Abstract

Business legality is an urgent need for MSMEs, particularly in the food sector, which faces strict regulations and high risks to food safety. However, many MSMEs still lack a Business Identification Number (NIB) or Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) protection due to low digital literacy and a lack of understanding of licensing procedures. This situation emphasizes the urgency of mentoring so that MSMEs can operate legally and be legally protected. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to assist the Golden Kriuq MSME in obtaining an NIB and increase business owners' understanding of the importance of IPR, branding, and digital marketing. The implementation method uses a qualitative approach through observation, interviews, education, documentation, and direct mentoring. Activities carried out include NIB registration through the OSS Indonesia application, logo, banner, and menu design, business Instagram account creation, location determination on Google Maps, and education on the stages of brand registration through the DJKI system. The results show that Golden Kriuq successfully obtained an NIB, has a more consistent visual identity, and has a more professional digital presence. The program's impact is evident in increased awareness of legality, digital administration readiness, and businesses' ability to compete more professionally and sustainably.

Abstract

Perfect competition in the pasar gedhe results in product pricing that cannot be determined unilaterally by producers. As a result, product prices do not serve as the sole reference that attracts consumers to purchase from Restu Buah over similar products from competitors in the pasar gedhe. Ideally, this situation should allow consumers to freely switch producers to meet their product needs. However, in reality, consumers exhibit loyalty to Restu Buah, even when its prices are comparable to those of competitors in the pasar gedhe. The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of service quality, product quality, and price perception on customer satisfaction at Restu Buah in the pasar gedhe, Solo. The target respondents for this study are customers of Restu Buah. Respondents are selected based on several criteria that must be met. A total of 130 respondents will be involved in this research. They will be given a questionnaire containing questions rated on a scale of 1-4 related to the study. This research will use two types of data collection: primary data and secondary data. The collected data will be analyzed using the SEM-PLS analysis method with Warp-PLS 8.0 software. The research results indicate that service quality, product quality, and price perception have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, with an R-squared value of 0.71. This value indicates that service quality, product quality, and price perception can explain 71% of customer satisfaction, while the remaining 29% is attributed to other variables not tested in this study. Service quality, product quality, and price perception have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction at Restu Buah.

Abstract

Sriwijaya 8 Kost is an accommodation business located in Curug Sangereng, Gading Serpong. This business was developed to meet the housing needs of students and workers in the area. This study aims to analyze the feasibility of Sriwijaya 8 Kost based on nine aspects, namely legal aspects, human resource management aspects, market and marketing aspects, technical aspects, consumer behavior aspects, financial aspects, PEST aspects, environmental & industrial aspects, and risk aspects. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results show that the business has great market potential, supported by its strategic location and appropriate consumer segmentation. Technical planning related to facilities, layout, and operations has been well designed to ensure the comfort and safety of residents. Financial analysis shows that the business is feasible with a BEP of 3 rooms per month, a payback period of 7.7 years, an IRR of 5.023%, and an ROI of 129.5%. External factors such as government policies and high demand for housing further strengthen the feasibility of the business. Overall, Sriwijaya 8 Kost is deemed viable for operation and development, with a need for continuous improvement in legality, financial record-keeping, service quality, and risk mitigation.

Abstract

Researchers raised a problem that is currently happening a lot among Millennials, namely Diabetes. Indonesia is the fourth largest country with diabetes mellitus in the world, with a population of 21.3 million in 2030. Therefore, an anticipation and innovation of a healthy and low-calorie food product is needed in order to reduce the number of people with diabetes mellitus. The purpose of this research is to produce an innovative new business model so that it can be applied to the community so that it can make it easier for people to make business and also get investors. This study uses the R & D method because the final result of this research will produce food innovation products in the form of low-calorie dessert products. The data presented using descriptive method. The method of data collection is through literature study with secondary data, namely data or information taken from books, journals and the internet. The results of this study indicate that Dear Me Sweety is an innovation that presents a delicious and healthy low-calorie dessert. In addition, to provide information to all Indonesian people so that they can carry out a healthy lifestyle so that they can reduce the estimated prevalence and number of people with diabetes mellitus to be less.

Abstract

UMKM berbasis kuliner terus mengalami pertumbuhan pesat di Indonesia, didorong oleh meningkatnya permintaan konsumen terhadap produk makanan yang praktis, higienis, dan bersifat personal. Namun, banyak bisnis rumahan, terutama pada sektor bakery, masih beroperasi tanpa penilaian kelayakan yang terstruktur, sehingga berdampak pada ketidakpastian dalam pengembangan, lemahnya aspek legalitas, serta keterbatasan daya saing jangka panjang. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi apakah Dapu Rin, sebuah UMKM donat rumahan yang berlokasi di Alam Sutera, layak untuk dikembangkan dan ditingkatkan skalanya berdasarkan lima dimensi utama studi kelayakan bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan penilaian komprehensif yang dapat mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis dalam pengembangan dan keberlanjutan usaha. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dokumentasi, dan catatan keuangan, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan kerangka reduksi–penyajian–penarikan kesimpulan. Kelayakan dievaluasi berdasarkan lima dimensi: pasar dan pemasaran, kesiapan teknis dan operasional, sumber daya manusia, legalitas, serta kinerja keuangan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa Dapu Rin layak untuk dilanjutkan dan dikembangkan, didukung oleh potensi pasar yang kuat, strategi pemasaran digital yang efektif, proses operasional yang terstandarisasi, perencanaan sumber daya manusia yang dapat ditingkatkan, serta indikator keuangan positif termasuk NPV, IRR, dan payback period. Aspek legalitas sedang dalam proses penyelesaian melalui tahapan terstruktur untuk memperkuat kredibilitas dan peluang ekspansi usaha. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis berupa peta jalan pengembangan berbasis kelayakan bagi UMKM kuliner skala kecil yang beroperasi di lingkungan perumahan modern. Selain itu, hasil penelitian dapat menjadi referensi analisis untuk penelitian selanjutnya serta model pengembangan UMKM, khususnya pada sektor bakery rumahan berbasis sistem pre-order.

Abstract

Pendapatan petani merupakan faktor penting dalam menunjang kesejahteraan dan keberlanjutan usaha tani. Namun dalam hal ini masih menghadapi berbagai kendala seperti keterbatasan akses produksi, pasar, pendanaan, dan fluktuasi harga. Selain itu, terdapat kesenjangan harga yang diterima petani dengan harga ditingkat hilir karena panjangnya rantai pemasaran. Program kemitraan PT Wilmar Padi Indonesia dengan petani padi hadir sebagai strategi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dengan menyediakan akses sarana produksi, teknologi, pendampingan, dan harga jual yang lebih menguntungkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pola kemitraan, pengaruh kemitraan terhadap pendapatan petani, serta faktor-faktor kemitraan yang memengaruhi pendapatan petani mitra. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan 60 petani mitra dan 60 petani non mitra yang dipilih melalui teknik simple random sampling dan perhitungan Slovin. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji independent sample t-test dan regresi linear berganda menggunakan software SPSS 29. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola kemitraan yang dijalankan merupakan pola sub-kontrak. Uji independent sample t-test menunjukkan adanya perbedaan signifikan pendapatan dengan selisih sebesar Rp8.364.458 yang menunjukkan bahwa kemitraan berdampak positif terhadap pendapatan petani. Hasil regresi menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, variabel kerja sama (X1), komunikasi (X2), keterbukaan (X3), dan komitmen (X4) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani mitra (Y). Secara parsial, hanya variabel variabel kerja sama (X1), komunikasi (X2), keterbukaan (X3) yang berpengaruh signifikan, sedangkan komitmen (X4) tidak berpengaruh signifikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efisiensi profit, efisiensi biaya dan efisiensi penerimaan usahatani padi organik di Kecamatan Trawas, Kabupaten Mojokerto, melalui alat analisis Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) serta korelasi efisiensi profit dengan efisiensi biaya dan efisiensi penerimaan melalui alat analisis uji korelasi. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh pentingnya efisiensi profit dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan usahatani padi organik dan korelasinya dengan efisiensi biaya dan penerimaan. Data yang digunakan adalah kuantitas dan harga dari input serta yaitu benih, pupuk organik, pestisida, dan tenaga kerja  serta output produksi dari 100 petani padi organik yang menjadi sampel. Rata-rata efisiensi profit petani padi organik berada pada tingkat 0,821. Rata-rata efisiensi biaya petani padi organik berada pada tingkat 0,817. Rata-rata efisiensi penerimaan petani padi organik berada pada tingkat 0,884. Korelasi efisiensi profit dengan efisiensi biaya sebesar 0,548. Korelasi efisiensi profit dengan efisiensi penerimaan sebesar 0,981. Penelitian ini menjelaskan pentingnya pengoptimalan penggunaan biaya dalam input produksi dan peningkatan penerimaan untuk mendapatkan efisiensi profit yang lebih baik pada usahatani padi organik.

Abstract

Digital marketing has become a critical element in promoting tourism destinations, particularly in attracting young tourists who are highly connected to technology. Sawarna Village in Lebak Regency, Banten, holds significant natural tourism potential, such as beaches and caves, but faces challenges in implementing promotional strategies that align with the digital behavior of the younger generation. This study employs a literature review method to analyze effective digital marketing strategies, focusing on social media, visual content, and influencer engagement. The analysis reveals that creative use of social media, a visual storytelling approach, and collaboration with micro-influencers can enhance the appeal of tourism destinations. Additionally, search engine optimization (SEO) and location-based marketing campaigns play a vital role in improving Sawarna Village's visibility on digital platforms. This study recommends digital skill training for the local community to support destination promotion and foster digital transformation in the rural tourism sector. These findings emphasize the importance of technology-driven marketing strategies to enhance the competitiveness of rural tourism destinations in Indonesia.

Abstract

Corpus linguistics has emerged as a powerful framework for analyzing authentic language use, shaping both theoretical and applied linguistics. Grounded in Rogers’ Diffusion of Innovations Theory (Rogers, 2003)[1], this study views corpus-based pedagogy as an educational innovation whose adoption varies across contexts. While globally corpus research has gained momentum in English language teaching and teacher training, its application in Indonesia remains modest and underexplored. This study aims to map the publication trends, thematic clusters, and collaboration networks in corpus-based educational research from both global and Indonesian perspectives using a bibliometric approach. It employed a bibliometric research design using the Scopus database to map publication trends, thematic clusters, and collaboration networks in corpus-based educational research. Data covering 1990-2024 were analyzed through VOS viewer, focusing on co-authorship, co-citation, and keyword co-occurrence to identify global trajectories and Indonesian contributions. The analysis of 810 publications revealed rapid global growth after 2010, with peaks in 2023, particularly in areas such as vocabulary acquisition, grammar instruction, and discourse analysis. Corpus linguistics remains the central theme, branching into sub-fields like data-driven learning (DDL), academic writing, and second language acquisition. In contrast, Indonesian contributions were limited to four Scopus-indexed articles up to 2025, largely descriptive and with minimal pedagogical focus. Corpus-based research has become central in global applied linguistics but is still at an early adoption stage in Indonesia. The disparity highlights infrastructural, awareness, and visibility gaps. Stronger institutional support, integration into teacher education, and classroom-based research are essential for Indonesia to align with global trends.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Fear of Missing Out (FOMO), Social Influence, and Service Quality on purchasing decisions of visitors at Cafe Taki. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population consists of visitors to Cafe Taki Palembang City, with sample of 97 respondents selected using the accidental sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS software. Partially Fear of Missing Out has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, with a regression coefficient of 0.145, a t-value of 3.133, and a significance level of 0.002 < 0.05. Social Influence shows a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, with a regression coefficient of 0.385, a t-value of 7.590, and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Furthermore, Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, indicated by a regression coefficient of 0.392, a t-value of 6.494, and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, Fear of Missing Out, Social Influence, and Service Quality significantly influence purchasing decisions, as evi-denced by an F-value of 74.222 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The correlation coefficient (R) of 0.840 indicates a strong relationship between the independent variables and purchasing decisions, while the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) of 0.696 reveals that 69.6% of the variation in pur-chasing decisions can be explained by the three independent variables, with the remaining percentage in-fluenced by other factors outside this study.
