Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of perceived quality, perceived sacrifice, and perceived value on customer satisfaction at Winza Fashion Boutique in Delitua. Using a quantitative approach with an associative approach, 96 respondents were selected using the Lemeshow formula . The research instrument has been determined to be reliable and valid based on Cronbach's Alpha (>0.6 ) and validity checks. The results of multiple regression analysis indicate that the independent variables have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, both directly and indirectly. The t-test shows that each variable is significant with a sig <0.05 , while the F-test produces an F-count of 4.317 which is greater than the F-table of 2.704 with a significance of 0.013. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.826 indicates that 82.6% of the variation in participant performance can be explained by the independent variables, while the remaining 17.4% is caused by factors outside the study.

Abstract

Population growth is in line with the growth of the economy in Sidoarjo City. In 2022, Sidoarjo City will increase its economy by 7 percent. This is influenced by several factors, one of which is the large number of MSMEs emerging in Sidoarjo. One of the MSMEs that has emerged is in the food and beverage industry, namely The Rooster Coffee and Company Sidoarjo which has a vintage design and was founded in 2018. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Assurance, Menu, External Environment, Accuracy, Food Quality, Responsiveness, Hygiene Quality, Interior Design Atmosphere, and Price on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction of customers of The Rooster Coffee and Company in Sidoarjo. The benefit of this research is to provide information, knowledge and broaden insight in the field of management regarding the variables used in this research. Using snowball sampling, 200 respondents in Sidoarjo were collected and processed with the help of AMOS version 22.0 software using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The research results show that the variables Assurance, External Environment, Accuracy, Food Quality, Responsiveness, Hygiene Quality, Atmosphere, and Price significantly and positively influence Customer Satisfaction, except for the Menu and Interior Design variables which do not significantly influence Customer Satisfaction. The research results further show that Customer Satisfaction has a significant positive influence on Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

In the current era of the industrial revolution, it has brought about fundamental changes in various area global order of life. This is characterized by the increasing development of innovation and creativity in information technology which is disrupting various aspects of global life, including competition in the economic sector. This disruption can be reflected in rapid changes that provide momentum to make entrepreneurship the front guard of winning global economic competition. Some industries have opportunities for rapid growth while other industries may experience a decline in the rapid development of Information and Communication Technology which has an impact on socio-economic conditions. This concept is a view of the interaction between the development of innovation and technological development which has implications for macro and micro economics. Among the sectors affected are products and services that are being developed, the production, sale or supply of which depends on how far digital technology reaches. In the digital economy, companies offer their services according to special services for special requests or special offers whose offerings are characterized as. This research was appointed to analyze the influence of convenience, design, trustworthiness, price, various food choices towards intention to continue use through perceived value and attitude towards food delivery apps, especially Gofood customers in Manado. The sample used in this research was Gofood customers in Manado based on data from 120 respondents. For data processing and analysis in this research, we use Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS20.0 software as software for processing data.In this research it was found that satisfaction has a positive value towards intention continuously to use so that the higher level of customer satisfaction results in stronger customers using the Gofood application in Manado.

Abstract

This research intends to analyze how to develop and maximize the potential of the self that God has given with the aim of God's glory. This research method uses a literature study. Based on the author's study in the Bible, especially in the Gospel of Matthew 25: 14-30, the author finds several spiritual principles that must be understood regarding the development of self-potential so that a person can develop their potential properly and responsibly. In this text, Jesus is explaining the Kingdom of Heaven through a parable of a person who wants to travel and entrusts his property to entrusted people. It is clear that Jesus is emphasizing some important spiritual principles regarding how one should develop the potential and opportunities that one has been given. Without having the right understanding and awareness of the need to develop one's potential based on the truth of God's Word, one will never maximally develop one's potential in life as desired by God.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Financial Literacy and Debt Behavior on Finance Decisions pawn customers PT. Pegadaian Kanwil VI Makassar Pelita Branch. The population in this study consisted of 4.023 respondents and the sampling was carried out using the non-probability sampling method. The sample used is 98 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis which aims to re-examine the Effect of Financial Literacy and Debt Behavior on Finance Decisions pawn customers PT. Pegadaian Kanwil VI Makassar Pelita Branch by using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences Vers. 25. The results of this study indicate that partially the financial literacy variable has a positive and significant effect on financial decisions, debt behavior does not have a significant effect on financial decisions.

Abstract

penelitian ini berjudul “pelaksanaan layanan sirkulasi di Dinas Perpustakaan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Perpustakan sebagai pusat informasi semakin dituntut untuk memberikan layanan informasi yang lebih baik dan tepat guna, sehingga dapat menarik perhatian pemustaka dari berbagai kalangan dengan latar belakang yang berbeda seperti anak-anak, pelajar, mahasiswa, dosen, peneliti, dan kalangan Masyarakat. Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan layanan sirkulasi di Dinas Perpustakaan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan dan mengetahui faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pelaksanaan layanan sirkulasi Perpustakaan di Dinas Perpustakaan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. hanya saja masalah yang ada di dinas perpustakaan provinsi sumatera selatan sekarang didalam perpustakaan tersebut sudah berkurang bagi pengguna yang berkunjung kedinas perpustakaan provinsi Sumatera Selatan karna diera sekarang sudah banyak peluang dalam mencari koleksi buku baik itu melalui searching digoogle ataupun melalui koneksi lainnya sehingga menyebabkan Dinas perpustakaan provinsi Sumatera selatan tidak terlalu ramai dikunjungi. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan mengunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi informan penelitian yaitu kepala bidang layanan, staf-staf layanan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yakni, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik yang digunakan dalam analisis data adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Pelaksanaan layanan sirkulasi di Dinas Perpustakaan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan sudah berjalan dengan baik. Hasil penelitian ini dapat diukur dengan adanya indikator pelaksanaan pada layanan sikrulasi yaitu pengarahan, motivasi, koordinasi, komunikasi.

Abstract

The Literacy Culture Work Program was implemented by students of the Regular Community Service Program (KKN) Period I from the University of Palangka Raya in Kandris Village, Karusen Janang District, East Barito Regency. The program aimed to enhance reading interest and literacy skills among students at SDN and TK Mandiri Kandris. Activities included teaching, literacy education on social issues, school environmental greening, and decorating school walls with inspirational words. Despite challenges such as low reading interest and an unclean school environment, the program successfully motivated students to become more engaged in reading and learning. The outcomes indicated increased participation and literacy awareness among students. The program's sustainability is expected to strengthen the literacy culture in Kandris Village and improve the quality of human resources in the region.

Abstract

This research aims to describe improving students' communication skills by combining the syntax of the Gallery Walk and Two Stay Two Stray learning models, hereinafter referred to as sales learning. This research is quantitative with a quasi-experimental approach. Data collection methods included observation sheets, communication skills and data analysis of communication skills improvements using the TCR formula and t-test results. The results showed that the TCR score of the experimental class was 76.92, and the TCR of the control class was 59.19. The results of this research indicate a significant increase in communication skills for students who study sales learning compared to students who do not use sales learning. Communication skills are described in several indicators, namely, the ability to convey opinions, the ability to listen to opinions, the ability to provide appropriate responses, the ability to encourage other group members to participate in expressing their opinions, and the ability to resolve conflicts.

Abstract

Poverty in a region will have an impact on hampering national development. Poverty is an economic disease that is often faced by every country, including Indonesia. According to information obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics, we can gather data on the poverty rate in all provinces of Indonesia, with a particular focus on the province of West Java. West Java province is one of the provinces with the highest population density on the island of Java, which is ranked 2nd after the province of DKI Jakarta and ranks 4th for the province with a high percentage of poor people after DI. Yogyakarta, Central Java, and East Java. Consequently, it is crucial for the regional government to identify areas with high, moderate, or low poverty rates. This information will enable the local government to formulate appropriate policies and prioritize interventions to address poverty effectively. In this study, the K-Means clustering method was used to classify poverty rates based on two variables, namely the community development index and the open unemployment rate using the help of RStudio software. The findings indicated that the application of the elbow method in West Java province resulted in the identification of three distinct clusters of districts/cities that stood out as the most prominent. Cluster 1 (districts/cities with relatively high poverty rates), cluster 2 (districts/cities with low poverty rates), cluster 3 (districts/cities with high poverty rates). Regencies/cities that fall into the category with a high poverty rate are Sukabumi, Cianjur, Garut, Tasikmalaya, Ciamis, Kuningan, Cirebon, Majalengka, Indramayu, Subang, West Bandung, and Pangandaran.
