Abstract

Knowledge of how to maintain proper dental health will greatly Affects theincidence of dental caries, brushing and rinsing teeth - gargling is one of the behaviors to maintain oral hygiene. behavior based on correct knowledge will last longer than behavior that is not based on knowledge, an effort to increase knowledge is through health education. Online media is one of the educational media to increase knowledge of dental and oral health. The type of research in this study is a comparative analysis or "causal-comparative". The sampling technique which was used is the quota sampling based on 100 people in Puskesmas Minasa Upa as the research location.The research variable was the online media instagram in increasing knowledge of caries. The statistical analysis which was used is the T-test to show the relationship of Instagram in increasing the knowledge.The result shows that there is a role for education through online media in increasing the knowledge of cavities.

Abstract

Background: Temporomandibular joint disorder (TMD) is characterized by craniofacial pain involving the jaw joint, masticatory muscles, or muscles that innervate the head and neck. The causes of TMD are multifactorial, including tooth loss and bad habits. The new DC/TMD protocol is a TMD examination protocol that is highly recommended for use as a clinical and research protocol for dentists. Objective: This study aims to determine the prevalence of TMD diagnosis results using the DC/TMD method, to determine the types of TMD diseases experienced and their relationship to the status of tooth loss in students. Method: The study used a cross-sectional analytical design with samples that met the inclusion criteria of 150 students aged 19-25 years who were taken by total sampling. The research subjects were asked to agree and sign an informed consent in advance by the researcher. Data were obtained from the results of anamnesis and physical examination with a diagnosis of TMD using the DC/TMD protocol based on the International RDC/TMD Consortium Network which has been translated into Indonesian. The examination data were processed using SPSS statistical software with univariate and bivariate tests. Results: 48% of students had tooth loss, 62% of students were diagnosed with TMD, and the results of the relationship analysis using the chi-square test showed that there was a significant relationship between tooth loss and TMD (p-value = 0.024; p

Abstract

Parking attendants without permits in parking operations are one of the many legal problems faced by motorists in Pekanbaru. When compared with other sub- districts in Pekanbaru City, Tampan Sub-district has the largest population, reaching 25.27% of the city's total population. And there is data showing that there are still a large number of illegal (illegal) parking attendants. So the aim of this research is to find out how to control illegal parking attendants in Tampan District, Pekanbaru City and what are the obstacles to controlling illegal parking attendants in Tampan District, Pekanbaru City. data collection in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. The type of research used in this research is qualitative and the data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. In the implementation of controlling illegal parking attendants in the city of Pekanbaru, it is still not optimal and there are still many illegal parking spots that occur. Inhibiting factors in controlling illegal parking in Tampan District, Pekanbaru City are caused by minimal operational costs, lack of personnel in controlling parking, lack of public awareness and compliance.

Abstract

Palangkaraya's economic growth to date has only reached 2.95%. The aim of this study is to examine the magnitude of the increase in unemployment rates and its impact on economic progress. Variable X1: effect of unemployment, X2: unemployment and Y: economic growth. Literature studies were used in this research using a number of journals as a focus point for analysis and comparing research results. A number of studies show how high unemployment rates affect economic growth.

Abstract

Objective: Over-retained tooth is condition when the primary tooth as retainer of the permanent tooth not exfoliate promptly, while permanent tooth has been erupted. The oral health problems in Makassar reported anomalies of tooth development and eruption were in the second place with 8.897 cases in 2018. Mangasa Public Health Center (PHC) possessed the highest number of over-retained tooth cases which becomes their primary problem in this category. Children's oral and dental health particularly over-retained tooth is largely determined by the awareness of their mothers’ behaviour and knowledge. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between mothers’ knowledge towards dentition and over-retained tooth during mixed dentition case on children aged 7-11 years in Mangasa PHC area. Method: This study was analytical observation research with cross sectional design. There were 106 samples of children aged 7-11 years together with their mothers in Mangasa PHC obtained by using simple random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaire and children's oral examination. Data were analyzed by the ChiSquare test. The results of this study showed that 54.7% of children in Mangasa PHC area had over-retained tooth. The high level of mother's knowledge about dentition was 55.7% Result: The results of the analysis between the mother's knowledge of dentition and over-retained tooth obtained value of p = 0,0001. Conlusion: There was a significant correlation between mothers knowledge of dentition and occurrence of over-retained tooth among children aged 7-11 years in Mangasa PHC area.

Abstract

The rapid advancement in information technology has transformed the landscape of accounting, making it increasingly computerized, enhancing efficiency through the automation of routine tasks, enabling real-time access to financial data, and providing more sophisticated data analytics capabilities. However, alongside these benefits, technology also brings challenges related to data security and changing regulations, necessitating accountants to continuously develop their technological skills. Online collaboration between accountants and clients is becoming more common, reflecting the influence of information technology on the evolution of accounting practices. Technological developments also affect Accounting Information Systems (AIS), changing the way data is processed, internal controls are implemented, and financial information is prepared. Despite initial concerns, the advancement of IT ultimately opens up new opportunities, such as computer-based information system audits, computer-based information system consulting, and web trust audits. This is the essence of the impact of information technology on the development of accounting, presenting opportunities and challenges that require adaptation and a strong understanding from accounting professionals in the digital era.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the impact of Information Technology (IT) on Modern Accounting Systems. The research background reflects a shift in the traditional accounting paradigm towards the increasingly rampant application of information technology. The research method used is literature analysis and case studies. Research findings reveal that IT implementation in modern accounting systems not only increases the efficiency and accuracy of data processing, but also makes a significant contribution to strategic decision making and risk management. The implications of this research include the need to develop IT competencies for accounting professionals, as well as the importance of information security policies in managing financial data. Thus, this research provides insight into the crucial role of IT in the transformation of modern accounting systems and highlights important aspects that need to be considered in facing technological developments in the accounting field.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: KEK pada ibu hamil adalah keadaan gizi kurang yang terjadi karena tubuh kekurangan salah satu atau beberapa zat gizi yang dibutuhkan saat kehamilan. Penyebab tubuh kekurangan zat gizi bisa dikarenakan oleh jumlah zat gizi yang dikonsumsi kurang, mutu zat gizi yang rendah, gagalnya penyerapan zat gizi dalam tubuh, dan kenaikan volume darah selama kehamilan yang akan meningkatkan suplay kebutuhan Fe atau zat Besi pada tubuh ibu hamilTujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan secara umum untuk mengetahui hubungan determinan faktor langsung dan faktor tidak langsung dengan kejadian Kekurangan Energi Kronik (KEK) pada ibu hamil berisiko.Metode: Desain penelitian adalah kuantitatf dengan pendekatan Crossectional atau potong lintang. Waktu dan tempat penelitian adalah Kabupaten Kepahiang dimulai dari bulan Oktober sampai dengan November 2021. Populasi sebanyak 141 orang ibu hamil dan sampel penelitian diambil dengan Teknik total sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis multivariat dengan uji Regresi binary logistic.Hasil: Diketahui hubungan faktor langsung; asupan nutrisi dan paritas (p value 0.005 dan 0.000), Diketahui hubungan faktor tidak langsung ; tingkat pendidikan dan pekerjaan, (p value 0.000 dan 0.022), Determinasi yang paling dominan adalah faktor pendidikan dari kelompok factor tidak langsung, dimana ibu hamil berpendidikan rendah berpeluang 8.4 kali, Model faktor risiko yang paling memiliki interaksi yang paling erat/kuat terhadap kejadian KEK adalah faktor pendidikan, dimana kejadian KEK pada kelompok ibu hamil yang berpendidikan rendahSimpulan: dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa faktor yang paling dominan terhadap kekurangan energi kronik pada ibu hamil beresiko adalah faktor pengetahuan ibu.

Abstract

Kader merupakan anggota masyarakat yang mampu dan bersedia menyelenggarakan posyandu secara sukarela. Namun pemberian insentif berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja kader. Pemberian insentif dapat meningkatkan semangat kader dalam menyelenggarakan posyandu. Dalam penerapan pemberian insentif pada kader umumnya dalam wujud uang transport, uang pulsa. Untuk insentif non uang merupakan jenis insentif yang tidak berwujud dan bukan uang tunai, yang pernah didapatkan oleh kader, meliputi pelatihan, bantuan operasional posyandu, piagam penghargaan, seragam, mengikuti perlombaan, tunjangan kesehatan, sembako, THR, kunjungan ke posyandu dari pihak kelurahan, kunjungan dari ketua RT, kunjungan dari pimpinan puskesmas, dan adanya kegiatan rekreasi bagi kader. Dukungan tokoh masyarakat sangat penting dan sangat menentukan keberhasilan serta kesinambungan kegiatan posyandu.
