Abstract

Prayer is one of the pillars of Islam, therefore the importance of the command of the Prayer from the beginning applied by the Prophet has its own wisdom. In this case, this writer wants to study the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad about the command of prayer. Using the Takhrij Hadith method, the hadith can be known whether he belongs to the Shohih Hadith or the Dhaif Hadith. This is very important because the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad is the second source of law in Islam, of course this is very influential in Islamic law. Therefore this paper aims to clarify the status of a hadith which explains the command of prayer for children. ` Takhrij hadith the author will use the dictionary Takhrij hadith namely Kitab Mu'jam al-Mufahraz. After each of the narrators will be examined one by one, so that the hadith to be studied can be traced whether this hadith is dhaif or Shahih If the results are shohih, then it will give confidence that educating children from a small age, especially prayer, is the guidance of the true Prophet. If the hadith is of value, then the hadith can still be used to motivate children about the prayer service. The reason for writing this article is because there are so many who doubt the credibility of a hadith that causing hadith to be one of the "soft" debates to lead to Islamic credibility, one of which is Ignaz Goldziher who doubts the Tafsir traditions. Therefore the takhrij method wants to prove that the hadith about the command of prayer is the hadith of Shohih or the hadith of Dhaif. In a review of the literature this research has been conducted in various online libraries, the author gets four research titles, namely three of them thesis and one writing in a journal. The research is Padjrin dengan judul “Pola Asuk Anak dalam Perspektif Pendidikan Islam ” dalam jurnal Intelektualita Vol. 5 No. 1 tahun 2015, dan Rizka Hendariah Skripsi UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta Fakultas Tarbiyyah dan Ilmu Keguruan dengan judul “Konsep Pendidikan Anak Dalam Keluarga (Mendidik Anak Tanpa Kekerasan) dan Jihan Avie Yusrina dengan judul skripsi “Studi Analisis Hadis Tentang Perintah Shalat Pada Anak Sejak Usia Tujuh Tahun Dalam Perspektif Pendidikan Islam. Abstract

In this millennial era, competition in the banking business is very tight. This competition does not only occur between banks, but competition also comes from other financial institutions that have succeeded in developing new financial products. The problem with the phenomenon that occurs in this research is that the demand for credit in Rural Banks (BPR) is growing rapidly in this millennial era, while People's Credit Banks (BPRs) themselves still have many lacks compared to commercial banks. The purpose of this research is that Rural Banks (BPR) can compete with commercial banks in this millennial era in getting customers. This study used a qualitative approach, in form of descriptive statistical data from the research variables. The population in this study amounted to 144 Rural Banks (BPR) in the Ex-Residency of Semarang. The sampling technique was 65 Rural Banks (BPR) in the Ex-Residency of Semarang. The explanation of the data is accompanied by minimum value, maximum value, mean, variance, and standard deviation. The results of this study are there is a significant and negative influence between the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) on credit demand. There is a significant and positive influence between Non Performing Loans (NPL) on credit demand. There is no significant effect between Return on Total Assets (ROA) on credit demand. There is no significant effect between Return on Total Equity (ROE) on credit demand. There is no significant effect between the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) on credit demand. There is a significant and negative influence between Operational Expenses on Operating Income on credit demand.

Abstract

Hasil observasi awal menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata keaktifan siswa kelas X AP 1 tergolong rendah yaitu hanya sebesar 52 %. Siswa di kelas tersebut cenderung pasif hanya beberapa siswa yang bertanya dan mengemukakan pendapat pada saat pembelajaran berlangsung. Berdasarkan latar belakang diatas, maka rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran 1 SMK Hidayah Semarang yang terdiri dari 18 siswa. Hasil penelitian pada siklus I menunjukkan rata-rata keaktifan siswa sebesar  62,4% dalam kategori cukup aktif, rata-rata hasil belajar siswa sebesar 74,20 dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 67%. Untuk hasil penelitian siklus II menunjukkan rata-rata keaktifan siswa sebesar 72% dalam kategori tinggi, rata-rata hasil belajar sebesar 79,62 dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 72%. Untuk hasil penelitian siklus III menunjukkan rata-rata keaktifan siswa sebesar 78,88% dalam kategori tinggi, rata-rata hasil belajar sebesar 84,375 dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 78%.Based on the initial observation, the data showed that the average students’ activeness of 10th grade students of Office Administration1 was less active, it was only 52%. Students were passive on the learning process because only several students who gave question and delivered arguments during the teaching learning proccess. Based on the background above, the questions of research were; 1) Did the implementations of Probing Prompting learning model improve students’ activeness? 2) The subject of this research was10th grade students of Office Administration I in SMK Hidayah Semarang, they were 18 students.. The data were collected by observation, documentation, and examination. The data were analyzed by classroom action research analysis and linear regression analysis.The result of cycle I showed that the average of students’ activeness was 62.4% which categorized on active enough, the average scor eof study result was 74.20 with classical completeness was 67%. The result of cycle II showed that the average of students’ activeness was 72% which categorized on highly active, the average score of learning result was 79,62 with classical completeness was 72%. The cycle III as the last cycle showed that the average of students’ activeness was 78.88% which categorized on highly active, the average of study result was 84.37 with classical completeness was 78%.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran langsung mampu meningkatkan aktivitas belajar dan hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran kearsipan siswa kelas XI AP SMK YPE Nusantara Slawi. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI AP 2 yang berjumlah 40 siswa. Prosedur penelitian tindakan ini terdiri dari tiga siklus. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah soal tes evaluasi dan lembar pengamatan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketuntasan hasil belajar secara klasikal pada siklus I sebesar 62,5%, dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 73. Nilai tertinggi siklus I adalah 85 dan nilai terenah 60. Pada siklus II ketuntasan hasil belajar secara klasikal sebesar 75%, dengan rata-rata 79,13. Nilai tertinggi siklus II adalah 90 dan nilai terendah 70. Pada siklus III ketuntasan belajar secara klasikal sebesar 87,5%, dengan rata-rata 85. Nilai tertinggi siklus II adalah 100 dan nilai terendah 70. Rata-rata aktivitas belajar siklus I sebesar 67,36%, meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 76,36%, dan meningkat lagi pada siklus III sebesar 84%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajraan langsung (Direct Instruction) dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa. Saran dalam penelitian ini adalah guru perlu memberikan motivasi kepada siswa karena dapat meningkatkan antusiasme siswa dalam kegiatan belajarnya.. this purpose of this research is to find out application model of direct instruction can increase activity and student’s learning outcomes in archieve lesson that student of class XI AP 2 SMK YPE Nusantara Slawi. Subject of this research was the 40 students of XI AP 2. Procedure of this research consisted of three cycles. Data collecting instrument used in this research was the evaluation test items and student observation sheets. Research result showed that learning result completeness classically in cycle I, was about 62,5 %, with mean score about 73. The highest score in cycle I, was 85 and the lowest score was 60. In cycle II, learning result completeness classically was about 75 %, with mean score 79,13. The highest score in cycle II, was 90 and the lowest score was 70. In cycle III, learning result completeness classically was about 87,5 %, with mean score 85. The highest score in cycle III, was 100 and the lowest score was 70. Mean learning activity in cycle I was about 67,36 %, increased in cycle II became 76,36 % and increased again in cycle III became 84 %. According to the research result above, it could be concluded that direct instruction model could increase activity and student’s learning outcomes. Suggestion in this study is teachers need to give motivation to the students because it can increase the enthusiasm of the students in their learning activities..

Abstract

Pelayanan siswa disekolah merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam mendukung kelancaran proses pembelajaran. Apabila pelayanan yang diberikan buruk maka siswa akan merasa kesulitan untuk mengurus segala administrasi dan memperoleh informasi yang dibutuhkan. Berdasarkan data wawancara dengan lima siswa SMK Palebon Semarang diperoleh masih adanya gap antara harapan dan kenyataan tentang pelayanan yang diberikan Tata Usaha ke siswa SMK Palebon Semarang. Berdasarkan latar belakang masalah diatas dapat diperoleh rumusan masalah apakah ada pengaruh komunikasi non formal, disiplin kerja, kompetensi pegawai dan empati pegawai tata usaha terhadap pelayanan siswa SMK Palebon Semarang?. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh komunikasi non formal, disiplin kerja, kompetensi pegawai dan empati pegawai Tata Usaha terhadap Pelayanan Siswa SMK Palebon Semarang. . Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis dan analisis deskriptif. Y = 1,775 + 0,277 X1 + 0,123 X2 + 0,285 X3 + 0,39 X4 + e. Hasil uji simultan diperoleh Fhitung sebesar 57.601 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.. Besarnya pengaruh secara simultan antara pengaruh komunikasi non formal, disiplin kerja, kompetensi pegawai dan empati pegawai terhadap pelayanan sebesar 61,3%. Pengaruh secara parsial variabel komunikasi non formal yaitu 12,5%, disiplin kerja yaitu 3,8%, kompetensi pegawai yaitu 13,2% sedangkan empati yaitu 16,6%. Services students` is one important component in supporting the learning process. If the service provided is poor then the students will find it difficult to take care of all administrative and obtain the information needed. Based on data from interviews with five vocational students obtained Palebon Semarang is still a gap between expectations and the reality of the service given to vocational students Administrative Palebon Semarang. Based on the background of the above problems can be obtained formulation of the problem is there any influence of non-formal communication, work discipline, employee competence and empathy clerical employees with the services of vocational students Palebon Semarang ?. This study aims to determine whether there is influence of non-formal communication, work discipline, employee competence and empathy towards employees Administrative Services Vocational students Palebon Semarang. , This study includes quantitative research. Methods of data collection using the questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression, the classic assumption test, test hypotheses and descriptive analysis. Y = 1.775 + 0.277 + 0.123 X1 + 0.285 X2 X3 + X4 + 0.39 e. The test results obtained Fhitung 57 601 simultaneous with significance 0.000 <0.05 .. The amount of influence simultaneously the influence of non-formal communication, work discipline, employee competence and empathy employees with the services of 61.3%. Influence in partial non formal communication that is 12.5%, which is 3.8% of labor discipline, the competence of employees is 13.2%, while empathy is 16.6%.

Abstract

Kesiapan belajar merupakan hal penting dalam kegiatan proses belajar, dengan kesiapan belajar yang baik maka siswa mampu menyerap materi pelajaran dengan maksimal. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adakah pengaruh motivasi belajar, lingkungan teman sebaya, dan bahan ajar terhadap kesiapan belajar siswa jurusan AP pada mata diklat produktif AP SMK Negeri 1 Batang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh motivasi belajar, lingkungan teman sebaya, dan bahan ajar terhadap kesiapan belajar siswa jurusan AP pada mata diklat produktif AP SMK Negeri 1 Batang. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa jurusan AP SMK Negeri 1 Batang yang berjumlah 218 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik stratified random sampling dan didapatkan responden dengan jumlah 141 siswa. Pengambilan data menggunakan metode angket dengan siswa memilih jawaban yang sudah disediakan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi berganda diperoleh Y = 1,469 + 0,466X1 + 0,284X2+ 0,295X3 + e. Hasil uji parsial diperoleh thitung dari masing-masing variabel sebesar 7,151; 3,498; dan 5,375 dengan signifikansi variabel X1 dan X3 sebesar 0,000 dan variabel X2 0,001. Masing-masing signifikansi variabel < 0,05 maka berarti ada pengaruh antara masing-masing variable X terhadap Y. Hasil uji simultan Fhitung sebesar 52,473 dengan signifikansi 0,000<0,05 maka berarti ada pengaruh secara bersama-sama antara motivasi belajar, lingkungan teman sebaya, dan bahan ajar terhadap kesiapan belajar siswa jurusan AP pada mata diklat produktif AP SMK Negeri 1 Batang. Readiness is important in learning activities, with the good readiness of the students was able to absorb the course material with the optimal . The purpose of this study to find out whether there is influence learning motivation, peer environment, and learning materials for learning readiness of students programs office administration on subject productive of AP SMK Negeri 1 Batang. The research population was all students programs office administration SMK Negeri 1 Batang with the amount of 218 students. The sampling technique used was probability stratified random sampling technique and obtained 141 respondents by the number of students. Retrieval of data using questionnaires with students choosing answers that are given. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis is obtained Y = 1,469 + 0,466X1 + 0,284X2 + 0,295X3 + e. The results partial obtained t count of each variable is 7.151; 3.498; and 5.375 with the significance of variables X1 and X3 is 0.000, and X2 0.001. Each of these variables significance <0.05 , it means there is influence between each variable. The result of Simultan test F count 52.473 with significance 0.000 <0.05, it means that there is an influence together between learning motivation, peers environment, and learning materials for learning readiness of students learning programs office administration on subject productive of AP SMK Negeri 1 Batang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh lokasi sekolah, promosi sekolah,persepsi, dan lingkungan teman sebaya terhadap minat siswa memilih jurusanAP di SMK Swasta Kota Semarang baik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas Xjurusan AP di SMK Swasta Kota Semarang yang berjumlah 203siswa.Sampel yang digunakan adalah keseluruhan dari populasi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan lokasi sekolah, promosi sekolah, persepsi, dan lingkungan teman sebaya secara simultan terhadap minat siswa memilih jurusanAP sebesar76.7%. 2) Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan lokasi sekolah secara parsial terhadap minat siswa memilih jurusansebesar 9,42%. 3) Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan promosi sekolah secara parsial terhadap minat siswa memilihjurusan sebesar 11,56%. 4) Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan persepsi secara parsial terhadap minat siswa memilih jurusan sebesar 16,7%.5) Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan teman sebaya secara parsial terhadap minat siswa memilihjurusan sebesar 9,6%.Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara lokasi sekolah, promosi sekolah, persepsi, dan lingkungan teman sebaya terhadap minat siswa memilih jurusan AP di SMK Swasta Kota Semarang baik secara partial maupun secara simultan. This research aimed to find out and anlayze the influences of school location, school promotion, perception and environtment of students’ peer onstudents’ interest in choosing office administration study program at Private Vocational High Schools in Semarang.The population in this study was all students office administration subject in private vocational high school in Semarang, which were 203students in total number. The sample was the whole population The method of data collection was questionnaire.The data analysis techniquewere multiple linear regression, classic assumption test and percentage descriptive analysis. The result of the research showed that: 1) There were positive and significant influence of school location, school promotion, perception, and students’ peer simultaneous toward interest in choosing office administration study programwhich amounted to 76,7%. 2) There were positive and significant influence of school location partial toward interest in choosing office administration study programwhich amounted to 9,42%. 3 ) There were positive and significant influence of school promotion partial toward interest in choosing office administration study programwhich amounted to 11,56%. 4) There were positive and significant influence of perception partial toward interest in choosing office administration study programwhich amounted to 16,7%.5) There were positive and significant influence of students’ peer partial toward interest in choosing office administration study programwhich amounted to 9,6%.The conclusion of the research was therewere positive and significant influences between school location, school promotion,perception and students’ peeronstudents’ interest in choosing office administration study program at Private Vocational High Schools in Semarangsimultaneous and partial.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar, sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran, efikasi diri, dan penyesuaian diri di sekolah terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa administrasi perkantoran SMK YPE Nusantara Slawi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa Administrasi Perkantoran kelas X dan XI yaitu 198 siswa. Sedangkan sampel yang diambil sejumlah 132 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, deskriptif presentase, dan uji hipotesis dengan program SPSS 21. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh persamaan Y= -0,494 + 0,267 X1 + 0,128 X2 + 0,204 X3 + 0,340 X4. Uji keberartian persamaan regresi dengan uji F, diperoleh Fhitung = 75,320 dengan signifikansi 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Besarnya pengaruh secara simultan dari motivasi belajar, sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran, efikasi diri, dan penyesuaian diri di sekolah terhadap kemandirian belajar sebesar 69,4%. Sedangkan pengaruh secara parsial motivasi belajar sebesar 13,18%, sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran 3,17%, efikasi diri 5,66%, dan penyesuaian diri di sekolah 17,64%. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of learning motivation, learning facilities and infrastructure, self efficacy, and self adaptation to school on self regulated learning of the office administration students Vocational High School YPE Nusantara Slawi. The population of this research was all office administration students of class X and XI that is 198 students. While the sample was 132 students. Data collection methods used questionnaires and observation. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis method, classic assumption test, descriptive percentage, and hypothesis test by using SPSS 21 program. Results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained equation Y= -0,494 + 0,267 X1 + 0,128 X2 + 0,204 X3 + 0,340 X4. Test of significance of regression equation with F test, obtained Fcount = 75,320 with significance 0.000 less than 0,05. The amount of influence simultaneously from the learning motivation, learning facilities and infrastructure, self efficacy, self adaptation to school on self regulated learning equal to 69,4%. While the influence of partial for learning motivation that is 13,18%, learning facilities and infrastructure 3,17%, self efficacy 5,66%, and self adaptation to school 17,64%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh lingkungan belajar, interaksi teman sebaya, dan iklim kelas terhadap kesiapan belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pengantar Kearsipan kelas X APdi SMK Teuku Umar Semarang. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Teuku Umar Semarang yang berjumlah 63 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakuan dengan angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, uji hipotesis dengan SPSS dan analisis deskriptif presentase. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan Y = -27,643 + 0,332 + 0,386 + e. Hasil uji sumultan F sebesar 37,664 dengan signifikansi 0,000 maka ada pengaruh antara masing-masing variable X terhadap Y. Hasil uji parsial diperoleh hitung dari masing-masing variable sebesar 4,243; 4,227; dan 4,928 dengan signifikansi variabel X1 0,000 X2 0,000 X3 0,000. Masing-masing signifikansi variable <0,05 maka ada pengaruh secara bersama-sama antara lingkungan belajar, interaksi teman sebaya, dan iklim kelas terhadap kesiapan belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pengantar Kearsipan kelas X AP di SMK Teuku Umar Semarang. This study aims to determine whether there is influence of learning environment, peer interaction, and classroom climate to students' learning readiness on the Introduction Archives class X AP in SMK Teuku Umar Semarang. The population of this research is all students of class X of SMK Teuku Umar Semarang Office Administration, which is 63 students. Data collection is done with interviews, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis technique using classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis test with SPSS and descriptive analysis of percentage. The results showed Y = -27.643 + 0.332X_1 + 0.386X_2 + 0.380X_3 + e. Result of simultaneous test of F count equal to 37,664 with significance 0,000 then there is influence between each variable X to Y. Partial test result obtained t count from each variable equal to 4,243; 4,227; and 4,928 with significance of variable X1 0,000 X2 0,000 X3 0,000. Each significance of the variable <0.05 then there is a mutual influence between the learning environment, peer interaction, and classroom climate to students' learning readiness on the Introductory Course X AP Classroom at SMK Teuku Umar Semarang.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh secara langsung disiplin kerja, kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja, menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja secara langsung terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi kerja. Populasi penelitian adalah Perangkat Desa se-Kecamatan Wonosalam Kabupaten Demak berjumlah 202 orang, penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian sampel berjumlah 67 orang dengan menggunakan perhitungan rumus Slovin dengan taraf signifikansi 10% dengan teknik probability sampling. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah disiplin kerja, kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja dan kinerja. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis menggunakan uji parsial, analisis jalur, sobel test dan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat pengaruh antara disiplin kerja, kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja dengan thitung 4,222, 3,081 and 2,568. Selain itu terdapat pengaruh disiplin kerja, kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja Perangkat Desa dengan thitung 2,479, 1,941, 4,622, 2,204. Motivasi kerja terbukti mampu memediasi hubungan disiplin kerja dan kepemimpinan pada kinerja Perangkat Desa dengan nilai t hitung 2,22 dan 2,13. Namun motivasi kerja terbukti tidak memediasi hubungan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja Perangkat Desa dengan t hitung 1,87. The purpose of this study to determine the influence of labor discipline,leadership, work environment on work motivation, work discipline, leadership, the work environment on the performance, analyze the influence of discipline, leadership, the effect , work environment through work motivation.The population of research is all village apparatus in Wonosalam of Demak which amounted to 202 people, the research which is used research of sample amounted to 67 people by using Slovin formula calculation with significance level 10% with probability sampling technique. The variables this research are work discipline, leadership, work environment, work motivation and performance. Collection was done by using questionnaire and documentation. Analysis partial test, path analysis, sobel test and descriptive analysis.The results that was an influence work discipline, leadership and work environment on work motivation with tcount 4,222, 3,081 and 2,568. Besides, there is influence of work discipline, leadership, work environment and work motivation performance with tcount 2,479, 1,941, 4,622, 2,204. Motivation of work proved able to mediate the relationship of work discipline and leadership on the performance with tcount 2,22and 2,133. However, the work motivation is proved not to mediate the working environment relation on the performance of Village Apparatus with tcount 1,87.
