Abstract

Sejak kemunculannya, seni ukir Jepara mengalami pasang surut. Selain karena faktor ekonomi, hal ini juga dipengaruhi oleh minat generasi muda terhadap seni ukir. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dinamika proses pewarisan seni ukir Jepara melalui pendidikan. Ada dua hal yang menjadi fokus kajian tulisan ini, yaitu sejarah dan perkembangan ukir Jepara dan dinamika pendidikan seni ukir Jepara. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa seni ukir Jepara diajarkan melalui tiga jenis pendidikan, yaitu formal melalui sekolah kejuruan dan non kejuruan, non formal melalui brak dan sanggar, dan informal melalui pendidikan keluarga. Ketiga jenis pendidikan tersebut pada kenyataannya juga mengalami pasang surut. Namun, hingga saat ini yang masih eksis bertahan hanyalah pendidikan ukir dengan pola pendidikan informal dan non formal. Adapun pendidikan formal melalui sekolah kejuruan harus gulung tikar karena berbenturan dengan regulasi. Sementara pendidikan formal melalui sekolah non kejuruan dianggap kurang efektif karena hanya sebagai pelajaran tambahan.

Abstract

Kegiatan penelitian yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya telah diperoleh material insuliner berbasis epoksi dan metode aplikasinya pada motor roket case bonded. Hasil penelitian ini juga telah diperoleh bahwa insuliner tersebut dapat direkomendasikan untuk digunakan pada motor roket case bonded yang menggunakan propelan radial burning sehingga perlu dibuktikan. Guna menguji kinerja insuliner tersebut telah dibuat dua unit motor roket case bonded mengggunakan insuliner berbasis epoksi dan satu unit motor roket free standing yang menggunakan insulasi termal berbasis epoksi dan lapisan fiber glass cloth untuk diuji statik. Tiga unit motor roket telah diuji statik. Berdasarkan pengujian diperoleh bahwa insuliner berbasis epoksi yang dibuat dapat berfungsi dengan baik. Kegagalan motor roket case bonded yang kedua tidak disebabkan oleh gagalnya insuliner tetapi oleh proses perakitan motor roket yang kurang sempurna.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami kontribusi penggunaan Platform belajar Bamboozle dalam Personalized Learning terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik di SMP YPP Nurul Huda Surabaya. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari kondisi sekolah berbasis pesantren, di mana sebagian besar guru masih menerapkan metode ceramah konvensional yang membuat peserta didik kurang aktif dan kurang termotivasi. Oleh karena itu, media digital interaktif seperti Bamboozle digunakan untuk menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih menarik dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan individual peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek peserta didik kelas VIII A SMP YPP Nurul Huda Surabaya. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media Bamboozle dalam personalised learning mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik. Pembelajaran berbasis permainan membuat peserta didik lebih antusias, aktif berdiskusi, serta termotivasi untuk memahami materi. Dengan demikian, media Bamboozle terbukti mampu dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar di sekolah lingkungan pesantren yang tengah beradaptasi dengan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi.

Abstract

Gadget distraction has become a serious challenge in Fiqh learning as it affects students’ focus, motivation, and participation. This study aims to analyze teachers’ strategies in overcoming learning obstacles caused by gadget use and to formulate solutions for improving the quality of Fiqh instruction. The research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach involving Fiqh teachers and several students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and then analyzed using a thematic descriptive approach. The findings indicate that teachers face challenges such as varying levels of student concentration, limited time to balance theoretical and practical learning, and the influence of social media. To address these issues, teachers implemented a no-gadget policy, developed more interactive teaching methods, and strengthened collaboration with parents. These strategies create a more conducive and effective learning environment.

Abstract

This study investigated the impact of implementing a Deep Listening strategy through Problem-Based Listening Tasks (PBLT) on the listening competence of first-year university students. A quasi-experimental method employing a pretest–posttest control group design was applied to 42 students divided into experimental and control groups. Data were collected using a listening comprehension test and a cognitive engagement observation instrument. The findings reveal that students exposed to the Deep Listening–PBLT approach achieved substantially higher listening gains than those receiving conventional instruction. The most notable improvements occurred in inferential comprehension and information integration skills. Statistical analysis confirmed a significant difference between groups with a large effect size. These results indicate that integrating deep listening practices with problem-based tasks provides an effective pedagogical approach for enhancing listening competence in higher education contexts.

Abstract

Leadership based on Islamic spiritual values ​​has been proven to make a real contribution to strengthening the religiosity of the school community. This is reflected in the application of the principles of integrity and trust, as well as transformational values ​​that encourage idealistic influence, inspiring motivation, more critical thinking, and attention to individual needs. Leadership transformation in Islamic educational institutions is a strategic issue amidst the currents of managerial modernization and the degradation of spiritual values. This study aims to identify the form and direction of Islamic educational leadership transformation that harmonizes spiritual values ​​with managerial effectiveness. The research approach uses a library method with qualitative descriptive analysis, sourced from scientific literature such as books, journal articles, and relevant research findings. The study's results indicate that effective leadership transformation does not solely emphasize technocratic dimensions, but must be grounded in the spirituality of monotheism that fosters integrity, sincerity, and moral responsibility. The synergy between spiritual values ​​and managerial skills produces a transformative, humanistic, and meaningful leadership model, thereby strengthening institutional performance and building an ethical and value-oriented organizational culture.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji sistem pendidikan komprehensif yang diterapkan di SMAN 3 Sidoarjo, dengan fokus pada korelasi antara model pembelajaran inovatif yang diterapkan dan pencapaian akademik siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis komponen kunci kurikulum unik sekolah, termasuk kelas-kelas khusus “Innovative Classes” (misalnya STEM, Seni Terpadu, Jalur Kepemimpinan), pendekatan pedagogis canggih, dan program pengembangan karakter holistik. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan campuran, memanfaatkan data kuantitatif dari tiga tahun akademik (2022-2024) mengenai skor ujian standar siswa, tingkat penerimaan perguruan tinggi, dan partisipasi dalam kompetisi nasional, dilengkapi dengan data kualitatif yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara terstruktur dengan guru, administrator sekolah, dan sampel alumni berprestasi tinggi. Variabel kunci yang dianalisis meliputi efektivitas pembelajaran berbasis proyek (PBL) dalam kelas inovatif dan dampak kegiatan ekstrakurikuler wajib terhadap keterampilan non-akademik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan korelasi positif yang signifikan secara statistik antara partisipasi siswa dalam program kelas inovatif sekolah dan peningkatan kinerja akademik (terutama peningkatan rata-rata skor Ujian Nasional sebesar 15% dibandingkan dengan program non-inovatif), tingkat penerimaan perguruan tinggi yang lebih tinggi (mencapai 92% di perguruan tinggi negeri yang kompetitif), serta peningkatan yang signifikan dalam keterampilan kepemimpinan dan berpikir kritis yang dinilai oleh alumni. Temuan ini menyarankan bahwa kurikulum yang terstruktur, personal, dan berfokus pada inovasi sangat efektif dalam mendorong hasil pendidikan yang unggul di lingkungan regional.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of group activity-based Islamic Religious Education learning in enhancing student engagement, which includes active participation in discussions, collaboration among students, and students’ involvement in expressing opinions during the learning process. Data were collected at SMA Negeri 1 Bangsri through observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The research subjects consisted of Islamic Religious Education teachers and tenth-grade students involved in group activity-based learning. The results indicate that the implementation of group activity-based Islamic Religious Education learning through discussions and presentations significantly increases student engagement, as reflected in higher levels of active participation, collaboration among students, and confidence in expressing opinions. Teachers play a role as facilitators who guide discussions and ensure the involvement of all group members. These findings imply that group activity-based learning strategies are able to create a more interactive and meaningful learning environment in Islamic Religious Education, although their implementation still faces challenges such as time limitations and unequal distribution of group tasks.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan nasabah di Bank Muamalat Kantor Cabang Bengkulu berdasarkan penerapan nilai-nilai syariah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas pegawai bagian pelayanan dan beberapa nasabah aktif yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan lima dimensi kualitas pelayanan (SERVQUAL) di Bank Muamalattangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathytelah berjalan dengan baik. Nilai-nilai syariah seperti amanah, keadilan, dan profesionalisme menjadi landasan utama dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada nasabah. Meskipun demikian, masih terdapat kendala berupa lamanya proses administrasi dan keterbatasan layanan digital banking. Secara keseluruhan, kualitas pelayanan Bank Muamalat tergolong baik dan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan nasabah, terutama pada dimensi empati dan assurance. Diperlukan peningkatan efisiensi waktu pelayanan serta pengembangan sistem digital agar pelayanan semakin optimal dan sesuai dengan prinsip perbankan syariah.Kata kunci: Bank Muamalat, kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan nasabah, nilai-nilai syariah, pelayanan berbasis Islam.AbstractThis study aims to analyze service quality and customer satisfaction at Bank Muamalat, Bengkulu Branch, based on the implementation of Islamic values. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research subjects include service staff and several active customers selected using purposive sampling. The findings reveal that the five dimensions of service quality (SERVQUAL)tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathyare well implemented at Bank Muamalat. Islamic values such as trustworthiness (amanah), justice, and professionalism serve as the foundation for customer service. However, several challenges remain, including lengthy administrative processes and limited digital banking features. Overall, the service quality at Bank Muamalat is considered good and positively influences customer satisfaction, particularly in the empathy and assurance dimensions. Enhancing service efficiency and expanding digital systems are recommended to optimize performance in accordance with Islamic banking principles.Keywords: Bank Muamalat, service quality, customer satisfaction, Islamic values, Islamic-based service.

Abstract

Nastar cookies are traditionally made using wheat flour as the main ingredient. Indonesia’s dependence on imported wheat encourages the use of local ingredients such as mocaf flour (modified cassava flour) and product enrichment with ciplukan fruit (Physalis angulata L.), which contains various bioactive compounds. This study aimed to determine the effects of mocaf flour substitution and ciplukan fruit addition on the preference level of nastar cookies. The research employed a completely randomized design (CRD) with a 3×2 factorial arrangement, resulting in six treatment combinations. The treatments consisted of mocaf flour substitution levels of 40%, 60%, and 80%, and ciplukan fruit additions of 30% and 40%. Hedonic testing was conducted with 50 semi-trained panelists using a four-point scale to evaluate color, aroma, texture, taste, and overall acceptance as response variables. Data were analyzed using two-way ANOVA to examine the main and interaction effects, followed by Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at a 5% significance level (p < 0.05). The results indicated that mocaf flour substitution significantly affected color (p < 0.05), while ciplukan fruit addition significantly influenced color, aroma, and overall acceptance (p < 0.05). No significant interaction between the two factors was observed. The best treatment was obtained from the combination of 80% mocaf flour substitution and 30% ciplukan fruit addition (M3.C1). These findings indicate that incorporating up to 80% mocaf and 30% ciplukan fruit yields nastar cookies with superior sensory quality and supports the diversification of local food ingredients.
