This research aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of the physical work environment and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Alsun Suksesindo, North Jakarta. The method used in this research is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, resulting in a sample of 71 respondents. Data analysis techniques included validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results indicate that the physical work environment variable has a simple linear regression equation of Y = 13.583 + 0.701X1. The correlation coefficient value is 0.720, which falls into the strong category. The coefficient of determination shows that variable X1 influences employee performance by 51.9%. The significance value is 0.000 < 0.05, and the calculated t-count is 8.628 > t-table 1.995, leading to the conclusion that the physical work environment has a significant effect on employee performance. The work discipline variable has a simple linear regression equation of Y = 8.270 + 0.806X2. The correlation coefficient value of r = 0.905 is categorized as very strong. The coefficient of determination shows that variable X2 influences employee performance by 81.9%. The significance value is 0.000 < 0.05, and the calculated t-count is 17.663 > t-table 1.995, indicating that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. The results for the physical work environment and work discipline variables have a multiple linear regression equation of Y = 6.788 + 0.121X1 + 0.725X2. The correlation coefficient value of r = 0.909 is categorized as very strong. The coefficient of determination indicates that variables X1 and X2 jointly influence employee performance by 82.6%. The F-test results show that F-count 161.426 > F-table 3.132 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 This means that simultaneously, of the physical work environment and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance

This research is purposed to analysis partially and simultaneously influence of the policy, procedure and accounting information systems to the cash management effectiveness in Dinas Pendapatan Medan City. The sample method use are cluster random sampling method with 76 respondence by the 314 respondence and data process by using statistical test of multiple linier regression through SPSS 20. The result of this research are partially and simultaneously influence of the policy, procedure and accounting information systems to the cash management effectiveness in Dinas Pendapatan Medan City. The results of this study show that the effectiveness of cash management Effectiveness influenced by policies, procedures and accounting information systems. Partially only Procedure variables that significantly influence to the cash management effectiveness. This research suggesting policies, procedures and accounting information systems in eliminating errors in increasing the effectiveness of cash management. This research aims to identify both the partial and simultaneous positive and significant effects of e-service quality, e-trust, and brand image on the customer loyalty of Byond by BSI users in Balikpapan City. The study adopts a quantitative correlational method. A total of 100 respondents were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through online questionnaires distributed via a Google Form link. The analytical procedures utilized include correlational analysis, instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using IBM SPSS Statistics version 24. The results of the study indicate that, partially, e-service quality and e-trust variables each have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty among users of the Byond by BSI application in Balikpapan City. Meanwhile, brand image variable has a positive but not significant effect on customer loyalty among users of the Byond by BSI application in Balikpapan City. Furthermore, when examined simultaneously, the three variables collectively show a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of Byond by BSI applications users in Balikpapan City.

Aceh Tamiang Regency is one of the regions in Aceh Province that is highly vulnerable to annual flooding due to river overflow and high rainfall intensity. Flood disasters often cause significant material and non-material losses, which are exacerbated by the limited public understanding of flood mitigation, early warning signs, and appropriate self-rescue procedures. This community service activity aims to increase public awareness, knowledge, and preparedness in facing flood threats through disaster mitigation socialization programs. The method applied in this activity includes participatory socialization, interactive discussions, and simulations of emergency response actions involving local communities, village officials, and volunteers. The program emphasizes recognizing early signs of flooding, understanding emergency evacuation routes, and improving coordination during disaster response. The results indicate a significant improvement in community knowledge regarding flood risks, early warning indicators, and emergency measures that should be taken before and during flooding events. Furthermore, the activity successfully strengthened coordination between village authorities and local volunteers in managing emergency response posts and distributing aid effectively. Through this socialization program, the community of Aceh Tamiang is expected to develop greater disaster resilience and preparedness. Increased awareness and coordinated response mechanisms are anticipated to minimize the adverse impacts of future flooding events, thereby reducing potential losses and enhancing community safety.

Dental and oral health is very important for school-age children because good habits will be carried into adulthood. This counseling program aims to improve knowledge and behavior of proper tooth brushing in children at SD Pertiwi Makassar. The methods used include counseling, direct demonstrations, and monitoring of students' daily behavior. The results of the activities showed a significant increase in knowledge and practice of tooth brushing among students. The education provided succeeded in changing students' behavior to be better in maintaining their dental and oral hygiene.

This study aims to analyze the influence of tax knowledge and tax sanctions on taxpayer compliance, as well as assess the role of taxpayer awareness as a moderation variable in individual taxpayers (WPOP) in West Aceh Regency. The research uses a quantitative approach with ex post facto design and survey methods. A sample of 100 respondents was selected through a random sampling technique based on the Slovin formula. Primary data were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire and analysis using instrument tests (validity and reliability), classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and moderation regression tests to test hypotheses. The results of the study show that tax knowledge has a positive effect on taxpayer compliance. Tax sanctions also have a positive effect on taxpayer compliance. In addition, taxpayer awareness has been shown to moderate the relationship between tax sanctions and taxpayer knowledge. This means that the higher the taxpayer's awareness, the stronger the influence of tax knowledge and sanctions on taxpayer compliance. These findings are expected to be considered for tax authorities in formulating policies to increase compliance through education and strengthening tax awareness.

The inability to produce an adequate supply of breast milk is frequently the primary factor leading to the premature cessation of exclusive breastfeeding. A lack of maternal understanding regarding healthy dietary patterns and the consumption of galactagogues (lactation-enhancing foods) poses a significant risk. Health education serves as a cognitive approach to improve maternal knowledge of nutrition during the lactation period. This study aims to enhance the knowledge of breastfeeding mothers concerning dietary habits as an effort to optimize breast milk production. This research employed a quantitative method with a pre-experimental "one-group pre-posttest design," conducted at the Krueng Barona Jaya Public Health Center (Puskesmas). The population consisted of 15 breastfeeding mothers, selected using a total sampling technique. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis. The findings revealed that prior to the intervention, most respondents (67%) possessed a low level of knowledge. Following the health education session, the maternal knowledge level increased significantly, with 100% of participants falling into the high category. A T-test was performed to compare knowledge levels before and after the intervention, yielding a significant value of. This indicates a statistically significant difference in knowledge levels following health education. Health education should be consistently implemented by healthcare providers to enhance the knowledge of breastfeeding mothers, thereby supporting the practice of breastfeeding until the child reaches two years of age.

Penyalahgunaan narkoba pada remaja merupakan permasalahan kesehatan masyarakat yang memerlukan perhatian serius karena dapat berdampak pada kesehatan fisik, mental, dan sosial. Remaja usia sekolah menengah pertama merupakan kelompok yang rentan terhadap pengaruh lingkungan dan pergaulan yang dapat memicu perilaku penyalahgunaan narkoba. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa mengenai bahaya narkoba serta upaya pencegahannya melalui kegiatan edukasi kesehatan. Metode kegiatan meliputi penyuluhan kesehatan, diskusi interaktif, serta evaluasi melalui pre-test dan post-test. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada siswa SMP di Kota Banda Aceh dengan jumlah peserta 40 orang. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan siswa mengenai narkoba dengan rata-rata nilai pre-test sebesar 56,5 dan meningkat menjadi 85,2 pada post-test. Selain itu, siswa menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi selama kegiatan edukasi berlangsung. Edukasi kesehatan terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran siswa mengenai bahaya narkoba serta strategi pencegahannya. Diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat menjadi salah satu upaya preventif dalam menekan angka penyalahgunaan narkoba pada kalangan remaja.

The growth of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia has been increasing every year and needs to be enhanced through knowledge and experience. MSMEs play a significant role in supporting the country's economy, even though business success is low and exports are still minimal; nonetheless, MSMEs continue to contribute to the nation. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of financial literacy, financial technology, and e-commerce on the performance of MSMEs and how business experience moderates this effect. This research is quantitative in nature. Data collection was conducted using purposive sampling by distributing questionnaires filled out by 100 MSME actors in the Seberang Ulu II sub-district of Palembang City, who utilize financial technology and e-commerce. This study employs SEM-PLS 4 analysis method. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy, financial technology, and e-commerce have a positive and significant impact on the performance of MSMEs in the Seberang Ulu II Palembang City. Furthermore, the analysis results of the moderating variable show that business experience has a significant role in strengthening the relationship between financial literacy and financial technology on the performance of MSMEs, whereas business experience does not have a significant role in strengthening the relationship between e-commerce and the performance of MSMEs.

The prevalence of stunting reaches 150.8 million children worldwide, and one strategy for preventing stunting can be implemented through exclusive breastfeeding. According to the law, exclusive breastfeeding is an obligation for every mother, but its implementation shows that exclusive breastfeeding rates remain low in various regions. This community service aims to increase mothers' knowledge and awareness about the obligation of exclusive breastfeeding to prevent stunting and heart disease. This activity was conducted with 22 participants (pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, and mothers with infants) who were purposively selected. Education was provided through multimedia presentations and educational booklets that covered the legal, religious, and medical aspects of breastfeeding, accompanied by demonstrations of breastfeeding practices and health examinations. Knowledge levels were measured before and after the intervention, while anthropometric and clinical data were collected during medical examinations. The analysis used cross-tabulation. Results showed a significant increase in knowledge of 63%, with participants scoring high (>76) increasing from 23% to 86%, while those with low knowledge (<56) decreased from 50% to 5%. A clinical evaluation of 19 willing participants revealed an average height of 155 cm, a weight of 58.4 kg, a blood pressure of 118 mmHg, a cholesterol level of 205 mg/dL (exceeding the normal range), and a glucose level of 103 mg/dL. This integrated program effectively strengthened mothers' understanding and commitment to exclusive breastfeeding, supporting stunting prevention and maternal cardiovascular health. This holistic approach combining legal, religious, and health perspectives serves as a model for community-based breastfeeding promotion programs. Abstrak Prevalensi angka stunting mencapai 150,8 juta pada anak di seluruh dunia, salah satu strategi pencegahan stunting dapat dilakukan dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif. Pemberian ASI ekslusif menurut Undang-undang adalah kewajiban bagi tiap ibu, namun implementasinya menunjukkan angka pemberian ASI ekslusif masih rendah di berbagai wilayah. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran ibu tentang kewajiban ASI ekslusif untuk mencegah stunting dan penyakit jantung. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada 22 peserta (ibu hamil, menyusui, dan ibu dengan bayi) yang dipilih secara purposif. Edukasi dilakukan menggunakan presentasi multimedia dan booklet edukatif mencakup aspek hukum, agama, dan medis tentang ASI, disertai demonstrasi praktik menyusui dan pemeriksaan kesehatan. Tingkat pengetahuan diukur sebelum dan sesudah intervensi, sedangkan data antropometrik dan klinis dikumpulkan saat pemeriksaan medis. Analisis menggunakan tabulasi silang. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan signifikan sebesar 63%, dengan peserta berskor tinggi (>76) meningkat dari 23% menjadi 86%, sementara yang berpengetahuan rendah (<56) menurun dari 50% menjadi 5%. Evaluasi klinis pada 19 peserta yang bersedia menunjukkan rata-rata tinggi badan 155 cm, berat badan 58,4 kg, tekanan darah 118 mmHg, kolesterol 205 mg/dL (melebihi normal), dan glukosa 103 mg/dL. Program kegiatan terintegrasi ini efektif memperkuat pemahaman dan komitmen ibu terhadap ASI eksklusif, mendukung pencegahan stunting dan kesehatan kardiovaskular ibu. Pendekatan holistik yang menggabungkan perspektif hukum, agama, dan kesehatan ini menjadi model untuk program promosi menyusui berbasis komunitas.
