Abstract

The results of this study can be summed summarized as follows: 1. Intellectual Ability is high, ethic of work is high enough and employee performance is high. 2. Regression analysis result is Ŷ = 33,312 + 0,306X1 + 0,302X2, meaning there is positive influence between intellectual ability and ethic of work on employee performance. 3. The results of the analysis correlations is r = 0,660 which means there is a moderately high and positive correlation between intellectual ability and ethic of work with employee performance. The level of employee performance can be explained 43,6% by intellectual ability and ethic of work. 4. Hypothesis test result stated that H0 is rejected, it means intellectual ability and ethic of work have positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT BPRS Amanah Bangsa Pematangsiantar simultaneously and partially. The suggestions of this research is: 1. To strengthen the intellectual ability, the agency should provide opportunities for further education. 2. To improve ethic of work, employee should try to be more sincere and grateful in working for improving the quality of work. 3. To improve performance, the agency should give opportunity for employees to innovate in order to rise the creativity of work. Keywords: Intellectual Ability, Ethic of Work and Employee Performance.

Abstract

The formulation of this research problem is how the influence of Cultural Organization and Commitment to the Teacher Performance at SMK GKPS 2 Pematangsiantar. The research method used in this paper is literature research and field research. Its population is employees of SMK GKPS 2 Pematangsiantar amounted to 64 people. The data used are data by qualitative and qualitative data, and data collection techniques by questionnaire, interview and documentation. Then the technique of data analysis using qualitative descriptive method and quantitative descriptive method. Results of analysis of multiple linear regression is Ŷ = 68,710 + 0,715X1 + 0,914X2 means there is a positive influence between cultural organization and commitment on teacher performance. The strength of the relationship between the three variables is strong, is r = 0,672. From the coefficient of determination can be explained high low employee performance 45,2% and the remaining 54,8% explained by other factors that are not discussed in this study. From the results of processing and calculation of the questionnaire, the authors get the conclusion that the cultural organization and commitment applied SMK GKPS 2 Pematangsiantar have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. This is proven by hypothesis testing simultaneously, where the test result fhitung (25,170) > fhitung (3,15) with significance level 0,000 < alpha 0,05. Abstract

The result of this study can be summarized as follows: 1. Individual Characteristic and Work Environment on Employee Performance are good. 2. The analysis regression is Ŷ = 20,910 + 0,816X1 + 0,399X2 have a positive influence between individual characteristic and work environment to employee performance. 3. The correlation result of r = 0,799, the analysis correlation have a moderately high and positive correlation between individual characteristic, work environment with the employee performance. 4. The result of coefficient of determination can be explained the level of employee performance is 63.90%, and the remaining 36.10% is explained by other factors not discussed in this study. From the results of the processing and calculation of the questionnaire, the authors concluded that the individual characteristics and work environment conducted by the Badan Pengelolaan Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah UPT SAMSAT Pematangsiantar had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by simultaneous hypothesis testing, where the results of the test are calculated (36,214 )> ftabel (3.23) with a significance level of 0,000 < 0,05. Abstract

Research results can be summed up as follows: 1. The quality of Commitmen of Employee is quite good, Work Discipline is good , and Employee Performance was quite satisfied. 2. There is a positive influence between commitmen toward against work disciplin. There is a positive influence between Work Discipline against Employee Performance. 3. There is moderately high and positive correlation between Commitmen of Employee against a Work Discipline. means there is a high and positive correlation between Work Discipline with employee performance. 4. The results of the hypothesis H0 is rejected, meaning that Commitmen of employee have a positive and significant impact on Employee performance through Work Discipline as Intervening Variables. Abstract

The results of the study can be summarized as follows: 1) Office layout, job facilities are excellent and job satisfaction is satisfied. 2) The results of the regression analysis are Ŷ = 2,648 + 0,759X1 + 0,136X2 meaning that office layout and job facilities have a positive and significant effect on employees job satisfaction. 3) The results of the correlation analysis obtained nilai r = 0.767, meaning that there is a strong and positive relationship between office layout and job facilities with employees job satisfaction. 4) Obtained the coefficient of determination R =0,589 means that Employees job satisfaction can be explained by office layout and job facilities by 58,9%. 5) The research hypothesis H0 is rejected, meaning that office layout and job facilities have a positive and significant effect on employees job satisfaction in PDAM Tirtauli Pematangsiantar both simultaneously and partially. Keywords: Office Layout, Job Facilities, and Job Satisfaction

The results of this study can be summarized as namely: 1. The quality of the product is good, the customer agrees that the price and satisfaction of the customer are satisfied. 2. Product quality and price have a positive effect on customer satisfaction in Aneka Jaya Pematangsiantar Printing. 3. There is a high and positive relationship between product quality and price to customer satisfaction. Then the high and low customer satisfaction can be explained by product quality and price. 4. Abstract

The result of this research can be concluded as follows: 1) Work experience, teamwork, and employees performance in this company are good.. 2) The result is Ŷ= 8,538 + 0,475 X1 +0,292 X2, means that there are positive influence between work experience and teamwork on employees performance. 3) The correlation result of r=0,784means that there are moderately high and positive correlation between work experience, and teamwork with employees performance. The coefficient of determination R = 0,614 means that the employees performance can be explained by work ecperience and teamwork 61,4%. 4) The research hypothesis H0 is rejected, means that work experience and teamwork have positive and significant influence on employees performance at Restaurant International and Convention Hall Pematangsiantar either simultaneosly and partially. Keywords: Work Experience, Teamwork, and Employees Performance

Abstract

The objective of this research was to test the influence of recruitment and placement to employee performance in a simultaneous and partial. The population used in this research are 23 employee. Research data were primary data and secondary data. Data were throught questionnaires, interviews, and documentaries. Analyzing method used was Qualitative Analysis and Analysis Quantitative. Quantitative Analysis proceed with application of SPSS version 21. Abstract

The result of this study can be concluded as follows: 1. Competence, job achievement of employee, and is good job promotion. 2. There is positive influence between competence and job achievement of employee, on job promotion. 3. There is moderately high correlation between competence and job achievement of employee with job promotion. Then good or not job promotion can be explained by the competence and job achievement of employee. 4.
