Abstract

This article examines the implementation of the Kitab Al Miftah Lil'ulum in Nahwu Learning at the Mamba'ul Hikam Putri Islamic Boarding School, Jatirejo Jombang. This study aims to determine how the learning of nahwu using the Kitab al miftah is the inhibiting and supporting factors for the Implementation of the Kitab Al Miftah Lil'ulum in Nahwu Learning at the Putri Mamba'ul Hikam Islamic Boarding School, Jombang. This research uses descriptive qualitative research with the type of case study research. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of his research were the implementation of the book al miftah lil 'ulum in learning nahwu at the women's boarding school mamba'ul hikam jatirejo jombang which consisted of four volumes, in general it can be said to be quite good this is proven by the results of observations which this book can understand nahwu to the students easily. The inhibiting factors for learning the almiftah book at the Mamba'ul Hikam female Islamic boarding school are the lack of learning time, the lack of teaching staff, teachers who do not master the material and the understanding of different students. The supporting factors for learning the Kitab al Miftah at the Mamba'ul Hikam female Islamic boarding school are the ease of licensing in the dissemination of the method and the enthusiasm of the students in memorizing because this method consists of nadhoms that can be sung.

Abstract

This study examines the management of the Islamic Propagation Council of Indonesia (DDII) in the context of developing an Islamic society in Metro. In the era of modernization, Islamic propagation organizations face challenges in re-examining their roles and functions, especially when dealing with complex political and social dynamics. As a structural Islamic propagation institution, DDII has a strategic position in shaping the order of Islamic life through the approach of Islamic propagation bi al-lisān and bi al-hāl. This study aims to analyze three main aspects: the concept of Islamic propagation of DDII, Islamic propagation management in developing Islamic society, and the implementation of the concept of developing Islamic society in Metro City. Using a qualitative approach with a single instrumental case study method, this study involved participant observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation analysis. Key informants included the leadership of DDII Metro City, senior figures of the organization, religious figures, and the local Muslim community. The results of the study indicate that DDII has developed an adaptive and inclusive Islamic propagation model with a focus on strengthening aqidah, empowering the economy of the community, and optimizing the role of the mosque. In the digital era, DDII responded to the challenges by developing digital da'wah infrastructure and improving the competence of da'i in the use of modern technology. Despite facing various challenges, including the shifting role of da'wah organizations in the context of contemporary politics, DDII managed to maintain its position as a moral force that contributed to the development of Islamic society and the integrity of the nation. This study provides theoretical contributions in the development of structural da'wah management and practical contributions for stakeholders in optimizing the role of da'wah for the development of Islamic society

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the heat treatment (quenching) process on the hardness of S55C carbon steel used as cutting blades for plastic shredding machines. JIS S55C steel was chosen as an alternative material, with hardening temperature variations of 850°C, 950°C, and 1050°C, and cooling media consisting of well water, young coconut water, and cooking oil (3 liters each). The test results showed that the hardness of the steel before heat treatment was 29.6 HRC. After heat treatment, the highest hardness was achieved at a temperature of 950°C with a value of 56 HRC using well water as the cooling medium. This study concludes that temperature variations and cooling media significantly influence the hardness of S55C steel.

Abstract

The increasing prevalence of bullying in elementary schools has raised serious concerns regarding the safety and well-being of students. This study aims to develop and validate a theoretically grounded instrument to assess elementary school teachers' awareness of bullying behavior. A total of 121 teachers from Central Java participated as respondents. The instrument was developed based on the Olweus Bullying Questionnaire (OBQ) and the Bullying and Cyberbullying Scale (BCS), covering four key dimensions: bullying detection, behavioral changes, causes of bullying, and preventive actions. Content validity was assessed using Aiken's V analysis, while construct validity was examined through Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), demonstrating a satisfactory model fit (CFI 0.90, RMSEA 0.08). Reliability analysis indicated excellent internal consistency, with Cronbach's ? and McDonald's ? values exceeding 0.90. The findings confirm that the developed instrument is both valid and reliable in measuring teachers' awareness of bullying. This research contributes to the development of assessment tools in education, providing a practical framework for improving teachers' roles in bullying prevention and intervention in elementary schools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Balai Bahasa Provinsi Jawa Timur. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh kompetensi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Balai Bahasa Provinsi Jawa Timur. Metode yang digunakan penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggumpulkan data primer dengan menyebarkan kuesioner skala likert yang berjumlah 39 responden, teknik yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh di mana keseluruhan populasi dijadikan sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini terdapat hasil nilai sig 0.000 lebih kecil dari 0.05. Sedangkan nilai F-hitung sebesar 64.250 lebih besar dari F-tabel 3.260. Hal ini menandakan bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Menunjukkan bahwa baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan variabel kompetensi dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Balai Bahasa Provinsi Jawa Timur. Ketika kedua variabel ini ditingkatkan secara bersamaan, maka kinerja pegawai akan meningkat. Sebaliknya, apabila keduanya menurun, maka kinerja pegawai juga akan menurun. Besaran pengaruhnya sebesar 76,9% dan sisa nilai sebesar 23,1% yaitu menjelaskan faktor lain yang tidak dianalisis dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Pendidikan toleransi antara umat beragama berbasis budaya lokal di desa plajan. Pendidikan toleransi desa ini mempunyai kebiasaan yang unik yaitu dalam satu desa terdapat beberapa agama namun saling mereka saling menghormati terlebih pada acara selametan kematian. acara selametan sebagai wadah terjalinya toleransi yang kuat antara umat islam kristen hindhu di desa plajan.Penelitian ini mengunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini ialah masyarakat desa plajan Kabupaten jepara Jawa tengah . Wawancara dilakukan terhadap tokoh dan masyarakat desa plajan. dari wawancara itu diharapkan memperoleh informasi yang relevan dan mencukupi terkait dengan inti pembahasan dalam penelitian ini. Ada dua jenis data yang digunkan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. hasil dari pembahasan ini meliputi tiga aspek yaitu sebagai bahan pembelajaran langsung ( content integration sebagai tempat nilai praktek toleransi secara langsung ( laboratorium sosial ), sebagai pengalaman pendidikan adil dan setara (equity integration ).

Abstract

This article discusses the development of Imam Syafi’i Fiqh in the Qawl Qadīm and Qawl Jadīd. It is known that the basic thoughts of Imam Shafi'i are Al-Qur'an, Al-Sunnah, Ijma’, and Qiyas which are the main assets for him to be able to develop his fiqh thinking as can be understood as Qawl Qadīm and Qawl Jadīd. These two things for Imam Syafi’i are proof that fiqh law will very likely experience changes in accordance with the social, political, geographical, scientific, cultural, and scientific depth of a person who recites that fiqh law which is usually strongly influenced by background in the scientific field. which he fielded. Abstract

The word is a sound formula that is used by humans to designate something byhumans, then the sound formula used by humans to communicate between communities.Can not explain the meaning of the whole notion of a word and can not represent thedefinition of the word itself. Words will always experience growth and change, as well asthe meaning of a word will continue to undergo changes and developments in line with theneeds of man in his day. The word we mean here is the material equivalent or sound formulafor meaning. If we call meaning abstract understanding of the mind that does not refer to thematter (object), then we mean by the word is equivalent mind that according to theunderstanding of the abstract. So, the word is a form of sound uttered by a person and inaccordance with the meaning. The word can also be defined as a tool to show and reveal thecontents of the mind. Abstract: The article is aimed at describing the development of Arabic-based TOAFL (Testof Arabic As A Foreign Language) Arabic skills through mentoring and training. With PAR(Participatory Action Research) method, the researcher prepares the PAR stages in order toovercome difficulties and develop students' Arabic language skills. Documentation andobservation become the main techniques of data collection, and the technique of descriptiveanalysis into a way of describing the results narratively. The results of this study: First, theparticipants and the training can understand the various types or models of problemscontained in the TOAFL test; secondly, the assistant participants can understand varioustricks to answer the questions contained in the TOAFL test (Test of Arabic as a ForeignLanguage); The three assisted participants can improve the ability of the students of HasyimAsy'ari University in mastering Arabic skillsKeywords: TOAFL, Evaluation, Learning Arabic Abstrak: Artikel bermaksud membahas pengembangan kemampuan berbahasa Arabberbasis TOAFL (Test of Arabic As A Foreign Language) melalui pendampingan danpelatihan. Abstract

This article aims to explain the application of the Discovery Learning model in improving understanding of the SKI subjects at MASS Tebuireng, learning SKI at MASS Tebuireng, and the factors. Inhibitors and supporters of discovery learning learning models. This study uses a qualitative approach using three data collection methods: observation, interviews, and documentation. To analyze the data, it was carried out through three prosedures, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that the application of discovery learning learning model for SKI subjects at MASS Tebuireng has shown success. Institutions provide adequate facilities. Inhibiting factors are the large number of classes, the seating position is less regular, while the supporting factors are all related parties preparing the equipment needed in the class, a complete library, all students have textbooks, the class atmosphere is pleasant, and many students are active.
