The questionnaires distributed through online media could limit the respondents to give their answers. If they are under 20 years old or same as those who have graduated from college, it could be assumed that they often do transactions service provided by the government. Ergo-iconic service values proposed in this research was used as the independent variable. Abstract

This research in conducted to find the relationship between work discipline and work motivation towards the performances both partially and simultaneously of LPP RRI employees. This research employs a descriptive quantitative method to know the effect of independent variable (X) and the dependent variable (Y), with the respondents of LPP RRI employees of Belajasumba regions (RRI Bengkulu, RRI Bandar Lampung, RRI Jambi, RRI South Sumatra, and RRI Bangka Belitung), with the total number of 125 respondents, using the instrument of research such as questionnaires spread by online link. To test and analyze the data, the writer employs software program of SPSS version 23. The result of the study shows that the work discipline factor has a positive effect with the regression coefficient score of 0.264 by the statistical t score of 3.304 with the significance level of 0.001 < 0.05 meaning that the hypothesis 0 of this research is accepted. The work motivation factor also has a positive effect with the t count score of 7.762 with the significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 meaning that the hypothesis 0 of this research is accepted. The result of f test analysis shows that f count score of 139.267 with the significant level of 0.05 in which the significance score of 0.001 < 0.05 meaning that the hypothesis is accepted. Then, the result of determination coefficient (R2) gets the result score of 0.695. This means that 69.5% of employees’ performance variable of variation (Y) can be determined by the work discipline (X1) dan work motivation (X2), whereas the rest 30.5% portion is determined by other factors of variables that are not tested in this research.

Abstract

Government employees can serve the community must be professional, more transparent, faster in using time so they can build the quality of individuals and communities to actively determine their own future. This research was conducted at Pangkalpinang City Health Center Staff with a population of 524. The sample used was 84 respondents. The independent variables in this study are leadership style, work culture, motivation. while the dependent variable is work ability and performance which is moderated by Work Discipline. Variable measurements are carried out using an ordinal scale. Data analysis was performed by Multiple Linear Regression. The software used for analysis is SPSS 22. From the estimated standards for the variables of Leadership Style (X1), Work Culture (X2), Motivation (X3), Work Discipline (Y) then structural equations can be made as follows Y = 27,212 + 0.509 X1 + 0.220 X2 + 0.276 X3 + e. The influence of Work Discipline variables on Work Ability can be made equation Z = 11,361 + 0.727 Y + e. The influence of Work Discipline variables on Performance then the equation Z = 2,312 + 1,167 Y + e can be made. The results of the analysis show that work discipline variables are influenced by leadership style, work culture, motivation simultaneously or together 65.5% while the remaining 34.5% is influenced by other factors outside the research model. For the variable work ability is influenced by work discipline by 52.5% while the remaining 47.5% is influenced by factors outside this research model while the performance variable is influenced by work discipline by 79% while the remaining 21% is influenced by factors outside this research model.

Abstract

Kompetensi, implementasi SOP, lingkungan kerja memiliki korelasi lebih kecil terhadap peningkatan kinerja TAS dibanding pengaruh langsung jika dimediasi Pemanfaatan nilai pelayanan ergo-ikonik (English Version) This study aims to analyze whether the hypothesis in this study is able to show that the variables in this study have a correlation to the Performance Improvement of School Administrative Personnel (TAS). This study has a variable that is still new in HR management research, namely the Use of Ergo-iconic Service Values, with the object of research consisting of nine SMA and eight State Vocational Schools in Wonosobo Regency with a total of 165 respondents. The research design is quantitative with the type of survey research. Data collection using google form links and data analysis using SmartPLS software version 3.3. iconic ergo service. Competence, SOP implementation, work environment have a smaller correlation to improving TAS performance than the direct effect if mediated. Utilization of ergo-iconic service values.

Abstract

It is important for the global coffee industry to make robusta coffee safely and on time. In this study, we look at how well a simple simulation-based method works and try to guess how much robusta coffee will grow in the Tuanggung area. The main process is the growth and development of coffee, which simulates its response to climate variations and potential water requirements during the foggy growing process. Such weather conditions make Robusta coffee unique in taste. This model was made and tested for people in Indonesia, especially in West Java, which has many coffee farms. The model building is very important for long-term coffee productivity studies in areas where the climate changes drastically and does not have long-term climate stations. This simple process-based model from research on community service (PkM) can be used as a starting point for making robusta coffee with a season that works with a weather forecasting system. This process will help farmers and businesses better prepare and manage their supply chains. For extreme weather changes and increased profitability.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of local governments in improving city image branding in South Sulawesi Province. This research uses a proportional sampling technique based on the area of the city so that the number of samples between one region and another will be different, using survey techniques in the form of questionnaires. For data analysis, this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a total data of 265 samples.
