This research aims to examine the effect of liquidity and profitability on company value in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2020-2022 period. In this research, the liquidity variable is measured by the current ratio (CR), and profitability is measured by Return on Assets (ROA). The type of research used is quantitative research. The type of data used in this research is secondary data. The sample in this research was obtained using a purposive sampling method, where the researcher determined the sample using predetermined criteria, thereby obtaining 49 research samples from 63 companies for 3 years (2020-2022). The analytical method in the research uses panel data regression analysis using by Eviews 13. The results of the research show that liquidity proxied by Current Ratio (CR) has a negative and significant effect on firm value which is proxied by Price Book Value (PBV), while Profitability which is proxied by Return on Assets (ROA) has a positive and significant effect on company value which is proxied by Price Book Value (PBV).

Honda Makassar Indah Kantor Cabang Utama Makassar.

This study investigates the intricate interplay between talent acquisition effectiveness , quality of recruitment , the HR adjustment department , and the adoption of artificial intelligence in HR practices within PT. Pharos Indonesia. Using quantitative analysis techniques, data was gathered from a sample of employees to explore the direct and sequential relationships between these variables. The results reveal significant pathways, indicating that higher levels of artificial intelligence are associated with more effective HR adjustment departments, which may in turn lead to a greater propensity to adopt AI technologies in HR processes. While the direct relationship between quality of recruitment and AI did not reach statistical significance, the sequential relationship via HR adjustment departments showed marginal significance, underscoring the importance of recruitment quality in indirectly influencing AI adoption. These findings highlight the strategic significance of optimizing talent acquisition strategies and HR adjustment practices as precursors to leveraging AI's transformative potential in HR management, ultimately contributing to organizational resilience and competitiveness. Further research is recommended to delve deeper into the underlying mechanisms and implications for HR practices and organizational performance.

This study addresses the critical problem of identifying optimal business locations for small and medium enterprises (SMEs), a decision-making process by factors such as travel time uncertainty, natural disasters, and population density. Existing research in this area has not adequately addressed these complexities, leaving a knowledge gap that this study aims to fill. Our research employs two optimization methods, differential evolution (DE) and mixed integer programming (MIP), to maximize customer coverage. We present a comprehensive model that not only determines optimum and near-optimum business locations but also investigates the scalability of the algorithms with increasing facilities and their adaptability to different traffic scenarios. Key findings indicate that the DE algorithm, in particular, demonstrates superior coverage performance. This study contributes to the field by providing a robust and adaptable model for facility location problem-solving. The insights gained have practical applications for both academia and industry, aiding SMEs in making informed, strategic decisions about business location placement.
