Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk optimasi pengembangan karir pada anak tunarungu di SLB/B Pangudi Luhur, Jakarta Barat. Pendidikan bagi penyandang disabilitas masih dianggap belum maksimal, sehingga perlu dilakukan pembimbingan dan asesmen terhadap minat dan kepribadian anak tunarungu untuk membantu mereka mengenali bakat, ketrampilan, dan kemampuan serta memperoleh informasi yang cukup. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan Teori Karir John Holland sebagai dasar untuk asesmen minat karir. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa responden memiliki minat yang bervariasi pada berbagai tipe kepribadian karir menurut teori Holland. Empat perlu diasesment ulang karena masing-masing memperoleh nilai skor yang sama pada ke enam tipe kepribadian karir, hal ini tidak sesuai dengan teori yang dikemukakan Jhon Holland yang menyampaikan nilai skor hendaknya bervareasi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan panduan bagi guru dan pembimbing dalam mendampingi anak tunarungu dalam memantapkan karir mereka. Melalui pendekatan supervisi dan pemahaman individu, serta penerapan metode pembelajaran berbasis masalah, diharapkan anak tunarungu dapat memperoleh keterampilan yang diperlukan untuk sukses dalam dunia pekerjaan dan dapat meningkatkan kesempatan mereka untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan setelah lulus sekolah.

Abstract

This community service program was conducted in the framework of strengthening the professional competencies of high school teachers in the application of Deep Learning strategies. The target audience were teachers of SMA and SMA Plus at Yayasan Al-Ashriyyah Nurul Iman Islamic Boarding School – Parung, Bogor. The problems found included the lack of understanding and implementation skills related to deep learning-based learning strategies and assessment instruments. Through workshops, mentoring, and collaborative coaching methods, the teachers were guided to design and apply deep learning-based assessments. The results indicated an improvement in teachers' understanding and ability to implement deep learning assessments, as reflected in positive feedback in the satisfaction survey, the increased post-test scores and formation of professional traits based on teachers’ self-assessment. This program contributes significantly to pedagogical strengthening and the quality of learning in the Merdeka Belajar curriculum context.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Cognitive Behavioural Group Therapy untuk menurunkan kecemasan sosial remaja akhir di MAN. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu studi kepustakaan, dikarenakan studi kepustakaan memudahkan peneliti untuk dapat mengumpulkan berbagai sumber penelitian relevan terdahulu dengan topik yang sama. Metode pencarian artikel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan pangkalan data Internasional seperti Libgen.org, ResearchGate, Google Scholar, Semantic Scholar, & Sciencedirect. Kata kunci yang digunakan untuk pencarian jurnal tersebut diantaranya Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, social anxiety, Cognitive Behavioural Group Therapy, kecemasan sosial remaja akhir, Cognitive Behavioural Group Therapy untuk kecemasan sosial, systematic litetarur review for social anxiety. Berdasarkan hasil pangkalan data internasional tersebut peneliti menemukan 7 jurnal ilmiah yang relevan dengan rentang waktu dari tahun 2005-2023. Hasil identifikasi dari ke-7 jurnal menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Cognitive Behavioural Group Therapy efektif untuk menurunkan kecemasan sosial remaja akhir. Dengan demikian, diharapkan Cognitive Behavioural Group Therapy dapat diterapkan untuk mengurangi kecemasan sosial pada remaja akhir di MAN.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang pengaruh sikap terhadap matematika, motivasi berprestasi dan kegiatan tutorial terhadap prestasi belajar matematika. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Kelompok Belajar Mahasiswa Perguruan Tinggi Kabupaten Tangerang. Dalam penelitian ini, sebanyak 200 sampel dipilih secara random sampling, dan data dikumpulkan melalui survey, dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa: 1) prestasi belajar matematika dipengaruhi secara langsung secara positif oleh sikap terhadap matematika, motivasi berprestasi dan tutorial. kegiatan, 2) kegiatan tutorial telah dipengaruhi langsung secara positif oleh sikap terhadap matematika dan motivasi berprestasi. Berdasarkan hasil temuan dapat disimpulkan bahwa menghasilkan peningkatan belajar matematika dilihat dari pengaruh sikap terhadap matematika, motivasi berprestasi dan kegiatan tutorial terhadap prestasi belajar matematika.

Abstract

This research is to find out how is the employees’ job satisfaction at PT Pelopor, and how the impact of compansation and motivation to job satisfaction. Research will be conducted at PT. Pelopor Avonturir Campindo. In accordance with the title, then that will be examined are all employees of PT. Pelopor Avonturir Campindo. This study does not use samples, so the entire population to be studied because the number of employees at PT. Pelopor Avonturir Campindo only numbered thirty- three (33) staff. And the result shown that (1) there is a significant effect between Job Satisfaction Employee Compensation for PT. Pelopor Avonturir Campindo, (2) There is a significant effect of Motivation on Employee Job Satisfaction PT. Pelopor Avonturir Campindo; (3) There is a significant influence jointly between Compensation and Motivation on Employee Job Satisfaction PT. Pelopor Avonturir Campindo.

Abstract

Employee performance that is not as expected has an impact on the overall performance of the organization, so the focus of this study is to examine the influence of workload, competence on employee performance through organizational commitment studies on employees of PT Hitachi Metals Indonesia Cilegon with a total sample of 100 employees in the Quality Control Division, the data collection technique used is the distribution of questionnaires with a Likert scale as a rating scale, In this study, the hypothesis is tested using path analysis with SPSS and the Sobel Test, and the results show that workload has a positive effect on commitment and performance, and competence has a positive effect on employee commitment and performance. While organizational commitment can mediate between workload and performance, as well as competence and performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan preposisi tentang kinerja individu, melalui pendekatan kajian teori. Studi ini mengelaborasi beberapa temuan dari para peneliti terdahulu sebagai rujukan dan mengeksplorasi grounded theory, dalam mengembangkan pengetahuan terkait dengan kinerja individu. Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan studi literatur dilakukan untuk memperoleh referensi model penelitian dalam menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja individu. Hasil kajian memberikan rekomendasi bahwa aktualisasi peran pimpinan memberikan pengaruh, baik pengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja individu, maupun pengaruh secara tidak langsung melalui budaya organisasi dan komitmen individu.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of cognitive styles and learning interest on students' understanding of physics concepts. Using a survey method with a sample of 88 first-year students from four programs at a Health Polytechnic in South Jakarta, data were collected through questionnaires on cognitive style perception, learning interest, and a physics concept understanding test. Findings from multiple regression analysis reveal: (1) Cognitive styles and learning interest collectively have a significant influence on physics concept understanding (p = 0.000, F = 26.084); (2) Cognitive style perception independently affects concept understanding (p = 0.047, t = 2.013); and (3) Learning interest significantly impacts concept understanding (p = 0.001, t = 3.426). The study highlights the interplay between cognitive preferences and motivation in achieving mastery of physics concepts.

Abstract

Inclusive education in higher education, is vital for creating a diverse and equitable learning environment, ensuring equal opportunities for individuals with diverse abilities and backgrounds. This approach enriches the overall educational experience, fostering global readiness in students for a diverse society. This article utilizes bibliometric analysis with R software to track trends in studies concerning the integration of inclusive education in higher education, drawing data from the Scopus database spanning 2013 to 2023. The findings reveal that the growth of scholarly publications on the implementation of inclusive education in higher education experiences fluctuations. The Sustainability Journal (Switzerland) emerges as the most prolific publisher of articles on this subject, with the University of Nottingham being the most productive affiliate. The United States stands out as the most productive country, and the article titled "Sustainability Strategy in Higher Education Institutions: Lessons Learned from a Nine-Year Case Study" by Ramisio et al. holds the distinction of being the most cited. This research outlines inclusive education in higher education for interested scholars, emphasizing current challenges and potential opportunities in implementing it, particularly in Islamic higher education. The article acknowledges limitations that could be addressed through broader metadata sources and a more extended publication timeline. Furthermore, the novelty of this research is no previous researcher has explored inclusive education in higher education using bibliometric analysis.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to develop scale instruments that can be used to identify potentials in relation to the readiness of students to enter the workforce with very high commissioning characteristics. The study was conducted at SMK Negeri 57 South Jakarta, using a simple random technique for 135 students. Data were analyzed using a Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) with the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method. The findings of the study show that: (1) Steps to develop a valid and reliable social intelligence scale instrument are; synthesis, construct, type of instrument, instrument lattice, instrument items, theoretical validation, trial, calculate validity and reliability, instrument assembly. (2) The dimensions and indicators underlying the concept of social intelligence scale are; component of social awareness (dimensions of basic empathy, dimensions of alignment, empathic accuracy, social understanding), components of social facilities (dimensions of synchronization, self-appearance, influence, concern). (3) Calculation of instrument validity using total gain correlation formula, Pearson product moment with a significance level of 0.05; r table = 0.176. (4) Instrument reliability is α = 0.858.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan instrumen skala yang dapat digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi dalam relasinya dengan kesiapan siswa untuk memasuki dunia kerja dengan karakteristik commissioning yang sangat tinggi. Penelitian dilakukan di SMK Negeri 57 Jakarta Selatan, menggunakan teknik acak sederhana untuk 135 siswa. Data dianalisis menggunakan Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) dengan metode SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Langkah-langkah untuk mengembangkan instrumen skala kecerdasan sosial yang valid dan dapat diandalkan adalah; sintesis, konstruk, jenis instrumen, instrumen kisi, item instrumen, validasi teoretis, percobaan, menghitung validitas dan reliabilitas, perakitan instrumen. (2) Dimensi dan indikator yang mendasari konsep skala kecerdasan sosial adalah; komponen kesadaran sosial (dimensi empati dasar, dimensi keselarasan, akurasi empatik, pemahaman sosial), komponen fasilitas sosial (dimensi sinkronisasi, penampilan diri, pengaruh, kepedulian). (3) Perhitungan validitas instrumen menggunakan rumus korelasi total gain, Pearson product moment dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,05; r tabel = 0,176.
