatan ekstrakurikuler harus dilakukan dengan cara berikut : Perencanaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dibuat pada awal tahun ajaran. Kedua, kegiatan dilaksanakan setiap hari sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah ditetapkan; dan ketiga, evaluasi dilakukan dengan kehadiran guru pembina dan siswa. Setelah penerapan manajemen kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, prestasi non-akademik siswa telah meningkat dan terus meningkat setiap tahunnya. SMA Negeri satu Aek Natas dapat mencapai prestasi di tingkat kabupaten dan provinsi dengan manajemen ekstrakurikuler yang baik karena proses pendidikannya berjalan dengan baik dan lancar.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of educator human resource development in Islamic educational institutions in the Ibtidaiyah Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muslim Brotherhood II Tembung. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. In this qualitative research, the researcher used three data collection techniques, namely interview techniques, observation techniques, and documentation techniques. The data analysis in this study uses qualitative descriptive research analysis that only collects, writes, and concludes responses from the sources obtained. The analysis is carried out with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and decision-making. The results of the analysis show that the planning for the development of Human Resources (HR) for educators at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Private Ibtidaiyah Muslim Brotherhood II Tembung has been running as it should, but it takes time and a process of supervision and improvement that is carried out continuously to be better in the future. In addition, the planning for the development of human resources for educators in madrasas starts from the social competence of teachers
