Abstract

This research aimed to know how much percentation and how the relationship between supportive leadership style against the quality of student service in Business of Administration Departement. Observation against the quality of student service in Business of Administration Departement made across survey approach by collecting data from respondents were obtained from spreading survey directly to students in student service locket. In this research, data analysis method which was used was validity and reliability test, normality test, the coefficient of determination analysis, t test, simple linear regression analysis, product moment correlation analysis. The result of the research showed that had low relationship but real impact between supportive leadership style with the quality of student service in Business of Administration Departement. Supportive Leadership style (independent variable) was researched which had relationship around 20,5% against the quality of student service in Business of Administration Departement and the rest arounded 79,5% was determined by the another factor.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the impact of students' self-confidence on their mathematical learning outcomes. This study is a qualitative research that uses survey methods. A total of 269 respondents from three schools, such as Serang City 7 State Vocational School, Plus Pakuhaji Vocational School, and Mutiara Insan Nusantara Vocational School, who were majoring in computer and network engineering, motorcycle engineering and business, accounting, sharia banking, and office management, made up the study's population of all vocational students in the cities of Serang and Tangerang. The cluster sampling approach is used to select the sample. To determine the correlation between four indicators of learning outcomes and students' levels of self-confidence, Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis was performed on the results of three daily math examinations. The findings revealed that: (1) Student self-confidence significantly influenced student learning outcomes, accounting for 70.9%; (2) The indicator of student self-confidence that had the highest effect was on the self-confidence aspect, amounting to 86.3%; (3) The effect of student learning outcomes is on the r-square value, which is similar to that of student learning outcomes, but the highest is on the value of the second daily test, which is equal to 88.1%.

Abstract

Abstrack    The Role of the Asy-syafa'at Ta'lim Council in Increasing Women's Understanding of Religion in Tanjung Aru Village, East Sebatik District, Nunukan Regency. Supervised by Wiwik Laela Mukromin and Muhammad Syahruddin. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research type, aims to find out and also describe the form of the role of the As-syafa'at ta'lim assembly in increasing women's understanding of religion in the village of Tanjung Aru. This research is located at the Asy-syafa'at Mosque, Tanjung Aru village, East Sebatik sub-district, Nunukan district. This research lasted for approximately one month starting from March 2022 to April 2022. Using data collection techniques in the form of library research, observation, interview methods, and documentation. The results of this study describe a portrait of the role of the Asy-syafa'at ta'lim assembly in increasing women's religious understanding in Tanjung Aru village, East Sebatik sub-district, Nunukan district, by holding several program activities namely recitation, Al-Qur'an tadarrus, activities social service, and commemorating Islamic holidays.Keywords: Women, Understanding of Religion, Role of the Ta'lim AssemblyAbstrakPeran Majelis Ta’lim Asy-syafa’at Terhadap Peningkatan Pemahaman Agama Kaum Wanita di Desa Tanjung Aru Kecamatan Sebatik Timur Kabupaten Nunukan. Dengan tehnik pengumpulan data berupa riset perpustakaan, observasi, metode wawancara, dan dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan potret dari Peran majelis ta’lim Asy-syafa’at dalam meningkatkan pemahaman agama kaum wanita di desa Tanjung Aru, kecamatan Sebatik Timur, kabupaten Nunukan, dengan mengadakan beberapa program kegiatan yaitu pengajian, tadarrus Al-Qur’an, kegiatan bakti sosial, dan memperingati hari besar islam.Kata Kunci : Kaum Wanita, Pemahaman Agama, Peran Majelis Ta’lim

Abstract

The process of finding, recognising, measuring, presenting, and disclosing all corporate expenditures made to enhance environmental quality by preventing, mitigating, and even avoiding negative environmental impacts is known as "green accounting." Researchers at BUMDES Banyuresmi conducted an investigation of environmental accounting (green accounting) with the aim of figuring out how environmental accounting was applied by BUMDES to waste management. This inquiry makes use of a descriptive approach. Interviews and documentation were both employed as data collection methods. The analysis of the data was qualitatively descriptive. The results show that BUMDES Banyuresmi has implemented environmental accounting, which entails five processes for allocating costs associated with waste management: identification, recognition, measurement, presentation, and disclosure. Thoughts for future concerns are needed because the presentation and disclosure phases do not follow generally accepted accounting principles. Abstract

The change of management and management of BUMDES Bunipah Berkah Bersama caused a lack of knowledge of BUMDES managers in preparing and making AD, ART, and RAB. This community service activity aims to provide assistance so that BUMDES managers understand the formulation and preparation of AD, ART, and RAB and BUMDES has the necessary cost budget design. This activity was carried out using a mentoring method given to the manager of BUMDES Bunipah Berkah Bersama. The output of this activity is that the manager understands the basic legal basis, organizational guidelines contained in the AD and ART, understands making a good and correct RAB so that village funds can be maximally utilized and the formation of AD, ART, and RAB documents.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether or not handicraft businesses, especially batik, are feasible or not in Putat Jaya Village. The method used is a qualitative approach and primary data sources. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. By using various feasibility analyzes, namely cost analysis, revenue cost ratio (R/C), break event point (BEP), and return on investment (ROI). The results of this study are that all SMEs studied by calculating R/C> 1 are said to be feasible, BEP analysis has met even more than the minimum sales target, ROI is positive, which means that all capital spent is covered by business income so that the business is feasible to continue. Abstract

Small and medium industries (SMIs) have contributed greatly to national economic growth and community welfare. The important role of the SMI sector can be seen from the employment of 12.39 million people or contributing 66.25% of the total workforce in the industrial sector. The important role of the SME sector can be seen from the absorption of 12.39 million workers or 66.25% of the total workforce in the industrial sector. SMEs are able to contribute to the growth of the non-oil and gas industry by 21.22%. This research uses a qualitative analysis method with primary and secondary data. Data were collected through literature study, observation, interviews and documentation conducted on six informants of bag entrepreneurs in Kedensari Village, Tanggulangin District, Sidoarjo Regency. Business feasibility analysis is determined using the cost and profit analysis formula. The formulas used are R/C ratio analysis, B/C ratio, and ROI. Based on the results of research conducted on six bag entrepreneurs in Kedensari Village, Tanggulangin Subdistrict, Sidoarjo Regency, the analysis of R/C ratio, B/C ratio, ROI shows the results >1 which indicates that the business is feasible. This shows that the value of profits earned by bag entrepreneurs is more than the total costs and business capital incurred during bag production.

Abstract

Oligopoly is a form of imperfect market competition where the supply of a product is controlled by a number of companies. In general the number of companies is more than two but less than ten. Each company decides its own policy and all company actions as price changes will be taken into account by other companies, because every company in the market believes in the policy of a company. This business will affect the income and profits of other businesses. In an oligopoly market, each company positions itself as part of a market game so that its profit base is based on the behavior of its competitors. So all promotional efforts, advertising, new product introductions, price changes, etc. This is done with the aim of luring consumers away from competitors. The main cause of this oligopoly is the successful management of business operations to achieve economies of scale which leads to the effectiveness and success of sales promotions in the long term, because it will increase market share. Oligopoly activities are often with the aim of inhibiting potential business participation in the market. More than that, it also aims to enjoy normal profits below the maximum by setting a limited selling price so that price competition between business actors who carry out an oligopoly does not exist.

Abstract

This research explores the concepts of industrialization and structural transformation, two phenomena that are interrelated and have a crucial role in the economic development of a country. Industrialization is the process by which a country or region shifts its economy from an agricultural to an industrial basis, involving increased production of goods and services through the introduction of new technologies and increased production capacity. Structural transformation, on the other hand, refers to fundamental changes in the structure of the economy, involving a shift from the primary sector (agriculture) to the secondary (industry) and tertiary (services) sectors. This study highlights how industrialization drives structural transformation by creating new jobs, increasing productivity, and changing consumption patterns and income distribution. This research also discusses factors that influence these two processes, including government policy, foreign investment, and technological innovation. Through analysis of various cases of countries that have successfully carried out industrialization and structural transformation, this research provides insight into effective strategies that can be implemented by developing countries to achieve sustainable and inclusive economic growth.

Abstract

Economic growth is the main indicator that reflects the economic development of a country. Through economic growth analysis, it can be seen how economic policy, investment, productivity and other factors contribute to an increase or decrease in gross domestic product (GDP) and social welfare. This article reviews the concept of economic growth, its determining factors, and its implications for the country's economy. Apart from that, various challenges faced in efforts to achieve sustainable and inclusive economic growth are also discussed. By understanding the dynamics of economic growth, policymakers can design effective strategies to encourage stable and sustainable economic development.
