Smoking habit have many negative effect, including increased lipids profile. Researching on the effects of tea on lipids profile on smokers has been carried out using green tea. Research using white tea has been limited, therefore, this study aimed to analyze the effect of white tea than green tea on lipids profile in smokers, using paired sample of clinical trials design. The subjects were medium smokers (11-21 cigarettes/day) aged 30-45 years and have milddyslipidemia. Each subject was asked to drink tea in two times. Firstly, all subjects were asked to drink 3 x 200 ml white tea/day for 28 days. Secondly, treatment will be start after two weeks washout period, and they were asked to drink 3 x 200 ml of green tea/day for 28 days. Lipids profile (trigliserida (TG); cholesterol total (TC); low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C)) of blood serum has been measured four times, at pre-post intervention of white tea and at pre-post intervention of green tea. The lipids profile were significantly decreased after white tea intervention (paired sample t-test, p<0,05). After green tea intervention,the lipids profile were decreased but significant (paired sample t-test, p<0,05) only for LDL-C. The independent sample t-test analysis showed that white tea has higher effect in decreasing the lipids profile greater than green tea, however not significantly different (p>0,05). This study was proved that white tea is more potential than green tea to decreasing lipids profile of smokers.

Introduction: Forests have an important role in meeting the needs of human life. In addition to having benefits for life, forests also have many benefits, one of which is benefits in the economic sector. Development in the forestry sector is directed at optimal and sustainable utilization of forest resources and strives to improve the welfare of people's lives. Utilization of forest resources, especially timber forest products to be used as sawn timber. sawn timber is semi-finished goods because it will be further processed into other products, for example, sawn products are processed into molding products, flooring furniture, and others that are specific. This study aims to determine the financial aspects of sawn timber processing at Buana Alam Trading Business. This research was conducted for two months from March 2023 to April 2023, which took place at the Buana Alam Trade Business in Palu City, Central Sulawesi. Method: This research uses a purposive sampling method at the location and 1 respondent, namely the leader or business owner as a research sample. This research calculates business finances for 13 years of operation. Results and Discussion: The results of this study indicate that the financial analysis of the sawn timber business obtained an NPV value of Rp. 389,806,900, BCR 2.09 and IRR 22.9% of the Buana Alam Trading Business shows a positive value, so that the Buana Alam Trading Business is feasible to continue and based on the results of business financial analysis using NPV calculations, the Buana Alam Business is feasible to continue. Conclusion: The results of the financial analysis of the sawn timber business for 13 years of operation obtained an NPV value of Rp. 389,806,900, BCR 2.09, and IRR 22.9%. Based on the results of research using financial analysis, the Buana Alam trade business in Palu City is feasible to continue.

Sungai Kapuas memisahkan antara Kecamatan Pontianak Timur dan Utara dengan Kecamatan Pontianak Kota. Penyeberangan sungai menggunakan speedboat berpeluang untuk dikembangkan. Maka, dilakukan studi terhadap penyeberangan sungai speedboat tersebut untuk mengetahui karakteristik pengguna, menganalisis kinerja dan kebutuhan, serta mengevaluasi kelayakan sarana angkutan tersebut. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang menggunakan jasa penyeberangan sungai speedboat di Pasar Parit Besar, Pontianak Kota. Metode uji validitas digunakan teknik Product Moment Pearson dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan teknik Alpha Cronbach. Selanjutnya, dilakukan Importance and Performance Analysis dan analisis Customer Satisfaction Index, serta analisis kinerja angkutan sungai dan analisis kebutuhan optimal angkutan sungai. Hasil penelitian didapat sebagian besar pengguna berumur 21-30 tahun, berjenis kelamin laki-laki, pekerjaan wiraswasta, dan bertujuan untuk kegiatan ekonomi. Load factor didapat 35% untuk hari kerja dan 37% untuk hari libur. Headway untuk hari kerja selama 4 menit 41 detik dan untuk hari libur selama 4 menit 53 detik. Waktu tunggu pada hari kerja selama 2 menit 20 detik dan pada hari libur selama 2 menit 37 detik. Serta, terdapat dua permasalahan utama pada kinerja yang perlu diperbaiki oleh penyedia jasa. Pengurangan armada juga perlu dilakukan agar kebutuhan optimal dapat terpenuhi. Namun, untuk kelayakan sudah terpenuhi berdasarkan hasil CSI senilai 81,42%. The development of homestays in Angsana Tourism Village, Setu Village, Jasinga District, Bogor Regency, is a strategic initiative aimed at supporting community-based tourism with a focus on enhancing the quality of services and homestay facilities. This program aims to strengthen the appeal of the tourist destination by improving the comfort of accommodations offered to visitors, while also empowering the local community by increasing economic welfare. The methods used in this program include field observations, intensive dialogue with homestay owners, and the implementation of a work program that involves improving the physical infrastructure of homestays, such as room cleaning, installing mosquito nets, ceiling repairs, curtain installation, and rearranging furniture. Additionally, homestay management training and the introduction of digital marketing strategies were provided to expand promotional reach and attract more tourists. The results of this program show a significant improvement in the comfort and aesthetics of the homestays, positively impacting the visitor experience. Thus, this program is expected to support sustainable tourism development in Angsana Tourism Village while enhancing the welfare of the local community through increased tourist visits.

Treatment success rate of drug-resistant tuberculosis (DR-TB) remains a challenge in DKI Jakarta. It is necessary to control adherence and the presence of treatment history that can affect treatment success. . The implementation of short-term combined treatment is expected to reduce the risk of treatment dropout (LTFU) and increase treatment success rates in patients undergoing treatment for DR-TB in Indonesia.(Ministry of Health, 2020). This study used a retrospective cohort design to look at the relationship of adherence and history to treatment success. The results showed that adherent patients had a potential treatment success of 9.14 times compared to non-adherent patients (RR = 9.14 (95%CI: 5.50-15.20)), The relationship between treatment history and the success of 9-11 month short-term combined DR-TB treatment can be seen in bivariate analysis which gives the results of no treatment history with an RR of 1.06 (95%CI: 0.90 - 1.24) but not statistically significant (p = 0.48). In stratification and multivariate analysis, there was no interaction or potential confounding from other variables on the association between adherence and history with treatment success.

An ordinary protective reaction to tissue damage brought on by physical trauma, chemical agents, or harmful microbiological agents is inflammation. The kebo excerpt plant has significant amounts of flavonoids, which have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. This study used the artificial udema method to determine the anti-inflammatory effects of Kebo Petikan leaves (Euphorbia hirta L.) ethanol extract in female white rats. This study applied a subcutaneous 1% carrageenine inducer as an anti-inflammatory drug on the soles of rats' feet. Following the injection of the test material at doses of 26 mg, 52 mg, and 104 mg, a decrease in volume was the metric that was observed. The results of the study showed the anti-inflammatory effect of ethanol extract of kebo petikan leaves at a dose of 26 mg/5ml had a strength of 32.3%, a dose of 52 mg/5ml had a strength of 78.48 %, and a dose of 104 mg/5ml had a strength of 91.46% compared to drugs.

Purpose: The goal of this study was to ascertain whether the popularity or trend of the Korean Wave influences Korean food purchases in Jakarta. Research method: Quantitative research methodologies are being used in this study. Sources of information were gathered through observation and questionnaires, as well as primary and secondary data. The research population consisted of 83 customers at Annyeong Korean Food Café Tebet. Result and discussion: The results of observations in the R table obtained a sample value (N) = 30 of 0.3061, resulting in a value (R.Calculated) greater than R.Table. Apart from that, the purchasing decision variables (Variable Y) all produce values (R.Calculated) greater than R.Table. So, this research can be said to be valid—the reliability test results and all the variable results. The linearity test shows the Sig value. The deviation from linearity is 0.384, which is greater than 0.05. There is a linear relationship between the Korean Wave variable and the Purchasing Decision Variable. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test with SPSS shows a significance value of 0.078, more significant than 0.05. So, it can be concluded that the residual values are normally distributed so that the results of this analysis can be continued for further testing. The Pearson test produced a value of 0.766, more significant than the R table value of 0.213. So, it can be concluded that there is a strong relationship between the Korean Wave variable (X) and purchasing decisions (Y) because the value on the correlation coefficient scale is 0.60 – 0.79. Implication: From the research results, theoretical implications can be put forward, and it can be concluded that there is a strong impact between the Korean wave and the purchasing decision of Korean Food. The purpose of this research is to investigate the framework of questions concerning the challenges faced by English instructors in remote areas of East Lombok. In this study, a qualitative approach was used. This research was carried out in East Lombok, using purposive sampling. This survey's participants are six teachers from Sambelia, Sembalun and Wanasaba sub-district schools, specifically the educators at SMPN 2 Sambelia, SMP Islam Darul Ilmi Otorita, MAS Maraqitta'limat Al-Hamzar Belanting, MTS Maraqitta'limat Sembalun Bumbung, SMKS Maraqitta'limat Sembalun and SMK Sa'adatul Islamiah NWDI. This research used an interview technique that included a phone recording. The audio recorded interview questions were transcribed verbatim for proper analysis and interpretation. The findings of this study revealed that some rural teachers discovered some hindrances in teaching English such as limited infrastructure, time constraint, lack of parental involvement, students’ low motivation, and less English application. It is uncovered that the education in rural schools of East Lombok remains unsatisfactory due to numerous barriers in the teaching and learning process.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya kendala yang dialami oleh UMKM SlidShoe.co yang disebabkan karena kurangnya koordinasi dan kurangnya komunikasi antar individu yang saling bekerjasama dalam usaha tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis penerapan konsep satunggaling rasa satunggaling karya pada UMKM SlidShoe.Co dalam mengatasi kendala usaha yang dialami. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan data primer melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan data sekunder berupa konsep satunggaling rasa memiliki makna bahwa setiap individu perlu memiliki rasa kebersamaan dalam hal ini dapat diterapkan melalui penyampaian aspirasi dan perasaan sesama anggota. konsep satunggaling karya memiliki makna bahwa dalam menyuksesakan sebuah UMKM diperlukan adanya pelaksaan tanggung jawab dari setiap anggota. Sehingga melalui kedua konsep tersebut berdampak positif pada lancarnya komunikasi dan penciptaan suasana yang kondusif.

Establishing a resort in a remote area holds significant potential for tourism development but requires in-depth evaluation of its operational feasibility. This study aims to assess the operational feasibility of establishing a resort in a remote area by considering economic, social, environmental, and infrastructure aspects. The research employs both quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis methods, with data collected through interviews, field surveys, and literature review. The findings indicate that although there are considerable challenges regarding accessibility and infrastructure, the potential economic benefits from tourism and local development support the operational feasibility of the resort, provided there is policy support and investment in the development of essential infrastructure.
