Organizational commitment becomes an important variable to determine employees work more effectively and deliver results according to organizational expectations. Organizations with low organizational commitment of employees will only hamper the achievement of organizational goals because efforts to develop organizational commitment are closely related to improving employee performance. This causes the study of organizational commitment and the variables that influence it is still relevant and important to be analyzed further in order to make a meaningful contribution to the development and dynamics of the organization. Of the many variables that can influence organizational commitment, compensation and work environment variables are still considered relevant to be observed based on the dynamics of current organizational behavior in each organization. This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and work environment on organizational commitment of employees. In this study the sampling method was carried out randomly and involved 59 respondents. Multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25 for Windows software is used as an analysis and data processing tool. The results showed compensation and the work environment had a significant effect on employee organizational commitment partially and simultaneously. The existence of business competition, every company needs to improve employee performance so that company performance increases. Companies need to pay attention to every thing that is indicated to improve employee performance. This study aims to determine the role of organizational culture, leadership, compensation, and organizational commitment on employee performance. This research was conducted on 53 respondents who are employees of traditional herbal medicine factories in Sidoarjo. The analysis technique is linear regression. The research findings state that organizational culture and organizational commitment partially affect employee performance. The leadership variable also partially shows a significant effect on employee performance. Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance. This study also found that all independent variables simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance. Technological advances require the industry to use high-tech machines so that the company's productivity level increases. Technological machines make it easier for employees to work and can produce a better quantity of production compared to conventional machines. However, the existence of this machine has a negative impact on employees. This high-tech machine causes noise at the job site. The noise level that occurs causes health problems for employees, especially hearing health problems. This study is to determine the level of noise on hearing loss in workers. The population in this study were employees of an industry engaged in the manufacture of footwear products in Sidoarjo, East Java. This quantitative study uses the chi square test, 95% confidence level. The results of observations, there are 35 respondents (63.6%) have hearing loss and 20 respondents (36.4%) do not have hearing loss. The study also shows 38 respondents (69.1%) experience high noise levels in their workplace while 17 respondents (30.9%) experience low noise levels. The statistical test of the chi square test (X2) shows that noise intensity has an impact on the hearing of impaired workers. This is evidenced by the p value 0.000 which is lower than 0.05.

The progress of development in Indonesia is very rapid, building materials are demanded to have very good quality. The purpose of this study is to determine the comparison of the compressive strength of red brick and lightweight brick as it should be in the field of development that affects economic development, in this study it is very useful for the community when buying materials. This type of research is qualitative. The data was obtained by conducting research on data analysis techniques. used is to use a formula to determine the value of compressive strength. The results showed that red bricks and light bricks had different compressive strength values. Lightweight bricks which are heated in the sun for 7 days have a compressive strength value of 58.916 kg/cm², while those that are soaked in water for 4 days have a compressive strength value of 36.256 kg/cm² and those which are blown in the wind for 28 days have a compressive strength value of 45.32 kg/cm². cm². for red bricks that are dried for 5 days and then burned for 1 day. after the red bricks are ripe and then heated in the sun for 7 days has a compressive strength value of 33,709 kg/cm² while those that are soaked for 4 days have a compressive strength value of 29,495 kg/cm² and those that are ventilated for 28 days have a compressive strength value of 25,281 kg/cm².

Karyawan merupakan modal perusahaan untuk menjalankan operasionalnya. Tidak hanya penjualan yang tinggi, memiliki karyawan yang baik dan memiliki kemampuan yang dapat diandalkan memberikan kontribusi kepada perusahaan. Pentingnya karyawan bagi perusahaan menuntut manajemen untuk selalu memuaskan karyawan saat bekerja. Faktor-faktor yang dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja akan selalu menjadi perhatian manajemen seperti lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja. Studi ini bermaksud mengetahui peran lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada salah satu perusahaan di Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan 92 responden sebagai sampel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil studi membuktikan lingkungan kerja memiliki peran nyata membangun kepuasan kerja. Motivasi kerja juga memiliki peran nyata terhadap pembentukan kepuasan kerja. Kedua variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kepuasan kerja

One element of the school as a system is the teacher. The role of the teacher is one of the resources that determine the success of education, especially in teaching and learning activities in schools. This study aims to discuss the role of work motivation, competence, and professionalism on teacher performance. This study uses a survey method with a correlational quantitative approach. The research location is in the School Cluster, Gempol District, Pasuruan Regency. Data were collected from all primary school teachers in the UPTD Education and Culture of Gempol District as many as 40 people. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The findings of this study indicate that there is a significant role of teacher motivation, competence and professionalism to shape teacher performance together. Motivation partially plays a significant role in shaping teacher performance. Competence partially provides a significant role in the ups and downs of teacher performance. The formation of teacher performance is based on the professionalism of the teacher.

Business activities using internet technology are an innovative way of conducting company activities. By utilizing internet technology, companies can conduct various business activities electronically such as business transactions, operational company functions, share information with consumers and suppliers to maintain relationships before, during and after the purchase process. Business people need effective marketing media with the aim of expanding their market share. Social media as a marketing tool is certainly related to marketing communications. This research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of social media as an online business marketing medium. This research is a qualitative research by conducting a literature study related to social media and online business promotion. The results of the study show that the use of social media makes it easier for business people with reduced costs. but with all the advantages, business people still have to have a preventive attitude when conducting business transactions.

One sector that plays an important role in a country's economy is micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The utilization of micro, small and medium enterprises has had a positive impact on the growth and prosperity of a country. Therefore, the government is developing interest in micro, small and medium enterprises to advance the country's economy. The purpose of this research is to find out the perceptions of street vendors on Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) and to find out the relationship between efforts to apply for KUR and interest in developing a business. The object of this study is focused on street vendors. There were 126 respondents who were involved by accidental sampling. Furthermore, the data will be analyzed descriptively. The correlation between applying for KUR and interest in developing a business is positive and very strong.

Perguruan tinggi sebagai produsen manusia berkualitas di bidang pendidikan tinggi. Dengan berposisi seperti itu maka perguruan tinggi harus memiliki seperangkat sumber daya manusia sebagai penyampai ilmu, yaitu dosen. Dosen memiliki beban kerja yang tidak sedikit. Selain sebagai pengajar, mereka juga memiliki kewajiban menjalankan tugas administratif. Mereka pun juga harus berada di lingkungan kerja dan berposisi sebagai anggota organisasi. Maksud dari studi ini untuk mencari tahu peran dari variabel kualitas kehidupan kerja dalam membentuk kinerja para dosen. Selain itu juga variabel kompensasi dan komitmen organisasi juga dilibatkan untuk mengetahui peran membentuk kinerja dosen. Ada 62 dosen dijadikan responden. Mereka merupakan peserta sebuah seminar pendidikan di perguruan tinggi. Metode ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif ini memperoleh data penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Regresi sebagai alat analisis. Studi ini menemukan kualitas kehidupan kerja; kompensasi; komitmen organisasi membentuk variabel kinerja dosen secara parsial dan bersama-sama.

Semakin banyak pengguna pesawat terbang sebagai transportasi umum, memberikan kesempatan pada perusahaan maskapai penerbangan untuk memperkenalkan merek maskapai penerbangan kepada masyarakat luas. Merek-merek maskapai penerbangan memperkuat layanan penerbangan agar dapat memberikan kesan positif pada merek yang akhirnya memilih merek maskapai penerbangan untuk jasa transportasi udara. Untuk itu perlu diketahui faktor-faktor yang membuat konsumen memilih merek maskapai penerbangan. Riset ini untuk mengamati apakah harga dan citra merek memberikan pengaruh pada pemilihan merek maskapai penerbangan. Populasi penelitian ini merupakan masyarakat Indonesia yang menggunakan maskapai penerbangan minimal sebanyak tiga kali pada kurun waktu setahun belakang. Sampling secara purposive dan sebanyak 100 sampel. Teknik regresi untuk mengolah data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan harga dan citra merek memberikan pengaruh signifikan pada pemilihan merek.
