Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan; (1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode pembelajaran outing class terhadap penguasaan kosakata pada siswa kelas VI UPT SPF SD Negeri Bulurokeng Makassar dan (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode pembelajaran outing class terhadap keterampilan menulis karangan deskripsi pada siswa kelas VI UPT SPF SD Negeri Bulurokeng. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan quasi eksperimental design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VI UPT SPF SD Negeri Bulurokeng. Sampel Penelitian ini berjumlah 61 orang siswa yang dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok yaitu kelompok eksperimen berjumlah 31 siswa dan kolompok kontrol berjumlah 30 siswa yang berasal siswa kelas VI UPT SPF SD Negeri Bulurokeng. Setelah melakukan penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa; (1) berdasarkan nilai-test t dari kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol dalam posttest diperoleh hasil lebih rendah dari a (0,000<0,05) dan derajat kebebasan adalah 29. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis alternatif (H1) diterima dan tentu saja, hipotesis nol (H 0) ditolak. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh metode pembelajaran Outing Class terhadap kemampuan kosakata pada siswa kelas VI UPT SPF SD Negeri Bulurokeng dan (2) berdasarkan hasil analisis data dari posttest dari kedua kelompok diperoleh hasil lebih rendah dari a (0,001<0,05) dan derajat kebebasan adalah 29. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis alternatif (H1) diterima dan hipotesis nol (H0) ditolak. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan penggunaan metode pembelajaran Outing Class terhadap keterampilan menulis karangan deskripsi pada siswa kelas VI UPT SPF SD Negeri Bulurokeng Makassar dalam kelompok eksperimen. The aims of this study; (1) to determine the effect of the outing class learning method on vocabulary mastery in class VI UPT SPF students at Bulurokeng State Elementary School, Makassar and (2) to determine the effect of the outing class learning method on descriptive essay writing skills in class VI UPT SPF students at Bulurokeng State Elementary School. The research method used is quantitative research using quasi experimental design. The population in this study were class VI UPT SPF students at Bulurokeng State Elementary School. The sample for this research consisted of 61 students who were divided into 2 groups, namely the experimental group of 31 students and the control group of 30 students who came from class VI UPT SPF students at Bulurokeng State Elementary School. After conducting research, researchers concluded that; (1) based on the t-test value of the experimental and control groups in the posttest, the results were lower than a (0.000<0.05) and the degrees of freedom were 29. This shows that the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted and of course the null hypothesis (H 0 ) rejected. This shows that the influence of the Outing Class learning method on vocabulary abilities in class VI students of UPT SPF SD Negeri Bulurokeng and (2) based on the results of data analysis from the posttest from both groups, the results obtained were lower than a (0.001<0.05) and degrees of freedom is 29. This shows that the alternative hypothesis (H 1) is accepted and the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected. This shows that there is a significant influence of using the Outing Class learning method on descriptive essay writing skills in class VI UPT SPF students at SD Negeri Bulurokeng Makassar in the experimental group.

Abstract

Kalimantan Timur, sebagai salah satu provinsi penghasil tambang terbesar di Indonesia, menghadapi tantangan besar terkait dengan dampak lingkungan akibat aktivitas penambangan. Metode penelitian menggunakan jenis kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. pengumpulan data dengan wawancara dengan melakukan analisis SWOT. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa Lahan pasca tambang yang terdegradasi membutuhkan kebijakan pengelolaan yang berkelanjutan. Salah satu alternatif yang menjanjikan adalah pemanfaatan lahan pasca tambang untuk ekoturisme. Ekoturisme menawarkan peluang untuk mengonservasi alam sekaligus memberikan manfaat ekonomi bagi masyarakat lokal. Kebijakan sangat dibutuhkan dalam rangka pengelolaan lahan pasca tambang untuk ekoturisme di Kalimantan Timur, termasuk rehabilitasi lahan, pemberdayaan masyarakat, pembangunan infrastruktur berkelanjutan, serta pengawasan yang ketat. Implementasi kebijakan ini dapat mendukung keberlanjutan lingkungan dan memperkuat sektor pariwisata di wilayah tersebut. Namun, tantangan terkait pendanaan, pengelolaan yang tepat, dan pengawasan tetap perlu dihadapi untuk mewujudkan potensi besar ekoturisme di Kalimantan Timur.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the authority of the Judicial Commission (KY) in the enforcement of the ethics of judges in Indonesia and propose an ideal construction to strengthen the authority of this institution. The KY, which is regulated by the 1945 Constitution and related laws, has an important role in maintaining the integrity of judges through supervision and recommendation of sanctions, but is constrained by limited authority that is limited to recommendations to the Supreme Court (MA), which is often not followed up. Through a doctrinal approach and qualitative analysis of primary, secondary, and tertiary data, this study examines the challenges faced by the KY in carrying out its duties, and offers a solution in the form of granting greater authority in imposing direct sanctions on judges who violate the code of ethics. This research is expected to make a theoretical and practical contribution in strengthening a clean and transparent judicial system in Indonesia

Abstract

The role of the principal is very important in improving the quality of education through improving teacher performance. Therefore, this study uses a qualitative approach (case study) at SMPN 29 Satu Atap Malaka, Maros Regency, to describe the principal's strategy in achieving these goals. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings of the study show how well the principal's plan succeeded in improving teacher performance. The approach succeeded in improving teacher discipline, creativity, and responsibility by offering incentives and rewards, supervision and evaluation, professional development, and a supportive work environment. This study concluded that the three key elements of transformative principal leadership, effective interpersonal communication, and cooperative support from all school stakeholders have a significant impact on the success of implementing teacher performance improvement techniques. These results have significant consequences for the creation of a school leadership model that focuses on improving teacher performance sustainably.

Abstract

This study examines the role of the Khalwatiyah Sammaniyah Tarekat in promoting political ethics in Maros Regency. As a long-established Sufi order in Indonesian society, the Khalwatiyah Sammaniyah Tarekat plays a significant role in shaping political behavior and morality at the local level. The research explores the contributions of this Sufi order in promoting ethical political practices in Maros. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through in-depth interviews with religious leaders (mursyid of the Khalwatiyah Sammaniyah Tarekat), local stakeholders, and community members affiliated with the order. The study also incorporates relevant literature on the history and principles of the Khalwatiyah Sammaniyah Tarekat, political ethics, moral development theories, and the role of Sufi orders in the Indonesian sociopolitical context. Findings indicate that the Khalwatiyah Sammaniyah Tarekat actively promotes values such as simplicity, tolerance, and honesty, which are essential for fostering ethical political behavior. This study offers insight into how religious and spiritual institutions contribute to the development of a more ethical political culture in the Maros Regency.

Abstract

The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. The sample data sources in this study were grade IV teachers, grade IV students, and the principal of SD Inpres Talaborong. The data in this study were obtained through research instruments in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study were tested for the validity of the data using source triangulation and technical triangulation. Based on the results of research at SD Inpres Talaborong in grade IV students, bullying is deviant behavior carried out by individuals or groups against other people or groups, which can cause physical or psychological harm. The type of bullying behavior in grade IV SD Inpres Talaborong students is physical bullying behavior such as hitting, pulling the headscarf, bouncing ties, pulling ears and so on. And verbal bullying like, calling parents names and making fun of them.Factors that cause bullying behavior in grade IV students are due to environmental factors, family factors, the economy and the community environment.

Abstract

This study explores the integration of deep learning strategies with character education in the teaching of Bahasa Indonesia within the framework of the Merdeka (Independent) Curriculum. The primary objective is to examine how this pedagogical approach fosters meaningful, reflective, and context-driven learning experiences for students. Employing a qualitative descriptive method, the research was conducted at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Makassar using participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis involving Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian language) teachers and Grade VIII students. Findings reveal that the application of deep learning strategies actively engages students through text analysis, value-based discussions, and reflective writing, enhancing not only cognitive comprehension but also the internalization of core character values such as empathy, honesty, and responsibility. Teachers act as transformative facilitators who cultivate dialogic and humanistic learning environments, in alignment with the vision of the Merdeka Curriculum. Despite challenges such as limited instructional time and varying levels of student readiness, the approach has proven effective in shaping learners who are academically capable and morally grounded. In conclusion, the integration of deep learning and character education serves as a vital bridge between academic achievement and personal development. This research contributes both theoretically and practically to the development of adaptive, value-oriented instructional models relevant to 21st-century education. Moreover, it enriches the global discourse on holistic, values-based education and underscores the critical role of teachers as transformative agents in humanizing the learning process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas pelaksanaan teknik positif reinforcement untuk mengatasi perilaku membolos siswa melalui konseling kelompok. Subjek dalam konseling kelompok ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMPN 1 Anggeraja yang berjumlah 6 siswa yang menunjukkan perilaku membolos tinggi. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil observasi dan wawancara menyatakan bahwa konseli sudah banyak menunjukkan perubahan perilaku ke arah positif. Ini membuktikan bahwa teknik penguatan positif efektif untuk mengatasi perilaku membolos siswa.

Abstract

The orientation and substance of the Land Bank Agency, are more on investment and economic development that contain risks. The problematic Land Bank regulation in the Job Creation Law and the Land Bank PP has the potential to conflict with the objectives of agrarian reform and constitutionality in the agrarian sector. Management rights that function publicly and are determined as rights with a civil character contain risks, namely the potential to cause deviations in management rights and denial of the agrarian constitutional consensus. The initial goal for the welfare of the community, especially the weak economic group, can change to be in the interests of capital research targets through analysis of the relationship between norms, content analysis, combining theory-norms, and legal principles. The impact of the implementation of the Land Bank as the basis for the development of the Land Bank infrastructure, where if the land acquisition process actually reduces the welfare of the landowners of the land used by the Land Bank, this land acquisition process will certainly become a new problem.
