Abstract

ABSTRACTFood Intake is The Most Dominant Factors Influencing Toward Opportunistic Infections On People With HIV/AIDS At Dr. Kariadi Hospital Semarang; The infection disease of HIV and AIDS is the main cause of death around the world today. One of the causes of high mortality and disability is opportunistic infection. The number of deaths recorded as many as 68 (73.9%) caused by opportunistic infections at Dr. Kariadi Hospital in 2014. The objective of this study is to analyze the factors influencing for the incidence of opportunistic infections on people with HIV/AIDS at Dr Kariad Hospital Semarangi. This study is quantitative research with cross sectional design. Sample is HIV / AIDS patients who visited at Dr KariadiHospital Semarang. The systematic random sampling technique is used in this study. The amount of sample is 82 people from 523of popolations. Data has collected by interview and observation. The results of univariate analysis illustrates that respondents with HIV / AIDS who have 53.7% Opportunistic Infections are most opportunistic infections are tuberculosis amounted to 31.82%. Results of bivariate analysis using statistical test Chi-Square shows there are nine variables significantly associated, namely the control examination, ARV adherence, food intake, food safety, personal hygiene, activity patterns, family support, peer support, and the support of a case manager. The most dominant variable is the effect of nutrient intake (OR = 7.477).Keywords: HIV / AIDS, Opportunistic Infections, Behavior

Abstract

ABSTRACTData from ECPAT (End Child Prostitution, Child Pornography and the Trafficking of Children for Sexual Purpose), an estimated 40,000 to 70,000 child victims of sexual exploitation throughout Indonesia, expected 21,000 involved in prostitution on the Island of Java. Abdi Asih NGOs as NGOs and child protection and oldest woman in Surabaya shows child victims of CSEC in 2013 from 28 cases of commercial child sexual exploitation, child prostitution topped with 23 (82%) cases, the youngest 12 years and oldest 18 years. Underlying factors also very complex, such as economy factors 19 (67%), datting and peer pressure 6 (21%), lack of conrol and parental love 2 (7%), lifestyle 1 (3,5%). Eksploiter is not only by strangers but more done by people known to the victim as his girlfriend and neighbors. Children are the group that many touted to be the victim of sexual exploitation as helpless. Child commersial eksploitasion is very dangerous, because such sex usually unprotected, children are rarely in a position to negotiate safer sex and therefore carry a greater risk of becoming infected with HIV or other STD. Abstract

The risk reduction action among IDU’s is needed to reduce the emerging of new case of HIV transmission through their risk behavior either in drug using practices and sexual practices. This study was aimed to analyze determinant factors to risk reduction action of HIV transmission among IDU’s in Makassar City. It was an explanatory study, employs a cross sectional research design and combining between Health Belief Model and Social Learning Theory. Target population in this research was all IDU’s in Makassar City that have been reached by three NGOs and involving in individual risk assessment. There were 97 respondents involved in this research, selected by applying systematic random sampling technique. Questionnaire was used for collect data and analyze with chi square to measure bivariate correlation. Logistic regression was employed for multivariate analysis. Out of the 97 IDU’s, 60,8% IDU’s experienced consistency in risk reduction action adherence. Logistic regression analysis showed that risk reduction action dominantly influence by knowledge of HIV/AIDS.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPelayanan Kesehatan Peduli Remaja (PKPR) di Puskesmas dalam rangka meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja tentang perilaku dan reproduksi sehat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran Pelaksanaan Program Pelayanan Kesehatan Peduli Remaja dan Pemanfaatannya Pada Puskesmas Guntung Payung. Penelitian kualitatif dengan cara indepth interview, observasi dan FGD. Informan sebanyak 18 orang. Analisa data menggunakan metode thematic content analysis. Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa program PKPR yang dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Guntung Payung adalah membuka klinik khusus pelayanan remaja usia 10 – 19 tahun untuk memberikan layanan pengobatan, mengadakan penyuluhan mengenai kesehatan reproduksi remaja di sekolah-sekolah, melakukan sosialisasi tentang program PKPR di tiap sekolah, memberikan tablet SF pada remaja putri, memberikan layanan konseling untuk remaja. Konseling di PKPR namun layanan konsultasi secara langsung belum banyak dimanfaatkan oleh remaja dan ruang konselingnya masih belum menjaga privacy klien.Kata kunci : PKPR, Puskesmas, sekolahABSTRACTAdolescent Health Care Services (PKPR) established in the clinic is in order to increase knowledge about the behavior of adolescent and reproductive health.This study aims to gain an overview of the implementation program of health care services to adolescents and their utilization in health centers Guntung Payung. This research is qualitative research. The data was collected by depth interview, observation and focus group. Informants as many as 18 people. Analysis of the data using thematic content analysis method.These results illustrate that the program PKPR is implemented in health centers Guntung Payung is to open a special clinic services for adolescents aged 10-19 years providing medical services, conduct counseling on adolescent reproductive health in schools, to socialize PKPR program at each school, provide SF tablets in adolescent girls. For counseling activities, despite being provided in PKPR consulting services directly but has not been widely used by teenagers, and space counseling still maintain client privacy.Keywords: PKPR, public health center, school

Abstract

ABSTRACTAccording to the risk factors as a result of injecting drug use (IDU) were second highest, after the heterosexual and homo-bisexual. In IDUs face two risks for contracting HIV / AIDS, from the use of unsterilized needles and performed together or alternately with other IDUs and also through sexual intercourse, especially that done with more than one partner without using a condom. Methadone maintenance treatment program (PTRM) is included in the Harm Reduction program – This is a program of harm reduction drug use in preventing transmission of HIV / AIDS. This research is quantitative with correlational design, sampling using the technique across sectional the total population 50 person IDUs of injecting drug users in the city of Cirebon -use structured questionnaires technique. From the 50 IDUs who were respondents in this research note that 68% did not use PTRM services. It is because most IDUs still can not stop using injection drugs and have not been willing to switch to PTRM. Results of univariate analysis to determine the level of knowledge of IDUs about PTRM 88% have a good category, the attitude of the respondents 80% have category support PTRM, family attitudes 50% have category support PTRM, attitudes of peers 72% have a category does not support the utilizations PTRM, attitude of health workers 66% category does not support PTRM, and the availability of facilities and health facilities 52% support in PTRM services. For the bivariate analysis showed that the attitude of IDUs to program substitution therapy methadone-related measures the utilization of PTRM, whereas knowledge factors, family attitudes, attitudes of peers, attitude of health workers, and the availability of facilities. Then knowledge of IDUs about PTRM shows no relationship with the actions the utilization of PTRM , And based on multivariate analysis known that the action the utilization of PTRM is influenced by the family attitudes were supportive of the utilizations of Methadone maintenance treatment program (PTRM).Keywords: drug, injection, PTRM, HIV/AIDS

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang berhubungan dengan Partisipasi ODHA Ibu Rumah Tangga pada Program PMTCT dan mengetahui secara mendalam Partisipasi ODHA Ibu Rumah Tangga pada Program PMTCT di Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Responden penelitian adalah ODHA IRT dan subyek penelitian adalah ODHA IRT dengan persalinan pervaginam, dokter penanggungjawab PMTCT, dan MK. Subyek penelitian diambil secara purposive. Tekhnik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kurangnya Partisipasi ODHA Ibu Rumah Tangga pada Program PMTCT. Provider PMTCT sebagai pemegang kendali dalam pelaksanaan program memiliki keterbatasan pada tenaga terlatih di pelayanan kesehatan. Disarankan perlu partisipasi aktif dari stakeholders dalam kebijakan untuk menjadikan isu HIV/AIDS pada ODHA ibu rumah tangga sebagai kasus yang harus segera ditangani dan menjadi salah satu target pembangunan daerah sesuai dengan target MDG’s. Serta komitmen antara semua pihak dalam mendukung dan melaksanakan peraturan tersebut .Kata Kunci : partisipasi, ODHA IRT, program PMTCTABSTRACTParticipation Of Mother Hiv On Programme Prevention Of Mother To Child HIV Transmission In Semarang City; The purpose of the research is to describe the programme Prevention of Mother to Child HIV Transmission. This study used quantitative and qualitative methods. Subjects were mother HIV and stakeholders in the PMTCT Programme. Subjects were taken by purposive. Data collection techniques were used questioners and in-depth interviews. The results showed mother HIV basically supported the programme, but this program was not the priority yet. Aids Prevention Commission as holder of the control in the implementation of the programme has limitations on both the trained personnel nor the Working Group ofaids commission on health services. It is suggested the particition of stakeholders actively to create the issue of mother HIV as a case that must be addressed and be one of the target areas of development in accordance with the MDG’s. In addition, the commitment of all elements in implementing the regulation remain important.Keywords : participation, mother HIV, the programme of PMTCT

Abstract

PHBS in school applying an absolute necessity as the emergence of diseases, which was generally associated with PHBS, especially associated with the practice of washing hands with soap, as an indicator PHBS in educational institutions. The aims of research are identify the factors that associated with practice of hand washing (CTPS) in the elementary school students Semarang City. This research is explanatory research with Cross Sectional design. Research sample is 5th grade elementary school students in the Semarang city with sample retrieval technique with proportional simple random sampling of 394 respondents. Retrieval of data has conducting interview. The results of bivariate analysis using chi square test showed there are three variables which significantly associated with, they are the role of parenting, the role of teachers in schools and the availability of the practice of hand washing at the elementary school students. Logistic regression test results, then gained, variables that jointly associated with the practice of hand washing at the elementary school students are the role of parenting and the availability of the practice of hand washing at the elementary school. The most dominant variables associated with the practice of hand washing at the elementary school students is the availability of hand washing facilities in schools, where the availability of hand washing facilities in schools that both have probably 20 times the practice of washing hands with soap in school of the availability of hand washing facilities are not good.

Abstract

ABSTRAKProgram pemerintah yang dikhususkan untuk para calon pekerja migran yaitu mengikuti PAP yang berisi materi wajib dan penunjang salah satunya berupa pemberian informasi dasar tentang kesehatan reproduksi dan HIV/AIDS. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi penyelenggaraan pembekalan akhir pemberangkatan (PAP) pada calon pekerja migran di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, dimana pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara mendalam, observasi dan diskusi kelompok terarah. Informan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 19 orang, analisa data menggunakan metode thematic content analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa petugas PAP telah memiliki pengetahuan tentang konsep PAP namun untuk pengetahuan tentang HIV/ AIDS masih terbatas, sehingga sikap petugas PAP tidak menganggap penting pemberian materi HIV/ AIDS pada calon pekerja migran formal. Hambatan pada pelaksanaan PAP yaitu tidak adanya ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai. Materi HIV/AIDS tidak sesuai dengan modul pegangan instruktur yang disampaikan hanya dengan metode ceramah dan tidak menggunakan media pengajaran. Tidak ada kerjasama lintas sektoral dengan Dinas Kesehatan dan KPA Provinsi NTB terkait pemberian informasi HIV/AIDS pada calon pekerja migran.Kata Kunci : pekerja migran, HIV/AIDSABSTRACTThe Final Departure Briefing (FDB) Implementation On The Prospective Migrant Workers In West Nusa Tenggara Province ; Government programs are devoted to the prospective migrant workers that is following the final departure briefing (FDB) which contains the compulsory and supporting material; one of them is basic information about reproductive health and HIV/AIDS. This study aims to evaluate the FDB implementation on the prospective migrant workers in West Nusa Tenggara Province. This study was qualitative research. The data collection was conducted by in-depth interview, observation and focus group discussion (FGD). Informan in this study were 19 subjects. The analysis of the data in this study used thematic content analysis method. The results of this study showed that is the official organization of the FDB implementation were the FDB officers have knowledge about FDB concept, but to knowledge about HIV/AIDS is still low, so the attitude of the FDB officers do not consider important material provision of HIV/AIDS on formal prospective migrant workers. Barriers the FDB implementation were unavailability of adequate facilities and infrastructure. HIV/ AIDS materials not appropriate with the reference module of instructors which presented by lecture method and also not using the media. There’s no cooperation with health authorities and AIDS Commission (KPA) in the process of FDB implementation related HIV/AIDS information to prospective migrant workers.Keywords : migrant workers, HIV/AIDS

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe high death rate of mothers is a big problem in Indonesia. They died because of the great bleeding of anemia when they had pregnancy. At Bogor Tengah Puskesmas the prevalence of anemia of pregnant women is 63,63%. Whereas the scope of Fe 3 of pregnant mothers is 96.92%, it is related to the low compliance of pregnant women taking tablets Fe. The study aims to analyze the factor of knoeledge and attitude may be related to the compliance of pregnant women taking tablet Fe in the Bogor Tengah Puskesmas.This type of research is Explanatory Research with cross sectional approach, Subject of the study is all women in third semester of pregnancy at the Bogor Tengah Puskesmas, it is 53 women. The tool of collecting data is questionnaire. Data analysis in this research is the data analysis of univariate, bivariate data analysis with chi square. The result show that the most of respondent compliance consumption of tablet Fe is 60,4%. Multivariate analysis was not done because there is no related variables in this study. Public Health Center as the place closest to the public health service will need to provide information about important of taking tablet Fe to pregnant women through health promotion activities through Posyandu activities, ANC, class of pregnant women and health promotion activities that have been routinely implementedKeyword: Compliance, the pregnant mothers, tablet Fe

ABSTRACTDescription of Risk Behaviors HIV Among Injecting Drug Users In Central Java Province; Injecting drug users (IDUs) is the high risk population that was vulnerable to HIV infection. IDUs not only contribute HIV through unsafe injecting behavior but also through risky sexual behavior. The HIV prevalence among IDUs in Indonesia still highest position it was reached 41% in 2011. In Central Java province percentage factor for HIV transmission risk through unsafe injecting among IDUs is still high, it was 7.7%. The high number cases of HIV in IDU’s would be worried, it can be predicted that cases of HIV would spread to general population. This study aims to describe HIV risk behaviors among IDUs in Central Java Province. This research is a quantitative with cross sectional approach. The number of respondents in this study was 172 IDUs in Central Java Province. Analysis of data using univariate analysis with frequency distribution. The results showed the hiv risk behavior of injecting drug use that 8% of IDUs reported sharing needle without bleaching. On sexual behavior patterns majority of respondents (37.2%) had one partner and not using a condom at last sex.Keywords: IDU’s, HIV Risk Behaviors, Central Java Province
