Abstract

Saat ini konsumen tidak hanya ditawarkan produk yang beragam namun juga merek yang beragam. Konsumen dihadapkan pada pilihan dari berbagai jenis merek yang memiliki kelebihan tersendiri. Manajemen pemasaran mengharapkan adanya hubungan berkelanjutan antara konsumen dan merek. Peningkatan kualitas hubungan merek itu perlu ditingkatkan dan dikembangkan terus. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pembentukan kualitas hubungan merek melalui citra diri, kepribadian merek, dan kelompok acuan. Penelitian kuantitatif ini dengan populasi adalah konsumen Milo yang ada di Kota Johor Bahru Malaysia. Peneliti menggunakan 100 responden sebagai sampel penelitian dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peran nyata citra diri terhadap pembentukan kualitas hubungan merek. Selanjutnya kepribadian merek memiliki peran nyata pada kualitas hubungan merek. Kualitas hubungan merek juga dipengaruhi signifikan oleh kelompok acuan. Ketiga variabel secara simultan berperan nyata membentu kualitas hubungan merek.

Abstract

There are various kinds of companies engaged in the field of care and beauty, considering the increasing demand for women's care. Competing with various product advantages, various types of products, and quality does not make The Body Shop lose consumers. Established since 1976 until now, The Body Shop has had its own place in the minds of consumers, by creating beauty and care products made from herbal, environmentally friendly, safe for skin and body. The purpose of this study is to test whether brand personality, brand experience, and brand love affect brand loyalty to The Body Shop consumers. This study was tested using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, with a sample of 100 consumers of The Body Shop. This study proves that brand loyalty has a significant effect on brand personality, brand experience, and brand love. Brand experience is proven to have an effect on brand loyalty. In addition, brand loyalty is also significantly influenced by brand love

Abstract

The economic crisis due to the Covid-19 pandemic has influenced companies to make difficult decisions for their survival. This study discusses career adaptability among new graduates. Career adaptation is important for recent graduates to maintain their interest in the workplace. Graduates must understand the job and job description in order for them to carry out the task. Sometimes this may be a difficult process for them to digest and can make themselves feel demotivated, as they struggle to understand the job, and if dissatisfaction occurs it can result in an intention to leave the job. This study used 77 respondents and analysis using SPSS, correlation and regression were used to determine the most influential factors on career adaptation, from job satisfaction, work environment, and training and development. The results obtained are known that the factors that influence the career adaptation of fresh graduates are influenced by the independent variables of job satisfaction, training and development and the work environment. Keywords: career adaptation, turnover, education.

Abstract

Organizational commitment is a topic that continues to grow because it is assessed by academics and practitioners as an important variable to determine employee behavior and performance in organizations. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of quality of work life, leadership, and perceived organizational support on organizational commitment. Respondents are employees in a company engaged in retail in the city of Surabaya with a total of 149 people. The analysis tool is multiple linear regression. The results of the study stated that the quality of work life, leadership, and perceived organizational support have a significant influence partially and simultaneously on organizational commitment.

Abstract

Every Public Accounting Firm employs auditors who have high professionalism and ethical behavior. Auditor is a profession that has a great responsibility not only to the client and his office but also to the public. Professional auditors will carry out their duties with sincerity and accuracy which will affect the quality of the resulting audit. Auditors must also maintain the reputation of the organization which is manifested in the form of organizational commitment. The development of organizational commitment can be determined by the integrity of each auditor in a public accounting firm. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of auditor integrity on organizational commitment. This quantitative survey research uses auditors who work at the Surabaya Regional Public Accounting Firm as the research population. There are 29 auditors who are used as research samples. The analysis tool uses simple linear regression. The research findings prove that the integrity of auditors in public accounting firms has a significant effect on organizational commitment.

Abstract

One of the roles of marketing management is to win the market competition. This situation will make the company's sales increase and ultimately provide profits for the company. In addition, market competition also occurs to attract consumers' attention. The marketing strategy implemented by the company's management aims to build brand loyalty from consumers. Therefore, marketing managers improve the forming aspects of brand loyalty. This study aims to determine the role of product quality and brand image to build brand loyalty. The method applied is a quantitative method, then the data is processed using the SPSS V.25 application. The population used is the consumer of Milo brand milk in the city of Surabaya. The sampling technique was accidential sampling with a total of 100 respondents. This study shows that brand loyalty is influenced by product quality and brand image.

Abstract

Elementary school age children will experience very fast development. These developments are in the form of physical development and psychological development. Inappropriate use of smartphones in children will have a negative impact on children. In this case, parenting plays a very important role because the family is the first and foremost educational institution for children. From the family environment, especially parents, children will get a moral foundation, character and personality that will be applied now and in the future. The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between parenting and smartphone use by involving correlation analysis as a statistical tool. The study was carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic in Balongbendo District in Jeruklegi Village. There were 30 elementary school age children who were observed by interviewing parents and giving questionnaires. Studies show that there is a positive and significant relationship between parental parenting and smartphone use. The family has an important role in the supervision and mental development of the child's personality. With good and proper care and supervision from parents, children will avoid the negative impacts of smartphone use.

Abstract

The increasing development of the restaurant industry causes competition between business people, each business actor. This study was conducted to analyze and discuss the role of product quality impressions and price impressions on consumer satisfaction who visited the "Ayam Bakar Wong Solo" restaurant. The sampling technique in qualitative research uses non-probability sampling. The population in this study were all consumers who had eaten at the "Ayam Bakar Wong Solo" restaurant in the city of Surabaya, with 100 responden being a sampel. This study using multiple linear regression bassed the statistical analyze which is helped by SPSS 25.0 application. The results showed that the impression of product quality and the impression of price had a significant effect on the satisfaction of consumers who had visited the restaurant.

Abstract

The goals of each company will be achieved with a strong organizational commitment. Strengthening organizational commitment has the assignment of employee professionalism and appropriate leadership. The intention of this study was to affect the assignment of employee professionalism and leadership to organizational commitment. This study uses the census method with a sample of 152 respondents who are employees of a company in Gresik City. This study handling by multiple linear regression. This result of study suggest that employee professionalism will significantly shape organizational commitment. In addition, organizational commitment is also significantly influenced by the right leadership. Furthermore, employee professionalism and leadership are factors to form organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study intends to find out about the truth that incentives given to employees, effective leadership behavior, and existing organizational culture are thought to have a role in strengthening organizational commitment. The survey is conducted in the production department of a company. Respondents consist of active employees who work at PT. KJA which has 43 employees in the production department. The sampling technique is by census. Regression model, t test, and F test are SPSS-assisted analytical tools. The results showed that incentives, leadership behavior, and organizational culture were proven to have a role in strengthening organizational commitment
