Abstract

The development of financial technology has encouraged the transformation of the digital payment system in Indonesia, one of which is through the implementation of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) developed by Bank Indonesia to integrate various QR code-based payment services. This payment system is expected to be able to improve transaction efficiency, speed up the payment process, and expand financial inclusion for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). However, the adoption rate of digital payment technology in the MSME sector still faces various challenges, both related to technological aspects, user psychological factors, and the influence of the social environment. This study aims to systematically examine the influence of constructs in the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT3) on the interest of MSMEs in using the QRIS payment system at Bank Syariah Indonesia with trust and perceived ease of use as mediation variables. The research method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with the PRISMA approach to identify, select, and analyze relevant scientific articles in the 2020–2025 period. The literature search process produced 2,395 articles from a database of reputable scientific journals, then an elimination process was carried out based on inclusion and exclusion criteria so that 71 articles were obtained that were eligible for further analysis. The study stages were carried out systematically through the process of identification, screening, feasibility assessment, and determination of final articles. The results of the study show that the main constructs in the technology acceptance model such as performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions have an important influence on interest in using digital payment technology. In addition, additional factors such as trust and perceived ease of use have been proven to act as mediating variables that strengthen the relationship between technology construct and the intention to use QRIS by MSME actors. Trust in system security and ease of use of technology are crucial factors in increasing user confidence in digital payment services, especially in the context of Islamic banking-based financial services. The findings of this study provide a theoretical contribution to the development of a digital payment technology acceptance model based on UTAUT3 and provide practical implications for financial institutions and regulators in increasing the adoption of QRIS among MSME actors. The next research is suggested to develop an empirical model with a quantitative approach to test the relationship between variables more comprehensively in the context of the digital economy in Indonesia.

Abstract

Growing global awareness of environmental issues has led to the increasing adoption of circular economy principles as a practical approach to building efficient and sustainable systems. In Indonesia, particularly in Malang City, micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in the national economy, contributing over 60% to the gross domestic product (GDP) and employing more than 97% of the workforce. This study aims to examine the relationship and influence of green technology adoption and human resource (HR) training on customer satisfaction, within the context of resource optimization through circular economy practices. Using a quantitative approach, the study surveyed 100 MSMEs selected through simple random sampling to ensure sectoral diversity and minimize sampling bias. Data were processed using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software. The results indicate that HR training does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction among MSMEs in Malang City. In contrast, the implementation of green technology and circular economy practices positively contributes to performance improvement, particularly when linked to customer satisfaction and sustainability outcomes across economic, environmental, and social dimensions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of market connectivity on the growth of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Balikpapan City and to develop an Enabling Environment Framework that supports MSME growth. Using a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), data were collected through questionnaires distributed to MSMEs across various sectors. The results of the analysis indicate that market connectivity positively influences MSME innovation. However, its direct effect on MSME growth is insignificant, suggesting that innovation is a mediating variable in this relationship. The study concludes that while market connectivity does not directly promote growth, the innovation it stimulates is crucial for enhancing MSME performance. The recommendations include strengthening digital infrastructure, providing targeted training programs, and facilitating business networks to create a more conducive environment for MSME development. The proposed Enabling Environment Framework is expected to serve as a practical guide for stakeholders to enhance the contribution of MSMEs to the local economy.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of participation in skill competition and trainer quality on employee performance, with learning motivation as a mediating variable. The study is grounded in the organizational phenomenon observed at PT Pabrik Kertas Tjiwi Kimia Tbk, where manpower productivity increased despite substantial workforce reduction, raising the need to explore factors that may contribute to improve performance, particularly competency development initiatives delivered through structured skill competitions. A quantitative cross-sectional design was employed, involving 226 employees who participated in a company wide skill competition within the paper manufacturing industry. The data were analysed using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS 4.1.1.4. The results demonstrate that participation in skill competition and the trainer quality have a positive and significant influence on the both motivation and employee performance. Learning motivation was also found to partially mediate the effects of both variables on performance. This motivation was also found to partially mediate the effect of both variables on performance. These findings indicate that competition based learning activities and high quality instructional facilitation are essential drivers of intrinsic motivation and performance improvement. Moreover, the result strengthen the relevance of Self-Determination Theory (SDT), Transfer of Training theory, and provide empirical support for the Resource-Based View (RBV) within industrial settings. Future research opportunities include exploring long term dynamics and broader organizational factors that may further shape these relationships.

Abstract

The rapid growth of digital commerce has intensified competition among e-commerce platforms, making repurchase intention an essential indicator of long-term customer retention. Although E-Service Quality (ESQ) has been widely recognized as a major determinant of online consumer behavior, prior research remains fragmented regarding the mechanisms through which ESQ influences repurchase intention, particularly through trust and customer satisfaction. This study addresses that gap by systematically synthesizing prior empirical evidence on the relationships among these constructs in e-commerce settings. This Systematic Literature Review (SLR) follows the PRISMA framework to ensure methodological rigor and transparency. The search process identified 3,122 articles, of which 53 studies met the inclusion criteria and were retained for the final synthesis. The findings indicate that E-Service Quality consistently leads to repurchase intention, though this effect generally operates indirectly through trust and customer satisfaction as mediating mechanisms. Prior studies further suggest a sequential process in which higher E-Service Quality strengthens consumer trust, increases satisfaction, and ultimately encourages repeat purchasing behavior. This review consolidates previously scattered findings to offer a more integrated conceptual framework of the ESQ–repurchase intention relationship. It identifies important directions for future research in digital consumer behavior studies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Islamic financial literacy and risk perception on students’ financial management behavior in using e-wallets, with self-control as a mediating variable. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 145 students. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that Islamic financial literacy and self-control have a significant effect on financial management behavior, while risk perception does not have a direct effect. However, risk perception significantly influences self-control. Furthermore, self-control partially mediates the relationship between Islamic financial literacy and financial behavior, and fully mediates the relationship between risk perception and financial behavior. These findings suggest that students’ financial behavior in the digital context is not solely influenced by cognitive factors but is also strongly determined by self-control in managing the ease of e-wallet transactions. This study implies that improving financial literacy must be accompanied by strengthening self-control to promote more rational and sustainable financial management behavior in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to systematically analyze the influence of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) on employee productivity through organizational commitment and company culture using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. K3 has a strategic role in creating a safe and healthy work environment, which not only contributes to reducing the number of occupational accidents and occupational diseases, but also has implications for improving employee performance and productivity. However, the relationship between K3 and productivity is not always direct, but rather influenced by psychological and organizational factors, especially organizational commitment and company culture. This study uses the SLR method with PRISMA steps. Articles filtered from the Scopus journal database with the topic The study process is carried out systematically through the stages of identification, screening, feasibility assessment, and determination of final articles in accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria that have been set. The results of the study show that the effective implementation of K3 has a positive effect on employee productivity both directly and indirectly. Organizational commitment acts as a mediator that strengthens these relationships through increased employee loyalty, attachment, and responsibility, while a company culture that supports safety values strengthens collective norms and performance orientation in Indonesia published between 2021 and 2026 in a total of 5,863 articles. After elimination according to the criteria, only 41 articles were considered and extracted. These findings confirm that K3 is not only seen as a regulatory obligation, but as a strategic instrument in human resource management to improve the sustainability and competitiveness of the organization. Theoretically, this study integrates the concepts of K3, organizational commitment, company culture, and productivity in a comprehensive conceptual framework, and practically provides managerial implications in strengthening performance based on work safety.
