Abstract

Supervisi administrasi pendidikan merupakan fungsi manajemen yang esensial dalam meningkatkan kualitas penyelenggaraan pendidikan di lembaga pendidikan. Artikel ini membahas secara komprehensif tentang konsep, prinsip, ruang lingkup, dan implementasi supervisi administrasi pendidikan. Supervisi administrasi tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai mekanisme pengawasan, tetapi lebih sebagai upaya kolaboratif untuk pembinaan dan pengembangan kapasitas organisasi pendidikan. Ruang lingkup supervisi mencakup administrasi kurikulum, kesiswaan, kepegawaian, keuangan, sarana prasarana, hubungan masyarakat, dan layanan khusus. Artikel ini menguraikan berbagai pendekatan supervisi (direktif, non-direktif, dan kolaboratif) serta teknik-teknik supervisi yang dapat diterapkan seperti observasi, wawancara, pemeriksaan dokumen, dan workshop. Proses supervisi meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan tindak lanjut yang harus dilakukan secara sistematis dan berkelanjutan. Supervisor dituntut memiliki kompetensi kepribadian, manajerial, supervisi, akademik, sosial, dan digital untuk menjalankan perannya secara efektif. Di era digital, supervisi administrasi mengalami transformasi dengan pemanfaatan e-supervision, big data, dan sistem manajemen sekolah digital. Tantangan yang dihadapi meliputi resistensi terhadap perubahan, keterbatasan sumber daya, kompetensi supervisor yang bervariasi, kompleksitas regulasi, dan budaya organisasi. Supervisi administrasi yang efektif memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap efisiensi organisasi, akuntabilitas publik, penciptaan lingkungan pembelajaran yang kondusif, pengembangan profesional, dan pencapaian standar nasional pendidikan. Keberhasilan supervisi sangat bergantung pada komitmen semua pihak, dukungan kepemimpinan, dan budaya organisasi yang berorientasi pada perbaikan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

General Background: Purchasing decisions in UMKM often depend on marketing and product perception. Specific Background: Kedai Sukidayo faces competition that requires understanding how consumers respond to product quality, brand awareness, and pricing. Knowledge Gap: Limited empirical evidence explains how these variables jointly shape consumer decisions in local UMKM contexts. Aims: This study examines the relationships among product quality, brand awareness, price, and purchasing decisions. Results: Using proportional stratified random sampling and regression analysis, the study shows that product quality significantly contributes to purchasing decisions, brand awareness strengthens consumer confidence toward the product, and price plays a supportive role in shaping buyer preference. Novelty: The study integrates these three variables simultaneously within a specific UMKM food business. Implications: Findings highlight the need for UMKM to prioritize consistent product quality, maintain strong brand recognition, and set prices aligned with consumer perceptions. Highlights:• The study identifies key determinants of consumer purchase decisions.• Brand awareness strengthens consumer confidence in local UMKM.• Product quality emerges as the strongest purchasing driver. Abstract

Background: Blood sugar levels are sugar found in the blood which is formed from carbohydrates in food and stored as glycogen in the liver and skeletal muscles. Long-term (chronic) hyperglycemia can cause microvascular complications such as kidney and eye disease as well as neurovascular complications. One non-pharmacological treatment for blood sugar levels can use green tea plants. Green tea does not undergo a fermentation process so that the substances contained in green tea have not undergone a change process. The main content of green tea is epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG), which is a bioactive ingredient that suppresses the pathogenicity of several chronic diseases, especially cardiovascular disease. Objective: To determine the effect of green tea consumption on blood sugar levels. Method: This type of research is quantitative research using correlational methods. The sample for this study used a non-probability sampling technique, namely 30. Respondents were given green tea treatment. Give 5 grams of dried green tea leaves each and add 200ml water and drink while warm every day for 1 week in a row. The analysis used is the Paired Sample T-test for the univariate test while the bivariate test uses the Independent Sample T-test. Results: The average blood sugar level before being given green tea was 253.07 mg/dl and the average blood sugar level after being given green tea was 207.07 mg/dl. Conclusion: There is an effect of green tea consumption on blood sugar levels of 37,733 mg/dl with a ρ value of 0.000 < ɑ 0.05.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis eksistensi tanah pusako dalam sistem hukum nasional dan kontestasi politik agraria yang berdampak pada hak-hak tradisional masyarakat adat Minangkabau. Menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan konseptual, penelitian ini mengkaji bahan hukum primer berupa peraturan perundang-undangan dan bahan hukum sekunder meliputi literatur dan hasil penelitian terkait. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik interpretasi gramatikal dan sistematis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tanah pusako menghadapi problematika yuridis dalam sistem hukum nasional akibat dualisme pengaturan antara hukum adat dan hukum negara. Kontestasi tersebut muncul dalam tiga bentuk: regulasi yang tidak harmonis, konflik kewenangan antara lembaga adat dan pemerintah, serta perebutan sumber daya dalam konteks pembangunan. Penelitian menemukan bahwa meskipun terdapat pengakuan konstitusional terhadap hak-hak masyarakat adat, implementasinya terhambat oleh paradigma sentralistik dalam kebijakan agraria nasional. Studi ini menyimpulkan perlunya rekonstruksi hukum yang mengakomodasi nilai-nilai adat dalam kerangka pluralisme hukum untuk melindungi eksistensi tanah pusako. Penelitian merekomendasikan pembentukan peraturan daerah khusus yang memadukan hukum adat dan hukum nasional dalam pengelolaan tanah pusako masyarakat Minangkabau.

Abstract

Educational supervision plays a strategic role in improving instructional quality and strengthening teacher professionalism in senior high schools. However, supervision practices in many secondary education institutions remain ineffective due to the fragmented application of supervision types, inappropriate supervisory techniques, and poorly structured supervision processes. This study aims to systematically examine the implementation of educational supervision in senior high schools by analysing the interrelated dimensions of supervision types, supervision techniques, supervisory approaches, and academic supervision processes. The study employs a descriptive qualitative research design using a systematic literature review method to synthesise theoretical and empirical studies on educational supervision published between 2021 and 2025. Data were collected by documenting peer-reviewed journal articles, scholarly books, and research reports in Indonesian and English, and analysed using thematic descriptive analysis. The findings reveal that educational supervision in senior high schools is implemented through three integrated types: academic, managerial, and clinical supervision. Academic supervision focuses on improving teaching and learning processes through lesson planning review, classroom observation, and reflective dialogue. Managerial supervision strengthens school governance, leadership, and organisational effectiveness, while clinical supervision supports individualised teacher development through intensive and reflective feedback cycles. In addition, effective supervision is supported by the strategic combination of individual and group supervision techniques, as well as the adaptive use of directive, collaborative, and non-directive supervisory approaches based on teachers’ professional characteristics. The supervision process operates through a systematic cycle of planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up, ensuring sustainability and continuous instructional improvement.

Abstract

Education in the 21st century requires the implementation of student-centered learning models that are capable of developing 4Cs (Critical thinking, Creativity, Collaboration, and Communication). One learning model that is relevant to these demands is Project-Based Learning (PjBL) especially when integrated with the use of digital applications. This study aims to analyze: (1) the effectiveness of implementing PjBL based on digital applications, and (2) the challenges of PjBL learning based on digital applications. This study uses a qualitative approach with a triangulation method. The research sample was 70 students enrolled in class X of SMAN 1 Klapanunggal. Data were analuzed using the interactive model of Miled and Huberman with four stages. The research findings show that: (1) the implementation of PjBL based on digital applications in learning class X Biology virus material at SMAN 1 Klapanunggal shows a good level of effectiveness, marked by increased student activity, increased understanding of the concept of virus material, development of collaboration and communication skills, and good student responses to learning, and (2) there are various challenges that arise, including differences in students’ digital literacy abilities, limited learning time, technical constraints and infrastructure, and group work management.

Abstract

Quantum Physics is a compulsory course for Physics students that requires both mathematical and conceptual understanding. A survey of 41 Physics Education students at Sriwijaya University revealed that 85.7% experienced difficulties in learning Quantum Physics. Specifically, 79.5% struggled with formula derivations, 63.6% with problem-solving, and 47.7% with the language used. The Schrödinger equation is one of the most difficult topics as it involves the relationship between wave functions, energy, and probability. This study aimed to develop digital teaching materials based on the ARCS-V (Attention, Relevance, Confidence, Satisfaction, and Volition) motivational approach to support students’ understanding of Quantum Physics concepts. The Rowntree development model was applied, consisting of planning, development, and evaluation stages, along with Tessmer’s formative evaluation, including self-evaluation, expert review, one-to-one evaluation, and small group evaluation. Expert validation results showed a 97.5% (very valid) feasibility level, while student responses in the trial stage reached 89.6% (very practical). The digital visualization of the wave function Ψ(x,t), eigenstates in a one-dimensional potential well, and the |Ψ|² graph effectively helped students relate the Schrödinger equation to the concepts of energy quantization and probability.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong perusahaan untuk beralih dari sistem manual ke sistem digital, termasuk dalam proses penilaian kinerja karyawan. PT. Perkebunan Nusantara I Bulu Cina saat ini masih melakukan penilaian kinerja secara manual sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan kesalahan perhitungan, keterlambatan pelaporan, dan kurangnya transparansi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi penilaian karyawan berbasis web menggunakan Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dengan metode Prototype. Metode Prototype digunakan karena memungkinkan pengembangan sistem secara bertahap berdasarkan kebutuhan pengguna. Sistem ini menilai kinerja karyawan berdasarkan indikator produktivitas, kedisiplinan, tanggung jawab, kerja sama, dan ketepatan waktu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun mampu mempercepat proses penilaian, meningkatkan akurasi data, serta membantu manajemen dalam memantau dan mengevaluasi kinerja karyawan secara lebih efektif dan transparan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and formulate a Participatory Academic Supervision Model as a strategic approach to building a reflective and collaborative culture in schools. The main focus is to explore the concepts, principles, and practices of academic supervision that emphasize active participation among principals, teachers, and supervisors in improving the quality of learning. This research employs the library research method, analyzing various scholarly sources such as books, journals, and previous studies related to academic supervision, professional reflection, and educational collaboration. The data were analyzed descriptively and critically to synthesize theoretical ideas and empirical findings supporting the development of a participatory supervision model. The results indicate that participatory academic supervision strengthens professional relationships through reflective dialogue, peer collaboration, and continuous constructive feedback. This model promotes a school culture that values openness, continuous learning, and pedagogical innovation. The study concludes that participatory academic supervision is an effective approach to fostering a reflective, collaborative, and quality-oriented educational ecosystem.

Abstract

Introduction: Sepsis is a serious complication and major cause of mortality among intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) patients in the intensive care unit (ICU). Serum lactate is commonly used as a prognostic biochemical marker for sepsis in critically ill patients. Aims: This study aimed to evaluate the relationship between serum lactate levels, sepsis incidence, and clinical outcomes in ICH patients in ICU of Dr. Kariadi Hospital. Methods: A retrospective observational cohort study was performed on 30 ICH patients hospitalized in the ICU during 2024. Data normality tested using Shapiro-Wilk; non-normal data were analysed by Mann-Whitney U, categorical data by Chi-square test. Results: Among 30 patients (12 males, 18 females), 20 had hyperlactatemia (>2 mmol/L). The hyperlactatemia group had higher sepsis incidence (90% vs. 50%, p=0.014), MODS (70% vs. 30%, p=0.037), high NLR (>8; 80% vs. 40%, p=0.028), longer ventilator (>8 days; 75% vs. 40%, p=0.007), and LOS (>8 days; 75% vs. 40%, p=0.007). Discussion: Routine serum lactate monitoring in ICH ICU patients is recommended for early detection and prognosis of sepsis. Larger prospective studies are needed to validate these findings.
