Abstract

This study aims to determinewhether there are differences in moral and religious character of students who follow role-playing based electronic media learning and students who follow conventional learning. The population of this study is all students of Saraswati 1 Denpasar Kindergarten for the 2023/2024 school year, totaling 41 students divided into 2 classes. The sample in this study was determined by purposive sampling technique, where the entire population was used as a research sample, namely as many as 41 students divided into experimental classes and control classes. This research is a pseudo-experimental research with a non-equivalent control group design. Data on students' moral and religious character were collected using observation sheets of children's moral and religious character. Data were analyzed using ANOVA test with a significance level of 5%. The experimental results showed that the moral and religious character of students who participated in role-playing based electronic media learning was better than students who followed conventional learning. This is because students who take part in role-playing-based electronic media learning are more enthusiastic about following the learning process in class because the learning process in class is more interesting.

Abstract

Many students still have difficulty in developing metacognitive skills during the learning process. This is due to the lack of learning media that can provide appropriate feedback, as well as the absence of applications that support metacognitive-based learning. The purpose of this study is to develop the SMART Feedback application in metacognitive-based learning. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE development model. The subjects of this study consisted of 2 media experts, 2 material experts, and 2 learning experts. The subjects of the research trial included 1 teacher/practitioner, 3 students (individual trials), and 6 students (small group trials). Data collection methods used observation, interviews, questionnaires, and tests. The instruments used were questionnaire sheets and test questions. The data analysis techniques used in this study were qualitative descriptive analysis, quantitative descriptive analysis, and inferential statistics. The results showed that the assessment of media experts was 94% (very valid), material experts 91% (very valid), and learning experts 93% (very valid). The results of the individual trial obtained a score of 94% (very practical), the small group trial was 95% (very practical), and the teacher's assessment reached 92% (very practical). The results of the effectiveness test showed an increase in student learning outcomes after using the SMART Feedback application. It was concluded that the SMART Feedback application is feasible to use in learning and is effective in improving students' metacognitive skills.

Abstract

This research was triggered by a lack of understanding of teachers in providing effective feedback in elementary schools, which is often delivered simply without in-depth explanations. This study aims to develop guidelines for providing SMART-based feedback (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound). In addition, this study also includes an analysis of the validity of media content, evaluation of teachers' responses to the media, and an assessment of its effectiveness on learning motivation and self-efficacy of elementary school students. This study adopts a 4D model with the subject of SMART-based feedback guidelines, and the object of this research includes the validity of the content, language, design, as well as user reactions and the effectiveness of the media. The data collection method involves conducting interviews, observations, and using questionnaires/questionnaires using rating scale and questionnaire instruments. With the availability of SMART-based feedback guidelines, teachers have a clear reference in providing more structured and effective feedback. These guidelines not only help increase students' motivation to learn, but also encourage them to achieve real, measurable, and continuous improvements in the learning process, so that learning outcomes can be more optimal. The results of the study show that the feedback guidelines developed have a high level of content validity, receive very good responses from teachers, and are significantly effective in increasing students' learning motivation and self-efficacy. Thus, this guideline is considered feasible, practical, and effective to be used in providing feedback in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study conducts a systematic review of secondary school physics curricula in 18 countries, including both developed and developing nations, to identify patterns in curriculum structure, pedagogical approaches, and implemented innovations. Utilizing the PRISMA framework, 25 indexed articles published between 2020 and 2025 were analyzed using comparative and content analysis methods. The findings reveal significant differences in curriculum modularity and flexibility. Developed countries such as Finland, Germany, and the United States adopt highly adaptive and student-centered models, while developing countries like Pakistan and Rwanda implement more rigid and centralized models. Globally, there is a pedagogical shift towards inquiry-based learning, the integration of contextual and cultural values, and the use of innovative technologies such as PhET simulations, Arduino, Python, and digital assessment tools. This study highlights practical implications for Indonesia, emphasizing the need to implement a physics curriculum that is more flexible, contextual, and technologically innovative, while integrating local values to equip students with 21st-century competencies.

Abstract

Lesson study muncul sebagai salah satu alternatif yang berguna untuk mengatasi masalah praktik pembelajaran yang selama ini dipandang kurang efektif. Sekarang ini masih banyak praktik pembelajaran di Indonesia yang cenderung melakukan pembelajaran secara konvensional. Praktik pembelajaran konvensional semacam ini lebih cenderung menekankan pada bagaimana guru mengajar dari pada siswa belajar, dan secara keseluruhan hasilnya tidak banyak memberikan kontribusi bagi peningkatan mutu proses dan hasil pembelajaran siswa. Adapun tahapan-tahapan dalam Lesson study yaitu: (1) Perencanaan (Plan); (2) Pelaksanaan (Do); (3) Refleksi (See). Dalam hal ini, Lesson study dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu alternatif guna mendorong terjadinya perubahan dalam praktik pembelajaran yang dilakukan di Kelas V SDN 3 Somopuro Semester II Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019 ke arah yang jauh lebih efektif. Fokus yang paling utama dari Lesson study adalah pengembangan dan pembelajaran yang dilakukan siswa, misalnya apakah siswa menunjukkan minat dan motivasinya dalam belajar, bagaimana siswa bekerja dalam kelompok kecil, bagaimana siswa melakukan tugas-tugas yang diberikan guru, serta hal-hal lainya yang berkaitan dengan aktivitas, partisipasi, serta kondisi dari setiap siswa dalam mengikuti setiap pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, pusat perhatian tidak lagi hanya tertuju pada bagaimana cara guru dalam mengajar sebagaimana lazimnya dalam sebuah supervisi kelas yang dilaksanakan oleh kepala sekolah atau pengawas sekolah.

Abstract

Studi ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kreativitas peserta didik di SD, serta pemanfaatan media pembelajaran pada pembelajaran yang belum optimal. Penelitian pengembangan ini memiliki empat tujuan, yaitu: menghasilkan rancang bangun media pembelajaran berbasis proyek berbantuan articulate storyline 3, menganalisis validitas isi media pembelajaran berbasis proyek, menganalisis respon siswa terhadap media pembelajaran berbasis proyek, dan menganalisis efektivitas media pembelajaran berbasis proyek terhadap kreativitas siswa kelas IV SD. Studi pengembangan ini menggunakan model ADDIE, yaitu: analisis, perancangan, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Studi ini mengambil subjek media pembelajaran berbasis proyek, sedangkan objek penelitian pengembangan adalah validitas isi materi, desain, media, respon siswa, dan efektivitas media. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan angket/kuisioner. Instrumen yang dipergunakan untuk mengumpulkan data yaitu pedoman observasi, lembar rating scale, dan angket/kuisioner. Data kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: media pembelajaran berbasis proyek yang telah dihasilkan memperoleh indeks validitas dengan kualifikasi validitas isi tinggi, materi pada media pembelajaran berbasis proyek memperoleh indeks validitas dengan kualifikasi validitas isi tinggi, tingkat pencapaian respon siswa terhadap media pembelajaran berbasis proyek berbantuan articulate storyline 3 dengan kualifikasi sangat baik, dan nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) pada uji-t berkorelasi memperoleh skor sebesar 0,000 atau p < 0,05 (taraf signifikansi 5%). Dengan demikian, inovasi media pembelajaran berbasis proyek berbantuan articulate storyline 3 terbukti efektif meningkatkan kreativitas siswa kelas IV SD. Penelitian ini berimplikasi pada meningkatnya minat belajar atau kreativitas siswa dan dapat memberikan wawasan pada guru terkait pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis digital.

Abstract

Studi ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya keterampilan menyimak peserta didik di sekolah dasar dan pemanfaatan media pembelajaran yang belum optimal. Penelitian pengembangan ini memiliki empat tujuan, yaitu: menghasilkan protype, menganalisis validitas, menganalisis respons siswa, dan menganalisis efektivitas media audio visual berbasis podcast untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menyimak siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model ADDIE.  Studi ini mengambil subjek media audio visual berbasis podcast, sedangkan objek penelitian pengembangan adalah validitas isi media, isi materi, respon pengguna, dan efektivitas media. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan angket/kuesioner. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data yaitu pedoman observasi, lembar rating scale, pedoman wawancara, dan angket/kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) media ajar berbasis podcast memperoleh indeks validitas sebesar 0,88333 dengan kualifikasi validitas isi tinggi, (2) materi pada isi media ajar berbasis podcast memperoleh indeks validitas sebesar 0,90 dengan kualifikasi validitas isi tinggi, (3) tingkat pencapaian respon siswa terhadap media audio visual berbasis podcast adalah sebesar 98,62% dengan kualifikasi sangat baik, dan (4) nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) pada uji-t berkorelasi memperoleh skor sebesar 0,000 atau p < 0,05 (taraf signifikansi 5%). Dengan demikian, inovasi media audio visual berbasis podcast yang dikembangkan terbukti layak dan efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa kelas IV SD. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah dapat dijadikan acuan pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi untuk meningkatkan keterampilan siswa dan kualitas pembelajaran.

Abstract

Kurangnya penggunaan media pembelajaran yang mengandung nilai-nilai luhur, berpengaruh terhadap rendahnya minat belajar siswa. Ditambah dengan budaya belajar yang semakin tergerus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media Bulletin Board Display bermuatan Tri Hita Karana untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah ADDIE yang terdiri dari 5 tahap yaitu Analysis (analisis), Design (Desain), Develop (Pengembangan), Implement (Implementasi), dan Evaluate (Evaluasi). Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah observasi dan kuisioner. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 2 ahli materi, 2 ahli media, 1 guru dan 33 siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket penilaian materi, penilaian media, respon guru dan siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif, kuantitatif, dan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan ini yaitu validitas media Bulletin Board Display sebesar 93% yang tergolong sangat valid. Kepraktisan guru sebesar 96% tergolong sangat praktis, kepraktisan siswa sebesar 90,8% tergolong sangat praktis.’Hasil uji-t menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan minat belajar siswa setelah menggunakan media Bulletin Board Display bermuatan Tri Hita Karana. Disimpulkan baha media Bulletin Board Display efektif digunakan pada pembelajaran IPA siswa kelas V subtema Manusia dan Lingkungan.

Abstract

This research addresses students' low speaking skills and the underutilization of learning media in educational activities. The objectives of this study include the development of a prototype of interactive media based on audiovisual using articulate storyline 3, analysis of the validity of the media content, students' responses to the media, and analysis of its effectiveness on the speaking skills of fifth grade elementary school students. This study adopts the ADDIE model with the subject of interactive media based on audiovisual articulate storyline 3, and the objects of research include the validity of the media content, material content, user responses, and the effectiveness of the media. Data collection methods involve interviews, observations, and questionnaires with observation guideline instruments, rating scale sheets, interview guidelines, and questionnaires. The data that has been collected will be tested using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Shapiro-Wilk tests. Furthermore, the homogeneity of variance test and t-test are carried out. The availability of this interactive learning media innovation based on audiovisual articulate storyline 3 can facilitate students in supporting the learning process and help teachers achieve better learning goals. The results of the study indicate that the interactive media produced has a high level of content validity, the interactive media material obtains high content validity, the students' response to the media is very good. This media is significantly effective in improving the speaking skills of fifth grade elementary school students. This study has implications for the optimal use of technology in the field of education to support students' skills.

Abstract

This study aims to design and develop Si Ceria, an interactive Augmented Reality (AR)-based learning media to enhance fifth-grade students’ understanding of science concepts and their learning engagement. The innovation responds to the low levels of student achievement and engagement, attributed to the lack of effective and interactive learning media. Data revealed that students’ science concept mastery in the IPAS subject remains low at 71.75%, and learning engagement is also weak, with 33.41% of students indicating they “never” feel engaged during lessons. Si Ceria was developed to support metacognitive learning by incorporating features that help students monitor and evaluate their learning goals. The media combines 3D illustrations, videos, and textual information to deepen conceptual understanding. The development followed the ADDIE model, consisting of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The results showed Si Ceria has a very high level of validity, with expert ratings of 0.93 (media), 0.95 (content), and 0.96 (design). It was also rated highly practical by students, with 92.8% expressing satisfaction with its usability and visual appeal. Effectiveness testing indicated significant improvements in both conceptual understanding and learning engagement. Therefore, Si Ceria demonstrates strong potential as an innovative and independent learning tool for elementary science education.
