Abstract

This research aims to analyze and enhance the financial management of the Sabilul Abid Mosque through the application of financial management principles. As a religious institution, the mosque has a significant responsibility in managing funds received from the community. The research methodology involves financial analysis, interviews, and observations to evaluate the existing financial system. The results indicate potential improvements in mosque financial management. The implementation of effective financial management can enhance the efficiency of fund utilization and support the sustainability of religious activities. This research provides valuable insights for mosques and similar religious institutions in improving their finances.

Abstract

The activeness of members in the organization has a huge impact on the continuity of the organization. Work programs and other activities will be hampered if members of the organization are passive in their implementation. This is due to several factors, namely lack of interest, lack of understanding of roles and responsibilities, lack of communication, conflict, and incompatibility between members. The purpose of writing this journal is to find out how to raise awareness about the responsibilities of being a member of IPNU-IPPNU in Pepe Village. This journal uses qualitative methods, personal analysis, and interviews with several members of IPNU-IPPNU Pepe Village. Based on observations that have been made, awareness of responsibility can increase organizational effectiveness, build trust between members, increase job satisfaction, shape character, and improve individual and organizational reputation. To increase this awareness, some steps that can be taken are understanding the responsibilities you have, making plans, prioritizing tasks, not being afraid to ask for help, learning from mistakes

Abstract

Pencak Silat Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate (PSHT) is a pencak silat organization that has a long and rich history in Indonesia. Founded in 1922, PSHT has developed into an international organization with members around the world, including in Rayon Dukuh Tengah. This study aims to describe the teachings of PSHT on the values of socializing character education in the community (Study on students of Silat PSHT Rayon Dukuh Tengah Ranting Buduran Sidoarjo Branch). This research uses qualitative methods with interviews. The results of this study indicate that the values of the implementation of socializing character education in students are that students behave with courtesy when interacting with other people, students are willing to listen when given advice by others, students are tolerant of differences with PSHT members and other organizational groups, students want to be involved in community activities.

Abstract

The Karang Taruna Organization (KARTAR) in Jati Sidoarjo Village, especially KARTAR RW 01, has become a significant entity in community development and empowerment efforts. With various work programs and activities, KARTAR RW 01 has succeeded in making positive contributions that have had an impact on revitalizing the spirit of youth participation. Through purchasing glass drinks when someone dies, environmental activities, and security monitoring by providing CCTV, KARTAR RW 01 is able to create a better community environment. The impact of this participation can be seen in easing the economic burden on the community, increasing environmental security, and reviving the spirit of participation of young people who were previously less involved in community activities. Regulatory support, such as Youth Law no. 40 of 2009 and Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 114 of 2014, strengthen the role of KARTAR RW 01 in youth empowerment. As an awareness agent, this organization not only participates in physical activities but is also involved in increasing the awareness and sensitivity of the younger generation towards the surrounding environment. The concept of youth participation in development, in line with national ideals and regulations governing youth empowerment, is reflected in the practices of KARTAR RW 01. This organization is not only an implementer, but also a pioneer of these values ​​in every activity. Thus, youth participation in KARTAR RW 01 is not only fulfilling social responsibility, but also becoming a real means of achieving national goals in developing an inclusive, just and sustainable society.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Remas Organization (Riyadhul Jannah Mosque Youth) KD Kampil Village, which was founded at the end of 2020. The problems that are the focus of the research include the lack of involvement of members, especially female members, lack of initiative from youth, and internal problems in monthly deliberations. The research methods used were participatory observation, interviews with the Head of the Organization, Ahmad Syafi'udin, and analysis of documentation related to organizational activities. The research results show that the lack of involvement of female members is influenced by the large number of female members who are married, while the lack of youth initiative is caused by the workload of young people who are already working. Internal problems in monthly deliberations involve disagreements between members and inconsistent attendance. Proposed improvement efforts include increasing the involvement of female members through special programs, encouraging youth initiative through leadership training activities, and improvements in the deliberation process to increase the effectiveness of meetings and minimize conflict. It is hoped that this research can contribute to improving the performance and involvement of members in the KD Kampil Village Remas Organization.

Abstract

This research analyzes the role of transformational leadership in the development of the IPNU-IPPNU organization in Plumbungan Village. Through interviews with organizational leaders, it was revealed that transformational leadership is realized through mutual learning incentives and the placement of members according to their talents. With 40 members divided into 16 men and 24 women, the organization focuses on developing individual potential. Transformational leadership not only motivates members to play an active role in organizational development at the village level, but also involves them in various programs such as cheerful camping, regular jam'iyah, and compensation for orphans. The history of the development of IPNU-IPPNU in Plumbungan Village records the concrete contribution of transformational policies in these activities, creating a positive impact on organizational spirit. Even though faced with challenges and obstacles, transformational leadership helps overcome these problems through joint deliberation. Future hopes for the development of this organization include the goal of producing young cadres with ahlussunah waljamaah character, and transformational leadership is expected to remain the main pillar in realizing development plans, continuing to encourage a spirit of collaboration and commitment to the organization's vision.

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia teknologi saat ini berjalan sangat cepat ke arah yang serba digital. Dengan ini diadakannya program pengenalan e-wallet di Desa Sawocangkring. Dompet digital atau sering dikenal dengan e-wallet adalah sebuah program perangkat lunak (aplikasi), layanan, atau bahkan gadget elektronik yang memungkinkan penggunanya untuk melakukan transaksi online dengan pengguna lainnya, untuk membeli barang dan jasa. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan program elektronik berbasis digital yakni E-wallat yang dapat memudahkan masyarakat dalam bertransaksi. Laporan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam menjalankan program ini yakni dengan observasi, sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan evaluasi. Subjek pengabdian ini yakni ibu - ibu rumah tangga dan UMKM Pakaian adat yang ada di Desa Sawocangkring Kec. Wonoayu. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini yakni masyarakat Desa Sawocangkring bisa memahami serta menerapkan e-wallet atau dompet digital seperti Dana sebagai alat transaksi yang mudah dan aman.

Abstract

This study aims, to test and analyze, the effect of .work motivation and work ability on the performance of MSMEs in Tanggulangin District .both partially and, simultaneously..This type of research is quantitative, the data collection method uses a structured questionnaire given to respondents and .measured using a 5-point Likert scale. The. survey population is MSMEs in Tangulangin .District. The sampling method used in this, study was non-probability sampling, the number of samples investigated was 63 sectors. The data analysis technique used in this research is the SPSS 24 application program. To ensure that the data is not biased, validity and reliability checks are carried out. The results, of the analysis show that work motivation. has a positive and significant. effect on the performance of MSMEs in Tanggulangin District, work ability .has a positive and insignificant effect on the .performance of MSMEs in Tanggulangin District, and together work motivation, and work ability .have a positive and significant effect.on the performance of MSMEs in Tanggulangin District.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyse the effect of personal characteristics, job characteristics, work experience through on individual commitment by moderating the toxic environment in CV. Makmur Jaya employees. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. This research is quantitative in nature. The sampling technique used Purposive Sampling with a sample size of 45 employees. The statistical analysis used in this research is Partial Least Squares 4.1 (PLS). The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is a positive but insignificant effect of personal characteristics on individual commitment, (2) there is a positive and significant effect of job characteristics on individual commitment (3) there is a significant positive effect of work experience on individual commitment, (4) there is a negative and insignificant effect of toxic environment on individual commitment (5) there is a positive and insignificant effect of toxic environment weakening personal characteristics on individual commitment (6) there is a positive and significant effect of toxic environment weakening job characteristics on individual commitment and (7) there is a positive and insignificant effect of toxic environment weakening work experience on individual commitment.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan guna mengkaji bagaimana perceived organizational support (POS) memengaruhi kinerja individu yang ditengahi oleh organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) terhadap pekerja di CV Geprek Jon X Papa Risol. Studi berikut berupa studi kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode statistika inferensial. Responden sebanyak 80 orang diambil secara simple random sampling dari populasi sebanyak 155 karyawan. Variabel diukur dengan skala likert dengan rentang bobot 1 hingga 5. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengaplikasikan Partial Least Square (PLS). Temuan studi mengindikasikan bahwasanya: (1) POS berdampak negatif yang signifikan bagi individual performance, (3) POS memiliki dampak positif tetapi tidak signifikan bagi OCB, (4) well being berdampak positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap OCB, serta (5) OCB berdampak positif tetapi tidak signifikan bagi individual performance.
