Abstract

Abstract This study analyzes in depth the murabahah contract from the perspective of Islamic law and Islamic banking practices in Indonesia. The results of the study indicate that murabahah has a strong legal basis, but its implementation in the field still faces several challenges, such as determining the cost of goods and transparency of information. Factors such as the quality of human resources and public awareness also influence the success of murabahah. This study concludes that efforts are needed to improve the quality and effectiveness of murabahah financing through more in-depth legal studies, innovative product development, and increasing public financial literacy. Keywords: Murabahah Financing, Islamic Law, Islamic Banking. Abstrak Penelitian ini menganalisis secara mendalam akad murabahah dalam perspektif hukum Islam dan praktik perbankan syariah di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa murabahah memiliki landasan hukum yang kuat, namun implementasinya di lapangan masih menghadapi beberapa tantangan, seperti penetapan harga pokok barang dan transparansi informasi. Faktor-faktor seperti kualitas sumber daya manusia dan kesadaran masyarakat juga mempengaruhi keberhasilan murabahah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa perlu adanya upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan efektivitas pembiayaan murabahah melalui kajian hukum yang lebih mendalam, pengembangan produk yang inovatif, serta peningkatan literasi keuangan masyarakat. Kata Kunci: Pembiayaan Murabahah, Hukum Islam, Perbankan Syariah.

Abstract

Sharia financial reports have an important role in the development of the sharia financial industry. However, its development is still faced with various challenges. This research aims to identify challenges and opportunities in developing sharia financial reports through literature studies. The research method used is literature study by analyzing various journals, books and related documents. The research results show that the main challenges include a lack of global standardization, limited human resources, differences in interpretation of sharia principles, and information technology constraints. On the other hand, some opportunities can be exploited, such as increasing market demand, government support, research development, and international cooperation. It is hoped that this research can contribute to the development of sharia accounting theory and provide input for policy makers, accounting practitioners and academics.

Abstract

Sektor pertanian di daerah tertinggal seperti Desa Mangge Na’e, Kabupaten Dompu, menghadapi masalah multidimensi yang saling berkaitan, meliputi ketergantungan tinggi pada input kimia yang mahal, minimnya akses irigasi yang andal, pemborosan limbah organik, serta kerentanan ketahanan pangan dan gizi yang tercermin dari angka stunting sebesar 13,56%. Program pemberdayaan ini bertujuan untuk menjawab tantangan tersebut melalui integrasi pendekatan STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) dengan fokus pada inovasi teknologi tepat guna berbasis prinsip kimia redoks. Melalui metode participatory action research (PAR), masyarakat diajak terlibat langsung dalam simulasi dan produksi Pupuk Organik Cair (POC) Plus dan Kompos Plus dari limbah rumah tangga dan pertanian. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada tiga aspek: (1) aspek produksi dengan rerata produksi POC 50 liter/bulan, pengurangan ketergantungan pupuk kimia hingga 60%, dan penurunan penggunaan pestisida sintetis sebesar 50%; (2) aspek kapasitas masyarakat yang tercermin dari peningkatan pengetahuan kader posyandu sebesar 85%, serta penguasaan keterampilan teknologi dan matematika dalam mengelola usaha tani; dan (3) aspek ekonomi-lingkungan berupa penghematan biaya produksi, peningkatan akses pangan bergizi melalui 25 unit Taman Gizi keluarga, serta terbangunnya model ekonomi hijau berbasis sirkularitas lokal. Program ini membuktikan bahwa integrasi STEM tidak hanya menyelesaikan masalah teknis, tetapi juga membangun literasi sains dan kelembagaan masyarakat yang berkelanjutan. Model ini direkomendasikan untuk direplikasi di wilayah tertinggal lain guna mendorong ketahanan pangan, kemandirian energi, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi inklusif.

Abstract

Stunting sebagai masalah kesehatan kronis akibat kekurangan gizi masih menjadi tantangan serius di Indonesia, terutama di daerah tertinggal seperti Desa O’o, Kabupaten Dompu, Nusa Tenggara Barat, dengan prevalensi mencapai 20,60%. Penelitian ini mengusulkan pendekatan edukasi stunting yang inovatif melalui integrasi prinsip kimia, khususnya reaksi redoks, dalam pengolahan pangan bergizi dan pengelolaan limbah organik. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengembangkan model edukasi berbasis kimia terapan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas kader Posyandu dalam pencegahan stunting secara holistik. Metode partisipatif diterapkan dengan melibatkan 39 kader Posyandu Desa O’o dan UMKM lokal. Kegiatan meliputi pelatihan tentang peran reaksi redoks dalam mempertahankan dan meningkatkan ketersediaan hayati zat gizi mikro (besi, seng, kalsium), praktik pengolahan pangan lokal (nugget jamur, bakso jamur, jamur krispi) dengan kontrol oksidasi dan reduksi, serta pembuatan pupuk organik cair (POC) dari limbah rumah tangga melalui fermentasi anaerob. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan kader sebesar 50%, terutama dalam pemahaman penerapan redoks untuk mengurangi senyawa antinutrisi dan mempertahankan kandungan gizi. Kader berhasil memproduksi olahan pangan dengan retensi gizi hingga 80% serta mengurangi timbunan sampah organik rumah tangga sebesar 60% melalui produksi POC. Pendekatan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan ketahanan pangan dan gizi, tetapi juga menciptakan siklus berkelanjutan antara kesehatan, lingkungan, dan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Sehingga, integrasi prinsip kimia khususnya reaksi redoks dalam edukasi stunting terbukti efektif sebagai solusi kontekstual, partisipatif, dan berbasis sains terapan. Model ini dapat diadopsi sebagai strategi inovatif untuk percepatan penurunan stunting di daerah lain dengan permasalahan serupa.

Abstract

Additive manufacturing, particularly 3D printing, has emerged as a transformative technology in digital fabrication, enabling the rapid, accurate, and cost-effective production of complex components. Among the various 3D printing methods, Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) is one of the most prevalent techniques, employing thermoplastic filaments as its primary material source. This research aims to determine the optimal process parameters to achieve the highest tensile strength in components fabricated using food-grade Polylactic Acid (PLA) filament. To accomplish this, the Taguchi method was implemented as a robust design tool to optimize the manufacturing process, improve material performance, and reduce both cost and resource consumption. The experimental design followed the L27 Orthogonal Array, and the analysis was conducted using the Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) to identify the most significant parameter combinations affecting tensile strength outcomes. The investigated process parameters included extruder temperature, build plate temperature, layer thickness, infill pattern, and deposition speed. Based on the results, the optimal conditions for maximizing tensile strength were identified as follows: extruder temperature of 190 °C, build plate temperature of 60 °C, layer thickness of 0.2 mm, triangle infill pattern, and deposition speed of 60 mm/s. Additionally, the parameters with the greatest influence on tensile strength, ranked from most to least impactful, were: build plate temperature, layer thickness, infill pattern, deposition speed, and extruder temperature.

Abstract

The ISIS group’s declaration in 2014, has inspired female extremists from various countries to join the terrorist group. At the end of 2016, two women were arrested by the Indonesian police for planning terror attacks in two different places. Both are former migrant domestic workers who returned from Hong Kong. This article investigates why women join terrorist groups, why male-dominated terrorist groups recruit women and what makes female migrant domestic workers who return to Indonesia as extremists willing to make a significant contribution to the terrorism movement in Indonesia. This research’s data collection technique is qualitative data collection, and document-based research through literature studies. This article utilizes Quintan Wiktorowicz’s three radicalisation concept phases: cognitive opening, religious seeking and socialisation. This study found that at least four reasons women become extremists, namely personal complaints, influence from family, relatives or lovers, ideological perceptions, and media use, facilitate the radicalisation process. Furthermore, strategic interests seem to be the answer to why terror groups involve women to achieve their goals. The acceptance of terrorist groups to involve women can be the reason why women migrant domestic workers are willing to make an immense contribution to terrorist groups. Their enthusiasm, financial capacity and international experience are expected to strengthen the terror movement in Indonesia. Both create a “mutually reinforcing” relationship that benefits both parties. Further research is needed with a sample of ordinary female extremists outside migrant domestic workers as a comparison to examine women’s motivations and group decisions to include these women in terrorist activities.

Abstract

The results of the minimum surface roughness in the MORI SEIKI SL-25 CNC machining process, the parameters of the MORI SEIKI SL-25 CNC machining process are adjusted in order to obtain a minimum workpiece surface roughness reaction. The research that has been tried aims to ensure the contribution of the CNC MORI SEIKI SL-25 machining process parameters to reduce the alteration of the workpiece surface roughness reaction simultaneously. As well as setting the right parameters of the CNC MORI SEIKI SL-25 machining process parameters in order to obtain a minimum workpiece surface roughness. The machining process parameters that were varied were cutting speed, feed depth and feed motion. The experimental design was inaugurated based on the Taguchi method and in the form of an orthogonal matrix L9 (33). The analysis used is Taguchi. Experiments were carried out randomly with 3 replications to overcome the obstacles that occurred during the machining process. The research results show that to reduce the alteration of the response simultaneously, the cutting speed has a value of 61.98%, the depth of feed has a value of 16.28%. And eating motion has the smallest value of -12.45%. To obtain a minimum workpiece surface roughness on AISI 4340 steel with the MORI SEIKI SL-25 CNC machining process, the cutting speed is set at 130 m/min, the feed depth is set at 1.0 mm and the feed motion is set at 0.55 mm/put.

Abstract

ST 60 steel is a medium carbon steel that is often used in machine construction such as shafts and shipbuilding, but impact loads often occur. The purpose of this study was to determine the best toughness of st60 steel from the effect of temperature on the hardening process. The method used for data processing in this study is the two way ANOVA method without interaction. The variables used in this study were temperature (900, 930, 950⁰C) and holding time (30, 60, 90 minutes). The best toughness results were obtained at a temperature of 900⁰C with a holding time of 30 minutes (2.5934 J/mm2) with the lowest toughness results were obtained at a temperature of 950⁰C and a holding time of 90 minutes was obtained at (2.5588 J/mm2).

Abstract

This study investigates the operations of unlicensed zakat institutions, with particular attention to problems such as the absence of accountable reporting, the misallocation of zakat funds away from legitimate beneficiaries (mustahik), and the emergence of fraudulent claimants (jockeys). This study adopts a qualitative approach with an exploratory design to understand the phenomenon of zakat institutions' non-compliance with sharia principles, particularly in the context of legality and governance. The findings reveal structural and operational shortcomings contributing to non-compliance and misalignment with existing policies. The study advocates a shift in research orientation from predominantly ritualistic dimensions toward justice-oriented and religiously humanist policy frameworks. It emphasizes the need to prioritize equitable distribution over technocratic classifications of mustahik while resisting communal or political domination, particularly in political networks. The politicization of zakat, particularly in the context of the 2024 election, has undermined its spiritual and social objectives. Ensuring compliance with sharī‘ah principles is therefore crucial for establishing legal certainty, strengthening public trust, and enabling zakat to realize its full potential as a transformative instrument for community empowerment in Indonesia.

Abstract

Wind energy is one of the most promising renewable energy sources to support the transition toward sustainable energy systems, making the selection of strong and environmentally friendly wind turbine blade materials essential. This study aims to assess the potential of natural fibers as composite reinforcement, with a particular focus on flexural performance. Three types of natural fibers were compared: ijuk fiber (Arenga pinnata), pineapple leaf fiber, and corn husk fiber. Composite specimens were produced using polyester resin as the matrix with a 5% fiber volume fraction (95:5 ratio), and all fibers were pretreated through two hours of alkaline immersion. Test samples were fabricated following ASTM D790 standards with dimensions of 150 × 12.5 × 3 mm and evaluated using a Zwick Roell Z020 universal testing machine at the Materials Laboratory of Politeknik Manufaktur Negeri Bangka Belitung. The results revealed that ijuk fiber–reinforced composites achieved the highest average flexural strength of 57.3 MPa, followed by PALF at 47.5 MPa, while corn husk fiber produced the lowest value at 29.33 MPa. One-way ANOVA confirmed significant differences among the three fiber groups (p < 0.05). Overall, ijuk fiber demonstrated the greatest potential as a sustainable and high-performing reinforcement material for composite applications.
