Abstract

Persaingan pada dunia bisnis yang semakin ketat membuat antar perusahaan memiliki daya saing yang kuat dan efisien. Quality of work life (QWL) sebagai salah satu tujuan penting dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dan keinginan karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh quality of work life (QWL) dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.Kerta Rajasa Raya Mojokerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada karyawan produksi women bag PT. Kerta Rajasa Raya Mojokerto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh karyawan produksi divisi woven bag pada PT. Kerta Rajasa Raya Mojokerto yang berjumlah 93 karyawan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 75 orang karyawan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin. Analisis data dalam penelitian diolah menggunakan bantuan sofware Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel quality of work life (QWL) dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, secara individu (parsial) kedua variabel independen juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Serta Variabel quality of work life (QWL) dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan sebesar 58,9% sedangkan sisanya 41,1% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah information sytem mempengaruhi knowledge management, information system mempengaruhi system quality, system quality mempengaruhi knowledge management dan information system mempengaruhi knowledge management melalui system quality di Sekolah Dasar Kecamatan Sukodono. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian survey dengan menggunakan teknik penyebaran kusioner kepada seluruh pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan yang berada di instasi Sekolah Dasar Kecamatan Sukodono. Sampel yang digunakan oleh penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang yang terdiri dari atas 60 orang pendidik dan 40 orang tenaga kependidikan. Hipotesa diuji menggunakan Partial Least Square dengan software SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Information system berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Knowledge management. Selanjutnya, varibel Information system berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel System quality, dan variabel System quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Knowledge management, akan tetapi variabel Information system tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Knowledge management dan System quality.

Abstract

Kombinasi nilai inti, norma dan keyakinan membawa dampak pada perasaan, pemikiran dan perilaku karyawan. Manajemen organisasi biasanya menghubungkan norma atau nilai dengan konsumennya dimana tidak sedikit organisasi yang menyatakan mengenai nilai menjadi bagian dari desain budaya organsiasi. Disamping itu terdapat prosedur dan kebijakan perusahaan ditetapkan sebagai aturan berperilaku dalam organsiasi, yang mengatur mengenai tanggungjawab karyawan dan pemberi kerja. Pengelolaan prosedur dan kebijakan organisasi bertujuan dalam memberikan perlindungan mengenai hak karyawan serta kepentingan bisnis pengusaha. Didasarkan pada kebutuhan yang dimiliki, beragam prosedur dan kebijakan memberikan aturan berkenaan dengan syarat dan ketentuan ketenagakerjaan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan dalam memahami aturan dan nilai perusahaan memberikan pengaruh pada lingkungan kerja. Karakter pribadi memiliki dampak negatif dan positif secara signifikan. Eksistensi aturan dan nilai yang dijalankan dengan tertib bisa menjelaskan cara memberikan sikap yang sesuai dengan kondisi dan keadaan ketika di lingkungan perusahaannya. Penelitian yang dijalankan memanfaatkan metode kuantitatif dengan populasinya yaitu karyawan di Biro Perso PT Jasuindo Tiga Perkaa, Tbk. Hasil penelitian merujuk pada dampak negative dan positif pada produktivitas dan kinerja karyawan dengan adanya aturan di perusahaan.

Absatrcting and indexing services for various academic discipline are aimed at compiling a body of literature for that particular subject. Abstract length varies by discipline and publisher requirements. Abstracts are typically sectioned logically as an overview of what appears in the paper.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the test results of the influence of Motivation, Dicipline, Leadership on Kinerja Karyawan di PT Cahaya Surya Ekspress. The research method used is the associative method with a quantitative approach using the Statiscial Program for Social Science (SPSS) 25 analysis tool to measure the results of Motivation, Dicipline, Leadership, as the independent variable, Kinerja Karyawan as the dependent variable. This study uses the sampling technique used, namely purposive sampling with 46 respondents staff PT Cahaya Surya Ekspress. The results of this study indicate that the influence of Motivation, Dicipline, Leadership has a significant effect on Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Objective: This study purposefully analyses innovative work behaviour that is directly or indirectly influenced by task conflict through constructive conflict mediation, with supervisor support for innovation as a moderator. Design/Methods/Approach: The study participants consisted of 333 employees working in the R&D and Marketing divisions of eight subsidiaries of the food and beverage industry. Hypothesis testing using AMOS as software for SEM. Findings: This study showed that there was a positive and significant effect of task conflict on innovative work behavior. In addition, task conflict also had a positive and significant effect on constructive conflict. Furthermore, constructive conflict mediates the relationship between task conflict and innovative work behavior. However, this study found no significant moderating effect of supervisor support for innovation in the relationship between constructive conflict and innovative work behavior. Originality/Value: This study contributes to the existing literature on Constructive Controversy Theory by exploring the relationship between task conflict and innovative work behavior, while uniquely analyzing the mediating role of constructive conflict and the moderating role of supervisor support on innovation, aspects that have not been fully addressed in previous studies. Practical/Policy implication: These findings have implications for organizations to encourage constructive conflict optimally to enhance innovative work behavior. Organizations should encourage employees to manage conflict effectively by applying the principles of constructive conflict. HR managers of food and beverage companies seeking to increase employees’ innovative work behavior should be able to manage task conflicts constructively through open discussions that can produce new solutions.

Abstract

The current digital era has a good impact on MSMEs because it is very helpful in marketing products and has a very wide reach. This of course can make it easier for consumers to meet their needs. Most MSMEs still lack knowledge about digital marketing to increase the competitiveness of product sales. This service activity for Hotimah Fashion MSME actors is used to make sales widely through the use of digital marketing. Besides that, digital marketing is also very helpful in the economy, especially in increasing family income which is carried out in this service activity. In this service activity the method used by the author is: (1) the planning stage (2) the planning stage (3) the monitoring stage. Providing assistance to business management related to what social media is currently trending that can be used to increase knowledge and sales competitiveness. The activity lasted for approximately one month. This activity is in the form of making a logo, how to log in to social media and marketing on social media. The results of the activities carried out are the creation of media accounts and product sales marketing to increase knowledge and increase product sales so as to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Effective Communication and Rewards on Individual Performance in an organizational environment. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a survey technique, involving 80 respondents working in the private sector and selected through purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out using a Likert-scale questionnaire, while data analysis used the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the help of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of the study indicate that both Effective Communication and Rewards have a positive and significant effect on Individual Performance, with Effective Communication having a more dominant influence. These findings emphasize the importance of open communication and providing fair and appropriate rewards as strategies to improve individual performance in organizations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the Nahdlatul Ulama Student Association (IPNU) and the Nahdlatul Ulama Putra Putri Association (IPPNU) in the development of socialization in Durung Bedug village. This organization has an important role in shaping social awareness, education, and increasing community involvement in various social and religious activities. The research method used is a type of qualitative approach, descriptive, namely by collecting data and describing it thoroughly according to the problem being solved. This type of research is descriptive, meaning data is presented in the form of text, speech, and observable behavior. Primary data is obtained by researchers through interviews, observations, and document analysis to obtain information about the activities and roles carried out by IPNU and IPPNU in Durung Bedug Village. The analysis was conducted to understand how the role of the organization contributes to increasing social awareness, education, and community participation in social, religious, and cultural life in the village environment. The results of the study show that IPNU and IPPNU have They play a significant role in strengthening social awareness, religious education, and empowering the community in various social and religious activities in Durung Bedug Village. They conduct various programs and activities such as religious guidance, education, training, and capacity building that have a positive impact in advancing the village community socially and spiritually. This research provides a clearer picture of the important role played by IPNU and IPPNU in increasing social awareness, religious education, and community empowerment in Durung Bedug Village. The implications of this research are expected to provide a better understanding of the importance of the role of religious organizations in social development at the village level.

Abstract

Digitizing Islamic boarding schools in Era Society 5.0 is an opportunity as well as a challenge for all Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia, apart from branding for their Islamic boarding schools, digitizing Islamic boarding schools also aims to inform the public that education is important. One of them is education at Islamic boarding schools as one of the printers of superior generations, especially in the fields of religion, self-reliance, manners, and social life. This study aims to describe the importance of digitizing education at the Al-Amin Sidoardjo Islamic Boarding School in the Era of Society 5.0. This research was conducted through a qualitative approach using descriptive analytic methods and included in field research. In Era Society 5.0, digital-based Islamic boarding school education is urgently needed, especially at the Al-Amin Sidoardjo Islamic Boarding School, which is still in the process of digital literacy. As for some of the efforts that have been made by the Al-Amin Sidoardjo Islamic Boarding School in digitizing, among others, by not conducting digital literacy training for students through graphic design courses so that students have IT competencies needed by the world of work and society, providing a computer laboratory with internet access for finding sources and references. religious and general knowledge that is difficult to access directly, and the use of websites and social media as a means of branding, dissemination of pesantren information dissemination, as well as pesantren administrative needs. Meanwhile, the challenges faced by the Al-Amin Sidoardjo Islamic boarding school are more in the unavailability of a special team of operators who are technically in charge both in terms of planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating related to the pesantren's website and social media. In addition, the maintenance of digital systems and devices that are used for digitalization is not yet optimal.
