The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach with an associative type of research. The results of the study prove that the Pedagogical Competence variable (X1) is 4.971 with a t table of 1.675, indicating that t count > t table (4.971 > 1.675), with a significant value (0.000 < 0.05) so that teacher pedagogical competence (X1) partially influences significant to teacher performance (Y) and the teacher work motivation variable (X2) of ) of 2.206 with a t table of 1.675 shows that t count > t table (2.206 > 1.675), with a significant value (0.002 < 0.05) so that teacher work motivation (X1) partially has a considerable influence on teacher performance (Y). With the calculated F value and F table or calculated F value of 19.109 > 2.786 and a significant probability of 0.000 < 0.05. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) activities based on local wisdom of Acehnese culture in producing learning products by teachers in elementary schools. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of the study were elementary school teachers who had implemented P5 based on local wisdom. The results of the study showed that the integration of local culture into P5 encouraged teachers to create more innovative and contextual teaching materials, such as modules, learning media, and student projects based on Acehnese culture. The obstacles faced included limited resources and lack of training. However, with collaborative strategies and school support, teachers were able to produce meaningful learning products. This study contributes to the development of project-based learning and the preservation of local culture through elementary education.

Abstract

Education is a conscious and planned effort to develop human resources towards better and better quality. The fourth grade teacher, Mrs. YS, said that during the teaching and learning process teachers still often carry out learning using the lecture method as is generally used so that the learning process occurs conventionally and there is a lack of student activity during learning so that student learning outcomes are still relatively low. This research aims to examine the implementation of Wordwall-based learning in elementary schools and identify its impact on students' motivation and understanding in learning. This research uses quantitative research with a quasi-experiment approach. The data analysis technique used in this research includes descriptive analysis. The research results found that the implementation of Wordwall-based learning in elementary schools had a positive impact on improving student learning outcomes and interest. Classes that use Wordwall as a learning medium show a more significant increase in learning outcomes compared to classes that use conventional methods. This is shown by the difference in the increase in posttest scores between the experimental group and the control group, where the experimental group experienced an increase of 29%, while the control group only increased 11.2%.

Abstract

Abstract

Writing this article, it describes a process control assessment method that will improve students' critical thinking skills. This study uses a quantitative research method where data processing is based on multivariate analysis, where this method aims to find out how much influence the variables on an object, or in large numbers simultaneously or simultaneously. A control analysis process that results from the final grades of T / A students 2013-2019, is expected to get better and simultaneous learning value results, so that it will improve critical thinking skills for students. With regard to this value, it can be seen from the results of the process of statistical multivariate analysis based on the results of the final scores of five courses, namely: Indonesian Language, Learning Strategies, Aqidah Akhlak, Learning Psychology, and Early Childhood Education Development. Multivariant analysis reveal will that the process of assessing the results of data from student scores can be used as a reference for other students in different subjects, to be able to maintain their final score results by having the potential in learning innovation, namely having critical thinking skills and for eye-level lecturers. The lecture can see the level of student achievement in the last seven years.
