Abstract

The problematic results of school accreditation have not described the objective condition of the school. The results of accreditation have not shown indicators of accountability and have not been used as a school development tool so a leader who has the sufficient intellectual ability is needed to be able to work from the level of vision to its implementation. This study aims to find out the best practices of Nuns leadership in improving accreditation at SDK Cor Jesu Malang. Researchers used a case study approach and data collection was carried out by direct observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation in March 2022. Researchers were present to collect data, process data, and check the validity of the data obtained. The data analysis technique used were data collection and reduction as well as a conclusion. The results of this study: 1) To increase accreditation at SDK Cor Jesu Malang, Nuns has a plan or program which is then implemented by all teachers according to their duties and responsibilities. 2) School accreditation can increase if teachers, administrative staff, and students are properly empowered to master the duties of the school principal, teachers, administrative staff, and students and can then carry out an in-depth evaluation. 3) The program created must be socialized to get support from all school stakeholders. 4) The commitment of all stakeholders is an important factor in achieving increased accreditation in schools.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to find out whether there was a relationship between managerial ability and the effectiveness of principal supervision on the performance of teachers in public elementary schools in the East Java region during the Covid-19 pandemic. The data analysis technique used is multiple correlation analysis. The samples of this study were public elementary school teachers in East Java, which were taken from 3 (three) regions, namely Surabaya City, Jombang Regency, and Malang Regency. Abstract

Asperger's syndrome is a developmental disorder of social interaction, communication and behavior. Asperger's syndrome is also known as the little professor syndrome because it has a unique behavior, way of thinking and communicating. The existence of obstacles regarding social skills experienced by students with social skills requires that schools have the sensitivity to participate in supporting students' social skills. Social and communication skills are very important for students to be able to show their emotions and feelings appropriately. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method with data collection techniques of interviews, observation and documentation. This study uses behavioristic theory to find out how the role of the facilitator is in improving students' social abilities by assessing the four main activities, namely: making friends, studying, worshiping and doing activities. The role of the facilitator and the natural school concept promoted by the Sekolah Alam SAKA Kediri contribute to changes in students with Asperger's syndrome..

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the PPL program and analyzing problems in the implementation in the field. The research was conducted using case studies in the implementation of the PPL program in the Education Management Study Program (MP) Yogyakarta State University (UNY). Data collection is done by observation, interview, and document study. The results of the study show that: The use of Nomenclature for Course Introduction in School Field (PLP) raises problems during the implementation of field experience practice programs, related to Siakad, and perceptions of institutions where MPs study practice. The practice patterns of MP Study Program activities are carried out continuously and are interrelated between Pre PPL, OLMP activities, Educational Internship activities, and Post PPL; Problems in conducting PPL programs are related to the absence of a formal PPL Program Guide; and Collaborative guidance has not yet been fully carried. Research recommendations, that Naming the nomenclature of field practice subjects that have been standardized in academic regulations to become an Introduction to School Field (PLP) needs to be reformulated by considering non teacher training programs, by not eliminating scientific substance; and Collaborative guidance needs to be carried out for the successful practice of field experience between study programs, DPLs, and civil service staff in practice institutions.

Abstract

Abstract: Character education is an effort to form a good personality in students, in supporting the implementation of strengthening good school cultural character education is the most important thing in shaping children's character. This study aims to describe in detail the application of management to strengthen character education through school culture at SD Plus Rahmat Kota Kediri. The method used in this research is to use a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, and documentation. The key informants in this study were the principal and supported by additional informants, namely the deputy principal, research and development foundations, field coordinators, and level coordinators. The data were then analyzed through the process of data collection, reduction, presentation and conclusions. The results showed that the management of strengthening character education through school culture had a significant impact in the form of increasing the character and academic and non-academic achievements of children at school. Abstrak: Pendidikan karakter merupakan suatu upaya untuk membentuk kepribadian yang baik pada peserta didik, dalam menunjang pelaksanaan penguatan pendidikan karakter budaya sekolah yang baik merupakan hal terpenting dalam pembentukan karakter anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan secara rinci penerapan manajemen penguatan pendidikan karakter melalui budaya sekolah di SD Plus Rahmat Kota Kediri. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Key informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah dan didukung informan tambahan yaitu wakil kepala sekolah, litbang yayasan, koordinator bidang, dan koordinator jenjang. Data kemudian dianalisis melalui proses pengumpulan data, reduksi, presentasi dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen penguatan pendidikan karakter melalui budaya sekolah memberikan dampak signifikan berupa peningkatan karakter dan prestasi akademik dan non akademik anak di sekolah.

Abstract

Abstract: To determine the direct and indirect effects of the digital literacy competency, ICT competency and work motivation variables on teacher teaching performance, researcher needs to do thisresearch. The quantitative approach is used in this reseach. SEM PLS are used to data analysis. The analysis shows that digital literacy does not have a direct effect on work motivation with P values greater than 0.5 and t count less than 1.96. Digital literacy positively and significantly has a direct effect on teaching performance with P values less than0.5 and t count greater than 1.96. ICT competence positively and significantly has a direct effect on work motivation with P values less than 0.5 and t count greater than 1.96. ICT competence direcly has a positive and significant effect on teaching performance with P values less than0.5 and tcountgreater than 1.96. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on teaching performance with P values less than 0.5 and t count greater than 1.96. Digital literacy has no indirect effect on teaching performance through work motivation with t count less than1.96 and P values greater than 0.5. But, we found that ICT competence has an indirect effect on teaching performance through work motivation with P values less than 0.5 and t count greater than 1.96. digital literacy and ICT competence simultaneously have an effect of 11 percent on work motivation, while teaching performance has an effect of 84 percent.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan pengaruh langsung dan tak langsung dari kompetensi literasi digital, kompetensi TIK dan motivasi kerja terhadap performa mengajar guru merupakan tujuan dari penelitian ini. Pendekatan kuantitatif adalah pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini. Analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan SEM PLS. Hasil dari analisis membuktikan bahwa literasi digital tidak memberikan pengaruh langsung terhadap motivasi kerja dengan P values lebih dari 0.5 serta t hitung kurang dari 1.96. Literasi digital memberikan pengaruh langsung, positif, dan signifikan terhadap performa mengajar dengan P values kurang dari0.5 serta t hitung lebih dari 1.96. Kompetensi TIK memberikan pengaruh langsung, positif, dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja dengan P values kurang dari 0.5 serta t hitung lebih dari 1.96. Kompetensi TIK memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap performa mengajar dengan P values kurang dari 0.5 serta t hitung lebih dari 1.96. Motivasi kerja memberikan pengaruh yang langsung, positif, dan signifikan terhadap performa mengajar dengan P values kurang dari 0.5 serta t hitung lebih dari 1.96. Tidak terdapat pengaruh tak langsung dari literasi digital terhadap performa mengajar melalui motivasi kerja dengan t hitung kurang dari 1.96 serta P values lebih dari 0.5. Terdapat pengaruh tak langsung dari kompetensi TIK terhadap performa mengajar melalui motivasi kerja dengan P values kurang dari 0.5 serta t hitung lebih dari 1.96. literasi digital dan kompetensi TIK secara simultan memberikan pengaruh sebesar 11 persen terhadap motivasi kerja, sementara terhadap performa mengajar memberikan pengaruh sebesar 84 persen.

Abstract

Sarana dan prasarana pendidikan merupakan salah satu substansi dalam manajemenpendidikan yang sangat urgen dan wajib dimiliki dalam sebuah satuan pendidikan. Tanpa adanya sarana dan prasarana, suatu kegiatan pembelajaran tidak akan berjalan dengan baik dan akan menemui berbagai kendala. Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Kejuruan (SMK) sebagai salah satu satuan pendidikan yang memiliki visi untuk menghasilkan lulusan-lulusan yang siap bersaing dalam pasar kerja tentu harus memiliki sarana dan prasarana yang memadai. Sarana dan prasarana SMK ini dibutuhkan untuk menunjang kegiatan belajar siswa. Pemerintah mengeluarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 57 Tahun 2021 tentang Standar Nasional Pendidikan pasal 25 secara khusus berbicara tentang Sarana dan Prasarana Pendidikan. Detil standardisasi sarana dan prasarana pendidikan di SMK/MAK dimuat dalam Permendiknas Nomor 40 Tahun 2008. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis standar sarana dan prasarana pendidikan di SMK Syuradikara Ende. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan analisis data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana di SMK Syuradikara belum sepenuhnya mencapai standar sarana dan prasarana pendidikan yang telah ditetapkan dalam Permendiknas Nomor 40 Tahun 2008. Hal ini dikarenakan masih ada ruangan-ruangan yang belum dibuat dan dibenahi dengan sarana dan prasarana antara lain: ruang kepala sekolah, ruang tata usaha, lab komputer, ruang kurikulum, ruang BK, ruang kesiswaan, ruang guru, ruang OSIS, gudang, kantin, tempat parkir, dan ruang praktik.

Abstract

The available future jobs have become one of the main concerns especially for fresh graduate. This may be the case at times that there is still high unemployment in Indonesia which has dynamic geography, variety labour force, and diverse economy. As a form of experiential learning in higher education, internship program is held to meet the needs of a developing world. This article will focus on how the internship program can be beneficial to help the students in preparing to be ready to compete in labour market. In order to answer research question, the researcher used descriptive qualitative approach with data collection technique in the form of literature review. The result shows that internship program can significantly affect students’ skill. An internship gives students with real-world experiences in a social learning setting. Considering the available future jobs have become one of the main concerns especially for fresh graduate, university should pay more attention on how their internship program can be more effective to help the intern to train their skill which cannot be learnt in classroom environment.

The development of student organizations' participation through student participation in student organizations has not received serious attention, despite the fact that the existence of student organizations on the campus of STKIP PGRI Tulungagung .
