Abstract

The progress and development of science and technology that humans sometimes achieve cannot be separated from human exploration of the universe and its contents. The reason is that science and technology seek sources of knowledge from nature. And Islam, the religion sent down by Allah, which calls on humans to explore and experiment with nature, was one of the factors in this progress. Through the integration of faith and science and technology, it is hoped that various weaknesses and setbacks of Muslims can be corrected, so that they can again feel the progress and glory achieved by Muslims in classical times. This will also affect Islamic education which is expected to survive the rapid development of science and technology in this century. This research uses the library method or library research. The collection of data from this research comes from reading sources related to this discussion. The results of the research is synthesis or a combination of religion and science is the unification of human understanding, both of which are a unity of truth. Both come from the Almighty, namely Allah SWT. Both work side by side to fill human life.

Abstract

Penelitian berjudul Efektivitas Ekstrakurikuler Keputrian dalam Meningkatkan pemahaman Fikih Wanita Pada Siswi SMA Negeri 9 Medan, yang dilatarbelakangi bahwa pada masa remaja merupakan awal seorang umat muslim wajib menjalankan syariat Islam. Siswi harus paham kewajiban dan tanggungjawab sebagai seorang muslimah. Maka lembaga pendidikan memiliki program membantu siswi dalam hal tersebut yaitu ekstrakurikuler keputrian penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif jenis studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan datanya yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yaitu (1) Perencanaan ekstrakurikuler keputrian dalam meningkatkan pemahaman fikih wanita meliputi: a) menetapkan tujuan yaitu untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswi tentang fikih wanita. b) merencanakan materi yaitu haid, istihadah, nifas, aurat wanita, busana muslimah. c) menentukan strategi dan metode yaitu strategi ekspositori, metode ceramah dan tanya jawab. d) pengembangan sumber pembelajaran. (2) Keputrian dilakukan pada hari Jumat pukul 11.30. (3) Evaluasi yang digunakan yaitu evaluasi tes uraian, penugasan dan tes lisan.

Abstract

Stunting is a chronic nutritional condition that arises from a lack of nutritional intake over a long period of time, which inhibits child growth. As a result, the child's height is below the age-appropriate standard. This condition starts during the prenatal period and continues until the child reaches the age of two. Seeing this condition, we initiated a stunting counseling program in Suka Mulia Village, Secanggang District, Langkat Regency. The purpose of this article is to present information about the implementation of stunting prevention counseling in children at the posyandu in Suka Mulia Village. The counseling was conducted through the provision of information services in collaboration with the local health office, with the aim of educating the community and encouraging them to join the stunting prevention movement. In addition, socialization programs are also conducted for residents whose children have shown stunted growth, where supplementary feeding (PMT) is provided. Therefore, this activity is an effective method to deliver information on preventing and reducing stunting in children. It is hoped that through the implementation of stunting counseling and PMT socialization in Suka Mulia Village, community awareness of child growth and development can increase, thus facilitating the prevention and reduction of stunting, and contributing to the reduction of stunting rates in Indonesia

Abstract

Religious moderation is defined as a religious attitude that is not extreme, either in the form of radicalism or liberalism, and prioritizes balance and mutual respect. This study aims to analyze the process of internalizing religious moderation as an effort to build a tolerant culture at SMK Tamansiswa Sukadamai. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation from the school, teachers, and students. The study results indicate that the internalization of religious moderation at SMK Tamansiswa Sukadamai is carried out through integrating moderation values ​​in the curriculum, extracurricular activities, and student character development. The school provides an understanding of the importance of tolerance, respecting differences, and avoiding extreme attitudes through an interfaith dialogue approach and activities encouraging cooperation between religious communities.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Research background: 1) more and more female students wear the veil. 2) negative stigma towards female students who wear the veil. 3) regulations regarding the veil during lectures are needed. 4) pros and cons regarding the veil during lectures. Research objectives: 1) to find out the lecturers' views about female students who wear the niqab in the lecture process. 2) to find out the positive and negative impacts of female students wearing the veil during the lecture process. The method of study employed in this research is qualitative. The results: This perception includes views about the veil in general, positive and negative impacts, and attitudes towards female students who wear the veil, divided into two large groups. Some lectures argued that the veil does not need to be a problem. They must still be treated well. Meanwhile, others perceived that female students who wear the veil during the lecture process are not good from an educational perspective. Because there are negative impacts whose consequences are quite fatal, namely the potential for cheating and fraud. Knowing the faces of female students is a must to avoid this. so there are lecturers who ask you to remove the veil personally. ABSTRAK Latar belakang penelitian: 1) semakin banyak mahasiswi bercadar. 2) stigma negatif terhadap mahasiswi bercadar. 3) dibutuhkan regulasi tentang cadar saat perkuliahan. 4 ) pro kontra tentang cadar saat perkuliahan. Tujuan penelitian: 1) untuk mengetahui pandangan dosen tentang mahasiswi bercadar dalam proses perkuliahan. 2) untuk mengetahui dampak positif dan negatif mahasiswi bercadar saat proses perkuliahan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif yang dilakukan di Fakultar Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan, UIN Sumetera Utara. Hasil penelitian: persepsi dosen tentang mahasiswi bercadar saat perkuliahan meliputi pandangan tentang cadar secara umum, dampak positif dan negatif, dan sikap terhadap mahasiswi bercadar, terbagi menjadi dua kelompok besar. Sebagian mempersepsikan hal tersebut merupakan bagian dari hak mahasiswi yang memakainya, sehingga tidak perlu dipermasalahkan. Mereka harus tetap disikapi dengan baik sama seperti mahasiswi lainnya. Selain itu, memakai cadar juga tidak berdampak negatif persepektif pendidikan. Sedangkan sebagian lainnya mempersepsikan mahasiswi yang bercadar saat proses perkuliahan kurang baik dari perspektif pendidikan. Karena terdapat dampak negatif yang konsekuensinya cukup fatal, yaitu berpotensi terjadi kecurangan dan penipuan. Mengenal wajah mahasiswi merupakan sebuah keharusan untuk menghindari hal tersebut. Oleh karena itu saat proses perkuliahan mesti ada tretman tertentu, yaitu dengan memohon untuk membuka cadarnya secara personal kepada dosen.

Abstract

Abstract: Islam is a religion that has a lot of potential, one of which is intellectual. This potential is very inherent in every human being. Intellectuals can direct humans to get out of misguidance in their life, this way is certainly to lead to a happy life. The word intellectual means smart, intelligent, and clear-headed based on knowledge. While the function of intelligence in the perspective of the Al-Qur’an is to encourage people to think and increase faith. This study uses the library methodology. Literature study is a type of research that uses materials from libraries, including books, documents, papers, articles, and journals, to collect information and data. And using the method of interpretation or what is called the maudu interpretation.Abstrak: Islam ialah agama yang sangat banyak memiliki potensi, satu diantara yang lain adalah intelektual. Potensi ini sangat melekat dalam setiap manusia, Intelektual dapat mengarahkan manusia untuk keluar dari kesesatan di hidupnya, cara ini tentu untuk menuju hidup yang bahagia. Kata intelektual berarti cerdas, berakal, dan berpikiran jernih berdasarkan ilmu pengetahuan. Sedangkan fungsi kecerdasan dalam persfektif Al-Qur’an yakni untuk mendorong manusia berfikir dan menambah keimanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodlogi kepustakaan. Studi literatur adalah jenis penelitian yang menggunakan bahan dari perpustakaan, termasuk buku, dokumen, makalah, artikel, dan jurnal, untuk mengumpulkan informasi dan data. Dan menggunakan metode tafsir atau yang disebut tafsir maudu’i.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of tabarruj behavior of students. Collaboration will strengthen students' awareness of the negative impacts of tabarruj behavior and strengthen understanding that Islam highly honors women by requiring women to cover their genitals perfectly. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, and data conclusions. The data sources for this research informants are the principal, Islamic Religious Education teachers, and parents of students at MAS Islamiyah Gunting Saga, North Labuhanbatu Regency. Abstract

Prophetic education plays a strategic role in shaping students' Islamic character by instilling noble values inspired by Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and addressing contemporary moral challenges. This study analyzes the implementation and outcomes of prophetic education at MAS Plus Al-Ulum Medan using a qualitative descriptive approach with a phenomenological perspective. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis, involving the Head of the Madrasa, the Vice Head for Student Affairs, and the Akidah Akhlak teacher. Findings reveal three key pillars: (1) Transcendence, through Qur'anic memorization, congregational prayers, and religious activities to develop religiosity; (2) Humanization, via mau’izhah hasanah (good advice) and uswatun hasanah (exemplary conduct) to instill moral values; and (3) Liberation, teaching discipline and responsibility through sanctions like Qur'anic memorization and maintaining cleanliness. Prophetic education significantly supports Islamic character development and offers insights for holistic Islamic education models.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of OSIM in improving student worship discipline at MAN 2 Labuhanbatu Utara. This study uses a qualitative method with descriptive analysis. The sources of informants are the principal, supervising teacher, OSIM chairman and students. The data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and document studies. The data analysis techniques used in this study are data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the strategic role in improving student discipline through programs such as congregational Dhuhur prayers, Yasin memorization programs and prayers every Saturday, Islamic studies or lectures, Alms every Friday. OSIM also acts as a role model for students in carrying out religious values. Supporting factors for the role of OSIM include support from the school and teachers, while the inhibiting factor is the lack of student awareness in worshiping regularly.
