The focus of this research is on the process of understanding comprehensive e-penjelas software as an application for evaluating the performance of school principals. This study analyzes lawsuits comprehensively using e-penjelas characteristics, namely the assessment team's characteristics, the assessment's scope, the stages of assessment, and the characteristics of the principal's performance appraisal application. This study used a quantitative approach using a Likert scale questionnaire which was distributed to the performance appraisal team for school principals in Padang City Middle School, West Sumatra Province, Indonesia, including school supervisors, school committees, MKKS (Principal Work Meeting), school principals, teachers, staffing and elements of students totaling 66 respondents. Data analysis was carried out through a descriptive statistical approach. The results of the characteristic study stated that the assessment team, the scope of the assessment, the stages of the assessment, and the characteristics of the school principal's performance assessment application in the comprehensive e-penjelas software were by user expectations in the excellent category with an ability score of 77.98%. The comprehensive use of e-penjelas software as an assessment platform for school principal performance requires infrastructure support through policy support and adequate internet access.

Upaya menumbuhkan minat berwirausaha dikalangan masyarakat masyarakat merupakan salah satu bentuk keberhasilan pemerintah D.I Yogyakarta dalam upaya membantu pemerintah pusat untuk mengurangi pengangguran. Kreativitas dan inovasi merupakan modal awal dalam menumbuhkan minat berwirausaha. Minat wirausaha ini dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya kepribadian wirausaha, pengetahuan wirausaha, keterampilan wirausaha dan faktor lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepribadian wirausaha, pengetahuan wirausaha, keterampilan wirausaha terhadap minat wirausaha masyarakat melalui lingkungan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subyek dalam penelitian yaitu masyarakat Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dengan populasi 3,689 juta (2020) responden, sampel diperoleh dengan teknik accidental sampling sebanyak 100 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan smart PLS dan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil analisis data menunjukan variabel kepribadian wirausaha, pengetahuan wirausaha, keterampilan wirausaha berpengaruh terhadap minat wirausaha dan melalui faktor lingkungan.

Cash waqf has become a financial instrument that has great potential for advancing community welfare and strengthening the foundations of various development programs aimed at improving the quality of life in the community, including educational development. In this context, active participation from all levels of society, including educators or teaching staff, for example lecturers and education staff, is crucial in ensuring the success of cash waqf programs. This community service activity aims to increase literacy and understanding regarding cash waqf among lecturers and education staff through a Webinar on the Socialization of the Cash Waqf Movement for Lecturers and Education Staff in Islamic Colleges, taking place at the College of Islamic Sciences and Languages Arabic (STIBA) Makassar. The method used in carrying out community service activities is face-to-face lectures (socialization) through stages or activity flows, namely: observation, preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The results of this community service activity show that the participants looked enthusiastic and showed high interest in contributing to the cash waqf movement through KAWAN WAHDAH. Based on the evaluation results, it appears that this socialization can increase understanding and literacy regarding cash waqf, especially among the academic community in the STIBA Makassar environment. After this activity, the participants are expected to be able to actively contribute to becoming cash waqf through KAWAN WAHDAH or other programs. Proyek Peningkatan Kapasitas Jalan Padang Bypass yang dimulai tahun 2014 mendapat resistensi dari warga yang menguasai area yang akan dijadikan objek pelebaran jalan. Dalam upaya menyelesaikan masalah tersebut, Pemerintah Kota Padang membentuk Tim Penyelesaian Masalah Lahan Pembangunan Jalur II Jalan Padang ByPass. Penelitian kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis komunikasi yang digunakan oleh Tim serta tingkat keberhasilannya. Dari hasil wawancara mendalam kepada informan pengamat dan informan pelaku diketahui bahwa Tim melakukan pendekatan tidak hanya secara formal melalui sosialisasi dan musyawarah, namun juga secara informal melalui pendekatan komunikasi antarpribadi berupa kunjungan ke rumah warga dan pendekatan penyelesaian kasus per kasus. Meskipun proses komunikasi tersebut diganggu oleh persepsi-persepsi negatif berupa kebohongan, kecurigaan, kesimpangsiuran informasi, ketidakpatuhan terhadap konsensus, serta adanya pengaruh dari kelompok kecil dan pemaksaan kehendak, namun secara umum komunikasi antarpribadi yang dilaksanakan oleh Pemerintah Kota Padang dapat mencapai hasil yang baik. Hal ini terlihat dari percepatan menurunnya jumlah lahan yang bermasalah setelah terbentuknya Tim. Namun demikian disadari bahwa penerapan teori-teori komunikasi antarpribadi seperti teori akomodasi komunikasi dan teori pertukaran sosial juga dapat memperlambat proses negosiasi jika tidak dapat dijalankan secara efektif.

M. Quraish Shihab (Shihab) is one of the great exegetes in the Indonesian archipelago. He is well known for applying QawÄâ€˜id al-TafsÄ«r in interpreting the Quran. These rules are popular among many exegetes to support their interpretations aligned with the teachings and goals of the Quran. Furthermore, to ensure the interpretations do not deviate from the valid message of the Quran. This paper adopts an analytical approach in Tafsir Al-Mishbah to describe the Syntax, Morphology, and Rhetoric of selected Quranic verses. It shows that QawÄ'id al-TafsÄ«r is an essential tool in Quranic exegesis. Mastering these rules can help interpret certain verses that have similar meanings. This paper also proves that Shihab had adopted QawÄâ€˜id al-TafsÄ«r that earlier exegetes used.

Pendekatan yang diberikan oleh Sartori dalam melihat klasifikasi sistem kepartaianÂ adalah pertama, dengan melihat jumlah partai politik yang relevan. Dan yang kedua adalah jarak ideologis diantara mereka.

This study aims to analyze the dynamics of Gus Baha's online lecture on the Santri Gayeng YouTube channel, as well as evaluate the response and impact on netizens using Aristotle's rhetorical theory (ethos, patos, and logos). The research method used is qualitative analysis with data collection techniques through content observation, digital documentation, and literature review related to digital da'wah and religious rhetoric. The Santri Gayeng channel was chosen because it has the largest number of followers among other channels that broadcast Gus Baha's lectures, so it is considered representative in describing the pattern of public acceptance. The results of the study show that Gus Baha's online lecture functions as a means of religious refreshment for the digital society, facilitates understanding of the science of the Qur'an and Hadith, and creates a humanistic and inclusive da'wah space. Gus Baha's rhetorical strategy that stands out through the power of ethos (scientific authority), patos (emotional closeness), and logos (rational argumentation) makes his da'wah easily accepted by various circles. The da'wah that he conveyed did not attack other groups with different views, so that it was able to reach audiences across sects and backgrounds. These findings confirm that online lectures are not only a new alternative in religious learning, but also play an important role in strengthening religious moderation in digital public spaces. This study also contributes to the digital da'wah literature by showing how charismatic scholars use new media to build religious communication that is more relevant to the needs of contemporary society.

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang bagaimana pelaksanaan program dakwah Komunitas Riau Indonesia Mengaji di Provinsi Riau yang telah melaksanakan program -program dakwahnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan program dakwah Komunitas Riau Indonesia Mengaji di Provinsi Riau terlaksanakan. Peneliti menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program dakwah komunitas Riau Indonesia Mengaji dilaksanakan dengan baik di Provinsi Riau di tandai dengan telah terdistribusikan mushaf Al-Qur’an di Provinsi Riau sebanyak 91.088 mushaf Al-Qur’an, Kemudian untuk program pembinaan mengaji sempat terhenti dan dialihkan dengan membina pondok pesantren zikir madani dengan pertimbangan visi misi yang ingin dicapai. Komunitas ini melakukan pengembangan program pembinaan yaitu program pembinaan lapas untuk mendukung program pembinaan narapidana di Provinsi Riau. Selanjutnya dakwah pada akun media sosial @Komunitas Riau Indonesia Mengaji menandai bahwa komunitas ini juga bertransformasi dalam meginisiasi dakwah mengikuti Era Teknologi.

Drug abuse poses a significant threat to the younger generation. National Narcotics Agency (2023) data indicates 312,000 users among students. This community service initiative aims to enhance the understanding and preventive capacity of students at Mercubaktijaya Padang University regarding the dangers of drugs through socialization of the P4GN program (Prevention and Eradication of Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking), supporting the realization of a BERSINAR Campus (Drug-Free Campus). The method utilized an educational intervention based on interactive lectures and participatory discussions, involving 150 students. Effectiveness was evaluated using a one-group pretest-posttest design with standardized questionnaires, analyzed statistically using a paired sample t-test. Results indicated a significant increase in knowledge (p<0.05). The proportion of participants with "Excellent" understanding rose from 15% to 68%. Furthermore, 90% of participants reported increased awareness of legal risks, and 85% expressed commitment to actively engage in prevention efforts within the campus environment. In conclusion, structured P4GN socialization proved effective in enhancing student literacy and fostering critical attitudes. This activity contributes to strengthening the prevention pillar at the community level. For sustainability, the establishment of a university-level P4GN task force and the integration of this material into student programs are recommended.

Based on the researcher's monitoring based on the coach's statement that the development of the Seroja Tanjung Jabung Timur football game, especially for the 13 to 15 year olds in each match event, experienced many failures, including the failures suspected to be basic technical errors such as inaccurate passing, controlling the ball that often comes loose, shooting inaccurately on target and the ball coming loose from dribbling the ball. All of this is suspected to be caused by the level of poor technical condition ability. The purpose of this study is to determine the mastery of basic football technical skills in players aged 13-15 years of the Seroja Tanjung Jabung Timur Club. This study uses a descriptive research design with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study uses total sampling because the population of the Seroja Tanjung Jabung Timur Club aged 13 to 15 years is relatively small, amounting to 17 people. Based on the analysis of the passing skills data that has been done, the results obtained are in the good category there are 10 people with a percentage of 59%, for basic dribbling technique skills in the good category there are 12 people with a percentage of 71%, from the basic shooting technique skills test that has been done, the results obtained are in the good category there are 10 people with a percentage of 59%, the overall basic technique skills results from the basic technique skills test of Football in the good category there are 12 people with a percentage of 71%. The conclusion of this study is that the overall basic technique of the basic technique skills test of Football in the good category there are 12 people with a percentage of 71%.
