Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Tone at the Top on company performance by using a literature review method as its analytical approach. Tone at the Top refers to the attitudes, policies, and values set by organizational leaders in fostering an ethical, transparent, and performance-oriented work culture. In this study, various sources from journals, books, and previous research are analyzed to identify the relationship between top-level leadership and operational effectiveness, employee productivity, as well as corporate sustainability. The literature review findings indicate that leaders who effectively implement a strong Tone at the Top tend to create a positive work environment, enhance employee engagement, and strengthen good corporate governance. Conversely, failure to establish a strong Tone at the Top can contribute to low employee morale, a higher risk of ethical violations, and weakened organizational performance.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the most important pillar in the economic sector to dominate economic growth in Indonesia. Business legality is very necessary for MSMEs bisiness actors. The fact in the field is that there are still many business actors wh don’t have business legality. The Obstacles encountered include the lack of knowledge about business legality and the low education of MSMEs business actors. This has resulted in the inhibition of the development of MSMEs in Indonesia. In Government Regulation Number 7 of 2021 concerning the Ease of Protection and Empowerment of Cooperatives and MSMEs, it is stated that economic growth in Indonesia requires the empowernment and licensing of MSMEs. With the existence of the government regulation, the business license that has been designed in such a way by the Government to make it easier for business actors to issue their business legality. The legal issue that the author will examine is regarding the licensing of MSMEs that provide legal protection and realize a welfare state. MSMEs licensing as a form of legal protection is very important an has an impact, namely that the business license can be used for capital application with the aim of improving the MSMEs business for the better, being able to compete with other products in a larger market, getting assistance and empowerment from the Government so that it can realize a welfare state

Abstract

This study analyzes the public relations efforts of Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) Banten in maintaining its existence in the digital era and identifies the inhibiting factors faced. Using a qualitative method with a case study approach, this research involved in-depth interviews with informants from various divisions at RRI Banten, as well as observations of the communication strategies and programs implemented. The results of the study indicate that RRI Banten has undertaken a significant digital transformation, including through the development of the RRI Digital application as a means to expand broadcast access, active use of social media to reach a wider audience, and the implementation of a broadcast program segmentation strategy to adapt to the needs and preferences of listeners from various groups. However, the study also identified several crucial inhibiting factors. Limited human resources, particularly in mastery of digital technology, remain a major obstacle in optimizing the transformation program. In addition, the uneven geographic coverage of broadcasts in some areas limits public access to RRI services. Increasingly fierce competition with other digital media that offer greater flexibility, speed, and interactivity also poses a major challenge. On the other hand, the lack of optimal digital promotion and difficulties in reaching the interests of the younger generation hamper the increase in RRI's popularity in the era of media digitalization.

Abstract

Perkembangan industri halal mengalami peningkatan yang pesat seiring bertambahnya kesadaran konsumen terhadap pentingnya produk yang tidak hanya halal secara syariat, tetapi juga berkualitas dan aman dikonsumsi. perkembang saat ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar konsumen muda, khususnya Generasi Z, cenderung lebih memperhatikan aspek tren dan viralitas di bandingkan dengan aspek kehalalan dalam memilih produk makanan dan minuman. Indonesia sebagai negara dengan populasi Muslim terbesar di dunia memiliki potensi besar dalam pengembangan industri halal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perilaku halal lifestyle berperan dalam meningkatkan minat terhadap pembelian produk halal di kalangan Generasi Z, Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa memiliki tingkat kesadaran tinggi terhadap pentingnya produk halal, baik dari aspek bahan, proses, maupun nilai etis yang terkdanung di dalamnya. Faktor religiusitas, lingkungan sosial kampus, dan pengaruh media digital menjadi pendorong utama dalam membentuk perilaku halal lifestyle yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan minat terhadap produk halal. Nilai spiritual, tanggung jawab moral, dan kebanggaan identitas sebagai muslim modern menjadi landasan utama perilaku konsumsi halal. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa halal lifestyle bukan hanya bentuk kepatuhan religius, tetapi juga cerminan identitas dan kesadaran sosial Generasi Z dalam menghadapi era digital.

Abstract

This study delves into the Ondangan tradition of Cigugur, a cultural practice rich in communal and spiritual significance, through the lens of the Four Pillars of Religious Moderation. The Ondangan tradition, deeply rooted in the social fabric of Cigugur offers a unique window into how religious moderation can be practiced and upheld in a diverse society. By employing a descriptive-qualitative approach, this research uncovers how the four pillars—national commitment, tolerance, non-violence, and cultural accommodation—are intricately woven into this tradition. The findings reveal that Ondangan not only nurtures social cohesion and mutual respect among diverse religious groups but also embodies a living example of how local traditions can harmonize with broader religious values. This study highlights the Ondangan tradition as a powerful model for fostering inclusivity, promoting peace, and preserving cultural identity in a pluralistic world.

Abstract

Masalah yang berkembang di masyarakat adalah pemberian susu formula menjadi semakin penting dan ASI menjadi pilihan yang paling tidak disukai. Fenomena pada ibu nifas yang tidak memberikan ASI dan memilih memberikan susu formula bayi bayi salah satunya disebabkan karena kurangnya produksi ASI. Kondisi ini dapat menghambat proses menyusui dan menurunkan rasa percaya diri ibu. Penurunan produksi ASI pada hari-hari pertama setelah melahirkan dapat disebabkan oleh kurangnya rangsangan hormon prolaktin dan oksitosin. Usaha untuk merangsang pengeluaran hormon oksitosin dapat dilakukan dengan melakukan pijat oksitosin. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis perbedaan efektifitas pijat oksitosin yang diberikan mulai usia kehamilan 38 minggu dibandingkan dengan pasca persalinan terhadap produksi ASI. Desain Penelitian yang digunakan adalah mixed methods. Penekanan metode lebih pada metode pertama, yakni kuantitatif dan selanjutnya dilengkapi dengan metode kualitatif. Pencampuran data kedua metode bersifat connecting (menyambung) antara hasil pertama dan tahap berikutnya. Sampel adalah ibu hamil mulai kehamilan 38 minggu sebagai kelompok intervensi dan ibu pasca persalinan sebagai kelompok kontrol masing-masing sebanyak 32 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada perbedaan efektifitas pijat oksitosin yang diberikan mulai usia kehamilan 38 minggu dibandingkan dengan pasca persalinan terhadap produksi ASI di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Cilacap Utara I (p-value = 0,021). Pijat oksitosin yang diberikan mulai usia kehamilan 38 minggu akan lebih efektif meningkatkan produksi ASI dibandingkan dengan pijat oksitosin yang diberikan pada pasca persalinan dengan perbandingan produksi ASI pada kelompok intervensi rata-rata sebesar 17,31 cc sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol sebesar 12,31 cc.

Abstract

Competition in the shipping service industry is becoming increasingly fierce with the rapid growth of e-commerce. Shipping companies are required to provide the best services in order to retain customers. J&T Express Boja Branch is one of the logistics service providers facing problems such as delivery delays, unfriendly administrative services, and carelessness in handling customer complaints, which have the potential to reduce customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of logistics quality on customer satisfaction using the Service Quality (Servqual) approach and Cartesian Diagram. The research population consists of all J&T Express Boja Branch customers who have been determined. The research sample consists of 177 respondents determined using purposive sampling. Data was obtained based on questionnaires and analyzed using quantitative methods with validity, reliability tests and normality test as well as calculations of the gap between expectations and service performance. The results of the study show that, in general, the quality of logistics at J&T Express Boja Branch is considered good, but there is a gap between performance and expectations. The dimensions that need priority improvement are personal contact quality and order accuracy because they are considered important, but their performance is still below customer expectations. Meanwhile, the dimensions of order release quantities and order condition are considered satisfactory and need to be maintained. Other dimensions, such as information quality and ordering procedures, are considered reasonable, while order quality, order discrepancy handling, and timeliness are considered relatively better than other attributes

Abstract

An adequate and modern curriculum system is needed to support quality education. So that the learning process can form and develop students to be skilled and have good character education. This research was conducted because it has the aim of knowing comprehensively about the implementation of the 2013 curriculum at SMAN 1 Kota Serang. In implementing the 2013 curriculum, it is hoped that students will be more enthusiastic about learning so that the process carried out can run optimally. SMAN 1 Serang City Can become a superior school that can produce outstanding students who are ready to be competitive in the national or international arena. By applying the 2013 curriculum appropriately, it can build a conducive learning environment and can add to students' understanding when studying in class. The process of implementing a good and clear curriculum requires formulating goals, organizing learning experiences, organizing materials, needs, and developing evaluation tools. Thus, it will be easier to implement the curriculum at SMAN 1 Serang City to become a quality superior school to help students who will later enter college get good grades. Because if seen from the truth, the 2013 curriculum has a very significant role because it can help students learn to ask questions during learning related to the learning conveyed by the teacher, have objective reasoning power, make observations, and be able to present the results of their learning to the teacher by good for good results.

Abstract

This study analyzes the application of tax law to tax evasion practices in Indonesia through the case of Dermawati Turnip. The research focuses on the criminal aspects of taxation as regulated under Article 39 paragraph (1) letters d and i of Law No. 6 of 1983 on General Provisions and Tax Procedures (UU KUP) and its relation to Article 3 of Law No. 8 of 2010 on the Prevention and Eradication of Money Laundering Crimes (UU TPPU). Using a normative juridical and descriptive analytical approach, the findings reveal that Dermawati intentionally failed to remit collected taxes and submitted falsified tax reports, causing significant losses to the state. The acts fulfilled all elements of criminal tax offenses with deliberate intent (dolus directus) and demonstrated a direct linkage between tax evasion and money laundering. Strengthening Indonesia’s tax enforcement requires institutional synergy, consistent sanction implementation, and the enhancement of public fiscal morality.
