We will encounter many technologies in the 4.0 revolution era, such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, the internet, 5G, digitalization, and big data. All of these technologies have potential in the world of education. Based on information about some of the problems faced by teachers at ASPAPI Member Vocational Schools in the DKI Jakarta area, they must be addressed as soon as possible as a solution to increasing knowledge, abilities, and skills in running database applications on digital archives as one of the development and utilization of information and communication technology in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era and the 5.0 social era. Therefore, the community service team tries to offer solutions to these problems through the following main activities: 1) increasing the understanding and skills of ASPAPI Member Vocational High School teachers in the DKI Jakarta area, 2) increasing abilities in teaching and learning activities for digital archives, especially the use of database applications. The method used for providing training consists of planning, action execution, observation, and reflection. We generate an application called Dive Apps, where these apps can manage archives with a digitalization system and can also be used by teachers in archival learning.

Without good financial planning, it will not be easy to achieve all of one's financial goals in the future. The purpose of this community service is to teach students how to manage finances so that they can understand personal financial planning and be wise in managing their finances. This activity is aimed at students of the Faculty of Business, Economics, and Accountancy Universiti Malaysia Sabah and students of the Faculty of Economics and Management Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. Knowledge of financial planning will be taught by a lecturer and a speaker from Finansialku as a digital financial application to introduce how to use the application for financial planning. The result of this event is that students need to have sufficient and good financial literacy in order to be able to prepare their financial condition for the future.

Tidak semua guru memiliki kemampuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan bahan ajar. Bahan ajar seperti lembar kerja peserta didik pun masih banyak guru yang memiliki keterbatasan dalam mengembangkannya. Pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Program Studi Dojtor Teknologi Pendidikan ini dilakukan di Yayasan Al Ashriyyah Nurul Iman Islamic Boarding School, Desa Waru Jaya Kecamatan Parung Kabupaten Bogor - Jawa Barat, pada tanggal 26 Juni 2024 dilanjutkan dengan penugasan mandiri sampai dengan 3 Juli 2024. Tema dari kegiatan ini adalah Workshop Pengembangan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik Bagi Guru di Yayasan tersebut. Tujuan dari Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah para guru yang menjadi peserta workshop memahami dan mampu mengembangkan lembar kerja peserta didik. Tahapan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini dalam pelaksanaannya menggunakan model ADDIE (analyze, design, development, implementation, evaluation). Hasil kegiatan pengabdian berupa lembar kerja peserta didik dan evaluasi workshop dengan menggunakan angket. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah para guru peserta workshop menyatakan Sangat Baik aspek pemateri, materi, media, waktu dan penugasan. Peserta juga memberikan kesan yang positif dan saran keberlanjutan program ini di masa yang akan datang.

Di era digital saat ini, teknologi informasi berkembang semakin cepat dan tentunya berjalan secara signifikan. Dalam dunia perkantoran, salah satunya otomatisasi dalam pengelolaan arsip perlu menjadi suatu perhatian bagi perusahaan. Seiring dengan berkembangnya teknologi, tentunya hal ini bertujuan untuk mendorong adanya perubahan dari arsip yang masih bersifat konvensional berkembang menjadi digitalisasi arsip dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang canggih saat ini. Dengan adanya digitalisasi arsip ini, akan memberikan hasil kinerja karyawan dalam pengelolaan arsip yang lebih efektif dan lebih efisien. Pada tempat peneltian yaitu PT. X ini masih mengimplementasikan pengelolaan arsip konvensional dan disertai adanya timbul permasalahan pada karyawan. Pada dasarnya sistem pengelolaan arsip pada perusahaan yang masih bersifat konvensional dapat dikatakan kurang efektif jika dilihat dari hasil produktivitas kerja karyawan yang menurun dan tidak efisien dari segi waktu dalam penemuan arsip kembali. Sehingga melalui artikel ini peneliti bertujuan memberikan pengetahuan terkait digitalisasi arsip sederhana dengan melakukan pemanfaatan pada Microsoft Access. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskripsi dengan studi kasus pada PT. X. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah perancangan e-arsip sederhana dengan menggunakan Microsoft Access.

Researchers conducted research on the influence of human resources, operational systems, and office administration on company administration technology. This research aims to determine whether there is a negative and significant influence between human resources, operational systems and office administration on company administration technology. This research uses quantitative research methods. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires distributed to company employees who had experience in implementing administrative technology. In addition, interviews and observations were also conducted to gain a deeper understanding of the factors that influence the implementation of administrative technology. Research is measured using a Likert scale from one to five. The data analysis techniques used in this research are: Outer Model with convergent validity calculations, Discriminant validity, AVE (Average Variance Extracted), Composite validity, Cronbach's Alpha and Inner Model with Path coefficient calculations, Model feasibility test, VIF (Variance Inflation Factor), Total indirect effects, Specific indirect effects using SmartPLS 4 software. The research results show that: (1) Skilled and trained human resources have a positive impact on the application of administrative technology; (2) An efficient operational system also has a significant contribution in supporting administrative technology; (3) Good office administration can facilitate the integration of administrative technology into the company's business processes.

Research Aims: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of secretary competence, self-esteem and self-efficacy on work readiness in final semester students, especially in the department of office administration education, Jakarta State University. Design/Methodology/Approach: This research uses quantitative methodology. Research Findings: Basically, job readiness is an important thing for students who will graduate and have been declared graduated from college. Work readiness indicates that there is an individual transformation of students from the world of education to the company sector and are ready to face the world of work. One of the students' job readiness can be influenced by soft skills, which can be seen that soft skills are needed in aspects of planning and the job search process and success in pursuing a job career. In the current era of the industrial revolution 4.0, students are expected to be ready for all conditions in the field, they must be mentally and intellectually tested and intellectual. Instead of providing job readiness soft skills, skills, knowledge, organizational or work experience are also highly seen by employers. Because from a worker who is ready to carry out the assigned work and is responsible, human resources emerge who are ready to build a company well and to increase competitiveness for other offices.The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical data on variables that affect the job readiness of final year students majoring in office administration education UNJ, as for the specific research objectives, namely: knowing the influence of secretarial competence self esteem and self efficacy.

Research is an important activity for Higher Education. Higher Education always encourages its lecturers and students to conduct useful research for the society. The importance of improving the quality of basic research skills for students is the background of this activity. This Community Service activity aims to provide insight and understanding related to the use of research supporting tools such as VOSviewer, Publish or Perish, and Mendeley. This activity involved students from the Faculty of Economics Universitas Musi Rawas and the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. Dr. HAMKA as the participant. The method of organizing this activity is a classical approach such as demonstrations from speakers, and interactive discussions with participants. The conclusion of the activity is that participants' insights and understanding of VOSviewer, Publish or Perish, and Mendeley have increased. Abstract Vocational education at the secondary level, such as vocational schools (SMK), plays a crucial role in preparing students for the workforce with relevant competencies. However, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, SMK Walisongo 2 in Depok, West Java, faced challenges in adapting to the implementation of education. One solution adopted in the world of education is the use of virtual meetings for learning and meetings. The literature review describes the understanding, types of meetings, meeting requirements, meeting objectives, meeting procedures, meeting etiquette, communication styles in meetings, and meeting organization techniques. The method of implementing community service involves mentoring and training to achieve the desired outcomes. The results of the Office Administration Competency Training program for students and teachers at SMK in Parung, West Java, include understanding the material, discussions, and practical application. The conclusion of this activity is the improvement of competence in office administration for students and teachers. Recommendations provided include continuing efforts to develop competence in this field. Thanks to Universitas Negeri Jakarta and SMK 2 Walisongo Depok for their financial support and collaboration in the success of this program. Keywords: meeting; administration; virtual meeting. Abstrak Pendidikan kejuruan di tingkat menengah, seperti SMK, memiliki peran krusial dalam mempersiapkan peserta didik untuk dunia kerja dengan kompetensi yang relevan. Namun, di tengah pandemi COVID-19, SMK Walisongo 2 di Depok, Jawa Barat, harus menghadapi tantangan adaptasi dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan. Salah satu solusi yang telah diadopsi di dunia pendidikan adalah penggunaan virtual meeting untuk pembelajaran dan pertemuan. Tinjauan literatur menggambarkan pengertian, jenis-jenis rapat, syarat-syarat rapat, tujuan rapat, tata tertib rapat, etika dan gaya komunikasi dalam rapat, serta teknik penyelenggaraan rapat. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat melibatkan pendekatan pendampingan dan pelatihan untuk mencapai luaran yang diinginkan. Hasil program pelatihan Kompetensi Administrasi Perkantoran bagi Siswa dan Guru SMK di Parung, Jawa Barat, mencakup pemahaman materi, diskusi, dan penerapan dalam praktik. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan kompetensi siswa dan guru dalam administrasi perkantoran. Saran yang diberikan adalah melanjutkan upaya dalam pengembangan kompetensi di bidang ini. Abstract Vocational High Schools (SMK) play a pivotal role in cultivating competent and relevant Human Resources (HR) that align with contemporary demands. SMK Walisongo 2 Depok, as a model progressive vocational institution, actively addresses the challenges posed by the Society 5.0 era through diverse training and educational initiatives. Society 5.0 underscores the necessity for synergies between humans and technology, emphasizing the cultivation of profound competencies. The field of office administration assumes a critical role in facilitating this transformative journey, demanding competencies in digital data management, data analysis, and emotional intelligence. Community engagement extends to the provision of training and mentorship for both students and teachers at SMK Walisongo 2 Depok. The implementation process is characterized by stages such as preparation, training, simulation, evaluation, and the finalization of products.The attained results a demonstrate an 85% enhancement in comprehending office administration competencies and the practical application of cutting-edge technology. This achievement is anticipated to fortify the trajectory of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in the future. In conclusion, these endeavors are pivotal for sustaining vocational education that remains responsive to the demands of the Society 5.0 era. Continuous monitoring and collaborative efforts are imperative for ensuring the longevity and advancement of educational quality. Abstrak Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) memiliki peran kunci dalam menghasilkan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang kompeten dan relevan dengan tuntutan zaman. SMK Walisongo 2 Depok, sebagai contoh sekolah kejuruan yang progresif, secara aktif menanggapi tantangan era Society 5.0 melalui berbagai pelatihan dan program pendidikan yang sesuai. Era Society 5.0 menuntut sinergi antara manusia dan teknologi, mendorong perlunya kompetensi mendalam. Fokus utama SMK Walisongo 2 Depok adalah pengembangan kompetensi praktis yang sejalan dengan perkembangan teknologi dan kebutuhan industri. Administrasi perkantoran menjadi aspek kunci dalam mendukung transformasi pada zaman ini, dengan tuntutan kompetensi dalam manajemen data digital, analisis data, dan kecerdasan emosional. Pengabdian masyarakat melibatkan pelatihan dan pendampingan bagi siswa dan guru SMK Walisongo 2 Depok. Outputnya mencakup laporan, surat keterangan mitra, artikel ilmiah, publikasi media massa, dan buku dengan Hak Kekayaan Intelektual (HKI). Proses implementasi melibatkan tahapan persiapan, pelatihan, simulasi, evaluasi, dan finalisasi produk. Hasilnya mencakup peningkatan pemahaman kompetensi administrasi perkantoran dan penerapan teknologi terkini, dengan capaian sebesar 85%. Hal ini diharapkan dapat mendukung perkembangan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (ICT) di masa depan. Kesimpulannya, kegiatan ini krusial dalam menopang pendidikan kejuruan yang responsif terhadap tuntutan era Society 5.0, dan diperlukan monitoring serta kerja sama lanjutan untuk menjaga keberlanjutan dan peningkatan kualitas pendidikan.

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of self-efficacy and career guidance on work readiness of class X and XI students at one of SMK Negeri in Jakarta. The research method used was a survey method. The population in this study is 499 students and the sample is 202 students. Data on work readiness (Y), self-efficacy (X1), and career guidance (X2) are primary data using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is the first measurement of the outer model consisting of individual reliability with a result greater than 0.7 (> 0.7). Construct reliability with results greater than 0.7 (> 0.7). The composite reliability value is greater than 0.6 (> 0.6). AVE value is greater than 0.5 (> 0.5). The second measurement of the inner model consists of r2 with a value of 0.871. Then, f Square Self-Efficacy (X1) with a value of 0.594 and Career Guidance (X2) with a value of 0.477. Whereas the VIF value is smaller than (<5.00) so there is no multicollinearity problem. Self-efficacy coefficient (X1) of 0.808 and t statistics is 17.493> 1.971 with a p-value of 0.00 <0.05. Career Guidance Coefficient (X2) of 0.151 and t statistic that is 2.776> 1.971 with a p-value of 0.00 <0.05.
