Abstract

Instagram menjadi media sosial yang banyak diminati pada kalangan remaja akhir hingga dewasa awal. kemudahan dalam mengakses instagram membuat mereka seringkali membagikan aktivitas kesehariannya serta pencapaian-pencapaian yang diraih. Namun terdapat dampak buruk yang cukup signifikan dari penggunaan media sosial instagram yaitu melakukan perbandingan sosial keatas, hal inilah yang menimbulkan rasa iri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepercayaan diri dengan rasa iri pada mahasiswa ubhara jaya pengguna media sosial instagram. Adapun teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu non probability sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 120 subjek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilaikoefisien korelasi antara kepercayaan diri dengan rasa iri sebesar r = -0,432** dan p = 0,000 (p<0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara kepercayaan diri dengan rasa iri. Semakin tinggi kepercayaan diri maka semakin rendah rasa iri begitupun sebaliknya, semakin rendah kepercayaan diri maka semakin tinggi rasa iri. Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat meneliti faktor lain yang memiliki hubungan dengan rasa iri pada pengguna media sosial instagram.

Abstract

Saat ini banyak sekali kasus kekerasan seksual terhadap anak karena kurangnya pengawasan orangtua dan minimnya pengetahuan tentang seks pada anak. Dalam hal ini, perlu adanya pendidikan seks sejak dini untuk menghindari kejahatan dan penyimpangan seksual. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi anak tentang pentingnya pendidikan anak usia dini dengan melibatkan orangtua dan peserta didik RA Al Haq. Pengabdian ini menggunakan penyuluhan yakni dengan menyampaikan kegiatan ceramah yang disampaikan oleh tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Peran dan pengetahuan guru dan orangtua tentang pendidikan seksual pada anak usia dini merupakan kunci utama dalam melindungi anak dari kekerasan seksual. Salah satu cara pencegahan kekerasan seksual pada anak usia dini yaitu dengan memberikan pendidikan seks pada guru dan orang tua untuk meningkatkan peran dan pengetahuan guru dan orangtua agar lebih memahami tentang bagaimana cara memberikan pendidikan seksual pada anak untuk mencegah terjadinya penyimpangan seksual pada anak, mencegah agar anak tidak menjadi korban pelecehan seksual.

Abstract

An adaptive and innovative organizational culture is crucial to the sustainability and competitiveness of organizations in the face of external and internal environmental changes. In this context, leadership plays a central role as the primary driver of transforming values and work behaviors. Challenges arising in the process of revitalizing organizational culture require leaders to actively shape a clear direction for change and motivate all organizational elements to participate. This study aims to examine how leadership acts as an agent of change in rebuilding an organizational culture that is more responsive to the demands of the times. This study uses a qualitative approach that allows for an in-depth exploration of leadership dynamics and the cultural transformation process. Data were collected through a literature review from various relevant sources and explained thematically. The results show that leaders who are able to strengthen work values that support innovation and shape an adaptive collective mindset make a significant contribution to the revitalization of organizational culture. Clarity in organizational direction and open communication have been shown to increase the spirit of renewal among employees. Thus, transformative leadership is an important foundation in creating an organizational culture oriented towards sustainable change.

Abstract

Perilaku agresif di kalangan pelajar merupakan masalah yang seringkali menjadi fokus perhatian dalam bidang pendidikan dan psikologi. Dalam upaya untuk mengatasi dan mencegah perilaku agresif, penting untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris hubungan antara kontrol diri dan kebiasaan game online dengan perilaku agresif pelajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelajar kelas XI IPS I, XI IPS II, XII IPS I, XII IPS II SMAN 10 Luwu dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 122 siswa. 122 populasi akan diplih secara acak oleh peneliti. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil dalam penelitian ini ialah bahwa kontrol diri relative tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap perilaku agresif siswa. Kebiasaan game online memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap perilaku agresif siswa SMA. Ketika siswa mempunyai kemampuan kontrol diri yangh baik, maka dapat mengurangi perilaku agresif yang timbul akibat terlalu sering bermain game online. Abstract

Tamalanrea Village is one of the villages registered as a smart village, so it is hoped that all residents understand and are able to apply technology. However, the usefulness of technology in this society is still not optimal, due to the lack of outreach and seminars related to current technological developments. The implementation method for this service is by using the following method: (1) lecture, this method is used to convey digital literacy which provides understanding and explanation to the public regarding the use of social media and how to be wiser in its use among the local community. (2) Demonstration, this method is used for an effective learning approach, to help participants understand complex concepts and develop practical skills. In carrying out this activity, an evaluation stage is carried out which is a very important activity carried out in service activities as a benchmark for the extent of the participants' abilities after participating in the training. The results of this literacy and training enable the community and village officials to understand and understand the ways and methods that need to be used in using social media and current data processing technology.

Abstract

This study discusses the role of government in the development of suburban areas in Palangka Raya City. The aim is to describe how the Government's role in this case is the Kameloh Baru Village Government using the Tjokroamidjojo theory in which the Government is a motivator, facilitator and mobilizer in the implementation of development in the village. This study uses qualitative research methods, the data collection techniques obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Informants in this study included: Lurah (Head Of Village), Head of Section in Village, Village Employees, Head of neighbourhood, Head of hamlet, and the villager. Information from interviews is also equipped with news documentation and also observations in the field by researchers. The results showed that the Kameloh Baru Village Head as a motivator had not run optimally. Because education and coaching efforts have not been able to increase community participation development in the Kameloh Baru area. The Lurah as a Facilitator, the Kameloh Baru Village Head has not been able to become a facilitator who provides solutions to problems that occur in the area. Lurah as a mobilizer, the coordination between the community and the government is still low. The relationship between the village government and the community is still not well. Obstacles to the Lurah in carrying out his role in development; As a mobilizer, there is still a lack of education provided to the community. So that public awareness is low in the development of the region's development. As a Facilitator, the deliberations between the government and the community have not been optimally carried out, the communication that occurs is still very minimal. As a mobilizer, the Lurah's coordination with the community has not been solidly established. Then the cooperation between the community and the relevant government has not been closely intertwined so that the Lurah's efforts in mobilizing have not been realized optimally.

Abstract

Reflective thinking ability is the ability to make connections between new information and previous information to solve problems by drawing conclusions.  Meanwhile, numerical ability is the ability to calculate. Both are very important for students in studying mathematics. Based on the results of pre-research test instruments conducted in class X SMA Negeri 1 Sukau West Lampung, data obtained that reflective thinking ability and numerical ability are still relatively low. This is due to the choice of learning strategies which are still monotonous. Therefore, researchers are interested in implementing the REACT (Relating, Experiencing, Applying, Cooperative, Transferring) Learning Strategy Assisted by E-Modules on Students' Reflective Thinking and Numerical Abilities. The population in this study were all class X students at SMA Negeri 1 Sukau, while the samples were students from classes X C, X D, and X F. Class X C is experimental class 1, class X D is experimental class 2, and class X F is the control class. This research uses a quantitative approach in this research using Quasi Experiment Design. The sampling technique is Cluster Random Sampling. In this research, the data collection techniques are observation, documentation and tests. The data analysis used was Multivariate Analysis of Variance (MANOVA) with a significance level of 5%. Based on the results of MANOVA research, it shows that the REACT (Relating, Experiencing, Applying, Cooperative, Transferring) learning strategy assisted by e-modules has an impact on students' reflective thinking abilities and numerical abilities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how university instructors feel about incorporating Confucian local knowledge into English Language Teaching (ELT) for Generation Z students in higher education. Semi-structured interviews were used to gather data from six English lecturers at universities in Palembang, South Sumatra, using a qualitative case study design. Six interrelated themes emerged from the thematic analysis of Sumatra: the perceived applicability of Confucian values, pedagogical modifications for Generation Z, integration practices in ELT, implementation difficulties, lecturer beliefs and professional identity, and student. The results showed that when reframed to fit the traits and expectations of digital-native students, Confucian values like discipline, humility, respect for teachers, and lifelong learning remain pedagogically relevant. Various strategies, such as cross-cultural comparisons, the use of digital media, and storytelling, were employed by lecturers to render traditional wisdom accessible and meaningful. In addition to student resistance, curriculum inflexibility, and institutional constraints, the consistent application of value-based pedagogy was complicated by several challenges. The study emphasizes the dual function of lecturers as cultural mediators and language instructors who mediate conflicts between traditional values and modern learning environments. It is concluded that the integration of Confucian local wisdom in ELT not only improves linguistic proficiency but also cultivates ethical and intercultural awareness. This information contributes to the ongoing conversation regarding the localization of ELT practices in higher education, lecturer agency, and culturally responsive pedagogy.

Abstract

This study examines patterns of children's interaction in Roblox gameplay, focusing on friendship formation, the use of digital symbols, and the social implications of gameplay. Using a qualitative netnographic approach, data were collected through observation and chat documentation of two popular maps: Brookhaven RP and the Mountain Climbing map. Thematic analysis indicates that children form friendships through spontaneous greetings, collaborative activities, and identity-related conversations, such as discussions of school levels. Digital symbols, emoticons, and slang are used to express closeness and build shared social meaning. The study also shows that virtual interactions enhance solidarity and empathy, but also trigger the absorption of adult cultural symbols that children do not fully comprehend.

Abstract

This research was motivated by findings that the learning process of elementary school teachers did not align with the characteristics of effective learning. Observations revealed that teachers still relied on lesson plans downloaded from the internet, and their learning processes and assessments were not fully in accordance with curriculum demands, indicating the need for improvement. The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of teachers’ skills in carrying out the learning process using a problem-centered learning model through academic supervision activities. This research was a school action research adapted from McTaggart and Kemmis's classroom action research design, consisting of stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The study was conducted at SDN 28 Rawang Timur, Padang, involving 10 teachers. The results showed that teachers achieved an average skill score of 88.86 in cycle I and 83.59 in cycle II, indicating an improvement in teachers’ learning process skills through academic supervision. This study suggested that scheduling supervision in agreement with teachers is necessary to optimize its implementation. The implication of this research is that it can serve as a basis for supervisors to enhance the learning process skills of elementary school teachers.
