Abstract

In the digital era, integrating local cultural knowledge through ethnopedagogy makes science learning more contextual and engaging. This study examines the practicality of an ethnopedagogy-based e-learning tool for prospective elementary school teachers using the develop phase of the 4-D model. Practicality was assessed through classroom observations and questionnaires administered to both lecturers and students. Observation showed excellent implementation (average score 99.67%). Lecturers’ responses using a 1–5 Likert scale also showed high averages: 4.57 for the Semester Learning Plan, 4.64 for the Student Assignment Plan, 4.41 for the Student Worksheet, 4.35 for Teaching Materials, and 4.55 for the e-learning aspect. Student responses further confirmed the tool’s practicality, with scores of 4.35 for understanding ethnopedagogy, 4.75 for LMS engagement, 4.80 for ease of access and use, 4.46 for facilitating creativity, 4.85 for feedback and evaluation, and 5.00 for learning quality. The use of structured questionnaires provided comprehensive insights into the tool’s usability, cultural relevance, and effectiveness in facilitating interactive learning. Although minor loading issues occurred, they did not hinder learning. These findings indicate that the ethnopedagogy-based e-learning tool is highly practical and supports effective, culturally responsive science education at the elementary level.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) terhadap kompetensi 6C siswa kelas 4 SD gugus IV Kecamatan Selaparang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan bentuk desain yaitu Quasi Experimental Design tipe pretest posttest control group design. Sampel penelitian ini adalah kelas IV SDN 34 Mataram sebagai kelas eksperimen yang berjumlah 14 siswa dan kelas IV SDN 24 Mataram sebagai kelas kontrol yang berjumlah 13 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah pretest posttest dan observasi. Data kompetensi 6C dinilai menggunakan lembar observasi. Hasil pengujian sebagai prasyarat analisis berupa uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas. Berdasarkan uji prasyarat yang telah dilakukan data tersebut dinyatakan berdistribusi normal dan memiliki varian homogen. Selanjutnya uji hipotesis menggunakan uji Independent Sample T-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh model CIRC terhadap kompetensi 6C siswa dengan nilai Sig. 0,002 (Sig. < 0,05), sehingga Hₐ diterima dan H₀ ditolak. Hasil observasi menunjukkan peningkatan aspek critical thinking, collaboration, communication, creativity, character, dan citizenship pada kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol, terutama dalam kegiatan diskusi, pemecahan masalah, dan penyampaian ide secara tertulis maupun lisan. Dengan demikian, model pembelajaran CIRC berpengaruh signifikan dan dapat digunakan guru dalam pembelajaran yang bertujuan mengembangkan kompetensi 6C siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar IPAS berbasis kearifan lokal yang layak. Model pengembangan pada penelitian ini menggunakan ADDIE (analyze, design, devlopment, implementation, evaluation). Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Angket diberikan untuk validasi ahli materi, validasi ahli media, dan respon peserta didik. Sedangkan dokumentasi diperoleh dari gambar atau foto dalam kegiatan penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif, menggunakan tabel penskorran serta persentase kelayakan. Penelitian ini dikembangkan dengan membuat rancangan bahan ajar serta validasi ahli materi dan ahli media. Bahan ajar yang dibuat dilengkapi dengan petunjuk belajar, isi materi, dan soal evaluasi. Keterbaruan dari penelitian ini dapat dilihat dari cakupan materinya yang membahas kearifan lokal tentang rumah adat suku sasak, pakaian daerah suku sasak, dan kesenian daerah suku sasak. Hasil penelitian yaitu validator ahli materi mendaptkan skor rata-rata 90%, validator ahli media mendaptkan skor rata-rata 91%, dan respon peserta didik memperoleh skor rata-rata 83%. Berdasarkan hasil uji validasi ahli materi, ahli media, dan respon peserta didik dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar IPAS berbasis kearifan lokal dapat dinyatakan sangat layak untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas IV.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the guidance of further study information services affects the higher education interest of students of SMKN 2 Mataram. This study uses a quantitative research approach with the Pre-Experimental Design method in the form of One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The variables of this research are the interest in entering higher education and the independent variable of further study information service guidance. The study population was SMKN 2 Mataram, while the sample was students of class XI who attended further study information service guidance, namely 36 (thirty) students, who were determined by incidental sampling technique. Based on the results of data analysis with SPSS 17.0 for windows software with the Paired Sampe t Test procedure, the results show that t is greater than t table, t (count) (3.986)> t (table) (1.690). So the hypothesis of this research: there is an effect of further study information services on student interest in learning at SMKN 2 Mataram is accepted. The results of this study prove that information services for further studies have an effect on student interest in entering higher education. Therefore, it can be used as input and material for consideration for Guidance and Counseling Teachers in order to increase their role in directing vocational students who intend to continue to a higher level of education after completing their studies.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to enhance teacher professionalism through scientific article writing training in Mataram City. The program was motivated by the low academic writing competence among teachers, with only about 30% having prior publication experience. A total of 35 participants, consisting of 25 junior high school teachers and 10 pre-service teachers, were involved in activities that included socialization, intensive workshops, mentoring, and the use of supporting technologies such as Mendeley, Turnitin, and Google Classroom. Evaluation through pre-test and post-test demonstrated an improvement in participants’ scores from 67% to 78%, representing an 11% increase, with the highest achievement in academic ethics (85%). Furthermore, participants successfully developed article drafts, one of which was prepared for submission to a SINTA 4–accredited journal, and established a scientific writing community along with the production of a textbook Writing Educational Articles: From Ideas to Publication as additional outputs. These results indicate that practice-based training, personal mentoring, and the integration of technology are effective in improving academic literacy and teacher professionalism. The novelty of this program lies in combining academic literacy training with the creation of sustainable outputs (textbook and community), making it a replicable model for other regions with similar challenges.
