Abstract

The collaborative learning model aims to maximize the process of cooperation that takes place naturally between students and appreciate the importance of the social context for the learning process. Based on that, the author defines the problem formulation as follows: (1) How is the implementation of the collaborative learning model for class V students in the IPA MI Al Hikmah Masangan Bungah Gresik curriculum? (2) How is the communication ability of class V students in the IPA MI Al Hikmah Lessons Bungah Gresik? (3) How does the implementation of the collaborative learning model influence the communication skills of class V students in the IPA Lessons Al Hikmah Bungah Gresik? As for this research, it was conducted to find out whether or not there is an influence of the collaborative learning model on IPA communication skills. In this research using a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental type of research. The population of this research is the entire V MI Al Hikmah Masangan class. The sample is determined through the Total Sampling technique. Based on the technique, VA class was obtained as an experimental class while VB class was a control class. The data collection technique uses an essay test. Data were analyzed using hypothesis testing (t test). The results of the research show that the IPA communication ability of students taught with the Collaborative Learning Model is higher than the IPA communication ability of students taught with the conventional learning model. The IPA communication ability in the experimental class (VA) with the Collaborative Learning Model obtained a posttest average of 76.9, while in the control class (VB) with the conventional learning model, the posttest average was 63.25. Based on the results of the hypothesis testing obtained thitung > ttabel ie 7.41 > 2.024 at the level of significance ???? = 0.05. This means that the hypothesis in this research can be accepted and it is stated that there is a positive and significant influence from the use of the Collaborative Learning Model on the communication skills of V class MI Al Hikmah Masangan students in IPA subjects.

Abstract

Emergency is a critical situation that requires prompt action to save lives. Triage in the Emergency Department (ED) is a crucial step in managing patients with emergency conditions. Emergency nurses must possess triage skills both in the pre-hospital phase and within the hospital setting. The success of patient management in the hospital significantly depends on the accuracy of triage implementation. This research aims to determine the relationship between triage accuracy and the success of emergency nursing care management in the ED of Tulungagung Regional Hospital. The study employs a correlational analytic quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design, involving a sample of 52 nurses from both Type B and Type C Hospitals in Tulungagung. Data are analyzed through univariate and bivariate analyses using the Chi-Square Test. The results indicate that out of the total respondents (52 individuals), 38 (73.1%) successfully conducted accurate triage, and 42 (80.8%) succeeded in emergency care management. The statistical test results yield a p-value of 0.000 (Pvalue> 0.05), concluding that there is a significant relationship between triage accuracy and the success of emergency nursing care management in the ED of Tulungagung Regional Hospital. Abstract

MSME activities are one of the methods so that regional creative products can be recognized and open up business opportunities for business actors in the regions. One of the problems of MSMEs is in the management or managerial sector, especially the operations function in the production sector. The business of making fried onions in Palmerah District, West Jakarta, still uses manual methods in all of its production processes, so the problem that arises is how to increase sufficient production capacity with good quality. The problem that needs attention is that drying is still done manually on paper so it requires a long process, the packaging uses plastic and rubber so that it doesn't last long with an unattractive shape. On the other hand, business owners have a great desire to increase production capacity in line with the increasing market demand for fried shallots with better quality and packaging. Therefore, community service activities are carried out to help solve this problem through the application of appropriate technology in the form of oil slicing machines and vacuum sealer devices and providing training.

Abstract

This research aims to improve student learning outcomes in learning Islamic religious education by using wordwall-based educational games. This research is a classroom action research that uses four steps, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of this research are primary school madrasah students. The data of this research was obtained with test and observation techniques. Tests are used to measure learning outcomes and observations are used to analyze the learning activities of teachers and students. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistics by comparing the results obtained with research success indicators. The results of the research show that wordwall-based educational games can improve student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education. This can be seen from the increase in the percentage of student learning completion in each cycle with details of the precycle 45.01%, the first cycle 79.39% and in the second cycle it increased to 91.16%. Thus, the use of wordwall-based educational games can be used as an alternative to improve student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education.

Abstract

This community engagement program aims to empower MSMEs in Dusun Pudukku, Pundi Lemo Village, Enrekang Regency through product innovation of dangke chips by developing new flavor variants and market-ready packaging. Dangke, a traditional local dairy product, has traditionally been sold in raw form with limited added value. Through a participatory approach, the program involved 15 MSME actors in technical training on dangke chip production with flavor variants including original, sweet-spicy, lime, and scallion, as well as packaging design using labeled PP standing pouches. Organoleptic testing by 50 local panelists showed that the sweet-spicy variant received the highest score in flavor and aroma. Packaging innovation also received a favorable response with an average score of 3.8, indicating improved consumer perception. This initiative increased partner income by 25% and facilitated a business transformation from raw to ready-to-eat products. The findings demonstrate that product and packaging innovations significantly enhance the competitiveness of local MSMEs.

Abstract

Community empowerment emerges to be a keyword in Indonesian government programs for alleviating poverty and promoting development. Empowerment is defined as a process to realize the ability and enhance manpower to act and reason. Therefore, there is always a process of learning that is recognized as education. According to the Law Number 20 of 2003 on National Education System, the government holds education through three education models, namely: formal, non-formal, and informal education. This present study aims to analyze aspects of education in the context of community empowerment programs organized by the government in Karangdawa, Setu Patok, Mundu Sub-district, Cirebon Regency. The theory of strategy proposed by Henry Mintsberg was employed in this study. This theory highlights five aspects for exploring the strategies of education in terms of community empowerment, including plans, ploys, patterns, positions, and perspectives. The research findings reveal that the managed education strategies were categorized into the low level in relation to the plan, ploy, pattern, position, and perspective strategies. The planning of educational activities were carried out by using a top-down approach. This approach demonstrated inflexible patterns in working, did not involve a community as a group target in all the education models. Likewise, the government agencies, playing the role as the agents of education programs, worked individually focusing on their own targets without coordinating for considering the attainment of each program in terms of the community empowerment in a certain area. Based on the position and perspective strategies, the government was very low to deem both internal and external situations as a result of the government’s paradigm in viewing the community empowerment that was merely human-oriented.

Abstract

This research aims to help Muslimat NU 1 Kindergarten students become more proficient in counting with the media used, namely the snakes and ladders game. The method of this research is Classroom Action Research (PTK), this research consists of two cycles which have planning, implementation, observation and reflection stages, for children from group B of the Muslimat NU 1 Pamekasan Kindergarten, totaling 19 children. data is collected through observation, arithmetic ability tests, andfield notes.The research results obtained when using the snakes and ladders game were a significant increase in children's numeracy skills. in the first cycle, the increase in numeracy ability reached 36.8%, and in the second cycle it increased to 63.1%. snakes and ladders media can influence children to be more active, enthusiastic and motivated when learning to count through fun and interactive games. Thus, using snakes and ladders media has proven to be effective in improving the numeracy skills of young children at the Muslimat NU 1 Pamekasan Kindergarten

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami proses komunikasi organisasi pimpinan Dekranasda Kota Pasuruan dalam mengembangkan inovasi produk UMKM selama periode 2021–2024 dengan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologi. Data dikumpulkan melalui laporan kegiatan resmi Dekranasda, wawancara mendalam, dan focus group discussion, kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik reduksi, kategorisasi, dan interpretasi makna fenomenologis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi partisipatif dalam perencanaan dan koordinasi, pelatihan peningkatan kapasitas, promosi produk melalui pameran, penyediaan infrastruktur pameran, serta pemberian apresiasi dan penghargaan, merupakan kunci keberhasilan mendorong inovasi UMKM. Proses komunikasi ini tidak hanya sebagai pertukaran informasi, melainkan juga sebagai pengalaman bersama yang memperkuat keterikatan emosional dan komitmen pelaku UMKM, sehingga inovasi produk dapat berkembang secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang peran komunikasi organisasi dalam membangun sinergi dan inovasi di sektor UMKM.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the model schema based instructution on students' algebraic thinking abilities on flat shape material at SMP Negeri Satu Atap 1 Way Tenong Lampung Barat. This research is a Quasy Experimental or pseudo-experimental research. The research design uses a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. This study uses two classes, namely the experimental class and the control class which are homogeneous in nature. The researcher implemented the target population and the accessible population. The target population is all students of SMP Negeri Satu Atap 1 Way Tenong, while the accessible population is all students of class VII of SMP Negeri Satu Atap 1 Way Tenong. In the sampling process, the researcher used the Cluster Random Sampling method. Data collection techniques used were tests, documentation, and observation. The hypothesis test used in this study is the t-test. Hypothesis test analysis results using independent t-test on algebraic thinking ability shows that the significance value is <0,05 so that H0  rejected and H1 accepted, which means learning Schema-Based Instruction influence the ability to think algebraically.

Abstract

Many people and business actors in waste transportation services throw garbage carelessly which pollutes the environment in Jati Mulyo Village, so a Perdes is needed to regulate the community. The purpose of this service apart from compiling village regulations on waste management is also to equip Jati Mulyo Village stakeholders in preparing village regulations. Using the service learning method this service was carried out for 3 days and has increased the knowledge, understanding of stakeholders and produced a Perdes legal product regarding waste management.
