Abstract

One of the small industries in the city of Padang which is engaged in tofu processing is natural tofu SMEs. Natural tofu SMEs are small businesses that are engaged in tofu production and carry out production every day. The tofu processing industry has been established since 1999. The owners of this tofu factory are Mrs. Habiba and Mr. Muakhir who come from the Java area. The tofu production process is carried out right behind Mrs. Habiba's house which is in front of the highway opposite the Lubuk Buaya Padang market. In operating activities carried out by the company, the main product produced is natural tofu, but besides that it is accompanied by various other processed tofu, such as raw tofu which is processed into fried tofu, oncom, beancurd, chips made from soybeans, as well as tempeh and tofu. soy milk. After the implementation of this Community Service activity, it is hoped that the determination of the production price and the determination of the selling price of SME products can be implemented using a new method.

Abstract

Currently, educational institutions are the main forum in preparing reliable and competent human resources (HR) to support the implementation of development and progress of the nation in the future. One of the educational institutions based on Islamic education is the Rahmatan Lil 'Alamin International Islamic Boarding School in Aripan, Solok Regency. This educational institution does not only teach education related to the Islamic religion but also teaches and educates complete scholarship, whether it is related to language, technology or soft skills or skills in various fields. Since its establishment in 2020, it has had complete and adequate facilities and infrastructure with beautiful surroundings and views with panoramic views of the hills and lakes of Singkarak below. The purpose of this Community Service activity is that students or students are expected to be able to gain broad knowledge and understanding in the latest technological developments and advances and their benefits in supporting work activities and people's daily lives. And through this activity, students are also expected to have scientific interests and talents to determine the direction of education and expertise they are interested in in the future.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Sosial ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengatahui strategi Perencanaaan Dan Pengembangan SDM dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada UMKM "Geprek Bensu" cabang Padang. Fokus utama kegiatan adalah pada Pengembangan SDM dan Perencanaan SDM, yang dianggap sebagai faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dalam mengembangkan pelayanan perusahaan dan mempertahankan daya saing. Pendekatan studi kasus digunakan dalam kegiatan ini, dengan melibatkan metode wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan analisis dokumen untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang komprehensif tentang dinamika internal dan kinerja karyawan pada UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah) pada Geprek Bensu Cabang Padang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan dan pengembangan SDM yang positif dan kinerja karyawan yang baik dapat berperan signifikan dalam meningkatkan efektivititas perusahaan. Serta kegiatan Pengabdian Sosial ini diharapkan dapat berdampak dalam peningkatkan wawasan, keterampilan, dan pemahaman pemilik usaha untuk menghadapi tantangan serupa dan meningkatkan daya saing mereka di pasar yang semakin kompetitif.

Abstract

Kegiatan Praktek Kerja Lapangan (PKL) ini dilaksanakan oleh mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Putra Indonesia “YPTK” Padang pada UMKM Donat Jingga. Tujuan utama dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengimplementasikan sistem pelayanan pelanggan yang lebih terstruktur guna meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan. Melalui identifikasi masalah, ditemukan bahwa Donat Jingga belum memiliki Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) pelayanan, pencatatan umpan balik pelanggan, maupun strategi retensi konsumen. Oleh karena itu, tim PKL merancang SOP pelayanan pelanggan, formulir pencatatan feedback, serta program loyalitas sederhana untuk mendorong repeat order. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan kesadaran pemilik usaha terhadap pentingnya pelayanan pelanggan, terbentuknya sistem pelayanan yang lebih konsisten, dan peningkatan keterlibatan pelanggan melalui optimalisasi media sosial. Kegiatan PKL ini diharapkan dapat menjadi fondasi bagi Donat Jingga untuk mengembangkan usahanya secara berkelanjutan di tengah persaingan pasar kuliner.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) is an important asset in a company because the success of the company depends heavily on the quality and performance of employees. Therefore, planning and development of human resources becomeone aspect of the strategy that needs serious attention from the management Ramayana padang as one of the retail business units that is quite large in the city padang, is required to continuously improve the competitiveness and quality of service to customers. In the face of intense market competition and changes in consumer behavior, employees are required to be able to work effectively, efficiently, and professionally. To achieve this, a strategic HR planning and development strategy is needed to ensure that the company has a workforce that is competent, motivated, and ready to face business challenges as well as on target and sustainable. Good HR planning includes calculating workforce needs, mapping competencies, and systematic career management. Meanwhile, HR development can be done through training, coaching, mentoring, and other competency improvement programs. With the right strategy, companies are not only able to improve employee performance, but also create a productive and competitive work environment. Through this paper, we examine how HR planning and development strategies are implemented in the company Ramayana Padang, and the extent of its impact on improving employee performance. We hope that the results of our observations and interviews will contribute to more effective HR strategies in the future. The implementation of this system resulted in a more precise allocation of human resources according to operational needs. Ramayana Padang has succeeded in reducing overstaffing during low season and ensuring sufficient personnel during peak season, especially during major promotional periods such as Lebaran and year-end. Mapping competencies required to support the company's strategic direction and identifying gaps with available competencies. Ramayana Padang took the innovative step of implementing an artificial intelligence-based workforce optimization system. The system is designed for more accurate prediction of staffing needs with machine learning algorithms that take into account more than 25 business variables, dynamic scheduling that adjusts in real-time based on visitor traffic and sales volume, personalization of competency development based on analysis of individual performance patterns, automatic recommendations for internal mobility based on competency fit and organizational needs Strategies used by Ramayana Padang for HR development.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of profitability, leverage, corporate governance, and sales growth on tax avoidance in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period of 2019-2023. Tax avoidance has become a significant issue for companies as it relates to the strategic management of taxes to minimize tax liabilities, while maintaining compliance with legal requirements. Profitability, leverage, corporate governance, and sales growth are key financial and managerial variables that may affect tax avoidance practices. Using a sample of food and beverage companies from the IDX, this research employs multiple regression analysis to analyze the relationships between the independent variables and tax avoidance. The results of this study are expected to provide valuable insights for policymakers, regulators, and company management in managing tax-related decisions and corporate governance practices in the context of the Indonesian food and beverage industry.keyword: Profitabilitas, Leverage, Corporate Governance, Sales Growth, Tax Avoidance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman kerja dan pelatihan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kompetensi kerja sebagai variabel intervening dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dengan menyebarkan angket kepada 49 orang karyawan sebagai responden yaitu pada PT. Travesindo Multi Elektrik. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square PLS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Pengalaman Kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kompetensi kerja. (2) Pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi kerja (3) Pengalaman keja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (4) Pelatihan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (5) Kompetensi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (6) Pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kompetensi kerja sebagai variabel intervening. (7) Pelatihan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kompetensi kerja sebagai variabel intervening.

Abstract

Business competition in the restaurant sector continues to experience quite rapid development, which means businesspeople have to be careful when making decisions. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the influence of raw material quality, product quality, and price on purchasing decisions with competitive advantage as an intervening variable in Silungkang Restaurant. The sample of this study is 100 consumers of the Silungkang Restaurant. The model of this research is structural equation modeling (SEM), with an analysis tool using SmartPLS 3. The findings of this study show that raw material quality, product quality, and competitive advantage have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. In addition, it was also found that the quality of raw materials, product quality, and price had a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage. Meanwhile, price has an effect, but significantly, on the purchase decision. For the indirect influence through the competitive advantage variable, it was found that competitive advantage could not play a role in strengthening the influence of price on purchasing decisions. However, indirect influence through competitive advantage variables, a significant influence was found on the quality of raw materials and product quality on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This report presents the findings from the fieldwork conducted at Vapemu Store, focusing on promotional strategies and sales enhancement through e-commerce. The practical work experience provided valuable insights into the significance of innovation in product development and marketing strategies. The team emphasized the importance of introducing new product variants and actively listening to customer feedback, which has proven essential for expanding productivity and market share The project involved effective external communication, serving as a bridge between the fieldwork team, partners, supervising lecturers, and the university institution. A detailed budget was prepared for promotional materials, including banners and souvenirs, to support the marketing efforts The team aimed to motivate Vapemu Store to continue its growth trajectory, improve sales outcomes, and attract a larger consumer base in the future. Recommendations for ongoing development were also provided, highlighting the need for continuous innovation and adaptation to market demands The procedural framework for the project included regular coordination meetings among the fieldwork team, ensuring that activities were well-organized and timely. The report concludes with reflections on the practical experience gained, emphasizing the importance of bridging academic knowledge with real-world business applications Overall, this fieldwork experience not only contributed to the operational success of Vapemu Store but also enriched the students' understanding of practical business dynamics, thereby fulfilling the educational objectives of the internship program.

Penelitian Ini Bertujuan Untuk Menganalisis Pengaruh Ketersedian Produk Dan Kecepatan Layanan Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Mie Gacoan Dengan Kepuasan Konsumen Sebagai Variabel Intervening. Dengan Mengunakan Data Primer Yang Diperoleh Dengan Menyebarkan Kuesioner Kepada 100 Mahasiswa UPI YPTK Jurusan Manajemen Sebagai Responden. Metode Penelitian Yang Digunakan Adalah Kuantitatif Dengan Pendekatan Structural Equation Model (SEM) Berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil Analisis Menunjukkan Bahwa (1) Ketersedian Produk Berpengaruh Positif Dan Signifikan Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen.
