Abstract

This research is a theory review of communications namely Creativity in Group Theory. This theory examines how the processes that appear in ideas, responses, processes or products, are new and relevant. To conduct this research, the authors apply a qualitative-descriptive method to dig detailed information from three informants as participants in Nata Academy’s training program. As the leader/owner of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), the informants run their business based on digital marketing. By running the observation and depth interview, authors analyze assumptions/concepts relating to creativity in groups done by the informants while joining a five months course. As the results, the authors find that all informants succeed in implementing creativity in forming, shaping, communicating and promoting the products through digital platforms. The creativity process emerges from brainstorming among the groups. Nevertheless, there are also constraints such as rigor and time pressure that can obstruct emerging creativity. Therefore, in conclusion, good group dynamics through digital marketing can support innovation and creativity. Besides that, through digital marketing, MSME as an aspect of growth in the economy must also be able to increase competitiveness by innovating and being creative.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze audience perceptions of artificial intelligence (AI)-based facial filters in TikTok content, with a specific focus on the account Arbie Seo. Employing a quantitative survey approach with 20 respondents, the research explores the impact of AI filters on authenticity, credibility, visual appeal, as well as psychological effects and digital identity representation. Findings reveal that 75% of respondents believe AI filters contribute to the construction of new postmodern beauty standards, while 90% consider the use of filters as a form of self-presentation aligned with social media trends. Additionally, 50% of participants perceive AI filters as promoting unrealistic beauty ideals, and 100% agree that such filters affect the perceived authenticity and credibility of content. These results support the assumption that AI technologies shape visual perception not only aesthetically but also psychologically. Drawing on media determinism and postmodernism theories, the study explains how facial filters create simulations that blur the boundaries between reality and representation. The implications of this research highlight the importance of ethical AI implementation in digital communication strategies to preserve content authenticity and credibility within an evolving visual culture.

Abstract

This study evaluates the representation of postmodernist values in Bank Central Asia's (BCA) "Don’t Know? Kasih No!" campaign, which aims to strengthen public awareness regarding online fraud. Employing a quantitative content analysis method based on Holsti's formula, the research quantifies and analyzes the frequency of audio-visual elements within YouTube videos, encompassing dialogue, music, and transitions. In parallel, the campaign's posters are deconstructed using Roland Barthes's semiotic. Findings indicate a consistent and recurrent audio-visual narrative strategy that directs towards preventive actions against online fraud, while the semiotic analysis of posters reveals how design elements strategically create myths that endorse a critical and prudent stance within an urban environment. Overall, the campaign reflects BCA’s success in implementing postmodernist principles and highlighting the significant role of dynamic and contemporary visual communication in the digital era.

Abstract

This study explores the impact of postmodernism on media narratives in climate issues, especially within the scope of communication in today's urban environments. Through a qualitative approach, this study deconstructs various media narratives on climate issues to understand their influence on the views and communicative actions of urban society. The analysis samples from various media platforms, including online news, social media, and digital publications, focusing on the years 2022-2023 to ensure data currency. The theoretical framework in this study integrates postmodernism concepts with communication theories, providing insights into the formation and reception of climate narratives by the audience. The findings indicate a shift in the way media narrates climate issues, moving from traditional narratives towards more fragmented and diverse ones, in line with postmodernism characteristics. This understanding is crucial for developing effective climate communication strategies that encourage active participation and concrete actions from city dwellers. Thereby, this study significantly contributes to climate communication research, highlighting the influence of media narratives on society's views and actions in facing climate issues within a complex and heterogeneous socio-cultural context.

Abstract

The slow growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in rural areas has resulted in low sales volume. Despite the fact that MSMEs provide employment opportunities for rural communities, they do not eliminate poverty or unemployment. To make the most of digital media, solid digital marketing strategies and concepts are required. Digital marketing is the use of social media networks to conduct promotional activities and map digital markets. Abstract

This study aims to examine the level of emotional demands experienced by employees working in an inclusive educational setting for adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), as well as to explore the organizational strategies implemented to support their emotional well-being. The research was conducted at London School Beyond Academy (LSBA), a vocational institution in Indonesia that focuses on the development of neurodivergent adolescents. Employing an explanatory sequential mixed method design, the study began with a quantitative survey using the Emotional Demands subscale from the Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire (COPSOQ II), followed by semi-structured interviews with key personnel to explore their lived experiences and perceptions of institutional support. The quantitative results (N=40) revealed a moderate level of emotional demands (M = 14.42/20), indicating that emotional challenges were perceived as meaningful rather than overwhelming. Qualitative findings from thematic analysis further underscored this by revealing that emotional demands were often framed as professional calling and relational depth, although formal support systems remained underdeveloped. This study contributes to the literature on emotional labor in inclusive education by focusing specifically on neurodiverse vocational contexts, an area that remains underexplored in Indonesian educational research. The findings suggest that institutional strategies for psychological sustainability are essential not only for employee well-being but also for ensuring the long-term effectiveness of inclusive education models.

On the one hand, he believes that this match has a lot of substance, namely raising the good name of Indonesian boxing and inspiring young people to channel their talents in positive ways and not commit criminal acts on the streets. However, on the other hand, they think this event is just a sensation because the match being held does not have good boxing standards, there are no professional boxers involved even though the event is an official event. Therefore, this research aims to describe whether the match only contains substance, vice versa, or contains both. This research is qualitative research with an explanatory approach. The data used in this research is secondary data that researchers obtained from websites, scientific articles, books and a number of other commonly used sources. These data were analyzed using the stages of data collection, data selection, data reduction, and drawing conclusions.
