Abstract

The agribusiness-based agricultural extension program in Tanete Village, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, focuses on improving agricultural productivity, management, and marketing through a holistic and participatory approach. Through this initiative, farmers are empowered to adopt the latest agricultural technologies, implement adaptive farming practices, and expand product diversification. The results of the program show significant improvements in production yields, income, and agricultural resilience against climate change and market dynamics. Partnerships with the government and financial institutions also provide strategic support in local economic development and the sustainability of agricultural enterprises in Tanete Village.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang pemanfaatan aplikasi SLIMS untuk penelusuran bahan pustaka di UPT perpustakaan Universitas Teknologi Akba Makassar (UNITAMA). Adapun rumusan masalah penelitian ini yaitu, Bagaimana pemanfaatan aplikasi slims untuk penelusuran bahan pustaka di UPT perpustakaan Universitas Teknologi Akba Makassar, dan Strategi dalam meningktakan pemanfaatan aplikasi slims untuk penelusuran bahan pustaka di UPT perpustakaan UNITAMA. Sumber data penelitian ini diperoleh dari data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun sumber data penelitian ini diperoleh dari data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan ada 3 tahap, yaitu: Reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Pemanfaatan aplikasi SLIMS untuk penelusuran bahan pustaka di UPT perpustakaan Universitas Teknologi Akba Makassar, dengan kemudahan dalam penelusuran bahan pustaka melalui fitur OPAC, pemustaka dapat mengakses informasi koleksi perpustakaan secara daring (online). Menelusur dengan OPAC (Online Public Access Catalog) lebih efektif dan efisien , memudahkan proses temu balik informasi. Strategi dalam meningkatkan pemanfaatan aplikasi SLIMS untuk penelusuran bahan pustaka di UPT perpustakaan UNITAMA yaitu dengan sosialisasi perpustakaan, pendidikan pemustaka dan orientasi perpustakaan, kendala yang ada di UPT perpustakaan UNITAMA yaitu kualitas jaringan internet yang mengalami loading jika digunakan secara bersamaan sehingga membuat sistem menjadi bermasalah. Abstract

This study departs from the phenomenon of Arabic language learning in class X of Madrasah Aliyah Darussalam using ?ar?qah Mub?syarah, students in the class consist of different school inputs who have different basic Arabic language skills, besides that the Arabic teacher's background is not a graduate of Arabic Language Education. This study discusses how the lesson plan, implementation and evaluation and what are the implications for improving Mah?ratul Kal?m. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach, the type of research is phenomenology with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis uses an inductive model which includes data reduction, data display and data verification, while checking the validity of the data is done with observation persistence, triangulation and member check. The results of this study show that Arabic language learning at Madrasah Aliyah Darussalam focuses on mastering speaking competence by using ?ar?qah Mub?syarah in the form of implementation: planning in the form of learning tools which include objectives, materials, learning resources, student characters and methods.  learning implementation consists of pre-learning, core learning and end-of-learning activities, learning evaluation contains student learning evaluation results. learning implications on improving speaking skills that have an impact on creating a language environment and developing Islamic understanding

Abstract

This community service (PKM) activity was implemented in the form of training to increase the capacity of youth to defend the nation in Lapandewa Kaindewa Village, Lapandea District, South Buton Regency. The background to this activity was the challenge of declining nationalism and the weakening understanding of national values among the younger generation amidst the rapid flow of globalization. The method used was a qualitative descriptive approa ch, involving 40 participants consisting of village youth, youth organizations, and local youth leaders. The activity was carried out through the delivery of national insight and discipline, and included a follow-up plan. The results of this activity showed a significant increase in the training participants' understanding of the concept of national defense. The impact of this activity was felt not only by the participants but also by the wider community, with community enthusiasm and commitment to establishing a youth forum for nation al defense as a follow-up. Thus, this PKM makes a tangible contributi on to developing youth with a patriotic character and a role in nation al development in general and regional development in particular

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Kaizen concept implementation on production cost control among micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in the food and beverage sector in Pangkajenne City, and to investigate the mediating role of financial literacy. One of the persistent issues faced by MSMEs is weak cost control due to inadequate cost recording and management practices. The Kaizen approach, which emphasizes continuous and incremental improvement, is expected to enhance cost efficiency. However, its effectiveness is believed to be maximized when supported by sufficient financial literacy. A descriptive quantitative method was employed, and data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS). Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 97 food and beverage MSME owners operating container-based outlets in Pangkajenne. The results reveal that: (1) Kaizen implementation has a positive and significant effect on production cost control; (2) financial literacy also has a positive and significant effect on production cost control; and (3) financial literacy significantly mediates the relationship between Kaizen implementation and production cost control. These findings suggest that achieving optimal cost efficiency requires not only consistent application of Kaizen practices but also strengthening financial literacy among MSME actors.

Abstract

The success or failure of a company's efforts in achieving its predetermined goals will largely be determined by the ability of the leader. Every organization must have and need a top leader or top manager who must carry out leadership and management activities for the entire organization as a whole. The purpose of this study is to provide information on the importance of the role of top management team in company digital transformation. The research used in this analysis uses theoretical research that will explain the role of top management team in company digital transformation. To support the exploration and development of theories, concepts, and arguments supported by secondary data. The results of the study show that the top management team has a crucial role in the company's digital transformation. The top management team is responsible for providing direction, support, and resources needed to achieve digital transformation goals.

Abstract

This study examines the Learning of the Al-Qur'an Hadith with Cooperative Learning Strategies in madrasas. This study focuses on 1) How the purpose of applying cooperative learning strategies in learning the Al-Qur'an Hadith in Sambas Aliyah Madrasah, 2) How to implement cooperative learning strategies in learning the Al-Qur'an Hadith in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Sambas. These efforts are expected to be able to create an atmosphere of active learning and dynamic learning in the Al-Qur'an Hadith, so that it will foster the passion and interest of students in following the lessons. Also the extent of the success of the implementation of cooperative learning in the subjects of the Al-Qur'an Hadith in the Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Sambas. The main objective of this research is to try to find out the implementation of Al-Qur'an learning Hadith with Cooperative Learning strategy. This type of research is a qualitative field research with descriptive analytic methods through a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques were obtained using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results showed that the implementation of cooperative learning in learning the Al-Qur'an Hadith in MAN Sambas manifested in four forms of learning methods namely the group learning method (learning together), the group discussion method (Jigsaw method and the peer tutoring method).

Abstract

Resistance training is a frequently recommended form of physical exercise for individuals with diabetes mellitus. The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of resistance training on the reduction of blood glucose levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. A systematic literature review was conducted by searching the PubMed and Google Scholar databases using predefined keywords. Following the application of inclusion and exclusion criteria, five relevant articles were selected for analysis. The review revealed significant evidence supporting the effectiveness of resistance training in lowering blood glucose concentrations among this patient population. These findings highlight the potential of resistance training as a viable non-pharmacological intervention for managing type 2 diabetes; however, further research is warranted to comprehensively assess its long-term impact on glycemic regulation.

Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk merekonstruksi peran dari Syekh Ahmad Khatib Sambas, salah seorang ulama asal Kalimantan, dalam mendidikkan nilai kecintaan kepada tanah air dan bela negara khususnya kepada para muridnya di Nusantara. Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah library research dengan menjadikan sumber berupa manuskrip, buku dan sumber-sumber tertulis lainnya sebagai basis datanya. Hasil dari kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa semangat kepahlawanan dalam membela negara ini telah tertanam dalam diri Ahmad Khatib sejak ia meninggalkan kampung halamannya, di tengah fakta negerinya yang sedang berada dalam cengkeraman Kolonial Inggris. Semangat heroik dan patriotik inilah yang ia wariskan kepada murid-muridnya dari berbagai penjuru nusantara.

Abstract

Pengelolaan bahan pustaka merupakan salah satu aspek krusial dalam menunjang layanan informasi di perpustakaan perguruan tinggi. Perpustakaan Universitas Negeri Makassar (UNM) sebagai pusat sumber belajar memiliki tanggung jawab untuk menyediakan, mengorganisasi, dan memelihara bahan pustaka secara efektif. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji sistem pengelolaan bahan pustaka di Perpustakaan UNM, meliputi tahapan pengadaan, pengolahan, penyimpanan, serta layanan sirkulasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun proses pengelolaan sudah menggunakan sistem otomasi perpustakaan, masih terdapat kendala pada keterbatasan koleksi digital, kurangnya tenaga pustakawan profesional, serta kebutuhan pembaruan fasilitas penyimpanan.
