One of the main goals of learning English is to improve English conversation skills. However, English conversation skills are still considered as one of the difficult skills for students. Many students face several difficulties when they want to communicate in English, even though they have studied English for years. Some of the difficulties that are often faced and complained by students include: first, they are unable to communicate in English, because they do not master English vocabulary. Second, they are afraid and lack confidence in their ability to pronounce English vocabulary and third, there is no interesting media and learning methods to involve students in communicating in English. Therefore, an effective and efficient solution is needed to increase students' interest in understanding English subjects, namely by providing interesting teaching media and effective learning methods. One of the interesting teaching media is a simulation in the form of games that contain English vocabulary that is arranged as attractively as possible

Menopause is a natural biological transition that often presents with health issues such as anxiety, sleep disturbances, and mood changes, which may negatively affect women’s quality of life. With the growing number of women entering menopause worldwide, including in Indonesia, effective interventions are needed to help them adapt positively. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of psychoeducation on anxiety levels among premenopausal women in the working area of the Jaboi Community Health Center, Sabang City. A quantitative quasi-experimental pre–post design without a control group was employed. The study involved 60 premenopausal women selected through purposive random sampling from a population of 146. The intervention, conducted from May 16 to June 10, 2025, consisted of structured psychoeducational sessions designed to increase knowledge and coping abilities related to menopause. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon signed-rank test. Results showed that the mean anxiety score decreased significantly from 20.13 (moderate category) before the intervention to 18.17 after the intervention (p < 0.001). These findings indicate that psychoeducation effectively reduces anxiety and enhances preparedness among premenopausal women. It is therefore recommended that routine psychoeducational counseling be integrated into primary healthcare services as a promotive effort to support women in facing menopause in a healthier and more confident manner.

This study investigates the impact of parental leave policies on family well-being and work-life balance. By comparing parental leave durations, compensation rates, and eligibility criteria across various countries, the research explores how different policies affect parental mental health, family bonding, and gender equality in the workplace. Findings suggest that comprehensive parental leave policies contribute to stronger family bonds and reduced stress, benefiting both parents and children.

This study aims to analyze the clustering of the most popular study programs at Universitas Haji Sumatera Utara using the Decision Tree algorithm. This algorithm successfully grouped the study programs based on the applicants' interests, considering gender as the primary variable. The analysis results show that the most popular study programs among women are the Bachelor of Midwifery and the Bachelor of Nursing programs, which each have a very high number of female applicants. On the other hand, programs such as the Regular Bachelor of Law and Management show a more balanced interest between women and men, with Management having almost equal gender proportions. This classification model performed very well in detecting female applicants, with a high recall (95.51%) and good precision (79.84%). However, the model struggles to identify male applicants, with low recall (18.40%) and suboptimal precision (54.76%). This indicates that the model is more sensitive to predicting female applicants. Therefore, it is recommended that Universitas Haji Sumatera Utara enhance more inclusive and balanced marketing strategies, as well as optimize both regular and non-regular registration pathways to attract a more even interest from both genders, in order to achieve gender equality across various study programs and improve the efficiency of student admissions

This research aims to increase the understanding of the younger generation in Pegayut Village about the importance of awareness regarding early marriage, as well as reducing the divorce rate caused by this phenomenon. Data was collected through surveys and in-depth interviews that explored the factors that encourage early marriage, including individual, family, poverty, and social and cultural environments. Methods for implementing activities include outreach through counseling, question and answer sessions, and discussions. The activity participants were 300 teenagers from Pegayut Pemulutan Village aged between 14 and 19 years. The research results show that public understanding of the negative impacts of early marriage is still low, so more intensive education and outreach efforts are needed to reduce the divorce rate due to early marriage and improve the quality of Human Resources in Pegayut Village.

Scabies is one of the infectious skin diseases that is still often found in Indonesia, especially in environments with high population densities such as Islamic boarding schools and orphanages. This disease is caused by an infestation of the Sarcoptes scabiei mite which causes severe itching, especially at night, so that it can interfere with the quality of sleep and daily activities of the sufferer. This condition not only has an impact on physical health, but also affects the psychological and social aspects of students. Scabies prevention efforts require adequate knowledge from each individual in order to maintain good personal hygiene and the environment. This study aims to determine the influence of health education through the peer education method on increasing students' knowledge in preventing scabies. The research method uses a quasi experiment design with a one group pre-test post-test approach. The research sample was taken using the total sampling technique, covering all students who were respondents. Data analysis was carried out by paired samples t-test to see differences in knowledge before and after the intervention. The results showed a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05) which means that there is a significant influence of the peer education method on improving student knowledge. In other words, the delivery of health information through peers is considered effective because communication takes place more intimately, is easy to accept, and is able to increase awareness of the importance of maintaining personal and environmental hygiene.

Penjualan merupakan faktor terpenting bagi seluruh perusahaan karena dengan adanya pnejualan, maka suatu perusahaan akan mendapat keuntungan yang lebih supaya bisa melanjutkan usaha tersebut. Prediksi atau peramalan penjualan (forecasting) adalah suatu perhitungan untuk meramalkan keadaan di masa mendatang melalui pengujian keadaan di masa lalu. Tujuan penelitian untuk memberikan usulan kepada perusahaan dalam menentukan stok barang berdasarkan prediksi data penjualan sebelumnya dengan menggunakan metode K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN). Berdarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa hasil dari perhitungan menggunakan algoritma KNN, didapatkan hasil prediksi penjualan produk berdasarkan nilai akurasi tertinggi dan terendah. Nilai akurasi tertinggi terhadap penjualan produk sebesar 97,3%. Sedangkan nilai akurasi terenda terhadap penjualan produk sebesar 86,5%. Dengan demikian metode algoritma KNN k=20 (97,3%) ini dapat diimplementasikan untuk memprediksi penjualan produk PT Bintang Sriwijaya Palembang.

The rotary system sweet potato washing machine is used to clean sweet potatoes that are dirty and contain lots of soil and other impurities such as microorganisms. The rotary system which rotates and rolls is used for perfect movement, so that the dirt covering the sweet potato is removed completely. The aim of this activity is to test and determine the production capacity of the rotary system of sweet potato washing machines used by sweet potato collecting farmers. The testing was carried out by putting a number of sweet potatoes into the washing tub, along with running water as a cleaning fluid. The drum is rotated with a rotation speed of 1430 rpm which is connected to a gear ratio of 1:30, so the rotation speed is smaller. The stirring arm is moved simultaneously with the movement of the drum. The rotating stirrer arm will provide a more dynamic movement so that the adhering soil will be removed from the surface of the sweet potato, as the washing water flows. The test results showed that the process of washing the sweet potatoes was successful, where the sweet potatoes that had dirt attached to them came off completely. The production capacity of the sweet potato washing machine is 50 kg, with a washing time of 5 minutes. The production cycle for a rotary system sweet potato washing machine is 15 minutes while manual washing is 40 minutes. Meanwhile, the productivity of rotary system washing sweet potatoes can reach 180 kg/hour. The production costs required for the equipment are IDR. 539,-/hour.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Pamulang secara parsial dan simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 71 orang. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitin ini yaitu determinasi sebesar 35,5% dan pada uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai thitung 6.162 > ttabel 1.667 dengan nilai signifikasi 0,000 < 0,05. Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh siginifikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 79,4% dengan uji hipotesis memperoleh nilai thitung 16.305 > ttabel 1.667 dengan nilai signifikasi 0,000 < 0,05. Komitmen Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan persamaan regresi Y = 11.914 + 0,081 X1 + 0,657 X2. Nilai korelasi sebesar 0,894 yang artinya variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat memiliki tingkat hubungan yang sangat kuat. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,800. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai fhitung 135. 623 > ftabel 3.13 hal ini diperkuat dengan nilai pvalue 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan demikian maka H0 ditolak dan H3 diterima. Hal ini berarti terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara simultan antara Komitmen Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja dan Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Pamulang

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Samco Farma Kota Tangerang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini karyawan PT Samco Farma Kota Tangerang sebanyak 80 orang. Metode pengumpulan data sekunder dan primer. Metode analisis data yang digunakan uji instrumen data, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier sederhana dan berganda, uji determinasi (R Square), dan uji hipotesis (uji F dan uji t). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, yang ditunjukkan oleh persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y=10,712+0,767 X1, dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,753 dan koefisien determinasi 56,8% . Uji t menunjukkan nilai t_hitung 3,274> t_tabel 1,991 dengan signifikansi 0,002 < 0,05. Beban kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y=14,229+0,680 X2, nilai korelasi 0,800, dan koefisien determinasi 64,1% . Uji t menunjukkan nilai t_hitung 5,337 > t_tabel 1,919 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,050. Secara simultan, motivasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, terbukti dari persamaan regresi linier berganda Y=4,211+0,605X1+0,294X2, dengan nilai korelasi 0,827, dan koefisien determinasi 68,4%. Uji F menunjukkan nilai F_hitung 83,505 > F_tabel 3,115 dan p-value 0,000 < 0,05, menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel independen secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan secara signifikan
