Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dana pihak ketiga, loan to deposit ratio dan non performing loan terhadap jumlah penyaluran kredit pada Bank Umum di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Data yang diamati berupa laporan keuangan tahun 2016, 2017 dan 2018. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu statistik inferensial dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1)secara simultan  dana pihak ketiga, loan to deposit ratio dan non performing loan  berpengaruh signifikan terhadap jumlah penyaluran kredit pada Bank Umum di Bursa Efek Indonesia; 2)secara parsial dana pihak ketiga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap jumlah penyaluran kredit pada Bank Umum di Bursa Efek Indonesia; 3) secara parsial loan to deposit ratio berpengaruh signifikan terhadap jumlah penyaluran kredit pada Bank Umum di Bursa Efek Indonesia dan 4)secara parsial loan to deposit ratio  berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap jumlah penyaluran kredit pada Bank Umum di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Kata Kunci: dana pihak ketiga, loan to deposit ratio, non performing loan, jumlah penyaluran kredit ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of third party funds, loan to deposit ratio and non performing loan on the amount of lending to commercial banks on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data observed were in the form of financial reports for 2016, 2017 and 2018. The data analysis used was inferential statistics with multiple linear regression analysis techniques and hypothesis testing. The result of this study are 1)simultaneous,   third party funds, loan to deposit ratio and non performing loan have a significant effect on the amount of lending to commercial banks on the Indonesia Stock Exchange; 2) partially, third party funds has a significant effect on the amount of lending to commercial banks on the Indonesia Stock Exchange; 3)loan to deposit ratio has  a significant effect on the amount of lending to commercial banks  on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and 4)non performing loan has no a significant effect on the amount of lending to commercial banks  on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Keywords : third party funds, loan to deposit ratio, non performing loan, the amount of lending

Abstract

Dalam makalah ini mendiskusikan mengenai pengembangan fasilitas infrastruktur umum di Komplek Bumi Mas Lestari Perdagangan Banjarmasin yaitu Pembangunan Jalan lingkungan yang secara khusus meninjau bagian tanah dasar dan ketebalan timbunan sirtu. Perhitungan daya dukung tanah dasar mengacu kepada input nilai CBR metode SNI yaitu index dan engineering properties, uji kepadatan tanah standar proctor di laboratorium dan uji CBR Laboratorium. Studi penelitian terhadap tanah dasar yang dibandingkan adalah tanpa dan dengan penggunaan penambahan semen 9% terhadap tanah asli lanau lunak berlempung plastisitas rendah, hasil yang dapat mewakili untuk perbandingan nilai kelayakan subgrade adalah pemenuhan terhadap ketentuan nilai CBR subgrade pada Spesifikasi Umum Bina Marga sebesar minimum 6% pada pelaksanaan timbunan jalan, karena antara nilai CBR tanah dasar asli yang dihasilkan 4% dan setelah distabilisasi menggunakan semen menghasilkan peningkatan 9,8%, tanah dasar telah memenuhi persyaratan dan dapat digunakan menjadi bagian dari konstruksi perkerasan jalan diatasnya sebagai penopang. Abstract This paper discuss infrastucture development of road transportation in Bumi Mas Lestari Housing Compex Construction mainly Road access facility construction mainly for subgrade and embankment of thickness materials. The calculation of theoretical bearing capacity of subgrade based on Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI), including Proctor Standard and CBR test laboratory.research focus on cement mixing between natural condition of subgrade using 9% cement ratio in silty clayey low plasticity type of soil sample. Conduct Bina Marga Specification of Road Construction, minimum CBR Design is 6% was allowed with 9,8% CBR Design after mixing cement as stabilitation of 4% CBR design before.

Abstract

The hotel which winning for the category of three star hotel for the first ranked in Pekanbaru Tourism Award Night 2015 is Swiss-Belinn SKA Pekanbaru Hotel which always trying to provide good service for the guest through the public relations strategy that has been applied. Therefore, this study aim to determine and describe the public relations strategy for establish brand loyalty of Swiss-Belinn SKA Pekanbaru Hotel.This study uses descriptive qualitative research and supported by theories about the public relations strategy proposed by Harwood Childs. Subjects in this study are determined by purposive sampling technique which consists of Marketing and Communication Manager, Human Resource Staff, Executive Assistant Manager Room In Charge, and 4 guests of the hotel. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation and documentation. Techniques of analysis using models Miles and Huberman, interactive data with data validity checking used the technique extension of participation, persistence observation and triangulation.The results showed that Swiss-Belinn SKA Pekanbaru Hotel implement public relations strategies proposed by Harwood Childs which are publicity, persuasion, argumentation, and image. This strategy is implemented through the utilization of media, print media and online media as key factors in the process of implementing public relations strategy. In addition Swiss-Belinn SKA Pekanbaru also apply the important of awareness for living comfort in terms of services and facilities in order to get a good image in front of the guest. Meanwhile, the brand loyalty level of Swiss-Belinn SKA Pekanbaru Hotel are in the satisfied buyer. This is because the duration of the check-in make guests disappointed.Key word: Public relations, Strategy, Brand loyalty

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a social responsibility for a business organization against its stakeholder group. PKBL is a form of BUMN social responsibility. According to Law No.19 of 2003 on BUMN, where one of the purposes and objectives of BUMN establishment is to actively provide guidance and assistance to weak economic entrepreneurs, cooperatives and communities, as well as policies that state that BUMN can set aside a portion of their net profit for the purpose of business development small, cooperative as well as community development around BUMN, then PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) is committed in the implementation of Partnership Program. Partnership Program is a program to increase the ability of small business to be tough and independent. The purpose of this study, namely to determine how much influence CSR program PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) branch of Riau to the success of UMKM in the city of Pekanbaru.The theory used in this research is Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) theory. The method used in this research is explanative quantitative method. Technique of collecting data in this research using direct questionnaires distributing to UMKM which have become Partners of PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Branch of Riau with sample 68 determined by random sampling technique. To know the influence of both variables, the researcher use simple linear regression analysis.Based on the results of research on the influence of CSR program PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Riau branch on the success of UMKM in the city of Pekanbaru, obtained regression coefficient value in this study is Y = 8.282 + 0.577 X with a significance level of 0.000. Of course smaller than α = 0.05. This means that there is influence CSR program PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) branch of Riau to the success of SMEs in the city of Pekanbaru by 75.7% and enter the category strongly influenced. The percentage indicates that the PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) branch of CSR program is very influential towards the happening of UMKM in Pekanbaru city. Abstract

The rapid development of Islamic religious knowledge led to the phenomenon of doing hijrah among female students, especially female students at FISIP University of Riau campus. There are many female students in FISIP who change their appearance to be syar'i even use veil and have been able to leave bad behavior become muslimah's female student. This study aims to find out how the motives, meaning of hijrah and communication experience of student who did hijrah in FISIP University of Riau.This research uses qualitative research method with phenomenology approach. The research subjects amounted of seven female students of FISIP Universitas Riau chosen by using purposive technique. Data collection is done through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. To perform the validity of data, the authors use the technique of diligence observation and reverensi adequacy.The results showed that the motives of FISIP students who do hijrah consists of because motive, that includes self muhasabah, getting hidayah, parents, and environment and in order to motive include get Allah blessing, motivate others and istiqomah. The meanings of hijrah are divided into four categories and all of which leads to personal change better. The pleasant communication experience that is, (1) have a solehah friends, (2) can give motivation, (3) intense with family, (4) have positive image and (5) got good attitude in interaction and unpleasant communication that is, (1) getting negative comments, (2) shunned by friends, (3) experiencing various obstacles, (4) getting temptations, (5) getting unpleasant treatment, based on their interactions with their family's, friends, and their environment's.Keyword: Experience, Communication, Communication experience, Hijrah.

Abstract

Structuring and developing tourist areas that lead to the Kasang Kulim Zoo Kubang Jaya leads to an Ecological tourism area that highlights natural potential as a dominant element. This requires functional needs in harmony with the natural environment. The purpose of this research is to find out the segmentation, targetting, and postioning, promotion and knowing the factors that become obstacles in carrying out tourism promotion strategies Kasang Kulim Zoo Kubang Jaya in increasing the number of visitors in Siak Hulu Subdistrict, Kampar Regency.This study used qualitative research methods. The subjects of this study consisted of three subjects as informants by using purposive techniques. Data collection techniques are grouped into three parts: observation, interview and documentation. Technical analysis of data in this study using interactive data model Miles and Hiberman. The examination of data validity using triangulation technique.The results showed that the zoo manager's segmentation was students with targeting as many as 40,000 visitors and postioning in the form of "Kasang Kulim Zoo". Forms of promotion carried out by personal selling, zoo managers lower teams to conduct promotions directly to schools, advertising, the manager of the zoo kasang kulim jaya utilizes print and online media and billboards to promote the bianatang gardens. sales promotion, which is to give discounts and discounts to groups who buy tickets for more than 12 people. and public relations. Abstract

One of the e-money services known by the people of Pekanbaru was T-Cash. Based on the recapitulation of T-Cash users in Pekanbaru increased every month. This condition made PT Telkomsel Pekanbaru hold T-Cash user loyalty in order not to turn to other company. This research was conducted to find out IMC strategy by Telkomsel to maintain T - Cash user loyality and to know the inhibiting factors of T - Cash usage. This research used qualitative method by presented descriptive data analysis and using strategic communication theory. The research technique was chosen based on purposive technique consisted of 1 person ex manager (old manager) YnC T-Cash Pekanbaru, 4 people T-Cash digital staff, 2 partnership and 6 T-Cashdi Pekanbaru users. The Data collection conducted through interview, observation and documentation. The Data analysis techniques used was interactive data models Miles and Huberman. While the examination techniques of data validity included triangulation and extension of participation. The results of the study showed that Telkomsel's Integrated Marketing Strategy (IMC) in maintaining the loyalty of T-Cash users in Pekanbaru was through sales promotion, direct marketing, personal selling, word of mouth marketing, advertisement, event, social media and website, also partnerships and sponsors. Several factors affecting T-Cash user loyalty in Pekanbaru have technical and network constraints, number of human resources and limited number of merchants. Abstract

Based on the data that researchers get from the Department of Culture and Tourism Kuantan Singingi regency that there is indeed less interest people to cultural traditions boat baganduang. The purpose of this research is to know the strategy of audience, strategy of message, and strategy of choosing / using media used by Culture and Tourism Office of Kuantan Singingi Regency in promoting boat culture to society.In this study the authors use descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection techniques are grouped through observation, interview and documentation. Informants in this study amounted to 9 people taken based on the technique of purposive sampling, the Head of Culture and Tourism Office of Kuantan Singingi, Public Relation and Tourism Office of Kuantan Singingi Regency, Head of Marketing and Economy Division of Culture and Tourism Office of Kuantan Singingi Regency, 3 visitors which witnessed the culture of baganduang boat and 3 visitors who have never witnessed the culture of baganduang boat. Interactive data analysis model of the researcher used to describe the result of research in data analysis technique and to check the validity of data of researcher using triangulation technique.The results showed that the communication strategy of the Department of Culture and Tourism of Kuantan Singingi Regency in promoting the culture of baganduang boat that is from the determination of the audience is the whole community of Lubuk Jambi, Kuantan Mudik Subdistrict and surrounding areas in Kuantan Singingi Regency. After that the strategy message used is the content of messages that are persuasive and informative, which is packed with how to create a short message that attracts the attention of audiences and messages using the symbol / pictures. And the last media strategy used by the Office of Culture and Tourism Kuantan Singingi Regency in promoting the culture of baganduang boat is electronic media, online media, and print media campaign.Keyword: Communication Strategy, Promoting

Abstract

This research describes the effort of government of Pekanbaru toward the competitions of micro and small bussiness in Asean Economic Community in 2016. Asean Economic Community are one of modells economic integrations to create a common market in Southeast Asia regions. Micro and small business are one of micro economic modells in Indonesia that have big potency for economic growth in Indonesia.The research method used was a qualitative with descriptive as a technic of the research. Writer collects data from books, encyclopedia, journal, mass media and websites to analyze the effort of government of Pekanbaru toward the competitions of micro and small bussiness in Asean Economic Community. The theories applied in this research are neoliberalism perspective with the globalization theory by Robert W Cox.The research shows that the effort of government of Pekanbaru toward the competitions of micro and small bussiness in Asean Economic Community are by controlling and supervised. Some steps are have done by government of Pekanbaru are doing socializations of Asean Economic Community, give a supervised, held a consultations bussiness and controlling by create a bureaucrations for investations in Pekanabru city.Key words: asean, economic community, invest and micro small business
