Abstract

Berdasarkan Statistik Pekanbaru tahun 2019 populasi kambing di Kecamatan Payung Sekaki adalah 329 ekor. Populasi tersebut masih dapat diperbaiki dengan teknik manipulasi pakan agar produktivitas kambing meningkat. Teknik manipulasi pakan yang dapat direkomendasikan adalah probiotik Bioplus. Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis pertambahan bobot badan dan analisis usaha penggemukan kambing yang disuplementasi probiotik Bioplus. Penelitian dirancang dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 3 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Perlakuan yang diberikan diantaranya: P0 = kontrol (rumput lapang), P1 = kontrol + Bioplus 100 g dan P2 = kontrol + Bioplus 150 g. Peubah yang diukur diantaranya pertambahan bobot badan harian (PBBH) dan peubah analisis usaha seperti pendapatan, Break Even Point (BEP) produksi, BEP harga, Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C ratio) dan Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C ratio). Data PBBH dianalisis dengan Analisis Anova dan uji lanjut Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT) sedangkan data kelayakan usaha dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemberian probiotik Bioplus memberikan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap PBBH kambing (P<0,05) dengan PBBH masing-masing perlakuan P0 53,13 g/ekor/hari, P1 95,63 g/ekor/hari dan P2 127,50 g/ekor/hari. Hasil analisiskelayakan usaha beternak kambing dengan pemberian probiotik Bioplus menunjukan P2 memiliki tingkat pendapatan tertinggi yaitusebesar Rp840.800 dan sudah dapat dikatakan memiliki keuntungan karena (R/C ratio ) menunjukan angka >1 yaitu sebesar 1,140 dan P0 memiliki pendapatan terendah yaitu sebesar Rp15.200 dengan R/C ratio sebesar 1,002. Pemberian probiotik Bioplus dosis 150 g/ekor mampu meningkatkan PBBH dan peningkatan pendapatan dan memberikan kelayakan usaha yang lebih baik.

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to find out the positive and significant influence of Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) learning model towards students history learning interest class X SMAN 1 Sekincau West Lampung.The methodology that used in this research was experimental method with post-test only control group design. Samples of students in this study amounted to 80, 40 students in control class and 40 student belong to experiment class. The data collected with history learning interest questioners. Then, the collected data was processed manually by using theta formula (?) and kai quadrate formula (?2), the result was 0.44 for the coefficient theta which consulted with coefficient table include influence enough level, and the significant level 11.16 5.991 that mean STAD learning model had positive and significant influence towards students history learning interest.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan model pembelajaran Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) terhadap minat belajar sejarah siswa Kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Sekincau Lampung Barat. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian eksperimen dengan desain post-test only control group. Sampel siswa dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 80, 40 siswa dalam kelas Kontrol dan 40 termasuk ke dalam kelas ekperimen. Alat pengumpul data adalah angket belajar sejarah siswa. Data yang telah terkumpul selanjutnya diolah secara manual dengan rumus koefesien tetha (?)dan kai kuadrat (?2), dengan hasil 0.44 untuk koefisien theta yang dikonsultasikan dengan tabel koefisien termasuk dalam taraf cukup berpengaruh, dan taraf signifikan sebesar 11.165.991 yang berarti model pembelajaran STAD memiliki pengaruh yang positive dan signifikan terhadap minat belajar sejarah siswa.Kata kunci: minat, sejarah, stad w:LatentStyles DefLockedState="false" DefUnhideWhenUsed="true" DefSemiHidden="true" DefQFormat="false"

Abstract

Public service advertisements are advertisements that present social messages that aim to raise public awareness of a number of problems they must face, namely conditions that can threaten harmony and public life. Lack of awareness by motorcyclists often has fatal consequences for themselves and even others. In fact, many of the motorcyclists violate established regulations which aim to control traffic on the highway. So a research was made to produce motion graphic video public service advertisements regarding traffic signs education using the quantitative research method with the Vaughan settlement method. And on the results of the analysis carried out, it can be seen that the results are at the level of effectiveness based on the Likert scale interval for the expert, the predicate is "Strongly Agree" with an average value of 96.25% (based on detailed aspects: 90% graphic, 95% typography, 100 animation % and audio 100%). And the EPIC Rate calculation is found to be 4,145 (based on detailed aspects: Empathy 4.19, Persuation 4.16, Impact 4.17, and Communication 4.06 and based on questions about kinetic typography that has been entered in the questionnaire proves that the use of kinetic typography is effective.

Abstract

Bus Tracking is an application that tracks bus position. Tracking System involves the installed Android App on smartphone. The application is built for bus and user. On the application, the map shows the bus location and provide the actual information to the users in different time interval. The server will store the data in the firebase database. Since it is real-time system, it automatically sends the information from the smartphone to the othersmartphones.

Abstract

The research objective is to analyze educational thought KH. Abdurrahman Ambo Dalle in the world of education. This type of research and analysis method in this study uses a qualitative approach in understanding educational thought KH. Abdurrahman Ambo Dalle in the world of education. The results show that educational thinking in the view of KH. Abdurrahman Ambo Dalle several factors including education is a way to get closer to Allah subhanahu wata'ala, education is a way to raise ignorance in society, and education as a form of concern for the condition of the indigenous people who were in conflict with the Dutch colonials.

Abstract

Population growth in urban areas, especially in Kota Pekanbaru, continues to show an increase. Along with the population growth, the need for proper housing will of course increase. However, not all people can afford to have a decent house. This is what causes slum settlements in Pekanbaru City. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the authority of the Pekanbaru City Government in handling slum areas in 2019 - 2020. As well as knowing the obstacles in handling slum areas in 2019 - 2020. The method used in writing this study is a qualitative approach, with the number of key informants. as many as 3 people. The results of this study indicate that the authority given to the Dinas is in the form of supervision and control, as well as community empowerment and community empowerment. 2. Constraints in the implementation of the slum eradication program, including: refusal by the community, community involvement in the KOTAKU program has not fully supported the implementation of the objectives of the program, the socio-economic conditions of the community and the level of technological progress, financial limitations, differences in education levels, employment / tribal professions and so on.  Keywords: Authority, Slum Settlement, KOTAKU, Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Public skepticism of most of its leaders serves as a driving force behind research. This is because corruption is a serious offense. The executive and legislative branches are where corruption first starts to take place. According to Kartono, a leader who adopts the culture of siri na pacce in himself would develop into a leader who is brave and solid in guiding this research while employing theory (2008:32). This research methodology combines qualitative research with descriptive techniques to describe the condition of the study object based on fieldwork findings. Literature analysis, interviews, documentation, and the use of purposeful approaches in identifying the information are all used as data gathering strategies. According to the findings in the area of decision-making, the mayor makes reference to the laws that are in effect without departing from the culture of Siri. The Mayor declared April 1 to be a day of culture. In terms of motivation, the Makassar City Government employees appreciate one another thanks to the mayor. In order to establish the most impartial justice possible, the government interacts and communicates consciously in Makassar Bugis. The Mayor issued a PERWALI about allegations and unscrupulous conduct in the area of managing subordinates. The Mayor conducted a KASN Recommendation to reinstate previously transferred officials in the area of duty. The Mayor manages emotional control based on the purpose of public service, which is to humanize people

Abstract

In conjunction with human resources, changes in environmental conditions the company both internally and externally, directly or indirectly may affect career development (career development) and job stress (stress work) employees who may pose an intention to move for employees (turnover intention) which can ultimately cause the actual turnover. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of stress on your job turnover intention of employees at PT. Garuda Food Samarinda and determine the influence of career development on employee turnover intention in PT. Garuda Food Samarinda.The results showed that job stress significant effect on turnover intention of employees at PT. Garuda Food Samarinda, job stress due to the significant value 0.007 0.05. So increasing the work stress has also increased turnover intention. Career development significant effect on turnover intention of employees at PT. Garuda Food Samarinda, career development due to the significant value of 0.002 0.05. Suggested leader or manager of PT. Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini penulis hendak mendiskusikan dan menganalisa dalil yang sering dipakai oleh pendakwah tentang anjuran menikah dimasa muda, yaitu hadis yang diriwayatkan oleh sahabat yang mulia Abdullah Ibnu Mas`ud. Sebagaimana diketahui, pernikahan adalah sebuah ibadah yang sangat panjang yang membutuhkan persiapan yang matang untuk menjalaninya. Banyak pelaku nikah muda karna belum memiliki persiapan yang matang untuk menikah akhirnya pernikahan mereka harus berakhir dengan cepat, oleh karena itu, artikel ini menjadi jawaban bagaimana memahami hadis Abdullah Ibnu Mas`ud tersebut. Penuilisan artikel ini dilakukan dengan objek penelitiannya tentang makna hadis. Adapun pengumpulan data untuk diteliti dan diperlukan oleh penulis yaitu kitab hadis yang menjelaskan hadis ini, terutama kitab hadis sunan annasai, karna hadis ini terdapat dalam kitab tersebut. Dan diharapkap dari penelitian ini bisa memberikan pengetahuan dan manfaat bagi siapa saja yang membacanya, terkhusu mahasiswa yang dilema dengan tawaran untuk menikah diusia muda.

Abstract

Keterbatasan data hujan maupun data debit menjadi masalah umum dalam analisis hidrologi. Adanya data satelit meteorologi TRMM dapat memberikan alternatif data hujan spasial yang kemudian dapat dialihragamkan menjadi data debit menggunakan permodelan metode F.J. Mock. Studi ini berlokasi di DAS Bango dengan tujuan mengetahui hasil kalibrasi dan validasi data TRMM serta debit model F.J. Mock terhadap data lapangan. Kalibrasi TRMM dilakukan dengan menggunakan persamaan regresi terpilih untuk mengkoreksi data, sedangkan kalibrasi debit model F.J. Mock dengan menentukan parameter yang mempengaruhi model agar sesuai debit lapangan. Validasi menggunakan parameter statistik Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE), Nash Sutcliffe Efficiency (NSE), Kesalahan Relatif (KR), dan Koefisien Korelasi (R). Hasil kalibrasi dengan TRMM terkoreksi terbaik pada data 9 tahun dengan validasi terbaik pada data 4 tahun ditunjukkan NSE=0,817. Hasil kalibrasi debit model F.J. Mock terbaik pada data 5 tahun dengan validasi terbaik pada data 1 tahun ditunjukkan NSE=0,712. Alihragam TRMM menjadi debit metode F.J. Mock dengan kisaran nilai i=0,20; k=0,55-0,65; ISM=19-76 mm; m=31%; SMC=200 mm. Dari keseluruhan analisis, dapat disimpulkan data debit model F.J. Mock dari hujan TRMM dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi data debit lapangan karena menghasilkan nilai yang mendekati.
