Abstract

Backround : The high rate of population growth that is not accompanied by an increase in quality of the population, continued management efforts with the family planning program. The majority of Indonesia's population embrace the patriahal culture that reinforces the ego in men who think that family planning program is the responsibility of the wife, and reinforced Data Ministry of Health RI shows community participation in family planning program is still dominated by women than in men, and only a small percentage of men participating become a vasectomy acceptors.Method : This research uses descriptive method with cross sectional approach, which aims to describe the knowledge and attitudes of productive men toward contraceptive method of vasectomy in Community health centers Rawasari year 2015. This study was conducted in Community health centers Rawasari. Population in this study were all Productive men in Community Health Centers Rawasari is 10.912 people and the number of samples in this study were 96 people Sampling technique using purposive sampling techniques, data was collected through questionnaires. Data processing is done by univariate analysis. Result : In this study result, few respondents have a high knowledge of as many as 27 respondents (28.1%). and knowledgeable Low 69 respondents (71.9%). While a positive attitude towards contraception vasectomy as many as 46 respondents (47.9%) and respondents who had a negative attitude of 50 respondents (52.1%). It is necessary for the role of health workers in providing information to couples of childbearing age about the types of contraception.Keywords : Knowledge, Attitude, Contraception Vasectomy

Abstract

Produk udang beku merupakan produk olahan perikanan yang bernilai ekonomis dan kaya nutrisi, sehingga permintaan produk udang semakin meningkat berupa udang segar di dalam dan luar negeri cukup besar. Teknik pengendalian mutu merupakan usaha yang dapat diterapkan untuk mempertahankan dan memperbaiki mutu produk yang dihasilkan agar sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang telah ditetapkan, akan tetapi hal tersebut dipengaruhi dari perencanaan pengadaan bahan bakunya, mutu dari bahan baku dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa hal diantaranya sumber dari bahan baku itu sendiri, sumber dari bahan baku dapat mengakibatkan penurunan mutu dari bahan baku. Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang sumber dan kualitas bahan baku yang diterima oleh perusahaan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif dan analisis kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penulisan tugas akhir ini menunjukkan bahwa Sumber bahan baku di PT. Dachan Mustika Aurora Tarakan berasal dari beberapa daerah juata laut kalimantan utara, seperti pulau tibi, pulau tias, tanjung haus, tanjung tiram, dan tanah merah. Kualitas bahan baku yang ada di PT. Dachan Mustika Aurora terdiri dari First Quality (1st) dan Second Quality (2nd).

Abstract

This study aims to develop an interactive puppet learning media to enhance the interest and understanding of fourth-grade students in the Javanese language. The method used is Research and Development (R&D), which includes needs analysis, design, development, and media trials. Observational results show that students struggle with understanding Javanese vocabulary and etiquette, which affects their comprehension. The interactive puppet media is expected to serve as a solution to capture students' attention and enrich their learning experience. This media presents content visually and engagingly, facilitating the understanding of difficult concepts, and offering a more interactive learning experience. Validation from content, language, and media experts indicates that this media is suitable for use in Javanese language learning. This study is expected to improve the quality of Javanese language education in elementary schools, particularly in fourth-grade classes, and encourage students to further explore Javanese culture.

Abstract

One of the main health problems faced by children in Indonesia is malnutrition Malnutrition in toddlers, one of which is caused because in infancy and childhood they do not getting intake in accordance with the best feeding patterns for infants, this shows the need to increase the competence of This shows the need to increase the competence of Human Resources for Health Health Human Resources to improve public knowledge about breastfeeding and increase exclusive breastfeeding coverage. This study aims to determine the breastfeeding counseling training program and to determine and analyze the effectiveness of the breastfeeding counseling training program on improving the competence of Health Human Resources Health Human Resources in West Java region.  A quantitative approach was used with an explanation of relationship between variables. The samples used were grouped based on region of the breastfeeding counseling training participants. Secondary data that is Quantitative secondary data were obtained from Bapelkes Cikarang documentation, annual reports and questionnaires. Data processing was carried out using Microsoft excel and Smart PLS 3 applications. Data analysis using analysis (Structural Equation Modeling) SEM analysis. The results of the research and hypothesis testing illustrate that the training program which includes effective facilitators, organizers and participants has an effect on increasing the competency of breastfeeding counseling training participants and the Facilitator variable through organizing the training plays the most important role in increasing the competency of training participants, this can be seen in the interpretation of the results (Inner Model) indirect relationship where the p value of the Facilitator's influence on increasing competence through implementation is 0.042, this can be interpreted as meaning that there is a significant influence between the Facilitator Variable on increasing Competency through the implementation Variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation, work environment on the performance of employees of Indo Suhar Jaya Company. This research method is quantitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection methods used are primary data, and secondary data. Sampling techniques in this study used saturated sampling techniques much as 40 respondents. Data analysis using SPSS version 25. Data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, coefficient of determination test, hypothesis test. Partial testing for motivation variable (X1) obtained ttest > ttable (3.592 > 2.024), with a significance value (0.001 < 0.5), which means that motivation (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Partial testing of hypotheses work environment (X2) obtained ttest > ttable (6.537 > 2.024), a significant value (0.000 < 0.5), which means that the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Simultaneously hypothesis testing for the Ftest > Ftable (20.843 > 3.245), the value of significance (0.000 < 0.5). These mean that motivation (X1), work environment (X2) are simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Determination obtained by R Square of 0.530 means that the motivation variable (X1), work environment (X2) have an influence contribution of 53.0% on employee performance (Y). While the remaining 47.0% were influenced by other factors which is not studied on this research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the Ciledug District Office, Tangerang City. This type of research is a quantitative research type using the associative method. The data collection technique used the questionnaire method, the population in this study were all employees of the Ciledug District Office, namely 50 employees using saturated samples. The data analysis technique in this study was statistics using validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, determination coefficient testing, hypothesis t-test and hypothesis f-test. The results of the study on the effect of work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the Ciledug District Office, Tangerang City are shown by the multiple linear regression equation Y = 1.806 + 0.471 X1 + 0.487 X2. This is evidenced by the results of the simultaneous hypothesis test obtained F count> F table or 113.587> 3.20 and reinforced by a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The results of the coefficient determination test of the work discipline (X1) and work environment (X2) variables gave an influence of 82.9% on employee performance at the Ciledug District Office, Tangerang City. Thus, H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a significant simultaneous influence between work discipline (X1) and work environment (X2) on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan tepung Daun Kelor (Moringa oleifera) dalam pakan ayam Broiler terhadap Konsumsi pakan, Pertambahan Bobot Badan, dan Konversi pakan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni-Juli 2023 di Desa Biha, Kecamatan Pesisir Selatan, Kabupaten Pesisir Barat. Materi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 80 ekor ayam Broiler berumur 7 hari dan diberi perlakuan selama 21 hari. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan serta Perlakuan yang diberikan yaitu pakan control + 0% tepung daun kelor (P0), pakan control + 1,25% tepung daun kelor (P1), pakan control + 2,50% tepung daun kelor (P2), pakan control + 3,75% tepung daun kelor (P3). Pakan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu BR 1 Crumble yang mengandung 21-23% Protein kasar dan Minimal 3000 ME/kkal/kg. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa penambahan tepung Daun Kelor (Moringa Oleifera) dalam level 1,25%-3,75% tidak memberikan pengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap Pertambahan Bobot Badan Harian dan Konversi pakan, namun memberikan pengaruh nyata pada Konsumsi pakan (P<0,05). Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penambahan tepung Daun Kelor (Moringa oleifera) pada level 1,25%-3,75% dalam pakan ayam Broiler tidak berpengaruh terhadap Pertambahan Bobot Badan Harian dan Konversi pakan, namun berpengaruh terhadap Konsumsi pakan. Kata Kunci : Tepung Daun Kelor, Ayam Broiler, Konsumsi Pakan, Pertambahan Bobot Badan Harian, Konversi Pakan.

Abstract

Systematic literature review ini bertujuan untuk mensintesis beberapa penelitian yang berkaitan dengan pengaruh budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini disusun menggunakan hasil dari penelitian yang memiliki kaitan dengan pengaruh budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan dua akses yaitu Pubmed dan Scopus. Sejumlah 38,754 data disaring menggunakan kriteria inklusi data sehingga didapatkan sejumlah 30 data yang sesuai dengan standar kelayakan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara variabel budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Studi ini pada akhirnya berkontribusi pada pemahaman penulis terkait pengaruh budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Terakhir, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemungkinan ada moderator lain yang tidak diteliti yang dapat mempengaruhi hubungan budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

One approach used to describe language is discourse analysis. This term was first used by Zellig Harris in 1952 as the name for a method of analyzing speech (or writing) that has relationships. This method was originally intended to look for correlations between language and culture (Malmkkjaer, 1995: 100). This pragmatic discourse analysis examines a continuous series of theoretical concepts and practices in both spoken and written discourse which is broader than sentences in various contexts. This study is very interesting in interdisciplinary linguistics, this study can be applied differently according to the point of view and discourse context. including textual and contextual discourse analysis in pragmatic discourse. This discourse can take the form of utterances which are speech events that can be recognized (without reference to the linguistic structure), such as conversations, jokes, sermons, interviews, both in print and electronic media that are close to everyday life.
